Joe Garcia Gruntastic Logistics: I’m at a loss for words at trying to describe my experience with G&O. Nick came out to inspect my roof due to a leak we noticed from the interior attic. Clearly, we need a new roof. It’s at the end of its life. He pointed out everything wrong with my current roof and while it was leaking in a certain area, we still knew we needed a replacement. However, not a cost we can take on. Nick, without hesitation, offered to repair the leak, but also added a solar fan for the garage because it’s 1,000 degrees in there. By Nick agreeing to the repair, this gives us 2 more years (estimated) to obtain the funds for a complete repair. They put a new roof on my house and replaced cedar siding that was worn and cracked. They are full service so when I needed someone to replace the cedar that was cracked they sent a carpenter....who was very efficient and did a great job. They are full service so when I also needed a painter to paint the new shingles I didn't have to search reviews for someone to call. Very. happy and so will you be with this company!

Working with Nick from start to finish really made my life that much easier. Nick was on site multiple times a day to make sure everything was going smooth. The workers did an outstanding job with the roof. In and out within 2 days. I was nervous about the loose scraps and nails being around the yard (dog) and driveway (car tires). The clean up job after every work day was SPOT LESS. Picking out the siding was also easy with Nick and Pete being just a phone call away for ANY question I may have had. Lewis Lipsitz: We hired G&O to replace a steep, complex, and very high roof on our old 3-story Victorian home. Unlike 2 other roofers we received estimates from, they informed us that we could make an insurance claim for shingle "blow-off," which we didn't realize was covered. They also provided a private adjuster who successfully negotiated with the insurance company to pay the cost of a better quality roof than they had originally agreed to. It then took a while to get town permits and begin the job, but we were extremely impressed by the workmen and their quality of work. They were true craftsmen and a pleasure to have working for us. They cleaned up every day, did not use scaffolding, lifts, or dumpsters, and left no debris on site. The finished roof looks fabulous. We have had numerous experiences with roofers in the past, but G&O was in a class of its own, far above all others. They are expensive, but well worth the price - especially with the help of insurance coverage.

Brianna Peloquin: Overpromised and underdelivered. Our skylights were installed in November 2021, and Eddie upsold us by adding on some "solar blinds", which he guaranteed would get us money back during tax season. Not only did we not get money back, but the blinds we paid for ($300+ each) were never even installed. Apparently they've been "on backorder" for 6+ months. We've been calling Eddie on a weekly basis for months to get updates, or cancel our order, and the most we get back from him is a "I'll call you later" text followed by nothing.The only reason I left 2 stars is because the skylights that were installed look great, and we no longer have a leaky window.

Chris Robidoux: They came and repaired a very complicated roof line. The shingled roof met a rubber roof .That is where the roof was leaking. Everyone else said remove everything including the deck above the rubber roof which would cost 15000.00 and up. Essentially rebuild the whole thing. Mike Perron: I contacted this company to have a rubber roof replaced. The owner sent out one of his guys to look at the roof, and they were sure they could patch it instead.The roof was patched, but continues to leak. After the fifth or sixth callback I have stopped trying. Roof leaking into my house, causing significant damage inside the walls, to the interior, and to my personal property. Absolutely unacceptable, and worse still the owner never once came out to see the situation himself. I am only rating two stars instead of one because they were willing to come back out again and again to try and fix it, and because the price was reasonable for the theoretical fix.I wish I had more strongly insisted that they replace the roof, but you would hope you could trust the opinion of the roofer!Service:Roof repair
Fernando Guedes: I had Seven Hills Roofing replace the boot on an old cast iron pipe that runs through my roof as it was leaking a little bit of water on the side of the pipe when it rained hard. Acerik: Kidd Luukko is a well organized and professional roofing company in the Worcester area that offers a variety of related services. They did an emergency repair for me. It was an good price considering the urgency and their quick response.I also had them quote some more typical roofing work that is not time sensitive. Their cost to perform that work is fair compared to other contractors. They use a pre-manufactured drip edge so that keeps them competitive compared to contractors who shop manufacture their own. The quote delineated very clearly their proposed scope with all required site conditions for their work to be performed. Any exclusions are also included in the quote. I would go with these guys if I knew nothing about roofing.

Jack Blake: I wasn’t surprised to see all the bad reviews about driving here. I ran into one of their trucks weaving through traffic, cutting me off, driving in the middle of two lanes and on a bus-only lane so nobody could pass them, all in the middle of the city. I see they have a reputation for road rage and bad behavior. If anybody from the company cares to do anything about it, it was truck number 2721 on April 19th 2023 in Boston. Maybe they can get their employees to improve their behavior before they hurt or kill somebody on the road.
Martin: Employee driving Greenwood truck was throwing dunkin cups out of the window on 495. Hire better people.

josh roy: Driving home from a long day at work and I got cut off by one of the Greenwood industry roofing trucks and I had yelled out the window to the man that he needed to learn how to drive and he immediately pulled over at a green light got out of his truck and tried to fight me and tell me that it was my fault for him cutting me off. Very unpleased especially after looking the company up and seeing that they look like a somewhat professional company. Just don’t cut people off and stay safe on the road

Nicole Blanchard: Company is awful. Drivers are even worse. I tried calling multiple times on one of their drivers who tried ramming me off the highway at 80 mph, cutting in and out of lanes, tailgating etc... No call back. I have a picture of the license plate and truck number but you can never reach an actual person when you call the number on the truck. I encounter their terrible drivers every morning because I drive by the gas station where they all fill up in the morning and just come right on out to the main street like they own it and have the right of way. AWFUL COMPANY!

David Pitts: Apollo Roofing and Sheet Metal crew working on school in Fall River. Show up at 5:25 am, wakes up the entire neighborhood. Ten or more vehicles with workers. Local police tells them to be quiet. A few minutes later they're banging on concrete with a sledgehammer. I yelled out the to be quiet, they swore at me. Complete lack of professionalism.

Derek Bronson: Walking on the dunks parking lot and a driver cut me off to back into a spot. Another one yelled a racial slur at another. And none of them had masks on inside a public building.

Daisy DelGado: Looks like I'm not the only one here to complain about their drivers. Absolutely the rudest drivers, who think they own the road and where ever they are. I've ran into these guys on more than one occasion since I live in the area, and they are all the same. They block entrances for gas stations, they even made hand gestures at me to move my car when I was already at the gas pump, and after I did move he made even more hand gestures at me. If this is the way these guys treat people that AREN'T even customers but COULD be potential customers, I can't imagine how they treat their customers. You need to teach these guys to be courteous even when they are not on the job, as that could be money lost to the company.

Paul Ferns: The roof was leaking and needed to be totally replaced. Worcester Roofing Co. were very detailed oriented and did a good job. They were careful taking off the new roof so almost all the old roof ended up in the dumpster and not in the bushes around the house. I checked on the work repeatedly as the work was being done and the sheathing was being replaced and they did not skimp. The shingles were properly installed. Michael Kelley: Worcester Roofing Contractors replaced the roof on my house. They did a great job at the best price I could find. The job included tearing off all the old shingles and putting on new, high quality shingles. They did the job in one day which I really liked. Their team was very experienced and the owner was easy to work with. They also had a financing option through Owens Corning.

Called him, told me he'd be there the following day; never showed. I've left three voicemails and he won't call me back. It's a small job, but money is money. Don't call Steve.

Niza Vinas: Great price, fast work with high quality 30 year roofing shingles – what is not to like? I set appointments with a bunch of roofers and three actually showed up and gave me a quote. A lot of roofing companies never answered their phone, and never returned my phone calls. I liked that this company answered their phone consistently, and when the guy showed up to give me a price quote it was evident he had been doing the work for a long time. They also did not require a large down payment which I found reassuring. There were not additional “add on costs” like the dumpster, or disposal costs once the job was done. My roof needed two layers of shingles to be removed and they actually replaced some of the plywood and did not increase the cost of the estimate they provided. It has been a while since the work was done and I have not had any leaks. The workmen were respectful and did not blast classic rock music while they worked. (I endured this from a neighbor that had a contractor do their siding.) I would hire them again, but hopefully I won’t have to for another 30 years!
Richard Smithson: Steve is the best! He is plain spoken and a straight shooter. I had a roof that leaked around the chimney flashing, but also the roof that faced south was missing some asphalt shingles. The roof is old, and probably should be replaced, but this crew worked their magic and it has been three weeks, and a couple of snow storms later and no leak. They also did a good job of cleaning up once they were done so I didn't have to walk around the house can pick up trash after they had left.

Sara H: Sometimes goes by Lab Realty LLC, or Express Multiservices LL . The owners go by the name Ken or Chanthy Pen and his wife Phetdalinh Pany (who owns all the companies they found). They are untrustworthy, unreliable, dishonest, and will bring a lot of nightmares to your project. He will give you reasons for needing more money, ask you to transfer money because funds is on hold or his bank is not in the area, and in turn will give you a check to reimburse for the transfer or advance. All checks will be retuned to you unpaid and you will be left with a project under construction forever because he will just walk away, all the while he has been paid in full and more. What was done to my property was a total nightmare and I paid almost $100,000 to him. No kitchen, no proper bathrooms, no wall or ceiling. Save yourself time, money, and headache and stay away from this guy or his company (whatever name they use for this address).
Pacific Properties: Hiring this company was the worst mistake I ever made. Owner is a liar with constant excuses, doesn't pay his workers. Constantly asking for more money and to borrow. Totally unprofessional.
