Joe Garcia Gruntastic Logistics: I’m at a loss for words at trying to describe my experience with G&O. Nick came out to inspect my roof due to a leak we noticed from the interior attic. Clearly, we need a new roof. It’s at the end of its life. He pointed out everything wrong with my current roof and while it was leaking in a certain area, we still knew we needed a replacement. However, not a cost we can take on. Nick, without hesitation, offered to repair the leak, but also added a solar fan for the garage because it’s 1,000 degrees in there. By Nick agreeing to the repair, this gives us 2 more years (estimated) to obtain the funds for a complete repair. They put a new roof on my house and replaced cedar siding that was worn and cracked. They are full service so when I needed someone to replace the cedar that was cracked they sent a carpenter....who was very efficient and did a great job. They are full service so when I also needed a painter to paint the new shingles I didn't have to search reviews for someone to call. Very. happy and so will you be with this company!

Working with Nick from start to finish really made my life that much easier. Nick was on site multiple times a day to make sure everything was going smooth. The workers did an outstanding job with the roof. In and out within 2 days. I was nervous about the loose scraps and nails being around the yard (dog) and driveway (car tires). Lewis Lipsitz: We hired G&O to replace a steep, complex, and very high roof on our old 3-story Victorian home. Unlike 2 other roofers we received estimates from, they informed us that we could make an insurance claim for shingle "blow-off," which we didn't realize was covered. They also provided a private adjuster who successfully negotiated with the insurance company to pay the cost of a better quality roof than they had originally agreed to. It then took a while to get town permits and begin the job, but we were extremely impressed by the workmen and their quality of work. They were true craftsmen and a pleasure to have working for us. They cleaned up every day, did not use scaffolding, lifts, or dumpsters, and left no debris on site. The finished roof looks fabulous. We have had numerous experiences with roofers in the past, but G&O was in a class of its own, far above all others. They are expensive, but well worth the price - especially with the help of insurance coverage.

Chris Robidoux: They came and repaired a very complicated roof line. The shingled roof met a rubber roof .That is where the roof was leaking. Everyone else said remove everything including the deck above the rubber roof which would cost 15000.00 and up. Essentially rebuild the whole thing. Mike Perron: I contacted this company to have a rubber roof replaced. The owner sent out one of his guys to look at the roof, and they were sure they could patch it instead.The roof was patched, but continues to leak. After the fifth or sixth callback I have stopped trying. Roof leaking into my house, causing significant damage inside the walls, to the interior, and to my personal property. Absolutely unacceptable, and worse still the owner never once came out to see the situation himself. I am only rating two stars instead of one because they were willing to come back out again and again to try and fix it, and because the price was reasonable for the theoretical fix.I wish I had more strongly insisted that they replace the roof, but you would hope you could trust the opinion of the roofer!Service:Roof repair
Fernando Guedes: I had Seven Hills Roofing replace the boot on an old cast iron pipe that runs through my roof as it was leaking a little bit of water on the side of the pipe when it rained hard. Paul Ferns: The roof was leaking and needed to be totally replaced. Worcester Roofing Co. were very detailed oriented and did a good job. They were careful taking off the new roof so almost all the old roof ended up in the dumpster and not in the bushes around the house. I checked on the work repeatedly as the work was being done and the sheathing was being replaced and they did not skimp. The shingles were properly installed. Michael Kelley: Worcester Roofing Contractors replaced the roof on my house. They did a great job at the best price I could find. The job included tearing off all the old shingles and putting on new, high quality shingles. They did the job in one day which I really liked. Niza Vinas: Great price, fast work with high quality 30 year roofing shingles – what is not to like? I set appointments with a bunch of roofers and three actually showed up and gave me a quote. A lot of roofing companies never answered their phone, and never returned my phone calls. I liked that this company answered their phone consistently, and when the guy showed up to give me a price quote it was evident he had been doing the work for a long time. They also did not require a large down payment which I found reassuring. There were not additional “add on costs” like the dumpster, or disposal costs once the job was done. My roof needed two layers of shingles to be removed and they actually replaced some of the plywood and did not increase the cost of the estimate they provided. It has been a while since the work was done and I have not had any leaks. The workmen were respectful and did not blast classic rock music while they worked. (I endured this from a neighbor that had a contractor do their siding.) I would hire them again, but hopefully I won’t have to for another 30 years!
Richard Smithson: Steve is the best! He is plain spoken and a straight shooter. I had a roof that leaked around the chimney flashing, but also the roof that faced south was missing some asphalt shingles. The roof is old, and probably should be replaced, but this crew worked their magic and it has been three weeks, and a couple of snow storms later and no leak. They also did a good job of cleaning up once they were done so I didn't have to walk around the house can pick up trash after they had left.

Acerik: Kidd Luukko is a well organized and professional roofing company in the Worcester area that offers a variety of related services. They did an emergency repair for me. It was an good price considering the urgency and their quick response.I also had them quote some more typical roofing work that is not time sensitive. Their cost to perform that work is fair compared to other contractors. They use a pre-manufactured drip edge so that keeps them competitive compared to contractors who shop manufacture their own. The quote delineated very clearly their proposed scope with all required site conditions for their work to be performed. Any exclusions are also included in the quote. I would go with these guys if I knew nothing about roofing.

Heather Jacques: Exceptional roofing company. Jeff is great about communication, thoroughly explains things, and is very fairly priced for the high-quality work he provides. His crew were prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. They were considerate enough to move my plants and garden pieces, so they didn't get damaged, and they constantly cleaned up the debris so there was very little mess at any given time. Jeff provided status pictures by txt several times (we were home, but our roof is high and not easily seen) so we were always informed what was happening at each stage. Erin Bettencourt: We reached out to JPV after discovering our attic riddled with mold. Jeff came out to our home to provide an assessment and quote very quickly. He recommended a full roof replacement with new plywood as needed with proper attic vents as well as a skylight replacement. He was able to quickly find a special order skylight with a solar shade. The crew arrived promptly and had the entire roof stripped off within a couple hours. Even with the terrible heat and an entire roof worth of plywood boards to replace, they had the job done and pulled out of the driveway before 5:30pm. We ran into some issues with the skylight installation; including discovering the wrong skylight was delivered! Jeff and his foreman were very helpful and accommodating. A small crew returned about a week after the initial job to install the proper skylight in less than 2 hours. The roof looks beautiful and our new shaded skylight is a game changer in our foyer! Jeff is knowledgeable and great to work with! His crew worked quickly and even went an extra mile by taking a leaf blower to our long overdue gutters! Farshid Kaboli: Not impressed, I had "On Top Roofing" install a de-icing cable, I accepted the quotation to install 100 linear feet cable and thermostat, which was on the high end, thinking I am getting professional installation, to my surprise, the guys that show up didn't know anything about de-icing cable/thermostat. After 3 months of back and forth, I ended up with 75 feet cable, no thermostat, and the invoice (minus their cost of the cheap thermostat). I would not recommend them for installing de-icing cable.

Alise, the office manager kept ongoing communication with us. Tim gave us a reasonable estimate and to our surprise, the roof installation was done sooner than expected. Very pleased with how the day of the installation went. Men arrived very early in the morning, covered sides of house along with bushes. Job was done by early afternoon. Another roofing company offered 5k off the price ONLY if I signed on that SAME day. Their price was literally twice the cost of ALL other estimates.(I was also cautioned by 2 of the professionals working in my home to avoid the VERY SIMILAR sounding roofing company . I was told NOT mix the 2 companies up)We had 2 very heavy rainfalls since the roof and seamless gutters were done . No leaks anywhere.The customer service has also been beyond excellent.!ON TOP was not the cheapest price I recieved BUT nowhere near the most expensive either.Oh, and just incase your wondering, I NEVER EVER take ANY kind if kick back or promo for ANY of my reviews ( nor was any offered). Peter Dwyer: Where to begin, what a great crew Dave has.First, got a no BS quote from team member Jeff, free estimate. Super nice throughout that experience.Second, Dave followed up after I left a message, recommended a deposit (which can be done online). Even though the crew had some other work going, Dave said it would be possible to do the install this year.Third, schedule opened up, crew did the install in about 3-4 hours, took away the old gutter system and just cranked on the job full tilt with a full crew. Honestly, could not ask for a better experience the first time getting gutters replaced!

Joan Didzbalis: I have a three Decker and I thought I needed a new gutter because it was leaking in two different places. I called Eagle Gutters and Dave came the next day . He looked at the two seams that were leaking and said To save money instead of a whole gutter new gutter -let’s seal t those seams and then he asked me if I ever get water in the Basement. For 30 years I’ve always gotten water in the basement where we would it spread it out with a broom and let it dry or to the point where I had to get Zepo to watch absorb the water and have 5 to 10 trash bags go out a week after a rainstorm. I related this to Dave and he said well did you ever look at you drain pipes and I said no and he said look they’re all open in the back ..he told me if we put new drain pipes on that’ll solve your problem. WELL HE WAS RIGHT!!!! After every rain storm we’ve had since April now it’s July I haven’t got one speck of water in my Cellar! I can’t believe the 30 years that I dealt with all that water!! Should Have called Eagle 30 years ago!!! Geat Idea: I had gotten 4 quotes to fix a major leak where the stucco on the front of my house leaked over the years and replace the stucco section with James Hardie shingles. It required re-flashing where the Hardie met the roof and brick walls. Let's just say Igor's quote was so much more realistic for the section that needed to be repaired. He knew from the beginning what was causing the issue and came highly regarded from the folks at James Hardie Corp. His crew had to replace rotted plywood on the exterior wall under the stucco as well as a 2x6 or two. I was impressed by the speed in which it was completed and the cleanup post work. His company is old school and does the work the way it should be done. Don't even hesitate for a second if you're concerned with quality and honesty.Service:Remodeling
