Sub Zero Ice Cream Worcester MA: what do users think?
Kimberly Coale: Great little ice cream shop! The people working there were lovely. I love that they make it in front of you. It is an interesting experience. Also, I love that they have vegan options.
Hope Smith: This place is nasty. The ice cream I got was melted and way too pricey for what it was. The manager was extremely rude as well. I do not know how this place is still around at the public market. I suggest nobody bother spending your money at this establishment.
Timothy Jr: Ne
Brenda Bombard: How cool is this place? (No pun intended lol) You haven't had fresh ice cream until you've had it here! The creamiest around! I had one of their Cherry Sensations and it was sooo good! Reminded me of the Cherry Garcia bars that B&J used to make decades ago! My granddaughter loves to watch the "magic" happen! I try to get in there with her at least once a week! We go so often they know what we want when we step up to the counter! I miss Jillian who used to work there but the new girl Ariana is so much fun! She makes us laugh every time we are there!
Gerard Way: Former employee. They serve expired ice cream, management is corrupt. They terminated someome based on another corrupt employee. Horrible people & horrible place to work. Treat people better and maybe they'll stay. I'm getting payed way more and am cared about where I am now. The Sub Zeros owned by these people are in Nashua (New Hampshire), Worcester (here and Front St) and Cambridge, MA. Don't give these people your money. Delete my review if you'd like but what you're doing and how you're running this place has never been a good way to run management. Other vendors qat the market have literally said so themselves, not going to name names for their privacy. Delete my reviews if you'd like, confront me if you'd like, but you should know how in the wrong you are.
Jordan Kegler: made me an absolutely slamming brownie batter shake, great shake, awesome woman!
Stacey B: Sub zero is pretty good. I've been a few times and it's very consistent and has a great texture. I love that you can customize it, especially the base. There's plenty of flavor options and mix-ins to choose from. My only actual complaint, is the staff. They seem pretty apathetic.
Joseph Danko: Not my style. Did not enjoy the presentation or the taste.
Anastasia Klarakis: I was all for this Kelly square upgrade, but I’ve always been baffled why they seem like a ghosts town every time I walk in after 6pm. Well I noticed they had a cool little Subzero ice cream experience and wanted to bring my stepson. So Thursday night I decided to go after his dinner it was a bit of a rush since they close at 8 but we managed to arrive by 7:40 close but figured it was enough time to make a scoop. I wouldNever go it now a restaurant at closing but I’ve cream I figured was okay. Boy was I wrong we rushed in only to find some teenager brushing her hair behind the counter and quiet relaxed. So we proceeded to order she stoped me and said sorry we are closed. So then I as well I checked your website and though you closed at 8 she proceeded to say “nope we closed early”. I was baffled by this like seriously your process is a small aluminum bowl and spoon and some water how much can the clean up be. When you see my child looking up at you wanted to see a new ice cream process. It was honestly sad and sad for the owner because as business close more and more these days, and I’m sorry to say but the market is a ghost town after 4 so can’t imagine rent payments being easy as they are for so many these days. So that’s why I’m writing this not for me or my sad son but the small business owner who is loosing sales and rent because of inept employees. Hence why the minim wage is the way it is ! Thank goodness for froyo open till 10 a guaranteed sale;)
Jim Joyce: I ordered food on door dash, the driver said there was no store. We both tried to call the place and got no answer. This place no longer exists but you can still order from there for some reason
Quit Horsing Around: Great icecream
Brittney Zagarella: First of all I called before I made the trip out here. Came at 740 was told they were closed. I drove all that way and wanted to try it bec I haven’t before. Luckily after I told her they don’t close til 8 she was able to make me the ice cream. It was super expensive. I would so rather cold stone they give you way more for less money. This place gives you this tiny little cup of ice cream for 8 dollars and expect a tip that’s insane. Customer service wasn’t great either.

Todd Rowan: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
M. G.: Probably the best restaurant in Worcester.
Domenic Lamberti: Food and drinks incredible!!
Shanming Li: 1. Very overpriced food, can't get full if you order other stuff besides a burger or chicken2. Forced to charge 20% tips no matter if their service deserves it or not, not letting you decide3. They charge a fee to cut birthday cake, on top of 20% tips4. They charge $7 for French fries, it doesn't come with burger (burger itself is $18)5. Environment is just like a normal cafe restaurant, nothing special for averagely cost $50-$70/person
Heather De Jesus: Hands down my favorite spot in Worcester! Staff is amazing - and I highly recommend the old fashion. I’m picky about my old fashion and this is my fav!

Ryan Casey: Great cocktails and incredible service
Gina Hart: Wow! It is rare we go out to a meal and wonder… “ when is the last time I had such good food?” The only thing I didn’t like about this place is the name. We were a party of three and we each ordered different things from the menu (squash risotto, pan seared chicken, short ribs, Cesar salad) and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We exchanged bites with each other and everyone agreed: each was equally fantastic. Service and help pairing meals to drinks and dessert was thoughtful, patient, accurate and we never felt rushed. The peanut butter sorbet and chocolate chip combo = magic! Highly recommend and wish we were local so we could enjoy this restaurant regularly. Tip: we arrived at 5:30 or a Saturday and were seated right away. A long line of hopeful diners that had to wait began to form about ten minutes later. As far as I know, they don’t take reservations so go early (although it is definitely worth the wait!)
Sean: Can't say enough good things about deadhorse hill!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Richard Thomas Jr.: First impression:Good. The host was very nice and working very hard on a busy night. The food was OK.Bad:Way overpriced. 3 burgers and a few drinks. $170!Rude, pretentious, un-attentive waitress.Unfriendly staff other than the hostess.Forced 20% tip. We had terrible waitress service and were still forced to pay a minimum of 20%.We left wishing we has just stayed home and cooked in.My first impression will be my last because I will never return when there are much better options.
Rachel Smith: Amazing food and service! We had the pork shoulder, risotto and oysters, everything was superb. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Worcester.Vegetarian options: Very hearty and flavorful vegetarian options available!
Casey Comisky (JokerES): Great drinks and wine list, outstanding food, excellent service.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes French Fries, The Burger, Chicken and Waffles …More
Valeria Moreno: This is now one of my favorite places to eat, we first tried brunch and their pancakes are out of the world, simply delicious. Then for dinner, everything was awesome.Service here is amazing, the hostess is someone very special, the waiters and waitress are so nice and helpful.A must to visit.

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream - Front Street: what do users think?
Anhr Dawoud: Amazing experience, magnetic mint was delicious and lots of different topping choices. Fun place and great for children.
Francisco Peña: Great ice cream. My daughter love this place.
A.F.: Loved my ice cream, it was delicious
Isabel Robinson: A cool place with amazing ice cream
Adama Jalloh: I love this place, Lots of options to choose from, I will be there more this summer to cool down in the heat 😂, nice staff and awesome ambiance.
Alex Farland: Amazing ice cream, not too hard, but not too soft. It’s perfectly creamy and you can mix in many different toppings. While you may have to wait for a minute for them to make it, the result is well worth it. I would really recommend it, especially if you have younger children who will love to watch the liquid nitrogen evaporate before their eyes.
Isshiah Stone: Really nice, and good ice cream I always prefer nitro to regular because it always taste super fresh. I’m more surprised that they weren’t super busy considering how they are one of the only nitro ice cream places in the area. We should change that; and they are open kinda late so that’s nice.
Cayden Lewis: It tasted super great and the people making it did great!
David Webb: Went for the second time tonight. Staff were friendly and efficient both times, everything was delicious.
Bree Cruz: It taste so good and have many options which is nice and they are very nice when I told them that I’m deaf and they allow me use my phone as communication with no issues
