I frankly expected more for the price they charged and time it was there. True, I was informed that the admins have spoken to the piano teachers (only after I call them to ask about the delay in response); however, I was never contacted by a piano teacher to setup a lesson. Additionally my schedule wasn't unusual... if I remember correctly I put on the form that I am fully available Monday through Friday.Owner, you already have good reviews here, no need to posture. I hope you learn to use feedback to better your business and yourself.

Tyler Knapp: As a newly aspiring bassist, I brought my first (very cheap) bass here for a set up. What I got back felt like a huge upgrade. Matt was wicked easy to talk to, shared some knowledge with me, and I walked away feeling like I should have come here first to buy (instead of a cheapest thing I could find online).I got home to find my first two frets didn't sound great. They were very receptive to bringing it back in, and had it singing beautifully in ten minutes. I never felt like a bother for bringing it back, and see why they have such a stellar reputation for service

Let me tell you, Tyler did not fold under the pressure. He did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He jumped right into entertaining the kids, at 2:40-2:45pm (earlier than our agreement). Tyler gave a whole new definition to the term “ JACK OF ALL TRADES”. He truly was!!! From his magic shows, to puppet shows, face painting, balloon making, and games that incorporated CURRENT-AGE APPROPRIATE, UP- TO- DATE music, every person in the room was 110% engaged. And NOTICE I said everyone! Both, the children and parents! To be honest with you, I would totally hire Tyler for an “ Adult Birthday party” because he is so fun, and funny, flexible, accommodating, and talented that I can see him succeeding in entertaining adult birthday parties as well. Because, it’s not the “age” or the “theme” of a party, it’s the way Tyler is able to take complete control of the party in an effortless, kind, and exciting manner. But, Tyler doesn’t entertain at adult birthdays (at least, not to my knowledge, and before I sell him as an adult entertainer…I want to get back to the party at hand that he did entertain at…)Not one person was bored, not one person ever felt left out. What I LOVED about Tyler, was that he made it an “ EXTRA SPECIAL” experience for the vulnerable individuals…aka, the youngest children and the shyest children. He knew the perfect way to engage them without scaring them off or making them feel obligated to participate! I can't even describe how he did it, because I don’t know, but he did!He knew just how to connect with children of all ages, and get every single person enthusiastic and energetic! But the thing MOST attractive and appealing thing about TYLER is his PERSONA! He carries this charisma that is so infectious, it is impossible not to smile, laugh, and have a good time while he is entertaining. Although, I am still not sure if this was apart of his gig, but just his personality and jokes alone, classified him as a COMEDIAN! Add another form of entertainment to the birthday party people… A COMEDIAN!!! And the energy he possesses…. WOW! It is unlike any other entertainer I have ever seen! HONESTLY! For this reason alone, no one can hold a candlestick to TYLER…. Let alone all his other wonderful attributes that caused him to be the PINNACLE of our party. He turned our son’s 6th “ Birthday PARTY” into a memorable Birthday BASH, not only did the kids not want the party to end, the kids continued to refer to the party throughout the year.

Lucie Agostinacchio: Tyler Winters is a wonderful DJ and kids entertainer. I booked Tyler/IzzysEntertainment for my son's first birthday party in February where we hosted 125 guests. Tyler not only delivered on all he promised but exceeded my expectations. We had close to 50 kids between the age of 3 and 12 and Tyler kept them entertained for 4 hours without missing a beat. Tyler ensured that every child who wanted a balloon animal and or their face painted was not disappointed. He played music continuously throughout the event and played games that ensured the energy of the party was continuously moving. The kids loved the magic show and everyone was very impressed at Tyler's energy and enthusiasm throughout the entire 4 hour event. Tyler was even nice enough to help us play a video montage on his lap top when the venue could not accommodate us. We found Worcester Music Academy online and reached out to Sarah for more information. She was (and always is) so responsive. We set up a virtual lesson with Eric and haven’t looked back. I was worried about starting lessons in a new place virtually, but it has been fantastic. The communication from both Eric and Sarah is clear and prompt and so helpful.
