Geat Idea: I had gotten 4 quotes to fix a major leak where the stucco on the front of my house leaked over the years and replace the stucco section with James Hardie shingles. It required re-flashing where the Hardie met the roof and brick walls. Let's just say Igor's quote was so much more realistic for the section that needed to be repaired. He knew from the beginning what was causing the issue and came highly regarded from the folks at James Hardie Corp. His crew had to replace rotted plywood on the exterior wall under the stucco as well as a 2x6 or two. I was impressed by the speed in which it was completed and the cleanup post work. His company is old school and does the work the way it should be done. Don't even hesitate for a second if you're concerned with quality and honesty.Service:Remodeling

Besides some weather delays, They were always on time , and always let me know the work schedule. They cleaned up nicely after every work day , and made sure any exposed house parts were weather tight until the job was completed (it snowed twice during the week they were siding. Not a single issue ). They found some rotting in the walls due to poor flashing (previous home owner) , fixed it quickly and completely , the additional charge for the repair was very fair.Quotes were reasonable and beat 3 other siding companies , and 4 other roofing companies. Clearly, we need a new roof. It’s at the end of its life. He pointed out everything wrong with my current roof and while it was leaking in a certain area, we still knew we needed a replacement. However, not a cost we can take on. Nick, without hesitation, offered to repair the leak, but also added a solar fan for the garage because it’s 1,000 degrees in there. Lewis Lipsitz: We hired G&O to replace a steep, complex, and very high roof on our old 3-story Victorian home. Unlike 2 other roofers we received estimates from, they informed us that we could make an insurance claim for shingle "blow-off," which we didn't realize was covered. They also provided a private adjuster who successfully negotiated with the insurance company to pay the cost of a better quality roof than they had originally agreed to. It then took a while to get town permits and begin the job, but we were extremely impressed by the workmen and their quality of work. They were true craftsmen and a pleasure to have working for us. They cleaned up every day, did not use scaffolding, lifts, or dumpsters, and left no debris on site. The finished roof looks fabulous. We have had numerous experiences with roofers in the past, but G&O was in a class of its own, far above all others. They are expensive, but well worth the price - especially with the help of insurance coverage.

Brenda Bombard: Todd posted the patch job he was doing on our roof on his Facebook page. Too bad as soon as he was done taking pictures he stopped working! Filing in small claims for fraud after reading all these reviews. Refuses to answer calls or reply to texts. The entirety of his work literally blew off all over the yard three days later. Gonna call the DA and see if there are criminal charges we can file because this seems to be the norm. Take the customer's money, start a half assed job, don't finish and disappear. Maybe a call to one of those news channels to get a response is in order! Definitely calling the AG as well as BBB and local Chamber of Commerce!

We had old siding torn down off the house, new siding installed, new gutters installed, new custom window installed, and a chimney repair as well as some other repairs done to our flashing on our roof. Frank Gallagher: Kenny Exteriors did a terrific job for us, replacing our old deck with a beautiful screened-in porch with a bump-out for the grill and enclosed storage space underneath. They also replaced all of our windows, including a 10 foot bow window and repaired some serious water and insect damage to the wall under the old deck. From the beginning, Mike Kenny was professional and very upfront about the work to be done and the cost to us. He gave us a detailed quote that allowed us to plan appropriately (even for the damage repair). Eric Mertz: Kenny Exteriors did a fabulous job! The primary job was new siding, but the guys found and replaced a lot of rotten wood and moldy insulation. They also added a small portico for the front door and some other small improvements. The guys were very polite and worked well with me and my family. Clean-up was excellent, as opposed to some other contractors I've hired. I wish I would've found Kenny sooner and recommend whenever I get the chance.

We are especially pleased with how they look from the outside. Unlike the other windows we had installed by another company, Kenny Exteriors cut the outside frames to minimize seams for a streamlined look. When the installation was complete, you would never know workmen were here. The areas both inside and outside the house were clean and cared for.
