I had never been here before and my dad passed away recently and I was looking for somewhere that could develop negatives and make duplicates in house. They are the only place around. Most people ship them out. In just a few months I must have been here a dozen times. Dropping pictures off to have duplicates made, having photos scanned to a flash drive, having homemade movies converted to DVD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Turnaround was quick and prices very reasonable

Wendy Xie: A great little place with excellent customer service! We went in with some specific instructions for photos and the owner and employee were very helpful in meeting them. They also have a very convenient parking lot in the back as well! A MUCH better experience than going to CVS or Walgreens for pictures, with wildly better results. They had professional lighting for photos, so the pictures came out very clear, and the process for printing and cutting was very fast. If you need passport photos done, come support this local business!

Always friendly and easy, you will need to wait until it is your time, just like the barber shop.Little disappointed to find that the Large Plotter/Printer had failed and could not provide the print size for what I wanted. They have a new one on order and should be able to print in a little more than a month. Just think brand new, quality of the resalosion should be fanomanabil and should be satisfying for the size of print I want.I support LOCAL and are glad to wait for top quality from a friendly place that caters to peoples needs. Daniel Diehl: Had my keyboard for about 2 weeks to repair some clacky keys. About a week or two later the keys were back to where they were and seems as though minimal repairs were made. I frankly expected more for the price they charged and time it was there. They do, however, care about their business and it is a good place to shop at.Edit: The store contacted me and I’m going to bring it back in and see what they can do.

There seems to be a disconnect between the administrators and the teachers that makes this place dysfunctional.Edit: See the response from the owner below. True, I was informed that the admins have spoken to the piano teachers (only after I call them to ask about the delay in response); however, I was never contacted by a piano teacher to setup a lesson. Additionally my schedule wasn't unusual... if I remember correctly I put on the form that I am fully available Monday through Friday.Owner, you already have good reviews here, no need to posture. I hope you learn to use feedback to better your business and yourself.
