Templates were provided for duplication however the end products on both occasions when laid over the originals did not match. The staff seem inconvenienced to be there and are apathetic at best. Go elsewhere

adam devitt: My garden window came in scratched. I'm not sure how it passed facility quality inspectionor how the installer didn't notice. Im not the professional, but it was obvious. Its been weeks and I still have no replacement. I don't mind mistakes, but they are not being fixed timely.The regional manager says there are computer issues at the window manufacturer making delays and incorrect orders. So I would definitely just avoid home depot project installations. For a 200 billion dollar company, that seems wildly inexcusable.There's other issues too, but you get the idea.
Digi Mortal: Amanda is the best customer service rep in this entire store. Handling as many people a day as she does while still maintaining individual customer loyalty is a skill that many people don't have. She excels at fulfilling orders as I need and want them. If there was one more star to give, she should get it!

Mina Thabet: The store is clearly understaffed. I stood at the PRO desk for over 15 minutes to get acknowledged while the 2 overwhelmed employees averted their eyes. Finally I had to interrupt to get noticed and was told to hold on as they were tied up. They clearly don't have enough help for the work load.I was told that I would be called with a timeframe of delivery for a $3000+ delivery of lumbar, and they never called. Just left the stuff in my driveway in the rain. When I called to ask, they said they were too busy to make phonecalls. I am taking my business to Lowe's or elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Tim Nikopoulos: We had a great experience at Rocky's today. Everyone from the cashier's to Charlene (I hope I didn't butcher your name) the store manager were extremely helpful. We had an issue with a grill I received for Christmas that didn't work appropriately on its first use this spring. They facilitated an easy exchange for the same grill.10/10 customer service from Charlene and everyone else we interacted with.

She was going to charge us for assembly and he told her were rewards members and she was still going to charge us. Assembly and delivery is suppose to be free. So then we live 19 miles away so we are out of their "free" delivery area. 19 miles really what are you a pizza delivery place? So because of that they want to charge us $15.00 for every 3 miles they have to travel. SO needless to say Rocky's Ace lost a $2000.00 sale that day. Horrible customer service.
