Mark Kent: Every time I walk into the rt20 location, either no one is willing to help, they don’t have the part I’m looking for or they are just rude. Don’t waste your time. Plenty of other helpful truck parts stores on rt20

It used to be alot better over the last year and a half you can tell the employees don't care much about customer service. and there inventory is not like it once was now when you need a part alot of times it has to be ordered even for something as small as exhaust tips.

Paul Bridges: I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!

just “KiaNes2” here: You can't just go in to see what's available. Which is what most people going to a salvage yard prefer to do. They want you to specify what vehicle and what part you want. If they didn't inventory it in their system, they'll just say no we don't have it. Yet, not everything is inventoried.

They make your car problem, a no problem! Make sure you say hello to the junkyard dog. Find him on a chair behind the service counter. Used them for car parts before, a hidden jewel is their tire & rims department. Super guy to work with

So i ended up not say anything just walked out....

Leslie Chao: I had a terrible experience here, it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Before I could even explain my problem the person that was “helping” me, his name was Jamie was already irritating and lashing out on me, which is no way to speak to a customer. I received the wrong paint and when I asked for a refund he went on a frenzy and tried to talk down on me which is no way to treat a customer. Jamie was a complete troglodyte who doesn’t know how to treat a customer or know his company’s policies. He should not be an assistant manager and I recommend not seeking him for assistant, however fortunately the manager Paul was nice enough to give me a refund without any questions the next day
Aaron Night: I’ve had a not so pleasant experience here I came in the store with my friend coming to buy something for my brother and when I asked for help from a worker that I believe is named Jamie he seemed very irritated and mad at us that we didn’t have the proper information to give him when asking for assistance so when we gave him the information provided he just seemed annoyed at us the whole time we were there seeking help for the item which seemed super unprofessional.
