Faith Mascoll: Went here for the first time with my sister and niece. Found out they still had the playplace. I was surprised, and memories of my childhood came flooding in. There were a few people dining and a family enjoying the playplace.When waiting in line to order, the cashier was taking an order from a lady in front of us, then after taking her order, the cashier stepped from behind, got her cups then proceeded to continue to talk to her. I was very confused as there were other people in line waiting to order, and we were up next. I guess they knew each other, but it was very disrespectful for him to act like no one else was waiting in line and for them not to have someone else take his place. We were waiting for about 10 minutes until we just used the self order machine.We should've done that in the beginning instead of having to wait. After placing our order, the machine didn't even give us our receipt, luckily I remembered our order number. A guy finally came up to the cash register and took someone else's order, then asked us if we ordered. We told him we used the self checkout, but it didn't give us our receipt. He was kind to get us our icee, but when our food came they had prepared one for us so he said we could keep both which was nice.All we got was soda, water, icee, and fries. The fries could've used more salt.

Leanna Gonzalez: I went to the drive thru, lane furthest to the right. Was immediately told I needed to wait, so I wait. 3 minutes pass and I said “hello”, was told I needed to wait. Another car pulls to the drive thru on my left and gives their order and proceeds into the line. I then say, “hello” and was greeted with a very angry tone of “how can I help you” I asked for a #5 and told the person I wanted fresh fries or I would give them back. The person stated “No, I’m not taking your order or dealing with your attitude.” I go inside the store and see the GM Jackie being very rude to a customer at the register and walks away from him. I speak with the Manager Donny and am provided her name and the compliant line. However, I felt this review was very much needed. Customer service realm may not be the best option for this woman. As she was very rude, yelling at a customer through the drive thru and being rude to her staff while I was present. As well as, so rude to me when I clearly stated my order and how’d I like it and did not provide this woman with an attitude in any way. Completely unacceptable and she should not have that position with her disposition. I’ve called the compliant line and corporate. Hopefully they will take this into consideration. I’m sure the food is fine here, but I wouldn’t recommend this location purely based off the poor customer service demonstrated by the GM here.
