Jeffrey Liu: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent take-out order from your Southend Boston location. I have been a loyal customer for some time and have always enjoyed dining in at your establishment. However, my experience with my recent take-out order left a lot to be desired.Specifically, I ordered my favorite dish, the arepas, for take-out, and I was disappointed to find that there was not enough sauce included with my order. When dining in, your restaurant offers unlimited sauce, and I have always appreciated this generous policy. However, when I received my take-out order, I found that the amount of sauce included was not sufficient.As a loyal customer, I was disappointed that the same policy of unlimited sauce was not extended to take-out orders. I understand that take-out orders may have different policies, but I feel that as a customer, I should have been informed of any differences in the sauce policy beforehand.I hope you take my feedback into consideration and address this issue for future take-out orders. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to continuing to dine at your establishment.
Alonso Munera: A hidden Gem! I chose this spot for my first date with my wife and for over 20 years this is still the first spot that comes to mind when dining out. Our 12 and 14 year old girls can't get enough of the Maracuchitos and Datiles wrapped with bacon. Being Latin American, let me tell you, if you're looking to try authentic venezuelan/Latin american food, this is the place. The Pabellón criollo (rice, black beans, pulled beef and plantains) is absolutely delicious; it's the real deal. The empanadas are great, flavorful. The service is arguably better than the food!

Sharon Coleman: I agree with MKay -- although I don't think it was racism but just incompetence. Like his experience, just ordering a bottle of wine was an ordeal- we ordered a bottle of Pinot Noir and the server brought a glass of Chardonnay. We even showed visuals -- the service was inattentive. Seems like Tuesday night is more of a take-out night. If you are going to only do take-out, you should say that you are only open to take-out or hire enough staff that your in house guests don't feel like they are imposing on the staff....

We went on Sunday April 23 and it was pouring and they didn’t want us to use the elevator to enter the restaurant. They have a lot of stairs at the main entrance. They didn’t even had water for kids.

The meats take forever to be served at the table and it was the cheapest types of meat, it was necessary to ask for the best meat to be served. Terrible service, I even gave up on having dessert because no waiter came to my table, I almost had to beg for someone to bring the check. I’ll never come back to this place.

Ramdas Pisharody: This is a Brazilian steakhouse chain where I opted for the “full experience “and was very pleased with the quality of the food. There is a buffet offering of salads and sides and the main attraction is the array of meat that you get served.
Hue Lam: We’ve been fans of Fogo for years. We’ve gone twice over the last few months and I think they’ve changed their service strategy in Boston. Both times they flooded us with meat in a 10 min period and then the gauchos ignored us for the next 40 min. We just went to a Fogo in DC and the food and service was much better. I hope the Boston Fogo goes back to the way it used to be.

Was not able to salvage the steak and ended up not being able to eat it, and was thrown away..... For $180 dollars worth of takeout I expected much better.... Really disappointed and probably will not be back.

Tartare was oily, ceaser salad and watery and flavorless, Cornish hen was dry and covered in butter without much flavor. My partner loved his streak, which I guess is the star of the show. Struck out with drinks 3 times all drinks were just eh teetering on unpalatable, but we ordered off menu. The dessert was good. Personally had a much better experience at Mooo in seaport. Preferred the ambiance and felt the food was better.

Megan McCoy: Unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to eat the food, when my party and I walked in (with reservations for my birthday dinner) NOT A SINGLE employee greeted, acknowledged or even smiled at us. We waited for 7+ minutes in awkward silence as employees looked directly at us then looked away. Eventually the hostess made it up to the front and told us our table would be ready in about 15 minutes. Due to the horrible entitled energy in here, I left. We also ordered a dish with a vegetable and we got 1 piece. It was laughable. I don't eat steak but those who ate it said it was typical of any steak house. The drinks were overpriced but fine. It was a birthday dinner and they gave us chocolate covered marshmallows. LolNeedless to say...I won't be returning.

Dana Grandoni: The pre dinner rolls were amazing. The bacon app (more like pork belly) was amazing. But unexpectedly the steak dishes were a little disappointing. I had the wagyu meatballs which were good but could have been any moist meatballs. My $65 ribeye was well seasoned but over cooked. I wasn't the only one in the party who got an overcooked steak, which is a steakhouse sin. The wait staff did their job adequately but they were not overly friendly.Tl;dr you're going to get good food but it's probably not worth the price.
Diana Maksymiuk: This place was beyond our expectations.We had group of 11 and our server Melissa was the best server, we had 6 months old with us and Melissa held him while the mother ate her dinner. They also give a free dessert and take a photo for you. But they almost forgot so we had to remind them. Food is expensive but that is expected with the great atmosphere. Michael Johnson: First time at this location. Was warmly greeted and brought to the smaller room for a corporate function. Waitstaff was upbeat and very courteous. They brought cocktail and drink orders from the bar quickly and accurately. The Manhattan was a perfect example of this classic cocktail. Passed appetizers were plentiful, served hot and delicious. Lobster bisque was the perfect size for a cup, super rich and had a bunch of good sized lobster chunks. Order the sirloin medium-rare...it was sooo tender that a knife was hardly needed. Lobster tail cooked to perfection.Vegetarian options: One at our table was vegetarian and had the pasta with mixed vegetables.

I am not the best when it comes to planning birthday dinners because it can be a full time task that exudes anxiety & stress (am I right?) but, thankfully Nicole was point of contact for my private dinning inquiry and let me just say, the professionalism, patience, attention to detail, clarification on any concerns, helpfulness, awareness, and management is absolutely IMPECCABLE! I couldn’t have pulled this off if it wasn’t for Nicole and her team. Our waiter Juan was amazing. Very sweet, calm, collect and was always alert coming by often for anything we may need. Large groups of people can get hectic, and overwhelming but he kept his composure, and was extremely respectful and professional. I am beyond words with their service. Abdullah Alshawk: We have been waiting to try the Palm for a while and unfortunately we chose Valentines Day. Service was excellent, the waiter was exceptionally nice. The food was not up to the standards we thought the Palm would be. The sautéed Shrimps were very oily, the octopus tasted like rubber, very old and soaky. I had to send the steak back since it was not cooked medium well and instead it was rare. As I said earlier the service was great both from the waiter and the managements however food taste/quality was not good for a 4 dollar star restaurant. Chocolate cake was amazing.

Daphne Doron: Terrible experience. We ordered food and waited over a half hour to receive it. When we complained to the manager he mentioned that lobster tail takes longer than normal dishes, yet we were never told and once we complained they were suddenly out. We then didn’t receive a few side dishes and once mentioning it they came too. The carpaccio was not that great but worse still were the Cape Cod chips they put in the middle of the dish. The fish I ordered was over cooked and the dressing sweet and not tasty. The desert was not good and we also left the whole desert untouched. The waiter cleared the table without noticing or caring. Needless to say, no effort to make the wrong right we’re carried out on behalf of the manager. Not sure why he wandered around the resturant or what his role was. And the bill was exorbitantly high for a less than desirable meal.

When my partner ordered another espresso martini, it came in a appropriate martini glass, which was double the size our first drink. Also, when i order a martini, i want it in a martini glass. Then, the wait staff kept reaching over us to "clean" the table but as we were eating, without acknowledging us or saying "excuse me." With the high prices of the restaurant, i expected more professionalism.

Darth Dad: To start the drinks were great and they seemed to a really nice selection of wines. The steaks my wife and I were very well cooked and had zero complaints about the sides. One thing that was perfect was the creme brulee came out and the top of it seemed burnt and when you put your spoon into it it was chewy instead of hard. My server Meghan took care of it right away, definitely top notch service here. Would definitely recommend for a special night out with your SO.

Cami Tussie: Vibe/ambiance of this place is incredible. A fantastic date night kind of place. Favorites were the mushroom, eggplant, and scallops. Basque cheesecake was definitely not as sweet as a NY style, though the texture was amazing. It was my first time trying basque cheesecake and it was not even close to sweet enough for me, wouldn’t order again, but get it if you like desserts that aren’t as sweet!
