Chris Hart: Overcrowded! People just park in front of the pumps, no guides for traffic and no space to turn around. Gas was cheaper down the road as well. I won't stop again.
Jennifer Hart: What a mess, could not get a pump when we got there and could not get out when we did get to a pump. Also I think it is time gas stations and banks increase the cut off point
Marilyn Hernandez: Please don’t go here if you’re from outside the country. Very discriminatory environment. My ID was not accepted even though it’s a MASSACHUSETTS government issued ID. They refused to scan it a second time as well. I’ve gone into dispensaries and other places to buy products that require ID and I’ve never gotten denied before. I’m one customer lost and I know it’s not much but I hope people see this review and decide to put money elsewhere.

Sarah Deal: They've jacked up the volume on their ads on the pump so loud I think it's causing hearing damage. It's bad enough that they have video ads at the pump, but it shouldn't be legal to turn the sound up that loud. They're usually the same price as the adjacent gas station, and they don't have video ads so loud you'll want to wear ear plugs, so I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Ismael J GONZALEZ: It could usually be so busy yet only one cashier employee is taking care of customers. The employees can also be rude at times but there is no diversity towards it community’s environment. This Shell gas station must be remember that to offer more towards customers, they must improvise so sort of diversity as employees of many cultural satisfaction.

Maggie Muchugu: The people at the gas station do an awesome job. Al is great with his work. He does a thorougher inspections to all the cars per state regulations. He is friendly and polite to all. The company I work for has a fleet of cars for transportation and we bring all to him for inspection and servicing. I highly recommend this gas station.Keep up the good job!

Stephanie Ortiz: There's a FEW female employess you SHOULD avoid. They have TERRIBLE attitude and act like they don't even want to help you , instead they make you feel like your bothering them . Especially the TALL girl with a tattoo on the side of her head ! She has such a HORRIBLE attitude
Atha Rose: In 4/15 around 5:50pm stopped to get. Outside pump would not accept my Shell fuelreward card. Went inside, the clerk who appeared to be a white american woman was on her phone. Because she paying more attention to her phone I had to ask her twice what she said. Went stated I was unable to hear her because she was look down at her phone, she stated "that's why I don't like to work with them kind". I am a black american. She continue to talk at me but I did not lower myself to engage. The manager was not at the store at the time. I see why America's customer service jobs are declining.

Wiped whatever on his pockets than was rude because I didnt want to touch the money or anything he touched. He threw the money back at me because I failed to put it in his hands. He should be fired for his nasty behavior. Was not understanding at all and someone needs to deal with that.🤢🤮

A.: TERRIBLE, OUT OF THIS WORLD, BAD Customer Service, the Company should hire New Attendsnts if they want people to come back, but they don't care, so I go else where.Went to "Fill Up" because the card was not reading outside after 3-4 swipes, but it read fine inside, so I ask the Attendant to please add my "Stop & Shop Discount", since I was not able to do it outside & she replies: "Do you want me to come out & pump too?" with a nasty attitude. I just walked out & asked her to cancel that, & they better do it ... Had she said it with a smile or a wink, or a nice tone; I wouldn't care, but i don't need her nastiness.Even her partner behind the counter didn't like her reply, she didn't even look me in the eyes, when she said it. 🤔 Huuuuuuummmmm ... Shell Company, should you be paying an Attendant that sends makes your Clients go else where, to never come back? I wonder!
Roger Chapman: Very unhappy with this shell very bad customer service ever had purchased trash bags that was defective from there and because the cashier didn't give me a receipt when I purchased them she would not help me ( Laurie) the cashier with a nasty Attitude then when I ask to speak to her manager she would not contact the manager of that store very Unprofessional not even worth one star very unhappy customer will not do busy at that store again nor will I have anything good to say about that store and I will let me Experience there be known

E H: Multiple things not working, atm, gas pumps, specific buttons on gas pumps so selections are impossible after pump is activated. Save the aggravation and go somewhere else.

K. D.: Their deals don't make any sense and it's obvious management doesn't even take a walk around the store to notice little things like this. Alot of prices aren't as they are shown either so pay attention. I will say staff is consistently nice and store is usually clean. Wish they had fountain drinks and were opened later. They stopped being 24/7 during covid and never went back unfortunetly.

rossconuts: Why do they close at 10:45pm every night? Very annoying they lock the doors and wave people off as they come running into the store every night. They leave the lights and pumps on so they look open.

All the staff members are awesome at this location.That Cheryl always greets me with a smile & a positive friendly attitude. I can't tell you how many times I've go into that establishment after having a horrible day. I can be in the worst mood. But for some reason, Cheryl always knows just what to say. My attitude will do a complete 180° & she has me walking out smiling. She is truly an asset to Shell Oil Company.

Claire Joswiak: not actually open 24 hours. ran out of gas at 2 am only to pull in and see the pumps stopped and the door locked
Katey Durbin: Nice small Shell station. Takes Stop and Shop points. Only complaint is that I often have to go into the clerk to get my receipt even if I pay at the pump. Otherwise, it’s clean and easy to get to.
Bozo Daclown: RIP OFF!!!!! I had to stop for gas in n. grafton on worcester st. the big sign and the lights on the pump said $2.81.9 but the pump said $2.83.9 so i went and told the guy at the counter said he cant do anything about it and there was no manager available, hey! people, false advertising is illegal! if that was a grocery store id be getting $20. worth for free!
