They advertised a bike for a price on their website then they emailed me another price 1000 more dollars. Said it was a mistake. They tried to sell me a bike that was in an accident ask them if it was they told me no. Then I spent the money to check the vin and found out it was. Do your research before you buy a bike. Shame..... because it's close.I wasn't concerned about the offer at all. I asked for more...who wouldn't but I wasn't unhappy with the offer.Literally all it had to do with was communication. I asked about transportation etc...and was told the sales manager was out of town etc...to receive an email later via cellphone,that because of auctions going prices and nada values you would pass.A simple no thanks would have been easier, and less time consuming.I understand the game....so I'll adjust the star rating for the holidays.

Vicky Water: I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They are crooks! A few months back I brought my van to be fixed the wheel bearing needed to be replaced after paying almost 500$ I realized my van was still driving the same when I brought it back they tried to tell me I basically didn't know what I was talking about. Driving on the highway the bearing caught fire and my tire flew off and I almost died ! The new mechanic I brought it to said he could tell that rally just oiled the problem to make it seem like it was fixed but never fixed anything they are over expensive and liars. Do not go here!!!!

Donna Beattie (donnab104): I just brought my boyfriend's vehicle here for a state inspection. When I first walked into the lobby, I was not greeted. The gentleman at the desk and the woman sitting at the desk on the right just did not acknowledge me. No one looked happy to be there and, who I am assume is another mechanic who works there, came barging through the door shouting expletives because he didn’t want to be at work. I’ve worked several years in the customer service field and the service provided here was absolutely unacceptable. My vehicle was given a Fail and I was told i needed to have the repairs needed done immediately. The coworkers tend to talk amongst themselves and had no regard for me as a customer; just swearing and complaining about having to work during the pandemic. They also told me if I get them fixed and keep the receipt, i can come back and get another inspection free of charge. While that is tempting, I will be bringing my vehicle elsewhere once the repairs are made. Thank you but no thank you.

They fixed my Toyota Corolla bumper for the fraction of the cost and they gave my husband a discount because he was currently deployed. Fast forward to now; we got into another fender bender and I took our Nissian there. They fixed my car within 3 days! To my surprise they also cleaned my vehicle (which desperately needed it due to my two kids). The level of care that they showed is hard to find today. Harold Carver: Don't go to Gabriel Racing. Had my street bike in for service(oil change, sprocket and chain etc...) Not long after, the bike started running funny, clutch was slipping at high RPM's, very hard and clunky shifting. I wasn't happy with the service there during my first trip so I decided to go to another shop, expensive but wayyy more trust worthy. Anyways this new shop tears into my bike to diagnose it and they call me back telling me the springs were shot in my clutch, the plates needed to be replaced, fine not a big deal. So I go in to the new shop after work to check things out and the guy working on my bike tells me to stop putting motor oil (car oil) in my bike. I told him I never do my oil changes.....Then it dawned on me, the last 2 oil changes were Gabriel Racing! Those mother effers put motor oil in my bike, not for nothing but my clutch is a wet clutch. I couldn't believe it, I never would have expected that from Gabriel Racing. Huge disappointment. My bike will never see the inside of that shop ever again. Good way to kill someone's bike guys. Tip for Gabriel Racing, do what's best for your customers and you will always be in business. Funny how only the shop is open now and not the show room anymore, there's a reason behind that!!! Please, I don't want to see anyone else have there bike damaged like mine was, I know how you all love your bike. Go somewhere else, even if it is somewhat more expensive, there is a reason its more expensive. They have certified techs, that's why. You get what you pay for. Avoid Gabriel Racing in Worcester Ma.
