He gave me the total amount of my purchase so I could compare what I picked out to Bernie and Phyl’s and Ashley Furniture. Needless to say the sales woman at Bernie and Phyl’s was useless as she just pointed to the back of the store and continued chitchatting with her fellow employees. By the way the store was dead!! Ashley furniture was about the same customer service. So I recommend Bob’s furniture to everyone and anyone who wants awesome customer service and fantastic quality furniture and ask for Ken Reed. Hima Bindu Pyda: We have bought the Bedroom set, Family room and dining room Sets from Rainbow furniture in early 2000. All of them are in good condition but however during the shifting, head board of the King bed was broken. When we spoke to Ron @ Rainbow furniture, he has asked us to bring it down to the show room. He said, he would try to fix it in few days. He called us back to say that it was fixed and to our surprise, it was fixed so nicely that we could not even make out the broken leg and it is now put to use regularly.We couldn't believe that Rainbow has willingly fixed the issue even after 20+ years of purchase from them and was done so professionally. Thanks a ton to Ron Harris & his team at the Rainbow Furniture for their commitment and professional out look. Taylor Miller: I searched for weeks for a couch that I liked, and it wasn't until I checked out Rainbow Furniture that I saw such a wide selection. I got a name brand couch that was unbelievably affordable, and I got to pick from several colors. On top of that, staff were actually kind and helpful (was practically ignored at other stores)! They kept me updated on the shipment and delivery, this service was just perfect.

Jay Klein: I just moved to Boston from TX. Had to shop online which triggered a little anxiety with not knowing or seeing the products in person. But I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was great, they showed up exactly when they said they would. The furniture was great for the price. These folks have great customer service and the owner even texted me after hours to discuss delivery schedule and product info. I was very happy with what I purchased. And I would definitely buy from these folks again. Top notch company.

Willaim Letourneau: I was a little skeptical with ordering from here because of all of the reviews. We ordered our kitchen set online, set as pick up. The online process was a little confusing. It does not have you select a store to pick up from and when you call the store they person answering the phone did not know any information. If you do the online chat it seems to go to the same person at their warehouse in RI, who was able to give us accurate information and pick up details. The table set came in 2 days late, they said a truck broke down. Things happen. A women who works at the store was willing to drive to RI to pick up the set for me incase it did not come in that Friday vs the original Wednesday delivery.Overall:The customer service I would give 3 stars. It would be nice if there were more details on the confirmation email. There seems to be some confusion with employees at the store where I would have given it a lesser review if it wasn't for the women I spoke to on the phone from the store who was in fact excellent and probably the only knowledgeable person in the store.The furniture came 2 days late to the store but it was easy to put together and better quality than the last set I received from BOBs furniture a couple of years ago.

Christopher Beland: When we arrived, we just wanted to be left alone to look at everything. A saleswoman interrogated us at the entrance. She said she wasn't going to follow us around, but she did later admit she was watching us on cameras. She probably wasted 15 minutes talking to us about rugs that were way too expensive and not to our taste, and I started to worry she was slowing us down enough we wouldn't be able to see the whole store before it closed. I'm glad we ignored her implied advice to skip the upper floors, as there was stuff there on our list which we hadn't gone over with her. I've never bought furniture online, but I'm going to try that next because this is not the first time I've been unable to fight off furniture salespeople.The actual furniture and rugs were not to my taste - hardly anything with bright colors or modern designs.

I took those pictures last week before they closed thete doors forever. We will miss Rotman's furniture 😢 it was a huge piece of our city .

Logan Murphy: Selection and overall experience is like no other, it's a great store to find inspiration but often doesn't have a full set that I'm looking for. Also I have found that the overall majority of their stock is priced higher (sometimes significantly higher) than competitors for the same or similar name brand furniture. I would recommend Roman's for their rugs not as much their furniture.

Eduardo Pagán: Harassment for pre-payments is incredible. They will blow your phone before payment is due.They will call private and from other area codes until you answer the phone. They will later deny and say “it must’ve been cooperate”. I’ve never felt as suffocated and anxious by a rental company like I have with Aaron’s on Grafton St.

Darleen Rivera-Pagan: If I could give them no starts I would. This is literally the worst place to ever go to for furniture. My friend has been a loyal customer for YEARS. They called her and told her they need to pick up her tv for THEIR mistake. She pays monthly, not sure how they made this mistake but they called her claiming she owes a payment and need to confiscate her tv. Mind you, in all the years she’s been making payments there has never been ONE late once. The general manager here is absolutely horrible too. Didn’t help the situation at all and even after speaking to my friend and “resolving” the issue, they called her AGAIN for the same thing. I’m relocating and was thinking about going through Aaron’s to get new furniture but after this, I will never step foot in there. Absolute worst customer service and honestly a shame.

I wait and wait then I call the store next morning and tell them what happen . Then all he say oh he didn't hear anything. Then he say he send someone out in 1or 2 days. Damn

I waited almost 2 months to receive my bedroom set I had two nice gentleman’s Who came and put it together I tipped $30 Because I live on the third floor. But failed to put one of the support beams underneath the bed frame which caused to break when someone sit down on the corner of the bed . Even with the bed broke I still made a payment or two but enough is enough I called and called for two months kept getting the same response oh we have to order your pieces..... but I thought they were already ordered but they weren’t ... finally somebody came out and put two screws to hold it up because I had it sitting on paint cans ... guess what I broke again here I am months later I still haven’t received the pieces i’m not paying for something that’s broken what happened guaranteed repair... then I receive a letter in the mail after being told that i was good standing... about going to court for failure to make payments I believe LOL LOL

After speaking with another associate she fixed my problem & I made both payments & she rang the bell. Better employee training to deal with real life situations.

First after waiting a week and a half from scheduling my order for a combined washer dryer, I ask for the earliest delivery and she “scheduled me for 10-1” but actually scheduled me for 3-6. When I called that day she lied to me and said there was an issue with the trucks, when I spoke with the manager he told me she scheduled me for the evening and lied to me!! He apologized and took off money for my next payment. When the delivery guys set it up, right before they leave the tell me it’s leaking and it’s “not our problem you need to call someone” and left! When my maintenance guy came by, he said they set up the hose with a missing part and never tightened the pipes!!! Then the next day when I washing all of my towels I had to use to clean up the water leaks, the drain hose comes loose because it was never even fastened!!!!! More water damage to my walls and floor!! I call to have them come take it back and demanded a refund, the manager lies about calling me back regarding my refund and never calls. I finally reach out to the cooperate office tolet them know about everything. Finally pick up day and when they promised me I would be their first stop at 10am I should have known it was another lie! Here I am, waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours and they still aren’t here. When I call they tell me they had other deliveries this morning. WORST COMPANY TO EXCIST. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. On top of everything the washer didn’t even wash well, left soap marks and nothing smells clean! Horrible experience.
