Maggie Duah: I would NOT recommend this shop to ANYONE. They are RUDE, ARROGANT and GREEDY. They want the money up front before they even do the job! What kind of shop does that? I accidentally locked my keys into my car and my car was running. it was pouring rain! I called and a man showed up empty handed but refused to help because he was busy and had "better things to do" all because I refused to give him the money up front. then he got in his car and drove away. I've never witnessed anything like that in my life. They have lost a customer and I will make sure they lose a lot more! They are Horrible! all they care about is money and not the quality of their work.

Wanda go: I could not be happier with Bruce. I was in a car accident and needed a vehicle as soon as possible. The owner helped me into a car within a couple of days. There were few miner issues and that were fixed right away. It has been about 5 months and found another small issue but it was fixed right away, at no cost. I would definitely recommend going there. They were very helpful and honest. I am driving a safe and reliable car thanks to them.

I was driving back to Connecticut from New Hampshire after tending to a famiy emergency when my car started billowing steam, so it was by chance/necessity that I pulled into their lot. I don't know much about cars and had no other option. I was completely at their mercy. Andy showed me exactly what the problem was (freeze plug) and had me back on the road in two hours and only charged me half of what I was expecting. Very refreshing to know that there are such honest, knowledgeable people around when all you seem to hear about is people getting fleeced in situations like mine...

seth couturier: Should be an option for zero stars. They sold my wife a vehicle with a bad motor, and failed to honor the warranty because we moved out of state. Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

He sent me a picture they already had on file and it’s not possible to tel what it is. I asked him to send a better picture, 3 days go by and nothing. I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: “I know man, you gotta give me some time”. Another 4 days go buy and nothing. I call again just to be put on holdIf you don’t want to do your job just quit and find something else to do.

ned hawes: Bought my Son's first car from Andy. I had a great experience. He proactively changed out the brakes and also replaced a cover for the outside mirror without any prompting on my part. Other dealers I looked at prior, had the attitude if it's broke, then that's how we're selling it. Compared to other dealers his price was quite fare. The car itself was a turn in he got from a larger dealer; which I could see from carfax, and how he says he gets a lot of his cars. Based on my experience I would recommend him.

My mechanic is excellent, but the rusted out bolts proved far more challenging than expected, so he referred me to Andoni. Not only did the technician at Andoni fix the problem, but he did so quickly, and for a reasonable price. Don't let the small size of this shop fool you, they're competent professionals. Would definitely recommend.
