Baron Staring: Breakfast was great both mornings. Comfortable rooms and amenities. A little awkward to get to and some traffic noise. Still a pleasant business stay and good location for this trip.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Paul Langner: VERY clean. Didn't enjoy breakfast as I have at other Hiltons. Room very clean. Kudos to the security. Could exit thru the side doors but couldn't enter thru them, only the front door. And after 10 needed to be let in by the front desk or your keycard. Super quiet as well as smelled clean. Definitely will stay here again if I am in the area.Rooms: Very large. (I stayed in the studio suit)
Vanilla Valentin (Sweetie Valentine): Rooms: The rooms were nice and spacious they had a living room area and dish washer and full size fridge it was so nice and king size bedRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Quiet …More

C rose: The front desk employees were extremely rude and didn’t want to be bothered when asked questions. The pool all the kids were swimming in there made their eyes BURN for days. They couldn’t even swim for more than a few minutes because it was so heavily chemically filled. It’s supposed to be salt water pool? Well it certainly had more than just salt water in it. I have photos of the kids eyes from being in the pool. They couldn’t see. Even just sitting in that pool room the adults eyes were burning! Their skin is beyond dry they itch still days after the stay. Not to mention it completely ruined their hair for days. Now, as we are in the pool Saturday night. The kids get out and need a towel. The front desk is sitting at tables chatting and Rudely respond and let us know there are absolutely NO towels. Not any bath towels not any pool towels. How do you have an entire hotel KNOWING there is an event in the area. I was told they were fully booked. How would they not do laundry and make sure they have clean towels for the guests!!! That is unacceptable. So none of the kids could shower before they’re event Sunday morning. Had to walk up to the room dripping wet and dry off with BLANKETS. The front desk people did not apologize instead acted annoyed and like “oh well” figure it out. I’m extremely outraged with this hotel. NO toilet paper in the room. there’s no extra ANYWHERE IN THE ROOM. I didn’t see housekeeping at all throughout my stay. Bums loitering outside the hotel the entire time coming up to us for money every-time we tried to get to our car. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Jemece Gasaway: I always stay here when I travel to the area for work. Never disappointed. Very clean rooms and very kind staff.
Elisha DV: This location is by far my family's favorite Homewood Suites that we've visited (and we've been to a good handful throughout the US). We stayed for a total of 4 nights this time, the first of which was Christmas Eve. After a winter storm interrupted our original Christmas plans, we took refuge here knowing that we'd be well-cared for as we have been on previous stays. We weren't disappointed. The hotel is newer, built within the last 5 or so years, and looks as such. The rooms are quite large, and modern (we've stayed in the 1BR king suites, as well as the king studio suite). The lobby is spacious and inviting for breakfast, but is also a nice place to relax day or night. Everything is kept very clean. Parking is free for 1 car in the hotel lot. Several of the staff - particularly Marvin at the front desk and Angie in housekeeping - are truly excellent at customer service and sense of humor. Our kudos to both of them in particular. We'll be back here for sure!
Dawn Owen: We stayed for 4 days, while visiting family for the holidays. I truly have zero complaints with our suite. It was clean and very nicely appointed, with everything we could possibly need. There's enough soundproofing that I wasn't overly bothered by the typical sounds of other nearby guests or highway noise. I'd say that my one and only complaint was breakfast, which I went downstairs only once for. It is substantial, as others have stated and my scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes were nicely seasoned, but for some odd reason, even being in a chafing dish, were room temp at best, instead of piping hot. I'd definitely stay again though and hope to do so sometime during the summer next year 😊
William Weisensee: A very nice suite close to our annual Trans Siberian Orchestra event. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was underwhelming.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Residence Inn by Marriott Worcester: what do users think?
J Martin: Kinda dumpy. There were smokers somewhere on our floor and it waffled into our room most every night. Called down to the service desk and they just sent a person to walk around with a can of something to spray in the air.The patrons here are somewhat shady. Maybe we just picked a bad week to stay in May.Rooms: Needs updating. Kind of gross.
Christopher Rivera: I just stayed here last night and at first the place looked nice. I always call hotels ahead of time to ask what the incidental cost and deposits are so I’ll know in advance. I was told by the front desk that it would be $20 deposit for one night to cover incidentals and parking, which cost seven dollars a night. Okay no problem we’ll I was double charged and it ended up being $30 but they never told me that they charged my credit card again! I don’t mind paying the deposit but don’t go ahead and charge extra just because you have my credit card number on file! You should call me and have me come down so we can discuss any misunderstandings. Second the hotel is outdated and definitely needs refurbishing. The ac unit inside the room did not work well. The floor was noisy with peoples dogs barking all night.I wouldn’t recommend staying here and you definitely can’t trust the staff with your credit card information
Victor Davis: Best service everRooms: Big big roomsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech …More
Daniel Hauglie: Pretty disappointed in this specific Residence Inn. I regularly use Marriott hotels (2-3 wks/mo), and this one fell significantly lower than the standard.Let’s start off by the quality of the air. Do you enjoy smoking? If you do, this is the hotel for you. The hallways are constantly filled with smoke from other guests puffing away.Speaking of air, does a functioning HVAC system matter to you? If you enjoy a high-pitched beeping turning on at 3am and not shutting off until maintenance just shuts off the whole unit at the breaker and suggests you open a window for a breeze, then again, this is the hotel for you. If you need a breeze to sleep at night, a beeping HVAC system probably isn’t the best for you. Now, specific for Residence Inn, they usually provide you a small set of dining ware and cooking/cleaning supplies since they are a longer stay hotel. Not this one though. No spoons, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, 3 forks, and no cutting board. Having to repeatedly ask housekeeping for extra cleaning stuff was a pain, and made me feel that they didn’t expect me to clean up behind myself. I ended up just grabbing a good handful of utensils from the breakfast bar in the lobby to supplement my needs.Speaking of breakfast, I have literally never seen burned scrambled eggs. Legitimately these things were black on top, as if they forgot to cover them in the oven. Overall breakfast choice/selection was poor and disappointing. Finally, let’s talk about the other guests. This specific location, as I learned from these other guests as well as outside research, is a MA Dept. of Transitional Housing and Worcester Housing Authority partner. In other words, if you enjoy your hotel neighbors leaving their doors wide open with the view of their room looking like an episode of TLCs Hoarders, or enjoy watching geriatric folks with possible dementia wander the hallways at midnight, this is the perfect place for your stay.Don’t worry, these people are being housed, and they definitely treat the place as such. (Again, including smoking, as well as assuming housekeeping will clean up the immense amount of garbage and mess they create). As far as the laundry room, I was not comfortable washing my clothing in the nastiness of this hotels facilities, and opted for a local laundromat that was far more cleaner. To wrap things up, to say that I was highly disappointed overall with my stay would be the understatement of the month. This is a location I will not ever be returning to, instead opting to sleep in my car in Walmart’s parking lot if I have to. I suppose that walking away from this experience, the several interactions I had with their desk clerks was pleasant, so I guess 1 star just for that. There’s a lot of room for improvement for this specific location and the place could use a good deep clean as well, so I am hopefully they can get their act together.Until then, I would caution others from staying at this location, and instead suggest the Residence Inn in Marlborough, Framingham, or Natik. (I’ve had far superior experiences at all these locations, which are always clean, well stocked, and in general, a better stay than this place.) Heck, even the Quality Inn and Suites just down the road was starting to look like a better option but due to company travel rules, I was “stuck” with this hotel for this trip.Customers beware that this hotel may not meet your expectations for a Residence Inn. As previously stated above, I stay in a Residence Inn for 2-3 weeks, at least once a month for my job. My expectations or “bar” isn’t high, and I certainly don’t write reviews unless I feel the need to warn others of just how negative of an experience I had. Definitely plenty of room for improvement.
John Harding: Was awoken at midnight on the night of my second stay by a raging party in the room beneath my room. I called the front desk and learned the Marriott did not have hired security. I had to go to the party/room myself and handle the matter. I was irate. The sofa bed was disgustingly stained and extremely uncomfortable. The facility is also seemingly renting rooms to homeless - not that I care, but go elsewhere.
Super Tong: Highly recommend! Clean, room is big, have bedroom and living room+kitchen. Have free breakfast and coffee. Feel like home!
Serena Rice: Miss Joanne was amazing at check in. She was warm, friendly and went iut of her way to make me comfortable after a long drive. The room was very spacious and clean. I didnt realize id have a full kitchen with cooking methods and dishes. This really saved me money as I traveled for work this week. Checkout was seamless and the night service desk person was very friendly at 5am!
Tony Souza: Rooms: Not what I expectedRooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Charles Lewis: I was stranded and this place looked nice to stay for the night...checked availability online and saw there was room available. Uber there...the lady at the front desk took one look at me and suddenly there were no rooms available. I walked away and checked again...there were rooms available. I'm not gonna say it...but I will say...PLANTATION towers seems to be suitable for this Location if you know what I mean...👍🏽
Chris Granger: Debbie was so kind and helpful, even for our late arrival after midnight. Breakfast was great quality. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Sara Baker: Great space but the sofa bed had springs coming out, the dish washer leaked, the 1 of 2 light bulbs in the bathroom area would sometimes go off the on. We had problems with 2 room keys not working. The main bed and pillows were comfy, the fridge and microwave worked. No usb ports, and no coffee pot for thr coffee maker, oh and 1 remote doe 2 tvs. House keeping once every 2 days. The water for thr shower was nice and hot. The breakfast included was decent and we used it everyday. Mostly eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit cups, yogurt, juice, milk coffee, some bread, muffins, oatmeal, bagels. On the weekend they have waffle makers. The location is outside of downtown worchester but close enough to Target to get anything you need and restaurants.
Lara Clouden: Pleasant stay, very friendly staff. Hotel room large, clean and well appointed with full size fridge. Breakfast included— was good with selection of yogurts, toppings, hot eggs and waffle station. Coffee was surprisingly tasty. Pool is closed for renovation (Nov 2022). No electric vehicle charging but you can park at UMass hospital visitor parking for $3 / 2 hours and charge there for free (15 minute walk so you need to be committed).“Bar” exists but not stocked and empty. There is a pool table and fireplace, laptop charging desk and pretty outdoor patio near reception.
Nathaniel Velazquez: I don't normally give perfect scores bc I am such a stickler...but let me tell you. The staff here are super accommodating, last night around 12am on a Friday morning we needed a last minute meeting for my best friends wedding plans. The staff took notice and provided us with cups and wine glasses and made us feel super comfortable for the meet up. Being a native from The Bronx New York I am always expecting to be met with a bit resistance...but my time in MA has been pretty great so far....the rooms are super huge for 2 ppl the couch really helps! Will stay here again. Kudos to the staff the burns the midnight oil u guys are greatly appreciated!

URVIP Transportation: The Hotel has a nice parking lot. URVIP has The best service with a professional chauffeur and a nice luxury car.
Sabrina Pretti: I worked in the hospitality industry for years, specifically hotels. I have never received service like I have at the courtyard in Worcester Massachusetts. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly, accommodating, and fun! I live in western ma and was in Worcester for training for a new job. It was birthday and I was all alone for the first time ever. The hotel staff made me feel welcome and like I was part of their family. I am truly amazed with the service. I had an issue with my credit card authorization even I checked in and they gave me time to figure it out instead of giving me trouble. Just amazing. Kudos to this hotel management and all their staff. Thank you for making my time away from home wonderful and comfortable. Adrianna at the desk, Jonathan at the bar, the woman at breakfast, the gentleman who checked me in, thank you! You are all amazing. Cindy Daignault: BUGS!!!! Stay away!! The minute my son and I got into bed we were beset by bug bites. I got 8 bites on my thigh in all of 2 minutes. Don’t know if bedbugs or fleas, but was one of the two. (Room 204). This is a first for me. Switched rooms immediately to third floor - cause I have a 2 year old and couldn’t just check out in the middle of the night. New room was okay - at least I wasn’t actively being bitten alive, but who knows. Would not stay here. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and never had the dreaded bedbug scare until this night at this hotel. YUCK. Plus they recently started charging $15 to park in their own parking lot- which is a bogus hidden upcharge. Wouldn’t have booked here if I’d known that. Hate to flame any business - but that level of bug infestation is unacceptable.

Call desk they give me a new room which is a down grade from my room (had 1 bedroom king bed, now just a standard king). Now my new room the heater does not work and it's freezing in the room. They are telling me they have no other rooms available. I am titanium elite and have never had such horrible experience. Don't book here. Staff was friendly why they get 2 stars instead of 1.

Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester: what do users think?
Christopher Rivera: Stayed here recently and I must say I was extremely satisfied and impressed by the quality of service I received and how clean everything was. The front staff members were extremely friendly and helpful with all my concerns regarding my service needs. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it. Parking was also free
Alexa Lauria: I love Hampton Inn! Loved the room and the pool. Free breakfast was also great. Also, Mario at the front desk was super helpful and friendly:) enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Heather Marie: Rooms: GreatSafety: GreatWalkability: Great
Jacob Turner: Rooms are very nice and have a lot of sleek modern designs. The front desk ataff are very friendly, and will try to resolve any issue you have to the bes of theor ability. The hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel. So during the evening parking becomes scarce, if you can even park at all. We had to park in the WIP parking garage once night because there was no parking. Feel like it would be in their best interest, and the interest of the other hotel to possibly erect a parking garage to accommodate guests.
Jennifer Bouck: We selected this hotel for our us and our wedding guests. Alex in sales was extremely condescending, unprofessional, and passive aggressive to not only the bride and the groom, but to our guests throughout the entire process. Our guests also mentioned other staff being rude to them as well. We were told the day of check in that our rooms were not secured and could be given up if a card was not on file. We were given a deadline of 12pm when our check in was at 3pm. The email stating this also looked like spam, as no contact information was provided. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and our venue/vendors have been notified and in agreement. Additionally, there were numerous stains on the bedsheets and curtains.
Laura Hunt: I stayed here for one night. It was easy to find, had plentiful parking, and we had a good check-in experience. The room was clean and beds were comfy. The pool was small but sufficient. The kids said it was very warm. There were plenty of towels. We had a large group of kids and I appreciated that the hotel staff allowed them to be kids but, if they had to say something, they were very respectful about it. Breakfast was amazing and check-out was easy. Will definitely choose this hotel again. If you stay here and are looking for a good restaurant, the Fix Burger Bar was within walking distance and was amazing.

Trisha Marie: Parking is expensive. Otherwise fine.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jim Sullivan: I am now retired, but have spent much of time traveling and sleeping in hotels. This has to be the nicest Hampton Inn I have stayed in. I am thinking the hotel is not new, but most recently went under a major refresh. All of the common areas were in perfect condition and clean. If you are used to the Hampton Inn breakfasts you know that the menu is basically the same from property to property, but this property's breakfast seemed a step above all others. I gave a 5 star ratings as I believe it deserves it based on the price point for this type of hotel.
Lourdes Rodriguez: Rooms: Love the rooms was beautifulHotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Great value …More
kenneth broughton: Great service and clean roomsRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Julie Marie: The front desk guy is absolutely unpleasant and unprofessional. Not willing to provide any kind of service. It was so frustrating, I simply took my belongings and happily went to the next door Court yard Marriott. He had a sign posted that management will be right back, after 45mins, I see a car pulling up and he walks in like nothing. I wouldn't ever step food there.
Niles Mo: Over priced and did not get the Accommodations I was promisedRooms: 2/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 2/5 …More
Viktor Depunkt: Nice enough hotel with very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfy beds. What I found shocking, though, is that the breakfast tableware is completely made up of throwaway, one-use plastic or paper. Disregarding the fact that eating from a paper plate feels more like a cheap camping trip than a stay at an expensive hotel, I wonder if the hotel management has ever heard of climate change and/or the effort to reduce waste?! How is it possible that in this day and age you seem to give zero thought about the impact you have on the planet? Every day I’ve seen your staff throw away multiple garbage cans worth of waste that would have been avoided if only you used proper plates and glasses as one would expect when booking a hotel of the kind you clearly want people to think you are. You know, the kind of plate/glass/cutlery you can put in the washing machine and use again and again, many many years…
Shayli Huston: The gentleman who was working 12/10 and 12/11 is a gift to your company. I watched him go above and beyond for guests in front of me, and went above and beyond for me as guest as well. Sir if you see this. Thank you for being the human that you are. I usually don’t even write reviews, but that man deserves a nice holiday bonus :) thanks again!

Beechwood Hotel: what do users think?
Patricia Coz: If you need a sanctuary in a crazy world, this is it. Clean, quiet, safe, friendly. Excellent restaurant and bar. Professional staff. You never have to leave after returning from a stressful day. I love this place and will stay again. I can't say enough good things.
Ross Davis: Great service, bathrooms are nice and updated. Tv is pretty small, keurig in the room. Only thing that I didn't like was it felt like the carpet was old. Gave it a cheap feeling. The ballrooms downstairs were awesome. Workout room had a few free weights, couple treadmills, recumbent bike, elliptical. Restraunt was expensive, ok food.
Kristin Brown: Nice location, it's located 8 minutes from the palladium, and the parking is free at the hotel. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant inside the hotel does close early, but if you need a late night bite to eat, Funky Murphy's is a 3 minute drive from the hotel. The kitchen at Funky Murphy's closes at 1am. Will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.Nearby activities: The Palladium is an 8 minute drive away!Safety: Location is in a safe area !
Shad Mosher: Needs updates. But the staff was great
DragonHD95: Very nice place to stay.

Tish C: The stay itself was ok, clean(ish) room, friendly staff. The trouble came when I looked at my credit card statement over a month later and realize I was never given my deposit back. I know I left the room perfect, so I called and left 2 voicemails before someone got back to me without any apology said “we put the hold charge back on your card yesterday”… a month and a half later!! If I didn’t catch it that would have been an extra $187. Check your statements for the return of the hold.
Julie Manning: I attended a baby shower at the Beechwood Hotel today. I am gluten intolerant and when the catering staff found out, while I was in the buffet line, they had the chef prepare chicken just for me and a salad that were both gluten free!! And both were delicious! I highly recommend ommend them for their events services.
Nambians: This place is simply beautiful and well priced. Highly recommend if you are staying in Worcester for an event.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
William Planeta: Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast was very good.Unfortunately we wanted to eat dinner there but the dining room was closed for dinner. Only serving breakfast and lunch. This made it a bit inconvenient because we had chosen the Beechwood specifically because it did serve dinner which we could easily enjoy before the show we were attending at the DCU Center. So we had to order food in and choices in the area were not great.
Rob Drew: Terrible service.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Marie-Frances Rivera: Got bed bugs!!! Didn’t realize it until the next day. But I got lit up as did my girlfriend. We’re calling them tomorrow to request a refund. We’ll see what they say. Based on the bites we got it seems like it was a true infestation. Kicking myself for not checking the bed. Only stayed a night 11/12/2022.
Angela Brown: We happily booked our reservation thinking we could get some very nice rest and good food, and the reviews were highly towards that direction. That was not how our experience went. As we arrived to the hotel prior to 7:30pm, we were given our room and were told the restaurant was closed, we also booked here because it also stated 24/7 room service. We then headed to our suite, quite old, but clean so we were semi ok with that, the rug was peeling off, it just needs an update. We changed clothes, laid back and the TV is tiny, mind you, we are in a suite! That means there is quite the distance between the TV and the bed (laughing) as we find a movie we liked, we tried to turn the volume up, guess what... it is set to stay at 30! and with the TV that far you cannot even hear it! and it's an old TV. Yeah, not happy to say the least. The service gentlemen was quite nice and tried his very best to accommodate us. Moved us to a newer smaller suite with a newer TV which was set to stop on volume at 40 (laughing), well the TV was closer and the set newer so the volume made more sense this time, not perfect but better. I just kept thinking what if it was my 88 year old grandma trying to watch her TV, there is no way she could do so! On regards to the food, thankfully there was a small restaurant close by that was opened.
amrodr0: Beautiful hotel, really nice banquet halls

Andrew K: Excellent stay. Stayed one night after a concert. They were friendly and helpful and even were happy to accommodate a late checkout after a late night. Rooms were clean and spacious. I definitely appreciate the clean floors instead of carpet.
Jen Angle: This is a gorgeous and unique hotel for any large scale event. I was a vendor at Wedding Expo and was impressed by the set up, the room's uniqueness and friendly staff. Just look at the cool lighting in the event space!Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Michael Wood: Great hotel with a great location. A bit odd that they had continental breakfast but didn't advertise that it was not complimentary. Expensive breakfast for what it ended up costing; $34 for two people.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Amanda Collins: Beautiful hotel and fantastic accommodations. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They all went out of their way in providing the utmost professional customer service, especially the young gentleman working the front desk with the round frame glasses. He provided the wow factor for this hotel, Marriott is fortunate to have him and the rest of the superior staff. Thank you for a great stay!
Matt Lingner: Really nice. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hydration station on every floor. Location is good.Safety: Late at night the underground parking lot was well-lit.
Shawn Costa: Was here for a work conference a few weeks back. I was extremely surprised at how nice the rooms were! Everything was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable as well. My only complaint that I left with the front desk was that my toilet wasn't securely fastened to the floor and was rocking a fair amount when you sat on it. Otherwise, great central location and excellent decor, would come back.Safety: Make sure if you go out at night you keep an eye out, we had one of our employees followed back to the hotel by a stranger.

Holiday Inn Express Worcester Downtown, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Allen Barlow: Room needs maintenance. Also had no towels when i called front desk the never delivered them!!! My company may not stay here any longer!!Rooms: Maintenance needsNoteworthy details: Needs towels and when calling front desk they come with request
John Splain: Downgraded to one star now that I have been billed $183 *twice* for what was supposed to be a free stay. 🤦🏼‍♂️Most definitely *not* worth the rewards points used to book the reservation. The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. The building and facility are showing their age (read: advanced) and level of maintenance (read: low).Rooms: Room 404. The closet shelf is at a compound angle because the brackets have been ripped from the drywall. There's some kind of unidentified gadget attached to the wall and HVAC unit, which is loud and runs nearly constantly. The mattresses are like concrete covered with sheets.Safety: Room 404. The U-bar lock is missing from the door.Food & drinks: Room 404. Reported the coffee maker as broken on Thursday. Checked out Sunday, coffee maker has yet to be repaired or replaced.
emeryj duobach: Dude didn't tell me the price of the room or a deposit amount. Also told me they don't tell people their price so they can charge them more. He also said the pricekn the holiday in website was technically a their party that's why he was able to charge me more. Literally robbing people . Please don't go here. Customer service was absurd. I made a complaint with corporate. Have yet to still have that resolved.
Phyllis Camille Dixon-Gadson: Never never never do not book unless YOU CAN VIEW YOUR ROOM FIRST IF THEY SAY NO LEAVE!!!!!!!!! Horrible staff poorly trained dressed like street ppl. Disturbingly bad unfortunately staff replies to comments in the same condescending manner as they offer service. Terrible In response to the "owners" reply. THE ROOMS ARE IN SUCH TERRIBLE CONDITION DO NOT RENT UNLESS YOU'RE ALLOWED TO SEE IT FIRST BECAUSE THE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL THAT IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE ACCOMMODATIONS THEY'RE UNWILLING TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. THEY WILL HOWEVER, DEMEAN YOU, SPEAK IN A CONDESCENDING TONE, BLAME THE CUSTOMER AND TAKE ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHY YOU'RE UPSET IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE PEOPLE I HAVE ENCOUNTERED AT THIS LOCATION HAVE TO DATE BEEN THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY TRAINED IVE HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF SEEING. I SUGGEST YOU GO TO THE LOCATION IN MARLBOROUGH IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE AND THE ROOMS ARE NOT PERFECT BUT THEY'RE CLEAN AND THE STAFF ACCOMMDATES YOU WELL.Rooms: Bad
Capecod Bruins Fan: This place was clean and nice...I can recommend....it's not a 5 star motel...but it is Definitely a place I'd stay at again....

Troy Dupont: The overall experience at this property has been extremely disappointing. I’m an IHG member and have been since 2012. I have never at any point experienced such condescending staff from any property before I came to this one. Everything was fine upon check in but the next morning is where my downhill experience started. The kitchen staff in the breakfast room is very rude and condescending from the very beginning i wasn’t even in the room for a second and she was like can’t you read the machine is broken I said I’m sorry but I just walked in here. Then forget it she lost her mind when I used a coffee cup to get juice from the machine she’s like you can’t use that cup for juice I told her I don’t see the difference in using this cup. I’d rather use that cup since they have lids that go with it. Her response was it does matter and I need to use the other cups next time of course she’s saying this with an attitude and she’s beyond rude as well. The next morning she’s on her cell phone crying to her boss that I was doing the same thing again. I didn’t say a thing to her then. I stayed her for a total of four days and I without a doubt will never stay here at this property again. Might I add I’m a first responder and I stay at IHG properties a lot and to be threatened to have the cops called on because I gave her the same level of respect that she was providing me. I was like the cops are gonna laugh in your face because I treated you the same way you’ve been treating me. In conclusion THIS PROPERTY IS BY FAR THE WORST ONE I HAVE BEEN TO AND WILL MOST DEFINITELY NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN IF I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE ID RATHER CHECK IN TO THE HOMELESS ENCAMPMENT NEAR BY THAN STAY HERE!!!

Lisa B: Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Easy to get to. Chose here because it's a hop and skip to the Palladium. I would only take a half star away for not being able to turn down the heat. Even tried to turn off the thermostat at one point. The room was too hot to sleep in.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Brandon Petcaugh: If you are a teacher/coach traveling with students to this area, do not book at this hotel. We booked 8 weeks before our stay, and after driving for 6+ hours and just wanting a place to sleep, they literally cancelled our reservation at the front desk. We were told they have a policy where students (anyone under 21) cannot stay in a room without an adult. I've never seen this policy at hotels before, and I'm not sure how any teacher/mentor/coach would be able to travel with students when they can't stay in a room with their peers. I'm at a loss for words. Please don't give them any of your money; there are plenty of other great, affordable hotels around.
Victor Rivera: I was charged twice for a room that I had booked by a third party and the GM would not refund me even tho it was due to the incompetence of there employees.. I call my bank and they stated that if I was indeed refunded it would show on my bank statement and lastly the Phone conversation I had with them was very unpleasant and unprofessional.
Martin Anderholm: We booked a room 2 weeks in advance and paid in full through Expedia. On our way to the hotel we received a phone call from the hotel manager telling us that they overbooked the hotel and did not have a room for us! She then proceeded to tell us that although they "value all of their customers" priority is given to customers who booked directly through the hotel not through a third party. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business! The bottom line is that they make more money on the people who book direct since they have to pay a fee/commission to the third party. At the end of the call she basically hung up on me. She said we are "really sorry, have a nice day" and hung up!!! I cannot review the physical hotel as we did not stay there!
Andrew Dunsworth: Friendly clean nice. Has lots of parking on the premises. Large room with many amenities. Breakfast every morning.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Antonio Guevara: Front desk lady was incompetent. Had to call her boss for any little question I had and her boss wasn’t answering. She said she had only been there for three months, if true I dont know why she was working alone, it was at 6pm too so it’s not like It was the middle of the night. Definitely not coming back here
tatjana reynolds: Staff was fine. "Fall" scented candle at front desk was nauseating. Rooms are extremely worn down. All the furniture was beat up, wallpaper was peeling and patched, tub was dingy with a mildew ring. Bed/sheets were clean, but very rough, low thread count. No bar/restaurant. Would never rebook.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More

Ryan Gosselin: Overcharged, and we didnt even stay the whole night due to the terrible conditon this hotel is in. All the hallways smell terrible and the rooms were not clean. Stains on the bed, walls etc. Dried blood in the tub. Front desk lady was extremely rude as well. How they are in business is beyond me. Stay away at all costs.
Tommie Dunn Concrete: Staff was friendly and helpfulRooms: Where properly clean and stockedSafety: No one was loitering around the property witch made me even saferFood & drinks: Plenty of food and drinks for the familyNoteworthy details: There was always someone there to answer any questions that you may have had
William Brissette: Deplorable. The sheets were stained, covered in black specks, stains all over the carpets and chairs and the halls and rooms reeked of some mix of cigarette and sweat. I couldn’t stay longer or I’m sure more things would have come to light. The staff was helpful with my cancellation and honest about the overall condition of the building.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5 …More
Fernandes de Mendonca: 1Start, the front desk has horrible attitude towards customers, the place is a junk and smells horrible mixed of dirty feet, expired food and something else, the room conditions is unbelievable and they still have the capacity of charge $100 for the incidentals? I just requested my cancelation right after I saw the room and I left right away. Please don't waist your time coming to this place . It's not worthy of even try for one night.Rooms: Horrible, dirty, bad smelling like garbage ?Nearby activities: Not stay more than 10 minutes to see anythingSafety: Apparently at allWalkability: Disappoint me how trashy is this placeFood & drinks: ?Noteworthy details: Don't stay at this place. It's a waist time.
Ramon Parchment: Do not go there!!My mom's experience at the Quality Inn fell below my expectations. My mom's stay was marred by several issues that made for an uncomfortable and unsafe visit.Firstly, the presence of homeless individuals outside the lobby entrance was a cause for concern. Not only was it an unwelcoming sight, but it also posed a potential safety hazard.Furthermore, my double queen room could have been better. It was not clean and lacked proper maintenance, leaving a less-than-desirable odor in the air. The towels provided were also dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The most concerning aspect of my stay occurred in the bathroom. The shower rod was not properly secured, and unfortunately, it fell and hit my aunt, resulting in a distressing incident. Despite reporting the matter to the management, they did not provide any incident report or seem to take it seriously.Overall, I would not recommend staying at the Quality Inn, especially if it is the only option available. In such a case, it may be better to sleep in your car or consider rescheduling your trip. The issues I encountered during my stay made for a disappointing and even dangerous experience.
Barbara Loux: There was a rodent trap right near head of bed, the pillows were dirty, there were bugs in the bread at breakfast, they kept my 50.00 incidental fee and kept insisting they returned it. When I called to work this out, they fought with me and then hung up on me. I do not recommend this hotel!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Charles Lewis: This place is a DUMP....LITERALLY. There was trash dumped in the grass around the landscaping that was visible. The furniture in the rooms were not only old..but some had stains all over them. Im talking ripped upholstery...holes in the walls...stains on the blankets. I had a room with a double bed and one of the beds appeared to be recently slept in. The other bed was ok... I guess. Walking in the front lobby you will be thinking..ok...not bad. But after you get your room key it's like walking into the "upside down" on stranger things. As a black traveler...im used to being given a less than optimal room intially..so my wife are always prepared to ask for a better room. So we did. The second room was worse. It was 10 pm...we stayed. Made the best of it. But if you can avoid IT. Don't STAy HERe. I paid over 100 bucks for this nightmare of a room. It should be illegal for them to charge that much. If this room were 50 bucks...I would have saved my thumb strength and said "you get what you pay for"...but for 100!? Nah
Glenn Gravlin: I was personally very disappointed in my experience. The staff were not helpful. I was argued with and disrespected. My room was cold and dirty. There were holes in the carpet and burns on every surface. I asked to be relocated after one night. No one even spoke to me when I checked out. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Christine L: Place was dirty, the couch mattress was dirty, and had spring popping out. Staff was great and professional. Location was something to be desired. Think there were permanent residents.Food & drinks: Offered very little. Oatmeal was available but no milk to add.
Susan Polimeni: Most horrible place to stay. Reaked of smoke, blood on the walls, and haven for displaced people. I have never been so thankful to get out of a hotel in Mt life. Didn't feel safe staying there
M.S. Salaam Imani-Romain: There is no quality here! The room was horrible! My family and I had clean the room in order to sleep. There was stale smell of smoke, fruit flies everywhere, dirty sheets, cobwebs, and etc... Just from what we experienced there is no way (as a Diamond member) I would ever return. The manager's attitude is deplorable and his rudeness to my wife almost made me flip out. I will be addressing this on a deeper level. Unacceptable!!!
John Stack: I stayed in room 235 and had bedbugs. They would not refund my money if I had a pocket expenses. They refunded me and remove money but I brought the bedbugs home with me and I had to clean my house and my bed. They would not pay me horrible management.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Shaylyn Senier: Funny, for a hotel that has the word “quality” in it, you’d think it would be decent. No. There’s zero quality. We stayed here last week as a place just to spend the night because we went to a wedding near by. Rooms looked decent online and figured it’d be fine! Wrong. If lung cancer had a smell, this hotel would be it. Think nursing home combined a boat load of marb reds. Rooms weren’t clean, bathrooms didn’t even have toilet paper. Not to mention, the place is a dumping ground for all the junkies sauntering around from the outpatient treatment center next door. Super unsettling. Don’t stay here.
Julia Fokina: The hotel was destroyed during being shelter for homeless people. Most of them are still there. The territory around the hotel is dark. Lights around are broken. The administrator gave us wrong room number. We tried to get in wrong room during 30min.Carpet was dirty everywhere, sofa bed was extremely old, dirty and ripped. The bedroom door has a bad fixed hole on it.Kitchen was dirty.Room and bathroom were ok. Bed sheets and towels were clean. No smell. We left the room after 2 hours staying. No photos due to we were shocked. We paid 213$ for Saturday night!!!Never again!

Dina P: First time here came for a baptism in town, and the hotel looks beautiful out and in. The parking is across the hotel in garage. Where you can pay per hour or pay at desk for the days you stay.Hotel room was nice but refrigerator was not cold and not enough lights in room. The breakfast isn’t free you pay for it. The customer service at front desk and house keeping was nice and professional. The amenitiesPool- was small perfect size but very dirty and muggy water and always hair on the pool, it has the smell of chlorine but water is very cloudy and dirty. The hot tub is out for repair. The restaurantUno pizza and grillWalk in and automatically yucky smellBut we decided oh well it must be busy but then noticed tables weren’t clean and waitress and hostesses were rude and didn’t want to help. The table seats were dirty and then to top it off the ketchup had someone gum on top of the lid and that was it, I said if it’s this dirty inside I can’t imagine the cooking area and we leftThe washer and dryersOld school washer works great old oneDryer you have to dry twice clothes were still wet1.50Per load
Stephen Bombardier: This Hilton was in a good location downtown Worcester but the rooms left a lot to be desired. Thin walls, out dated and gave the very used feel. Service and staff were fantastic. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Overall met my needs for a work trip.Rooms: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Dr. Melissa Ann Mitchell, PhD: The only really good thing about this hotel stay was the location, we were visiting WPI and the hotel was basically a few blocks away. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. It was so bad it made me rethink whether I want to book a Hilton again. The Wi-Fi was slow in the room and there were no streaming services on the TV. The fire alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling by a wire! We asked for some extra soap and coffee for the room was were told to come down to the main desk to get it. I will be traveling to Worcester often and I know I won’t stay at this property again.Food & drinks: The breakfast was good in the restaurant, the waitress was very nice and helpful and the chef made really great eggs.

Joe Franke: The Rooms were old and out of date, with some strange smells. The bathroom water pressure was horrible. The breakfast buffet charged you 17 dollars for the same breakfast that's free at any other Hilton property. The wifi didn't work consistently. Overall a very bad hotel, would recommend finding alternate accommodations.Rooms: Old and smelled bad

Gabby Moreno: Was very disappointed at the experience we had at this hotel. We were here for a work event hosted over the weekend. Both myself and other colleagues reported how the fitted sheets on the beds didn’t actually fit the bed. We were constantly trying to make the bed but one end would always pull up to reveal stained mattresses that didn’t leave a very comfortable feeling with you. I tried to use the fitness room and exercise on the treadmill. I was using a treadmill, as was another gentlemen. I was trying to do a running workout and as I was jogging to warm up, it just felt like something wasn’t right in the speed or cadence of the treadmill. As I started going faster, suddenly the treadmill jolted still, as did the other gentlemen’s. Turns out a fuse blew. I went to the front desk to alert them and the attendant said “oh no, not again. This happened an hour ago”. They reset the circuit breaker but the gentleman and myself agreed it wasn’t safe. The treadmill “skips a beat” and someone could have gotten hurt. Unbelievable that they haven’t replaced these dated machines by now. Hotel rooms are also dated and dirty. Definitely won’t stay here again.
Kerry Chaffin: They do not have fitted sheets and the bottom sheet is too small. Seems unsanitary.Rooms: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 3/5 …More
T W: Beds are terrible and old. Rooms are small. Decor is out dated in the rooms. Almost slipped and fell about a dozen times in the tub because it’s so slippery.
Ben Robertson: This is another Hilton property that is showing its age and needs an update. It's not as bad as some of the Hilton's where I stayed but I was sorry I did not pay a little more to stay at another nearby hotel that had better reviews. This hotel has very nice staff and the breakfast was not bad but the air quality in the room was like a busy parking garage. They have an ionizer to mitigate poor air quality in the rooms but I never even heard of that before. That is how bad it is that they have a special machine to deal with it. They ran it when I went out and things were better when I got back but I would not recommend this place until they fix the air quality problem.
Emma Stone: Was kept up all night by room next door. Walls were paper thin. No fan in the bathroom. Hot tub was out of order. Place looked and smelled unclean.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 5/5 …More
