Lincoln Village Apartments: what do users think?
Dex D: Anyone who gives 5 stars are either affected with the management or live in the separate townhouses The apartments don’t even deserve one star The maintenance is awful and unskilled Security is lax and quite frankly useless This is my 3rd and last year living in these poorly maintained apartments
Lynne Towler: I have been waiting two weeks for somebody to come and fix my heat it’s getting cold and I’m freezing I just moved in a few months ago and this is not a good showing on maintenance part
Cathie Kalvinek: 99% people work here are awesome. All work places don't have perfect workers
rass pina: Todo se bien y el lugar está limpio y acogedor.
Juan Perez: Nice place
Ron Medina: Honestly, I've lived here almost my whole life and it's not that bad, there's much improvement but for the most part this place seems nice to live at. Only main problem is you might find usually mice or ants in the houses, but there's not much most of the time. So if you can handle that these places are great in my opinion.
Jasmin Colon: I enjoy working here if only it was easier to keep clean. Nost tenants trash the buildings, parking lots and streets. Many have little respect for the few of us that actually do our jobs. Everyone has there opinions. Working has shown me why no one respects us, there is only so many workers & were outnumbered! Stop being slobs or clean your own floor!
General Manager Quality Worcester: Lincoln village is a great establishment and apartment complex. I am the general manager at Quality inn and work directly with Ron and Katelyn. I see the appreciation they have for all of their tennants. They have put them up in my hotel as they complete their needs. If anyone needs an apartment I would highly recommend giving them a call. Very thankful for the great partnership we have developed. The tenants are lucky to have amazing staff looking after them. :) Keep it up Lincoln Village!
Nana Vargas: Horrible place to live I wouldn’t recommend this place not even for homeless people .. mice, ants , never fix anything what would go worse not worth it go to pumley or even the valley !!
Jose De Deus: The Lincoln Village is located on a friendly neighborhood with many kinds of commerce as gas station, pharmacy, furniture, clothes, restaurant, pizzeria, fast food and so on. All this can be accessed to walking and also there we can get public transportation. Thanks
John Grady: The people with bad reviews of Lincoln village we're obviously evicted because i have seen nothing bad here and I'm very thankful to have this place. No bugs,no mice maintenance is great so YES come live here
Vickie LEE Borey: Good/I VISIT MOM OFTTEN
Raincloud Moon: Nice townhouses. Worst maintenance and security is unreliable and crooked.. Plummy Village is better and safer.
Me: Sucks
trinity riv: Horrible.. Absolutely horrible... The fat girl who does intake Regina.. She l ate the whole time while she was interviewing me.. When ever I have an issue all I get is... They will get back to you..... Here I am waiting for my bath tub kitchen sink also bathroom sink to get un clogged 2 months... . I wasn't here 1 week before issues arised... I call maintenance every other day... They don't keep up with anything... And I pay full rent I'm a nurse I'm not low income... I guess they get to you when they get to you!! elevator always broken... Horrible place...
David Davis: Every one that put there commits are right worst place to live blow up your car. When your sleeping mangers don't care building 132 it happened but on 7th floor no mice but kids vandalism cars not worth. Your money. Ron cody comes up with story's. Of his own says people sub leasing out apartments. All lies.
Sheila: Liked it when I first moved in but the last couple of years it really started going downhill. If you go for an apartment listed in building for elderly and handicapped, you can plan on elderly, handicapped and everybody else.
Araixa Fontanez: By far the worst place to live. The whole management office is GARBAGE! The only thing they care about is getting you for all your money but can careless to fix the issues on their end. Left my apartment clean when moving out yet they want to TRY and get $225 out of me for damages that were not there. Living here was a nightmare, neighbors are ridiculously nosy, security never solves anything, anybody can park in your parking space yet not get towed! The whole place is a joke. If not all than most of the people who work here are extremely rude. No surprise their ratings are so low get your moneys worth some place else !
Switches UHC: Lived in Lincoln Village for 14 yrs on my own with no problems then I was transferred to a 3 br. 2015 WHA came in and office staff kept changing. End of 2016 My apt flooded lost everything failed every expection. Then all the corruption started. Started getting letters saying I owed money with different amounts on each. Brought in for 5 different hearings in which I won every time. Then in Jan of this yr I got a letter to goto court where I was told by l.v lawyer they wanted me out said water damage was from my 15 old son made up lies SLANDERED ME N MY CHILD. went in front of the judge said I wanted a lawyer n then I got a notice that I was being evicted. HIRED a lawyer who was so incompetent n never put the appeal papers in then WHA had me cone in AGAIN so me n my lawyer did n they didn't look at any of my documents or pictures of my damaged apt and the leaking was never fixed and started again. Received a letter from them on March 26th saying I was losing my section 8 which I never knew I had n I had to b out by March 30th. After leaving I found out about all the lies that where told about me the new Manager Jill Coomy? shows favoritism let's certain ppl stay in a 1br n there's 5 ppl. Doesn't report illegal activity to WHA takes bribes n even other employees think she's corrupt. Idk wht to do please someone help me I'm homeless n hopeless. 100 disabled n have NOTHING!!! HELP PLEASE!!!
Elias Riedle: This place is straight trash, especially maintenance lol
Jennifer: I have always wanted to live here so that my daughter can continue to go to her school but once getting in, ehhh it's not the same. Anybody can park here. The apartments are nice the have 1-3 and I think 4 bedrooms. I have been In a one bedroom that was like a loft style where u can look down to the living room from the upstairs bedroom and a porch. I'm in a 2 bedroom and it's just narrow nothing big about it. they have 2-3 bedrooms that has washer dryer hook ups with a basement and an attached garage.Lincoln village needs to step up. A few good things about this place you don't have to pay for light or heat.

Wexford Village Apartments: what do users think?
Lartey Daniel: Positive:ProfessionalismVery safe. Wexford, a home to be safe7 Duncannon Ave, Worcester Massachusetts.
Caroline Reyes: I used to love living here before, but I have realized that they have a very poor customer service, I have tried to communicate by all means, I have sent them millions of emails and I do not get answers, I just wait for my lease to end so I can move sooner from this place.
Jessica Fountain: I really loved living at Wexford Village. It was quiet and safe, and plowing in the winter months was excellent (apart from the really steep hill coming into the complex that sometimes got really dicey). It was moving out that was the trouble. Everything went fine and after our move, I received an email indicating we would be getting our $500 deposit back in full. They had my new address, no problem. When I didn't get my deposit back after a few weeks, I emailed the team. They checked and assured me it had been sent out, and provided me with the date of the check's mailing (July 26th, 2021).They advised it could take up to 14 business days for me to receive my deposit in the mail. After this time, I emailed them again when I didn't have the check in hand. And... they ghosted me. This email was sent on August 19th, 2021.Thinking it might have gotten lost in the shuffle, I emailed again on August 26th asking for a follow up. I got no response. My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer in September, so I didn't get back around to emailing them again until late October (Oct 20th, 2021). I explained I had tried to email them multiple times. I CCed the community manager. And was ghosted AGAIN.It's March 9th, 2022 and I have not heard from Wexford. I have tried calling. I've left a voicemail.I would have recommended this as a nice place to live, but frankly— No. Absolutely not. This is ridiculous. When I was moving into my new place and my new landlords needed to get in touch with Wexford, they had a really difficult time getting hold of anyone for a reference. It's poor customer service at best and sketchy at worst. Where is my money, Wexford?
Elaine Hanratty: We absolutely adore this community! ALL our 3 banks are a 2 minute drive along with at least THREE supermarkets (Price Choppers, Stop & Shop, & Wegmans) are 2-15 minutes within our reach. Chris in the office along with Paul in maintenance for our building are both esteemed aspects. They both truly value their jobs and deeply care for your needs :) In this time of Covid, that is difficult to find....All the residents that we have encountered have been wonderful and cordial. A true gem that Worcester has to offer!
Lesirg C: The washer machine has been broken for three months now, we have only one working for the past three months for the whole building 19, I already talked to Cristopher about it twice and it looks like nobody cares. They are good to deliver letters if you are late on the rent for three days but not as fast to fix what they have to fix.
Nicole Tantum: I love living in Wexford Village. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood with renovated apartments and a nice and clean community area with a gym and pool. I do not pay much for utilities but, unfortunately, the rent is raised a lot between leases. It's worth it if you are willing to sign a long-term lease but, as someone who needs shorter-term leases, this apartment complex is too expensive.
iury Melo: So far so good. I have 3 months living there and nothing to complain about.
Brittany Delaney: The application and move in process was incredibly simple. Christopher was very helpful, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure my move in process went smoothly. The apartment I moved into was clean and gorgeous! Thus far, I am also pleased with amenities, including the smart lock and the package storage system. Overall, it has been a great experience thus far!
beatriz dos santos pereira: It's a beautiful place, where we have contact with nature
Carrie McEachin: We’ve lived here for a few weeks and have loved it! Friendly neighbors, great dog park, and easy parking. Surrounded by trees and just a great atmosphere!
Ana Ribeiro: Excelente condomínio, ambiente familiar, super recomendo
Mike Goma: I’ve called Wexford village home for almost 6 years. The recent upgrades are excellent. Great community and quiet place to live. Management & maintenance are very helpful and responsive. The grounds are well maintained. Great location, with many stores around and just minutes from major interstates.
Renato Labrego: Nice place to live.
Yousef Mahmoud: Please stay away from these people. they will seek any opportunity to suck your money. They charged me for a one month extra rent because I gave them one month notice before the end of the contract. They said at least they need to know that I am not renewing two month ahead and therefore I had to pay them one month fine. I refused initially but they put that money on my credit history until i was forced to pay it ultimately. Stay away from these thief.
Donkey Dan: If you like frequently losing power, move here.
Brennin Consalvi: Only lived here for a short time but do far everything has been great. A few minor repairs that had to be made but they were addressed quickly
Ann S: They found a body in my building that had been there for a month.
Michael Brayton: Amazing place to live at with extremely helpful maintenance and amazing amenities! Love living here zero complaints!
Vincent Fleury: I love the location of Wexford. It is close to a ton of small business, schools and grocery stores. It is the most convenient place I've lived and still secluded away from the noise of busy streets. If you want a convenient and peaceful place to live, I'd give Wexford my recommendation.
David Holloway: I just moved in. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The grounds crew are very nice and response time to appliance fixes are fast. It is nice living in a smoke free community as I just moved here from a big city where the air quality is lower. There is a gym with brand new equipment and different paths to walk through all around the grounds. Final note - it is very dog friendly!Best,David
Emily Holloway: Super clean, staff is very professional, helpful, and amenable. Gym and pool are immaculate. Very safe, family-friendly, dog-friendly environment.

ReNew Worcester Apartment Homes: what do users think?
Peter Beaudoin: Ok so far but need more consistency with getting informed on what's going on.Did great cMe when they said and got it done.
Ruth Berman: Rick, the new handyman is terrific. He came immediately to fix the few items that needed to be fixed. There was no long wait & all was done quickly & efficiently. Still waiting for the garage door to be operational as well as garage lighting.
Joan Scano: If anyone is looking for an apartment, go elsewhere. The building used to be a luxurious apartment complex. It now looks shabby and in need of routine maintenance and care. It is owned by a California conglomerate, and they are only interested in turning a profit. This building very rarely had a vacancy. Renters are moving out in droves. The surveillance security system was discontinued when they purchased the property to save money. The garage door has been non-operational for over 18 months. There is nobody that you can call directly if there is a problem. Residents are left to their own demise the majority of the time. Especially on weekends and holidays. Look elsewhere.
Patricia Couture: Maintenance replaced my thermostat and it is so much easier to regulate my heat
Edmund McGovern: After my shower was covered in black dirt due to a building drain backup I was told it was my responsibility to clean it. I am disabled and could not clean it myself. After a rather nasty discussion with the temporary building manager it was agreed he would send someone to clean the mess their drain backup had created. Not the way paying tenants should be treated.
Barbara Baba: Rick the maintenance man fixed the shelf problem. Still haven't heard about the counter problem.
Brenda Landgren Miller: Garage door has been broken and unsecured for three months.Paint is peeling off all laundry and trash room doors.Rarely is someone in the office who can help with anything. It’s usually vacant.Seems like nobody cares about the residents.
Roberta Hirshberg: I am very happy with the on site management but find the "ownership management" unsatisfactory. I had a problem and they never responded which I find very disturbing.
Dennis Shea Jr.: HiSeems we have no full time custodian. They keep getting fired, the building needs some cleaning. Something is wrong some where?
Carol Pruitt: The management team does not respond to emergency situations. Today the Worcester fire department came to reset the elevators that had shut down due to a power outage. The keys to reset elevator & to enter the maintenance room were not in the fireman’s access box. There are people in this building that are not able to use stairs and can only access other floors with the elevator. The residents try to remain hopeful that the dismissive corporate attitude will change. We have made our homes here, some residents have for years, but this emergency situation seems to have been disregarded by management.
Ken Brown: Clearly a case of a profit hungry property corporation unwilling to invest in their building and systems.Example 1 - In spite of constant requests from residents, no option for recycling. Too complicated(!) Everything goes into the dumpster.Example 2 - Hopelessly mismanaged switchover to new computer system deleted ALL residents' "auto payment" data.Local staff is wonderful but their corporate overlords are greedy zeros.
Jean Breidenbach: Doing pretty well. Could use an extra person for maintenance.
Harriett Katz: Solange makes it warm and inviting to come into the office to discuss concerns. She returns calls quickly and she takes time to explain things. She's always willing to help!
Marcy Meehan: My experience has been very positive. I am very happy with Solange as the property manager. She is very helpful to all the people that live here, specially because they are not used to the new changes and new management. Solange has adjusted well under these circumstances.
Raju Alagawadi: Great location! really nice, well taken care surrounding with lot of greenery, shrubs and flowers. I like the gazebo and the fountain area for a hangout! Management really listen and care for the residents, like the convenience of close by city life.

PRINCETON PLACE APARTMENTS: what do users think?
Sylver M: Lots of birds living inside the walls
Caitlin Sakkinen: Living at Princeton Place Apartments has been wonderful. We love how attentive they are to the buildings inside and out and the cleanliness of the entire complex as a whole. The clubhouse just got renovated and the fitness room is currently being repainted. They plan fun events for the residents to join and it really shows they care about you.
Karuna Sandra: I moved from India to the US about 6 months ago and I must say the first friends I made were at Princeton . Every time I walk to the lease office , it warms my heart to hear Shanayas hello! From getting my online lease ready even while I was in India , to helping me with nitty bitty things , the front office and the staff have been extraordinarily amazing . 100% awesome .I must also mention the professionalism and. Punctuality of the maintenance team is also 100%.I also like the season parties the appartment holds , to the ample parking space , the proximity to everything . It’s been a wonderful experience for me so far .
Ashwin Alexander: Great place to start your stay in Worcester..This is my sixth month in Princeton place Apartments, so far so good. I will list out couple of important things which I feel is worth saying about..Location :- it’s a good place to stay if you’re working in UMass memorial , 12 mins walk. 3-4 min drive to union station..Moving from abroad :- So if you are coming from abroad and wanting to start living in an apartment without the drama of physical tour, this place is recommended. It makes life so much more easier. most apartments around Worcester require you to come and take physical tour. We were able to see the apartment size and dimensions and sign up for the lease online. Which made life much more easier. Shaniya and Meghan made it easier. Thank you. ❣️Maintenance :- A big shout out to the maintenance guys they are fast and responsive and get the job done. 👏. We had few issue moving, everything got resolved immediately..We lease two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. Which is decent enough in space. All the appliances are in complete working condition. They make sure that you can report any complaint within the first 15 days if anything is wrong and document it..Outside amenities:- They have a two slot tennis/ pickle ball court , A small gym and a small swimming pool. Also there is a small outdoor kids playing area..In the summer and the spring the landscaping is done quite frequently I think almost every week. So it looks very good. in the winter the snow gets removed , promptly and the walkways are salted..Parking there is ample amount of parking..Social activities:- The management staff have some Occasions every 2 to 3 months for get together activities and residents meeting each other gatherings etc. which is deserving a applause..Few cons- The carpet in the apartment is cream colored, it gets dirty fast. Worcester is a rainy and snowy city. And if you have a small child it gets very difficult to keep it clean. There is no light fixtures in the living room and in the bedrooms. I find that very strange. So after you move in you are pretty much in the dark until you buy some lamp. 😄.I will be definitely adding my latter experience when my lease expires, but overall it’s a great place to start.
Chris Daley: My wife and I are currently Princeton Place residents—been so for several years now—and as far as apartment-living goes in Worcester, this one has been the best yet. Not perfect, but I think "perfect" would be a tall order anyway. Some pros and cons, to name a few:Pros:- Management and maintenance are responsive and courteous (I was a bit surprised by some of the negative reviews stating otherwise)- Location can't be beat, if you enjoy a reasonably quiet spot right on the edge of downtown- Our unit feels modern and was in good shape upon moving in- Very nice amenities (central mailroom, gym, pool, playground)- Occasional holiday/social events and contests put on by the management team- Some buildings allow pets (for a fee)- Quick snow removal from parking lots and walkways- Tons of free parking, so it's easy to have guestsCons:- I said "reasonably" quiet, but we'll sometimes get car alarms, the train coming out of Union Station, weekly landscaping in warmer seasons, or other noises, which can make working from home more challenging- Maintenance often arrives without giving us a heads up, so sometimes we're scrambling a bit if we're working from home (or still in bed), despite concerns raised several times- The dog park is underwhelming- Not enough dumpsters, so trash and recycling are often overflowing, which is a big eyesore on that side of the complex- No elevators (but there are ramps for first-floor accessibility only), so it is difficult to have guests/family with limited mobility- The entry door to the building requires two hands to open, which can be challenging (for various reasons, like accessibility)- Pricey, but what apartment isn't these days?Again, not perfect. The pros are pretty sweet, and most of the cons are tolerable. Overall, we'd recommend it!
Shalini Aricthota: Living at Princeton Place has been great so far. The apartment complex is very neat and clean. The maintenance team does a great job when it comes to any repair in the apartment. The leasing office staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a fitness centre inside the complex which is decently equipped. Overall, I enjoy my stay here at Princeton and would love to continue my lease.
S . S: Princeton! Fell in love with this place when I came across it. Coming from the big NY to this was like a dream come true! Somewhere positive where I could raise my daughter. Until I shortly realized this place was a whole lie! Princeton Place Apartment in Worcester, MA; Instantly failed me! I moved in the middle of the pandemic, there were no in person apartment tours available due this situation. My husband and I selected the most expensive layout available at that moment. Per the virtual tour and pictures online that layout would include two bedrooms with the master bedroom having a half bathroom inside. The day we moved in we were surprise to find an apartment with two side by side bathrooms. *no bathroom in the bedroom*. I was never able to enjoy a hot shower longer than 5 min, it would turn completely cold! I would literally have to shower my daughter first and then shower myself in case the hot water would leave. It was literally like the hot water was timed. Less than a month living there before we received an email about our TELEVISION being too loud. How everything must be shut off by 8pm on weekdays. Later we find out the complex is not safe, there are no cameras in the entire vicinity. You and your belongings are not protected! My vehicle was crashed, in the parking lot. Causing us over $1000 in damage, and management showed absolutely NO sympathy. Kristen simply said these things happen all the time there. That there was nothing they could do since there are no cameras in the complex, and I should just call and report it to my insurance as a hit and run. The neighbors *always changing* mainly college kids renting for a semester or two. In multiple occasions fights broke down in the hallways, door decor and mats were stolen. My building was under construction with no carpets *nails sticking out* and looking very much abandoned for over 3 months. When I moved out they kept my deposit and sent an invoice for having to change the cream colored rug that they should change regardless for every apartment. As I am sure they should know families with children could have accidents and the rug will need to be replaced for the next tenant! Every single month they have a new reason as to why they need to enter your apartment. *To change an alarm, some sort of inspection, their insurance, etc.* They send an email two days before but you have no say whether they could enter or not. They will come in if your home or not. The workers come in and do not remove their shoes they step all over your cream carpet they expect you to keep fresh for almost 3 years! Honestly this place was such a disappointment! Don’t do like we did and ignored reviews because it looked so beautiful! Put your hard working money somewhere else where it will be appreciated!-Shanthaly
Mousa Moradikalhor: Princeton place was not what I expected. As you sign the contract, you think you are their slave. The only thing they care about is money. Although I gave them one month notice for moving out, they picked my deposit for the day I dropped the keys!
Mike Murray: I have been in many complexes before. This one was the worst by far. Week management team, very noisy neighbors with many kids. Not a good option if you need to relax after a busy day for sure.
Juscelio Rocha: I been have great time at Princeton place my family loved.
Sitaram Amirapu: Very nice apartment facility but lacks an elevator.
Tyler Benjamin: Residing at Princeton place has been great so far! The apartments themselves are very clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big selling point for me. The staff are very responsive and always super helpful. Recently had an issue with my dishwasher and w/ in a few days they were at my apartment replacing it. Maintenance and groundkeepers do an exceptional job from landscaping during the summer to plowing during winter months. The grounds are very nice with great landscaping, ample parking, and amenities such as a pool, tennis court, and gym. Its location is perfect as it is close to Umass if you work there and a short drive to the downtown area of Worcester.
Mary Ann Burnett: Very nice maintenance of landscaping and grounds. Nice amenities like pool and fitness center. Helpful staff
Jamin Wang: Positive:Quality
Mien Nguyen: Never ever rent this place!!!!1. Noise is everywhere, especially at night someonw will jump above your head.2. Cockroaches are the problem!!! They come from nowhere and will stay with you despite multiple calls with the maintenance guys3. Terrible management team: horrible people with fake smiles!! They will make you pay for whole renewal of pain, carpet when you move out and 4 months lease! Never listen as well4. Your packages will eventually get lost so many times till you realize that you cannot live in this horrible place5. TERRIBLE Smell.6. Mold in the bathroom
david buczynski: Positive:QualityI moved here site unseen from out of state and I Love this place, the apartment was much more than I expected, clean and so much room. My Dog Cody also is enjoying the cool little dog park. It was a pleasant surprise. I can call Princeton Place home
Devin Marcella: When I first moved in here, I had no issues at all with the staff, or the property. However, towards the end of my 2nd year here everything came unraveled. My old roommate moved back to North Carolina in June of 2020 and I had someone else move in to take his place. We weren't charged at all until August 6th, then all of a sudden there's a 2000 dollar charge on our portal, which of course they expected us to pay all at once in the middle of a pandemic. When I informed the property manager Kristen about the poor attitude of a few of her employees, she told me "sometimes we get caught up in the business of collecting rent". If somebody is paying 100s of dollars over the national average for a very medicore living space, the least you can do is have some compassion for someone's situation, especially if they created that situation. It isn't the worst place in the world, but look out if you need assistance with anything that doesn't go along with the staff's daily routine.
Tim Goodwin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessLove the location. Love the people. This has always been my favorite place to live in Worcester!
khashayar afshari: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueI got an apartment in the cleanest and best way I could Imagine. Very well designed and spacious and convenient location for those working at UMass. So far I can say that it was a very good deal and the place has super responsive and friendly staff.
John Judson: Apt. nice / mgmnt very good. Beautifully landscaped. Neighbors friendly. Maintanence responsive and proactive. Very happy at this property. Thank-you.
Alfred Talevi: The staff constantly was losing or misplacing my deliveries. They also advertised that they were pet friendly and even have a dog walk. However, even though I paid 100% of my rent every month until I moved out it wasn't allowed in my building and though I asked every year to be moved to a first-floor dog building I was lied to every time.Don't say that the place accepts dogs when it doesn't. How about telling the truth when people ask to be moved within the complex to exchange a 3rd floor for 1st floor. I had paid 1 years rent and then 2 years rent when I made the request.I moved because I knew my rent was going to continue to go up and the apartment wasn't going to get any better.Definitely are MUCH better places to live in Worcester for the price charged.

Stratton Hill Park Apartments: what do users think?
Lauren Brogan: I have been living here for three years and enjoy it. I have found that the management here is helpful when something arises. They offer different activities for the community here. I find that it is clean and well kept, both inside and with the lawn. I appreciate the decorations they put up during different holidays, it really gives it a home vibe. There are occasional hiccups like broken dryers or an occasional resident that is disruptive, but no place is perfect and it’s not consistent. If it is ever an ongoing issue then they address it as soon as they can. I feel as though they go above and beyond for the residents and it doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you Stratton Hill Team.
Jen Guzman: I've lived here 26 years and the people they've let in here in the past year or two have really made this place a very unenjoyable place to live. I've had packages stolen, no parking spaces for handicapped people, you can't even trust for someone to leave your food in the lobby, like Doordash. Or Uber. This is a big apartment building and people are too lazy to get out of their cars so they beep their horn repeatedly at all hours of the night. Plus play loud music coming and going. There's a guy with a motorcycle that runs his bike in the parking lot and drives up and down the driveway repeatedly, d the police are here a lot. People get drunk and fight in the hallway. I can't wait to move but I want a better place, not worse one but this place keeps going downhill cause of the people they've let in. And are letting in.
Melo PR: laundry room machines don’t work
Mass Family: i went to visit a friend in the summer and the pool got me sick i talked to property management and they didn’t do nothing
AFK: my grandmas bathroom was leaking water took way too long for maintenance to fix it
daniel vazquez: my apartment i just moved into had roaches and some of my neighbors have mice
Carmxlo: poor property management
James Cormier: Great place
Elaine Miles: Been here for 26 years. Moved to a couple different apartments due to household size, thank you to the office personnel for letting me always when needed to move to different size apartment they help me switch apart easy. Paperwork I get help with . Only need approvement on is the laundry washers, they open on the side so if your close land on floor it toe is classified as dirty. We need different washers. Play area is great for children of big kid size they might want to put one in back where it was for littler kids and a bench for parents to sit down to watch their children. They may want to put up a fence to keep wild animals hopefully out away from people. I miss the play area out back. Where the big kids play is in the basket ball area and fence is low so if basketball goes over it might hit a little kid and they would get hurt. The basketball court used to be at the end of parking lot a and not fenced in. So it wasn't always safe for cars and people who played. Then they used to have 2 tennis courts. One is now a grass area they may want to fence off. And the basketball / play area for big kids because the space on equipment is big and little ones can fall off to easy is great fenced area but to low of an inner fence to protect the kids who are in the play area from the basketballs when others play. We got told there would one day be a small dog walking area for dogs and owns so owns will be responsible to pick up after there dogs with doggy bags at hand. Thank you for asking of my personnel input.
Julie Ann “Iraqiwife” Eriksson - Al Buzbeba: We absolutely love living at Stratton Hill Park. We couldn't ask more out of a home or of a home community. The grounds and buildings are kept immaculate at all times. And safety at Stratton Hill is top notch. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help if ever needed. We hope to be living at Stratton Hill for a long time to come.
Deborah Sjostedt: I have lived here for 42 years, in 3 different apartments, according to my needs at the time.I’ve been extremely happy. Any maintenance issues have always been addressed promptly, and professionally. The maintenance staff is wonderful. The Management and Recreation Staff are fabulous. Any problems or concerns have always been addressed promptly with me. They are very professional and helpful, and also take the time to listen and get to know you.
Fernando Rey: Been here a little over 2 years and so far no issues. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Great place to live!
Bernadette Potenti: My friend and I would like to live here if it were only more affordable
Edwin Medina-Velazquez: It a really nice place to live, can't complain about the staff, but got a neighbor upstairs from me that driving me crazy. 😡😠
Roxcy Schofield: I lived here at Stratton Hill Park Apartments for about 4yrs. Now going on 5 and I move here under different circumstances but never really had a home until now . They just recently got bought out and the new owners did very good job and put changes in now it's beautiful and safe to live here for everyone.
Tekknick Fon Fabre: I've lived in this complex for almost 3 years, and in two seperate buildings, so I can say this from experience: BEAUTIFUL place to live! It's so quiet and calming on the upper floors, and the lower areas have a benefit as well with the front stoop/garden area. With the recent remodeling/renovations, the ENTIRE complex is starting to look AMAZING compared to the grounds last year. Granted some of the walkways are gone, and we need a sidewalk, but for the most part they are doing an amazing job with Beacon! The new apartments are a great change, and the new color and areas look much better than they did.New laundry machines, new vending machines, and a new community room/pool area. What more could you ask for?As far as the noise goes, I do NOT have any issues with hearing people thru my walls; its usually little things/music. The curfew for audio helps curb alot of excessive/late night noise to ensure that you can at least get some sleep after 9-10pm.The Staff are simply amazing! I find Paula to be very fair, understanding and willing to go the extra mile IF you approach her and don't beat around the bush.I think I miss my old 5th floor apartment more compared to the 2nd floor apartment, but Im not unhappy with either! I wish however, I was still in the A building, as IT SEEMS that building gets a bit more TLC than B. That's just my opinion of course :)
Michael Sherman: Great staff always there to help. I hear people complaining about living here. Pack up and leave. To pay just for electric and free heat. Let those people pay both electric and heat
Jaslyn Blandino: Very nice apartments. But the manager Paula is EXTREMELY RUDE and very controlling.
Nelson Castro: Pool
brian balsavich: I spent 20 years living there I've seen it go through highs and lows, with a beautiful view of rolling hills and comfortable apartments it's a decent place to live. The problems you will find won't lie in the living spaces it's in the community. I've seen drug deals tires being stolen right of cars vandalism and far worse. Fires started in the laundry room. Is say it's a good bachelors pad but not suited for anyone with children

Plumley Village: what do users think?
Maria Morales: I change my review because they fixed the problem I lived here since 2013
Dabby Garrido: it’s a great place to live . The d dealers aren’t in it anymore , and the shootings too , but, the rats , I live in a 5 floor and idk how they can get over here , how ever you can control them with traps and poison do it really doesn’t matter that much .I like the protection too , the doors are really good and locked , my favorite part it’s the kitchen 😆, they are really beautiful
Nando Ocasio: Irresponsables. Eso es lo que sonIRRESPONSABLES. Ahora no vengan con responder a mi comentario como siempre hacen. Responden para que la gente se crea que resuelven y no resuelven nada IRRESPONSABLES
Carmen Mendez: Love it it's where I grew up
NinjaHiro Dude: I lived here back in the 80's; this place was far from being luxurious or a great place but it was what I called home for the first 9 years of my life. Plumley provided the basics like a roof over our heads and a steel door between us and the streets.I don't take things for granted and I am thankful that there are places like this for people who need housing. Living here also motivated me to continue with my education, and realize the things I need to do to never have to come back.I still drive through Worcester from time to time and seeing Plumley Village reminds me that, where there is a will there is a way... that because your raised in there doesn't mean your doomed to be stuck there; the cycle can be broken.Thank You Plumley Village and community; I've made some good memories along with the bad ones in a place I once called home; but I will not be returning in this lifetime :)
Jessica Tight: This is the worse place to move to there infected with roaches and mice and the problem never goes away there fast to keep people out for no reason but willing to keep the real problem people there the staff in the office don't know how to do there job they have favorites there and you can see it when your around i wouldn't waste my time there unless you want roaches and mice
maribel alicea: Los apartamentos son cómodos, pero la administración no muy buena.
Jay C: I used to live here from 1998-2002 and it's gone downhill since then. Blame the degenerates that move here and want nothing but free benefits and crime.
Shawn Caballero: Plumley Village’s Management Office has not token any of my concerns or complaints seriously. I have addressed these issues multiple times by verbally speaking with someone at the management office and by calling as well. If nothing is going to be dealt with the issues I am having at Plumley Village then I will have to proceed and take this matter into court. I hope that there is a way to contact someone else to take care of these issues I am still currently having. Thank you.
Jacob Jessie: i dont live here i can walk into my friends apt the locks do not work the road going into this place will kill your car, and tone of the drive ways will make scrape the bottom of you car... ass roads
Nia Long: this Pantry should be shut down one thing I can say is if u are Puerto Rican u get Special treatment u don’t have to wait in line and can pick out whatever u want while the idiot behind the desk hooks the blacks up w the no name meat and snacks for they family after we are left to sit and watch u hook ur people up while they back there speaking they language laughing and caring on like they are not at a place of business I will never look for help again at this food pantry
lee dejesus: Roaches, mice and bed bugs
Linda Smith: It seems that those ladies in the office don’t want to help you unless your Hispanic. I’ve been on the waiting list forever and nothing is happening and I’m pregnant and need help. They don’t help you unless you are Spanish like them. I’m gonna have to take this to court soon because it’s ridiculous they should help everyone.
Erileika Saturria: Its very good but dangerous but I would still live there u get lots of fun things to do there
PRISCILLA LÓPEZ: Good place for live
Jose Colon: DÍOS BENDIGA HÁ LOS VALIENTES QUÉ CUIDAN DÉ SUS FAMILIARES Y HOY MÉ TOCÓ A MÍ, MAÑANA PUEDE SER UNO QUÉ DÍOS LÉ DÉ LA BENDICIÓN DÉ HACER LÓ MISMO POR LOS TUYOS. AMÉN!
Eddgar Rojas: Aparentan muy buen condominio para una primera visita
Kassandra Arroyo: Free printing up to ten a day. Also its free to fax.
Carmen De Jesus: I love plumley village it been my home for 23year . staff come and go and I'm still in P.L.
Karina Sanchez: The worst place to live in by far. My mother lives there and it's filled with drug dealers, people who smoke incessantly and throw trash all over the premises. Also, it has been the scene of many stabbings and shootings. The management does nothing to help you when you complain of these things. Whatever your financial situation is do not move to Plumley Village. You will either die of secondhand smoke or end up getting in an argument with the trashy people who live in the buildings.
