Joel Massa: 1998 jeep Cherokee 6+ years 186k purchase, 260k now. Bought for 1500, 1.5 years later brakes,springs,leaf springs shocks, the regular maintenance that goes in a year. When I bought it needed an O2 sensor and a muffler so he took 100 off. I told him when I purchase something I want to drive it for at least 30 + minutes to which if I recall now his words were somewhere along the lines of sure buddy or no problem buddy. Check engine light popped, either they cleared it or it sat and the battery died but more to the point of this review. Research and understand what you are purchasing when you spend your money. Don't expect a guy who is located in a hole in the wall of the major highway to be doing 180 point inspections. You have to do them. Everyone is trying to make it in this world and if this place didn't exist it would've been a tougher life for me, so thanks for being open! Drove by today and saw a white Grand Cherokee on the lot. Liberty Gibbit: I bought a car from Bruce Senatus at Jg Motors. When someone stole my catalytic converter and I sent him a video of how it sounded, he knew exactly what had happened. He was very helpful in getting that problem resolved. The car is now running well and I am happy with the results.

Coco: Worst place to do business ever!! Scammer is too nice of a word. I purchased a Cadillac De Ville from JOCELYN LUNDY(the owner). He told me the car was in mint condition and engine and transmission was in perfect condition. I payed 2,800 dollars for the car. Drive it home from the lot which was only a 15 minute drive, and the car already started smoking and the check engine light came on. I brought it to a mechanic the next day. I was informed that the car had a lot of issues including a bad transmission. When I went to JOCELYN LUNDY to inform him about the issues, he told me I was a liar about the car smoking and the mechanic was a liar. I then brought it to Demers auto. There I had mechanics do a full diagnostic of the car. I was informed that there was leaking oil, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. I was also informed that the transmission was bad and there was more than a few code reading problems with the car. I brought the car back to JG motors and demanded a refund. When I showed proof of the issues, JOCELYN LUNDY said that wasn’t proof to him, he then became confrontational and rude. He only issued me a refund of 2,650 dollars when I told him he was breaking multiple Massachusetts lemon laws, and that I had physical proof along with recorded evidence. He claimed there was a 150 dollars fee for the title transfer. IF YOU WANT A PIECE OF TRASH CAR THAT WILL BREAK DOWN ON YOU AND CAUSE YOU STRESS FROM LITERALLY RIGHT OFF THE LOT, IF YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A SCUMBAG LOWLIFE WHO DOESNT KNOW JACK ABOUT CARS, GO TO JG MOTORS ON 224 SW CUTOFF, WORCESTER, AND TALK TO JOCELYN LUNDY

I had bought a car and it failed inspection brought the car back to have it fixed he claimed he fixed it but the car was straight up undriveable feel as if he purposely put my family in danger. Michael Laughlin: BEWARE OF THESE SLIME BAGS!!!!Don't buy a vehicle here ever!!! You will loose all your money and more. I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer from Jocelyn (I'm not sure that's his real name as it's the only male I've met with that name) in May. It would not pass inspection for a number of safety issues, the most expensive being the rear wheel bearing. When I sent him the report I gave him the choice to do the repairs or have my mechanic do them. He said it wasn't his problem at first then when I told him I would return the car he changed his mind and told me to drop it off. He had the car for weeks and when I called to check on it he said he forgot to call me last week to tell me it was done. When I picked it up and brought it for reinspection it failed again for the rear wheel bearing. He refused to answer my calls let alone fix it so I did the repair myself (it cost $1000). I should've returned the car and got my money back at that point but I had hoped that would be the end of it. It wasn't. It passed inspection and a week later started making a loud rattling noise in the engine. Last week the timing chain broke and the car is a total loss. BEWARE OF JG MOTORS AND THE SLIME BAGS!!!

Nicole Worster: I purchased my Honda pilot here about a year and a half ago and other than normal wear and tear of buying a used vehicle things have been great! Maria and Julio were very helpful in getting me financed for the vehicle!! They are not just about getting the money in their pockets, they truly help out their customers!! I did not have the greatest of credit and they still got me approved with a super low down payment! I also recently brought my son's girlfriend here to purchase her very first vehicle they were great on the price helped her out from start to finish even lowered the price so that she could get approved for her vehicle and she is extremely happy with it as well! They tell you to go have the vehicle looked at through your own mechanic to check everything out, and if there is a problem, they set up an appointment with their mechanics and fix it for free!!! So obviously some of these reviews didn't do that, and are expecting a brand new vehicle from a used dealership lot 🤦♀️ That's the whole reason for getting an inspection done!

Katrina Ackermann: I can honestly say that Aziz ( the owner of Mass Motors ) it by far one of the best and most honest person you can have the pleasure of buying a vehicle from. He has gone above and beyond any and all expectations of a car dealer. I had been shopping around for the perfect car for me and my Family for about a month now and started at the major dealers around Worcester and even traveled as far as Bristol Toyota in Swansea and Ira Toyota in Tewksbury ( both of which turned out to be a nightmare so buyers beware ) and then I stumbled upon the car of my dreams at Mass Motors. After Ira Toyota dragged the little bit of credit i had through the mud by running my credit through 6 different lenders without permission after I went in preapproved for an 18,000$ Loan that I set up prior to my arrival to Toyota’s for that purpose and my credit dropped 40 points over night. I was mortified when I heard what my credit score ended up at yet Aziz saved the day and helped me through the steps to get the lender that the day before approved me for 18,000$ was struggling to lend me 9,000$ due to my credit drop. He worked 5 hours of magic for me and got me in my dream car that runs and drives absolutely perfect and for a perfect price. I truly appreciate all your help Aziz and will never buy a car from another person. Hands down you are the best and I really mean it. Thank you.

frank zola: Let me begin by saying how great fun I am for this experience Bicalho auto sales runned by Patrick and Nubia is a great place they get a bad rap for the area but there customer service is amazing they made things happen and they worked around my work schedule to make it happen they are both amazing and treated me as one if there own the vehicle he had to dump a bit of money in to I do not believe was his fault I google everything and usually hit the money this truck I purchased was a 2007 Chevy surburban lt and the thing had ever common issue the thing could of had it was unbelievable lol but Patrick and Nubia buckled down and fixed every issue now the truck drives phenomenal I would recommend them to my friends and family 100% great experience.

seth couturier: Should be an option for zero stars. They sold my wife a vehicle with a bad motor, and failed to honor the warranty because we moved out of state. Now we have a worthless chevy equinox that we are still making payments on, despite the fact theres still 10K miles on the warranty. The service department was rude, condescending and dismissive. My wife tried to take care of this herself, and left in tears after the way she was treated. I was shocked. They finally offered to "help" us for an estimated 5K or more to swap out the motor. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual dealership that is obligated to honor your warranty. Very disappointing.I know that they will respond to this review and try to dismiss the facts with false information and pretend to take the high road, and I will not be able to publicly respond to their lies, but don't believe them. There are plenty of better dealerships in the area.

I call in again, and talk to the same guy and ask him for a picture and I get: “I know man, you gotta give me some time”. Another 4 days go buy and nothing. Jatnna Medina: I’ll rate this experience because I have gotten both good and bad past experiences from Harr themselves from buying the vehicle to forgetting that no matter what they (salesperson says) look at the contract and ASK THEM TO SHOW YOU WHERE IN THE CONTRACT IT SAYS IT if they can’t find it DONT BELIEVE THEM- that goes for any not just Harr) because they like to include stuff that isn’t exactly in the contract and once you bring it up memory loss plays a big role.Anyways, I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service as the Jeep for service wasn’t bad it started out busy but that’s understandable. I was supposed to have tires rotations & after I dropped off the car I was told that I could have tire rotations because the tires were bad. I tried to change two tires out of four because that what I currently could do and was told no that they couldn’t it needed to be all four tires. I texted then to forget the oil change because it was useless I was doing it but I didn’t need it because I had already gotten an oil change about 1-2 months before. Oil change was still done (because I don’t know the time it was done in not going to hold it against them) paid $93 for an oil change might have paid less if done elsewhere and especially since I didn’t need one at the time (again not there fault but in my opinion if they see that it didn’t need one might as well say something like hey what you actually don’t need one). The do have a nice customer waiting area and they do offer to take you back to home and or work as long as it is in a certain range of the dealership so I’ve been told. The place was nice and neat and they do also offer light coffee/hot chocolate/water and snacks in the waiting room which is pretty nice.
Susan Trumbetti: Went to their free carwash when you buy a car there you get 2 years free oil changes and lifetime car washes. Plus when they do an oil change you get a free lunch from Panera bread. I bought two new cars from there.
Roger Leblanc: When they sell you a car. Don't purchase their maintenance plan. Waist . Takes a month to get a hold of service. Online appointment service sucks. Gotta put Vin in. Who has that on them. And I tried to use the car wash today. With my Harr "Wash Card" 12 cars in line. I may never use it. Waist. But service women was great. Squeezed me in early.

Automaniac: Over all it's a great Dealership. Don't waste the 2k or 3k on extended warranty. The odds of those kinds of repairs in the warranty period are slim to none and it's why they make a ton of money on them. Pure profit for HARR. I will say they gave us excellent customer service over all.
