Mrs. T: I had the pleasure of stopping in when Sean was working the counter, and I got to watch him interact with every single customer as though they were his best friend/ royalty/ the most important person on the planet. I came for a snack and to briefly get out of the cold, and stayed because I was absolutely in awe of this humble, amiable, delightful angel on earth. His exuberance, charm, and congenial nature did not dwindle even though it was nearing midnight (and apparently the end of his shift). He had the most endearing nature with the first customer as well as the last, and his joie de vivre was totally contagious.Please give this man a raise. He deserves all the praise in the world. So humbled and inspired to witness this incredible soul bringing the humanity back to…well, humanity. Kudos, fine sir. May you be blessed as much as you bless others with the gift of your presence.Truly a spiritual teacher, if there ever were one.Hats off, Sean.

Daniel Propst: I’m very confused on why I was turned away for a shower. I drive a 14’ Sprinter. I picked up a load in GA and drove 1,200 miles to Boston. After delivering I searched nearest Truckstop, get there and apparently because I only carry 4 pallets at a time( not 20-30) I was turned away.( no CDL) I told the Cashier I would be glad to show him my BOLs but he could care less. Unfortunately I got stuck there for the weekend and spent easily 100$ in the store and bought a full tank. After I had been there for 2 days and spent alit of money in the store the same cashier would not let me bring him a nickel back from the truck , Q Yep.. a nickel. 12345 cent. Instead I had to get out of line, go downstairs and across the parking lot, in the Freezing Cold, grab it walk back to the store, upstairs and get back in line. I’m not saying do anything for free, but if it were me and my store, I would want my customers that choose to spend their hard earned money with me to be shown appreciation. Horrible customer service. Everyone else was very nice, just that guy, I wouldn’t want to know he was representing my store. Just saying. Soup and chili was freaking delicious too BTW. I just don’t understand the whole shower and cdl thing. I thought Truckstop were designed for Drivers, not the amount of freight you haul???

Lindsey Cookston: ATTENTION ALL HOTSHOTS!! Stay away if you're a non-CDL hauler, they'll treat you like garbage. Offering showers to CDL drivers only isn't right. Just because someone drives something a little smaller than a semi doesn't make them worth less in the transport industry... though apparently at this place it means you're not worthy of their offerings at all! They'll try and say it's for "medical card holders", but read other reviews, they're all being told CDL only!! Stay away at all costs!

Dario Djuric: Its a great Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer repair shop. The mechanic promised me that my truck and trailer would be done by a certain time, and it was. Even thou I asked him to change the shocks on the trailer after I initially asked him to change the air bag, do a oil change, change the leaf springs tie rod and bushing, and fix a coolant leak. So the fact that they finished by the time they said they would makes me extremely happy with them. The price they charge per hour ($95) makes them affordable. They are also very professional with their work. They don't overcharge and make up fake fixes to charge you for. For example I thought I needed all 4 leaf springs replaced but once they lifted the truck the mechanic called me and said I only needed 2 changed. He could of easily overcharged me but didn't so that showed me they are honest with their work. I 100% recommend this shop to any trucker out there that's tired of getting overcharged my thier current mechanic. Plus they have road service available. I give them a firm 5 Stars and will definitely be coming back for future repairs!

Johnny Bates: I had a issue with SCR coded out saying truck would derate in a short time I called to see if they could check out with my issue Jessica said they would try but may not be a day or so-this was on 02/08/22 approx 11:00 am I didn’t expect truck would not get looked at for a day or more that afternoon they brought truck in and found out the problem they didn’t have the part so I asked if they could overnight it which they did so on 02/09/22 by 3:00 pm I was up and running everybody here was kind and courteous to me Dave kept me updated and jesica is such a nice young lady and the mechanic I didn’t get his name every body was great and the cost wasn’t as much as I thought it was going to be thank you to everybody for a good experience anytime going into a shop can be scary great job

He’s always very responsive and someone I respect and enjoy working with. They then charge you close to $200 to retrieve your car-CASH ONLY! Why do you think it’s CASH ONLY? Take a wild guess! (No record of a transaction maybe? Stimulus dollars for the owner?). Watch the owner respond to this review with a “fake news” response...Next search: AG’s Office phone number!I forgot to mention, there is an ATM machine right across the street for your (their) convenience.
Raymond Bateman: Passing through Worcester in route to Maine. My 4 year old son was with me. He had to go to the bathroom so we stopped at a restaurant. I parked in an empty lot with no visible signs of "private". By the time we walked back outside (5 mins) my car was being towed. It was 28 degrees outside, my son was cold and his medicine was in the car. The man was irrational and wouldn't let him in the car to warm up instead making us run a half mile to get cash so he would release the vehicle. This is the most disgusting tactic ivee seen in a long time. The city of Worcester should shut this business down for being scam artists. They put my son's health and life at risk.
