I am given an email address via the Clerks office that does not exist, therefore I am unable to access any website. kalujano c: The customer service here is phenomenal! I want to especially thank Kimberly for making my experience on the phone so delightful. I have never been to counseling and i was nervous to make the first step and even call. Kimberly made the experience not so scary! and when i told her about my personal issues you could tell that Kimberly was very genuine and compassionate! she assured me that it might take some time (because i am on the waiting list) but at least i can say i now have some hope and confidence about going to counseling !
Nicole Lavallee: The mediators are excellent. The prices are in a sliding scale. They assist the local court with all types of disputes and settlements.

Retail Laptop: Our business had made a request for information from another nearby business, and were not given the correct information. After several attempts contacting them, it was decided to file a complaint stating the facts. The business owner responded who was not aware of the previous requests. Mark Bresky: Had a problem with an appliance a warehouse club sold me. The Warehouse club was nice on the phone, but mostly unresponsive to an agreed upon solution. This was going on for over 2 weeks. Once I filed a complaint with the BBB, the Warehouse Club resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. Thank you BBB.
Ambrid: I have used BBB to help me with several problems with large corporations that seem to increasingly avoid fixing problems..instead.. stalling issues by having front line staff "escalate" matters..that you never hear back on. I give them credit for making companies respond with resolve.

Patricia Luczynski: I went online and filed a complaint regarding an appliance I had purchased from a local dealer. The process of filing the complaint was very quick and easy. By the same afternoon the dealer reached out to me. I was not happy with their solution and responded accordingly on the BBB website. By the next day we had a solution that was satisfactory. I’m not sure what transpired between the dealer and the BBB but it certainly did the trick. I had been dealing with the appliance store for over 10 months with no solution in sight.
