chase mcafee: I called the store and the associate was helping me out over the phone because I was rushing to get to the store before it closed and I got there 1 minute to spare and they wouldn’t even let me purchase what I so desperately needed. Why help me and say you are putting the items at the register then proceed to not let me purchase the items. I wish I could give a review with zero stars. This location needs to be more personal seriously

BlackDruidWolf: First off I want to say how pleased I am with the improvements of this location! I started shopping Sally many years ago when I lived in NH. I found this place when I moved to MA. It was close and convenient but at the time it was not a pleasant experience. The women/girls who worked there were very snooty and rude to me, and so after only a year or so I stopped shopping here all together.I learned of some products from a friend and decided to give them a 2nd chance. I was greeted right away when I entered, and from the opposite side of the store! The ladies were very attentive and friendly! Never once did I feel ugly or undeserving of being there as I previously had.It was very clean and organized and the young woman who helped me was very knowledgeable about her store and the products within. She gave me very nice advice. I complimented the place before I left as I was breathing a sigh of relief. It's not easy for women to shop beauty products... so many out there are snobby and judgy. I no longer see that here, very refreshing! I'll definitely go back! Thank you!
Fiorino Sakaj: Worst customer service ever. Purchased 300 worth of stuff. Went back to exchange one of the products. Girl was rude as hell. Gave me an attitude god knows why. And in the end when asked about a bag to put the stuff I had just bought told I had to pay 15 cents. Horrible service.

Carol Tomlin: I really love the One'N'Only Argan Oil hair Color 8G. I would have given 5 stars but I got extra Hair color last time I was in the area. I bought 2 of the color & 2 developer. The staff person found one of my color in the showroom but had to go into the back room to get the second tube. I had almost finished one of the color tubes which was fine. Doing my hair this morning I had to use the new tube of 8G color. My hair turned out much darker . Box was marked 8G light golden blonde & it turns out the tube was actually 7G medium golden blonde so now when we are done with Covid I will have to address this error with the store staff, return the 7G & get the 8G instead.
Amy Germain: Not happy that my coupon didnt work and I was told it was online only. The coupon clearly stated on the bottom could be used in store or online. This happens all the time. They were under staffed also.

This has happens to me and my husband in multiple occasions at this location and today is was the drowning point that I had to leave a review would like to speak to the store manager but didn’t not provide me with her name or wend she would be in

There running that special/ deal/ promotion till the end of this March, Not sure if there gonna do a Is continuation of the Sale for April or another time thought- out this(" 2022") year ! I really recommend you grab some of the product(s) & try them!
Amber Cannalonga: I was asked numerous times if I needed help with anything. I declined the offer stating I was all set with finding the products I was looking for. Once I found my product the employee starts asking me why I use that particular product. She claimed she hated it for her hair and that everyone buys this other product. I was very annoyed at that point because I already said I didn’t need help with anything or any advice. I get that you want to help people. However, you should listen to the customer. I also think when selling various products it may be easier if you keep certain opinions to yourself. Just because you hate a product doesn’t mean others will feel the same way especially since everyone has different hair texture/ styles. I went to check out and she sent me to the other register. At that point I don’t think she wanted to ring up a product she hated. I won’t be shopping there again.

When I asked for help I was ignored, and once I finally got her attention I got attitude for days.I just personally think it’s so unprofessional and if you’re trying to run a successful business this isn’t the way. You’re literally running clients out of the door.When shopping for hair color I want to be sure I’m going to end up with the correct products and be treated with human decency, I will not be going back !
Melissa Duquette: Kimberly who works there was beyond phenomenal. Approaching the store with my 4 year old daughter she was needing to escort a woman out due to stealing and assaulting her. Kimberly held her composure and the woman eventually left. Not even getting a moment to collect herself she jumped in and helped me and another customer that was present in the store. Several more customers came in and she also took care of them as if what just happened 10min ago, didn't. Kimberly, thank you for the amazing recommendations and treating my daughter and myself with kindness.
