Getting the old fridge out was no simple matter, but they did it and set up the new one beautifully. I will be buying all my appliances from Better Electric from now on. :)

Corey Westermann: Service charge is 95$ just to have them look at it. If you decide to have them fix it then it's 100/hr. Gone are the days where the service fee gets waived of you have them do the repair. That steepens the price. I think there is some markup on parts but that's to be expected too. We had our dryer serviced and the tech misdiagnosed what was wrong so we had to wait for another part to be ordered. With how much it ended up costing I should have bought a new dryer.

However, in my case, it was worth it and I was glad to have the repair done by someone who knew what they were doing.

He was very knowledgeable of all the products, and we ended up not picking the most expensive dishwasher but one that really fit our needs. We ended up with the Bosch 800 series dishwasher and can't wait to get it installed! The back of the fridge has my wood stuck in the metal piece. Are you kidding me? Totally in awe. Never again!
