Harold Carver: Don't go to Gabriel Racing. Had my street bike in for service(oil change, sprocket and chain etc...) Not long after, the bike started running funny, clutch was slipping at high RPM's, very hard and clunky shifting. I wasn't happy with the service there during my first trip so I decided to go to another shop, expensive but wayyy more trust worthy. Anyways this new shop tears into my bike to diagnose it and they call me back telling me the springs were shot in my clutch, the plates needed to be replaced, fine not a big deal. So I go in to the new shop after work to check things out and the guy working on my bike tells me to stop putting motor oil (car oil) in my bike. I told him I never do my oil changes.....Then it dawned on me, the last 2 oil changes were Gabriel Racing! Those mother effers put motor oil in my bike, not for nothing but my clutch is a wet clutch. I couldn't believe it, I never would have expected that from Gabriel Racing. Huge disappointment. My bike will never see the inside of that shop ever again. Good way to kill someone's bike guys. Tip for Gabriel Racing, do what's best for your customers and you will always be in business. Funny how only the shop is open now and not the show room anymore, there's a reason behind that!!! Please, I don't want to see anyone else have there bike damaged like mine was, I know how you all love your bike. Go somewhere else, even if it is somewhat more expensive, there is a reason its more expensive. They have certified techs, that's why. You get what you pay for. Avoid Gabriel Racing in Worcester Ma.

Was surprised the following day when they called and said my car ready and went down and picked up my car that was also freshly detailed. M Kay: I'm inclined to agree with Steve R's review, it should be visible from a few months before I post this one. Check other sites for reviews on any establishment- especially this one. There are some padded good reviews from folks who were happy with their purchase (and ignored other factors) or window shoppers that were awed by the brand.In my opinion "3 strikes and you're out" is a understandable philosophy to employ...especially if you're a fan of a company. My favorite performance car brand has been Lamborghini for the longest time, with legends like the 1) Miura SV 2) Countach 25th Anniversary 3) Murcielago SV and many more. Giving the staff chances to behave right & them squandering it confirmed their discrimination. Just because myself or others are minorities or otherwise, doesn't mean staff have the right to be rude or anything. Perhaps being famous or dressing in a suit would help? Though my attire was never unkempt or offensive...Some time ago, with my first interaction with Lamborghini Boston, there was someone from the locations management staff talking to people. Excited about the prospect of purchasing an Aventador, me and my companion approached the man. Immediately his body language got hostile and indifferent. It made me shocked to see: if they treat a potential customer like this, how would a Lamborghini enthusiast, children, and others be treated? This brusque behavior made me irate and I started talking financing, ad personam, and other minutiae (which funnily enough, made him turn into the nicest person.) Ended up not closing on a deal.Second time, Lamborghini Boston had an Aventador on display and were letting everyone touch it, take pics, and sit in it. Waited for a right time to get my chance with the car and get hands on experience before plunking down money on such an expensive car. As soon as this long haired staff member saw me approach, he immediately went to shut off the car and close the door. They even went so far as to fabricate some issue regarding "the door's pump" which isn't an actual issue. Even if that was an issue with that model year Aventador, people shouldn't've been allowed to interact with a faulty car in any way. Third instance was at the New England Auto Show....can you believe as soon as they saw me near the booth they began to stare me down?? Using a nickname to post this review in fear of retaliation.Their inventory seems to be somewhat better as of late but usually it is mediocre. With these incidents it was disappointing, truly, to the point where I've directed friends and family to buy from rivals such as the Ferrari, McLaren, and other performance dealerships. I've closed in on a specific Lamborghini to purchase and will have to take it to one of the few shops with Lamborghini service experience or drive it out of state-will definitely not take it here.

At the very least, have ANY Herb Chambers vehicle checked out by a reputable mechanic. I get it's a Toyota and not a Bentley, but it's the general principle that is wrong.

A Dean: On 4/24/2021 I went to see a Bentley at metro west motorcar, no down payment or anything. It was advertised on carfax with exactly 30,241 miles. For weeks I spoke to Stan and frank until we agreed on payment and pickup dates. Metro received my paid in full payment on 5/3. I didn't picke up my car until 5/13 because of a few repairs and car prep. Arriving from NY to MA, frank had everything ready including my bill of sale, the car looked great and everything seemed fine at this point. As I got to the entrance ramp to go home, I look down and noticed the mileage at exactly 32,931 over three thousand miles more than advertised. I immediately pulled over and called frank. I also took a closer look at my bill of sale; the date on it said 4/24 the day I only came to see the car no down payment. Frank assured me he would fix everything with no problem and I believed him. I got home and noticed that the car still had the same problems they had my car an extra few weeks for and said they were ordering parts for and fixing. I went back and forth with Stan and frank for weeks and got nothing done as promised. There solution was for me to travel back to MA putting more miles on the car for a problem they kept my car an extra 2 weeks too fix. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was by far the worst vehicle purchasing experience ever. I wound up replacing a broken taillight and 2 front struts, the few things that was promised to be fixed in the first place. The wrong dates on my bill of sale gave me big problems with my insurance and taxes.

Darryus Bass: One always finds out the hard way. Thought I could rely on a source referred to me. Motorcycle dealer here con artist. First week fork bent and fork seal leaking, supposedly has all bikes gone through by a reputable source.Tried to put blame on me after one ride. After the one problem they decided to write up a promissory note saying that any and all problems after 1st problem were in my hands which I mistakenly signed. Bike was 2 quarts low on oil and Now running into destroyed clutch and upon removing plastics to assess clutch, plastics are all aftermarket and not original. Horrible horrible horrible. Get some guys that know what they are buying and selling.Sucks to get a referral and they suck.

I live half the country away and there was no issue at all having the car inspected. When a problem was found during the inspection Metro West took care of it without complaint. Communication was good throughout and even when I changed my mind about picking up the car vs having it shipped Frank was helpful. Had to fix the front brakes 2 months after that for a little over a thousand. Now 8 months down the line after I've only drove it for 3k miles the engine has blown, wasted about 15k down the drain, Tully says they don't think the oil was changed since long before I bought it, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP!! There is much more wrong that happened but I kept it to the cliff notes.
