Westside Animal Clinic - A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner: what do users think?
mshell420ya: Great experience! The price compared to other places was very budget friendly! Caring doctors and amazing staff! Thank you for helping Mugsy!
Alexis King: I absolutely love West Side Animal Clinic on Mill St in Worcester. They have been nothing short of amazing and were so compassionate with my Fenrir, who was timid and fear reactive with new people. They loved him and were empathetic when he unexpectedly passed away on Valentines. Couldn't ask for a better group to care for our animals.
Corlina Ethier: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,ValueALWAYS A WARM AND FRIENDLY WELCOME,CARING AND HONEST.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, YOUR PETS ARE IN GREAT HANDS.
Racheal Ellis: Westside is fantastic! From the receptionists, to the techs, to the vets. They are always so kind and quick to get back to me if there’s ever an issue. They take great care of my pups!
Tiffany Hexter: I can't say enough good things about Westside Animal Clinic. The entire team is amazing! The front desk, whether you're calling to schedule a routine appointment or in the case of a sick pet, is compassionate and kind. They relay messages promptly and try to do their best to get your pet seen as soon as they can.The vet techs and vet assistants are great! I have a spicy old lady kitty who is always handled with respect and care, she has mellowed in her old age but I think she knows that she is safe with the staff. My two other cats are well loved and doted on when they come into the office, especially since Simon is a heartbreaker (and a shameless flirt) and Jazz is always super shy.Dr. Taddei is an amazing veterinarian, having no qualms about fielding worried phone calls (I really try not to be a helicopter!) and is at the top of her game when it comes to medicine and treating her patients. She's kind and caring, taking the time to come up with plans for treatment and doesn't judge if an owner doesn't have the monetary means to go above and beyond.Any and all interactions with the staff here have been fantastic. Pricing is reasonable and I know I'm paying for quality care. As a former veterinary assistant years ago, I know the effort and time that the veterinary personnel put into their passion and Westside Animal Clinic is worth every cent.If you are in need of quality and compassionate treatment for your pets, look no further than this veterinary clinic!
Bruce Nanof: Very Professional and experienced.
Brett Baker: My dog is in the best hands at Westside animal clinic. Love the staff and what the do.
William Denson: My opinion anybody that helps is doing God's work
Google User: Thank you Dr Vincent for being so caring and compassionate. You were so kind and helped me through a very difficult time yesterday when I had to make the decision to put my cat Tinker to sleep. Even though I was a complete mess throughout my visit, your compassion just made it a little bit more bearable.
Kristy Sigstad: We bring our beagle here, and they always take care of everything we need. The staff is really friendly, and helpful.
Kim Macdonald: Staff is wonderful but shop around for prices. I was quoted a price for my male cat to be fixed and called another place which quoted me less than half what west side did. Also seems they give you a price for something and then there are other fees on the final bill.
D M: They are always great and so knowledgeable! Excellent team we bring Greta and Moo and soon to be Opal and Cooper!!
Victoria Fontana: Been a good customer over 20years. Then sold it to whoever. When I brought my new cat there . Said they changed the rabies vaccine, because the other they were giving caused cancer .That is what my last cat had. I paid to kill my cat.??? One year shot very little side affects. Three year shot more side affects. I was scared. Got one year shot. She was not herself a few days . I worried. They try to push the insurance on you. My cat goes for rabies once a year . I cut her nails. Previous owners of this business ,said if my cat is ok. And no problems, she does not need to come every year unless shots are needed. She is an indoor cat.I live on a fixed income. And this place has jacked up prices way too high. In this economy, people struggle. And pets bring a sense of peace and companionship.I call it price gauging. It is to the point seniors cannot afford to have a pet companion. No need to overprice services. Seniors need a break.
Joyce: They are just "okay" now that they are a chain and the former owners retired.
Diane Clowes: My dog Walter just had oral surgery with Dr. Kawai. She was very attentive to his special needs during anesthesia & followed up with me afterwards to make sure he was doing well. This meant the world to me….it shows how much she cares! My other senior dog, who has had a lot of issues lately, sees Dr. Taddei, she has been so great with helping us manage her issues and making plans going forward. They are both wonderful and I’m so happy to have them in my corner when it comes to caring for my pets! Thank you so much to ALL of westside staff and doctors!
Dean Theodore: A very positive experience every time I go there. Staff is professional and friendly. Communication with Staff and Veterinarians has been great.
Omea: A good veterinary clinic 1) will misread a urine test as being "clean" if it comes back with protein and 2) diagnose a loving pet who is suddenly urinarily incontinent with said test results as senile, 3) further telling the pet's parent that "euthanasia is not an inappropriate discussion" - SAYS NO ONE. As our poor pup's symptoms advanced, we sought a 2nd opinion which correctly found a bladder infection so severe it appearead to the new vet as a snowglobe. Had West Side had paired the dogs sudden onset presentation with lab results correctly and available ultra sound equipment and staff to administer the testing, maybe they'd know better, but they expected us to wait for several weeks until their roving ultrasound partner arrived to do testing. It was also determined at the 2nd opinion that our baby was FAR from senile. Bringing these findings to West Side, I agreed to allow them to administer the meds for this condition on agreement of never allowing the vet who botched the dx and treatment to touch my pets again and that the first post-treatment urinalysis would be on the house, to which the leadership agreed. Three weeks later, they're looking to charge over $300 to my card for the test, stating it was a different type of urinalysis they were planning and that I understood it - more nonsense. I will also state that their quote for their roving ultrasound practice was significantly higher than what I paid at the 2nd opinion. This 30-year client (former competent owners sold West Side recently) will never return to allow the practice to further lie and mistreat our furbabies. If you love your pets and value a skilled and honest provider, think twice about seeking services at West Side
Agnes Ofghod: Great place. We've lived all over this country & have brought our pets many places & can honestly say that Westside is one of the best (if not THE best). The docs and especially the techs took the time to get to know us and our fur kids, in order to give us solid advice. Prices aren't bad, either. Highly recommended!
fitznutz: West Side has taken care of my former pet P-Nutt for her entire life. We now bring Lola to her.
Canary Ly: These guys are excellent. Not only are they Covid-conscious while caring for your beloved fur-children, but great communicators with everything they do and always including you in the care. My sweet Calliope was very well taken care of by Dr. Vincent, and then when I had to say goodbye today, Dr. Palermo and Amy (and someone else I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) were so understanding and helpful with the whole process and allowed us to be there. I know Calli was comfortable the entire time. Thank you everyone.
Jackson Barnes: These people are so ignorant that they almost killed my dog. They failed to diagnose my dog properly when he had diabetes for a year. It took us to do our own research on the internet to find out the symptoms point to diabetes. Then our dog went into a catatonic state. West side told us our dog was drinking copious amounts of water and peeing for 5 minutes straight “just because it’s hot out and he’s just tired”. We were told his foot irritation was completely normal and just to “Leave it alone”-Westside animal clinic. I wouldn’t take my pet here if it was the last thing I do.

Boulevard Pharmaceutical Compounding Center, Inc.: what do users think?
Katy Zeigler: Ali is an amazing pharmacist who got me my supplements in a timely manner! She is very polite and professional. I highly recommend her.
Rosa Sangre: I am always impressed by the efficiency, knowledge, and patience shown by the staff at Boulevard Coumponding Center. Kal, Stephanie, Lynne and Ali, ( hoping I included all) are always very accommodating, regardless of my many questions and issues. They are professional, while retaining a sense of humor, and if needed, concern, with each patron with whom they interact. For a small fee, compounded items have been mailed to my residence when my timing hasn't allowed me to visit the pharmacy during their business hours. Despite some minor disabilities, I've been treated with respect and dignity. During any phone calls I've placed, if they need to put the call "on hold", they're quite apologetic. Overall, I'm grateful for their kindness and dedication to their profession. They prepare medication for me, as well as my dog, and ask about her often. A refreshing change from chain pharmacies!
Jennifer Ngo: Lynn is always so helpful, friendly, and is extremely knowledgeable. Takes the time to answer all your questions. This is especially helpful with 2 elderly parents who have a million questions and she has to repeat her answers multiple times... 😅 She's just the best!!!
Florence Lucci: Lynn from the pharmacy just went out of her way to offer me an affordable way to give them the business vs. a compounding pharmacy outside Boston. I trust Boulevard much more. So grateful for her clear appreciation for me as a customer. Quality compounding!
george: Always quick with refills super friendly and professional way better than other pharmacies
emo1689: I am so appreciative to this pharmacy and their staff! My son is an infant with special needs and he has to take a medicine that is not easily accessible and it has to be compounded. They always make sure to check in with us to ensure his prescription is up to date as dose gets modified frequently. I highly recommend them to anyone for their pharmaceutical needs. Could not be more thankful or pleased with Boulevard !
Ava Leigh: Always kind and professional and Answers all questions/concerns respectfully!
Crystal Burns: From a clinic's perspective, this pharmacy is wonderful. Spent all day back and forth with insurance and the pharmacy and Lynn as well as the other members of the compounding pharmacy were so helpful, kind and professional. Helped me help a patient! As a pharmacy tech who moved on from retail, I completely appreciate a positive attitude and teamwork. Thank youu!
D C: Awesome experience with Boulevard Pharmacy.
Cyd Motorsports: We got our dogs medication from Boulevard Pharmacy. They were great to deal with and still are when we call for questions.
Rebecca Carvalho: Extremely helpful, and quick turnaround time. The pharmacist that assisted me was very knowledgeable and offered good answers to all my questions. Will definitely be using them in the future!
Jon Smith: Great customer service and quick turn around time. New owner also took his time to introduce himself.
Abby Leigh: I brought my dog’s seizure prescriptions here, that were costing me a ton of money, and were not the specific size. I ended up having to cut up pills daily, which left the dosages varying sizes and not always exact. Boulevard was able to get the doses to exactly what my vet wanted him on, and didn’t leave me guessing if he was getting the right amount. Not to mention I actually saved money having it compounded. Highly recommended! Also, the staff are the friendliest people around, and very knowledgeable!
tan lio: This place is unaccommodating and they charge too much for compounding.
Eladio Rosa: This is one of the rudest place you can get your medication from. Even if you call ahead they still make a big deal about the timing of when your calling. Not our problem they are not open on Saturday’s and sundays. That’s considered calling ahead. Worst and most rudest customer service you can deal with.
DayByeDayChristine “Christine”: Always reliable and caring with my daughter's medications.
joan latino: Miserable people.Refills take FOREVER!
Alex Welch: I cannot thank you enough for your kind support and expertise.
Katya Maiser: If you need compounded Rx, this is your place.
Shawn: We needed a very rare scar medication for our daughter's post-op treatment -- and no other compounding pharmacy in Massachusetts was able to help. Not only did Boulevard compound it for us ... their turnaround was extremely fast since we had an emergency situation. The pharmacist team was outstanding ... and we are happy to say - the medication worked wonders on our daughter's scar. Everytime I look at my daughter's face and do NOT see a scar ... I will always be thankful to the team at Boulevard.

Tufts at Tech Community Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?
Kim Paradis: The standards, instructions and pricing quoted is erratic and inflated by head manager. It’s become a literal battle of multiple conflicting instructions to even get an appointment and office manager is no respectful at all
maureen webber: I can’t say enough amazing things about Tufts! They saved my dog and I didn’t need a second mortgage
Rafael Silva: Very Over Priced services.
Lynne Erickson: The students here are really great with my dog. They always make sure to go over everything they do and what my dog needs before proceeding. Never a long wait like it used to be.
Valerie Hagerty: Can't say enough good things about them. They are kind, affordable, knowledgeable and I don't know what I'd do without them.
PRISCILLA LÓPEZ: Best vet
Linsey Marie: Kind of a long wait but staff was very friendly very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very caring ❤
Sarah Beauregard: These people are amazing! Friendly, kind, helpful, everything you would want in a vet.
Kimberly Huntoon: I arrived with my cat within moments he was brought to the back. Kept me updated on him. Stray my cat was admitted over night. Called me at 5:30 am with an update then again at 12:30 to say I could pick him up. Sent him home with meds. Was explained everything that was going on with him. Told me what would be the next thing to do for him. Very great place to bring your pet if you're in need of an emergency visit.
Krystal Rennex: I have been going since my dog was 7 and now he's 15. They are great and great to my dog.
Emma Walsh: I’ve been using them for two years and they consistently don’t answer phones or respond to emails or voicemails. I’m currently two months in on calling them daily to get my cats medical records sent to a new vet, and when I finally talk to someone this morning at 8:15 they said ofc we will send them right over it’s currently 12:02 and they haven’t sent them over I’ve tried calling all morning leaving several messages with no response not only is this the most unprofessional place they are rude on the phone when you finally do get a hold of them. I will literally never send any animal this way again. Be it my own kitty or someone else looking for a vet. If I could rate lower I would.
Aaron Hatfield: My dog and I were traveling and they too such good care of both of us far from home.
Dee LaPlume: Although my little precious bunny passed away. I couldn't ask for better care and compassion for my little buddy and myself. I would recommend these wonderful caring people any day of the week!!!!
andy briand: I had my 1 year old dog neutered here and Tufts at tech asked me multiple times to make them the regular care provider for both of my dogs. We showed up early for the first routine exam appointment (appointment was at 11am). After 3 hour, neither dog had been seen. We ultimately decided to leave as the school let out and started to get the dogs worked up. Tufts at tech has now called the day before a neuter appointment and canceled the appointment with nothing but excuses. I can not enough how much I would NOT recommend this establishment for the care of a loved pet. They are extremely unprofessional and even more disorganized.
Yael Hoffman: Wonderful service to the community. Knowledgeable staff and affordable help to our pets.
carolyn martello: Good but you need to hold the line with them cause they will break you financially and you still lose your pet.
Jennifer Koenig: Great team great price.
Kim Roberts: Tufts at Tech in Worcester, and Tufts in Grafton have both been beyond AMAZING! Very professional and caring! Highly recommend both!
Jessica P.: They were so caring to my cat and literally saved his life.. I will forever be thankful for that!!
Dana B: Great staff, outside waiting area (due to covid?), had to wait in the car while kitty being examined because I personally didn't want to sit on the plastic seats.......Low cost animal clinic; spay is less than half the price of my normal vet. When pulling in the driveway, there is 1 sign pointing the way to the clinic, Blue and white. Easy to see, go left at the sign past the entrance to the school, and parking is on the left, clinic has a walk up window to check in on the right.Overall good experience despite having to wait outside. Oh, and there are porta-potties to use if you have to. 😊😻
Luz E Martinez: Love this place they show love to ur pets amazing staff they r on ur pets side

VCA Abbott Animal Hospital: what do users think?
John Tullar: Very great service
David O'Toole: We are very happy with the quality of our pets care
Becky Leovich: They are ways so kind and helpful. They care about my pet like they are theirs.
Eileen Bernier: Always a great experience..friendly,professional staff!
Jay Leif: I've been bringing my dog here for a little over a year, and have had a great experience at VCA Abbott. They have a wide range of hours, so I was able to get my dog in for an appointment the same day, after I got off work. It is a bit pricey but I don't find it to be out-of-line with what other vets cost. They've been upfront with me about pricing and stick with what I've been quoted.
One of 12: They are so nice and caring. Nugget is well taken care of when I need to take her.
Tawny Hilton: Wonderful caring staff. Great animal care. Highly recommended
Melissa Grossman: The people here are so friendly and nice. I ended up bringing my dog here to be a patient because they have a 24hr urgent care and let me know that they always try to keep a couple appointments open a day for emergencies.
Courtney DesRosiers: Great care! Everyone is super nice.
Sarah Dirienzo: Came for my first visit today, very pleased with the staff at VCA. My cat needs an echocardiogram and VCA is the only local vet with any sort of cardiology department. I came in for our initial exam today and got my cat on their waitlist. The doctor was great with my cat, did a very thorough exam, and gave the most thorough answers to my questions any vet has ever given me, which I really appreciated. They also gave thorough price estimates on the echo and future dental work. The only reason I wouldn't come back is the pricing, and also the size; the smaller clinics stress my cat out less and charge less. But VCA offers extensive services and an urgent care so I'm glad my senior kitty is officially a patient there.
Kelly Volcy: I thought they was awesome loved how good they were to my cat they was very caring and helpful to my cat he is doing good on medication and I think feeling a lot better love the workers there they are so friendly and the dr is awesome
Steven Spofford: Very professional and friendly. A+++++××
Steve Provost: The unheard-of generosity extended to my homeless Cousin and His poor, poor dying Akita was something they both needed and will never be forgotten by neither Myself, my Cousin, or Neiko. We can't thank You enough.
Timothy k: The staff has been really friendly and wonderful with my dog, their care club program has made it easier to deal with the cost by breaking it up into reasonable monthly payments which covers everything my dog needs for the year. I'm thankful to have them available when I need, they've addressed my concerns and got me in for an appointment asap (the next morning) when I thought my dog was having a real issue. They also set me up for monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention which is delivered to me. Thanks from me and my dog!
Sam Stevens: Great people that really care
Jack O'Toole: Taking good care of my dog.
Stephen Sycks: Been our vet for about 20 years. Always great care
Carol J Cohen: Very thorough explanation of procedure. Lots of phone updates. Great staff
Regina Clement: Efficient staff that really care about your pet!
Valerie Anderson: I've been bringing my 2 kitties here since I adopted them 3 years ago. I have only good things to say about the staff and how well my girls are treated. I appreciate how welcoming everyone is and how much they seem to genuinely care about my girls' health and wellbeing. I highly recommend VCA Abbott to any pet parent wanting excellent care for their furry family members.
Ann Ayrton: Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Holden Veterinary Clinic - A Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner: what do users think?
Suzanne C: As long as we've been in Holden, and that's a LONG time, we've been going to Holden Veterinary Clinic! Their service and compassionate care has ALWAYS been WONDERFUL, and have NEVER found any cause or reason to move to or try another Vet!!
Marie Jordan: One of the techs that was working at the front desk smelled of cigarette smoke so badly I had to leave the waiting area. They should be more aware of this as people and animals have allergies to certain things.
Margaret Lizotte: We brought our pets to Holden Vet for over 15 years. Sadly we must change as they now seem to be prioritizing selling services over providing expert and compassionate veterinary care.
Kelly Burke: The vet did a great job with our dog’s annual visit and avoided putting him under
Lauren Elias: Both Bodhi (my dog) and I absolutely love everyone here. Everyone is kind, attentive and so informative. Bodhi starts crying and wagging his tail the second we pull into the parking lot. He is just finishing up his heartworm treatment and cannot rave enough about how wonderful everyone has been. They’ve even assisted me in having some of his treatments and medications covered. I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. My family has used Holden for our cats and our dogs for the last 15+ years. We just love everyone and the exceptional care they give.
Duffy Mullin: Friendly staff, great service. My dog is always happy to come here and they treat him well. They are very transparent about prices and let you know an estimate up front before performing any work. Will definitely be back.
Laurie Fiorentino: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness
Amanda Voorhees: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness
Nikki Collette: Positive:Professionalism,Reliability,Responsiveness
Emily Powers: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness
Donna Wallace: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,ResponsivenessWe have 3 cats that are cared for by Holden Veterinary Clinic. They have a very caring and patient staff. Veterinarians explain things thoroughly and present options for care when needed. Highly recommended.
Bonnie Colon: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessI always get quick, professional response to questions and concerns for my pet.
STEFANIE Sawyer: Everyone is very friendly and professional. However, getting into this place is what I imagine its like getting into the White House. I can understand extra precautions due to covid, but they are extreme here. You call from the parking lot, are told someone will call you back (which takes at least 5-10 mins), then that person asks you a ton of questions, after which is more waiting in the parking lot and then finally a tech comes out to bring you in. I spent an obscene amount of money on my dog at her first visit here. Again, the staff is very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. My 3 stars is more so for the wait times and price tag.
Christine Nahkala: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueMy 2 cats like the folks at Holden Vet. Knowledgeable, caring people . Thanks!!
Barbara Hazen: You were literally a God send on my darkest day. I will be forever grateful for your willingness to see me, for the professionalism and the care you provided my little pup. Not to mention the reassurance you instilled that everything would be okay. From the girls at the front desk to the intake and the incredible knowledge of Dr. Claunch -- it was, by-far, one of the best experiences I have had with a veterinary clinic. I am truly blessed to be a client and will never look further.
Kimberly Amato: I initially chose Holden Vet Clinic because after calling 3 other clinics, they were able to get my newly adopted kittens in for a wellness visit the fastest (3 weeks instead of 2.5 mos!). When we went for our visit, I loved the "family owned" feel and service so much more than the VCA clinic I've taken my pets to for the past 25 years. They have good COVID protocols and allow one pet parent in for visits, but also offer curbside if you prefer. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the energy in the clinic was calm, warm, and welcoming, not hectic and sterile feeling. After meeting Dr. Casey, who I loved, and seeing how she and the techs loved what they do and the fur babies they care for, I immediately switched my older kitty of 16 years to Holden Vet Clinic as well. It's not the closest vet clinic to my home, but it's worth the drive and I highly recommend them! I only wish I found them sooner!
Kelly O'Day: Welcoming and professional. Great first visit. Chuck full of info!
alexis king: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueDr. Friend was so helpful and attentive during my first visit with my fur babies. She took the time to research my dog's rare-ish condition, and sent me reading material so I could learn what she was learning. I really appreciated that kind of extra attention. We're very happy we made the switch!
Karen Griffin: Staff and Dr's are great, friendly, caring.I highly recommend Holden Vet

Shaw's Pharmacy: what do users think?
John Nelson: Phone numbers listed are out of date and they haven’t bothered to fix them.
Juliann Erickson: They are all just so awesome. I have never before experienced such kind, compassionate, caring people at a pharmacy before and they are also flexible and accommodating.
Anonymous: They made me feel SO uncomfortable getting my vaccine, I was already scared of getting the vaccine and they made it even worse… just rude and mean. Kept telling me I had to show insurance when you don’t need insurance at all… then she handed me THIS to fill out my paperwork
John Masiello: Was able to get a walk in for the Booster. Very simple and fast. I couldn't even get an appointment with the two huge chain pharmacies. The staff couldn't have been nicer.
Dea Longo: Wow, super rude people. I don’t know who the short girl with the dirty blond hair shoulder length is, but this girl is a piece of work. The pharmacist girl with black hair was not much better either. I don’t who these girls think they are dealing with. Big time attitude adjustment needed.
wages4574: Have had previous positive experiences dealing with the pharmacists but nothing but bad experiences dealing with Maryann at the register. Extremely rude and condescending.
Tiffany Z: Everyone is ANYTHING but kind and helpful!
Mary Acuña: Staff is great, always friendly and helpful. I've never waited long for my prescription here.
Ashley Bosse: Love the pharmacy staff~ Ashley B.
