I look online to confirm inventory and location within the store for items I need to hold in hand first, otherwise I use their store pickup option, both of which work as hoped. My only issue is some of the codes that are used for product locations, the numbered aisles are perfect, but the letter codes make no sense, hence 4 stars, not 5

They told me I'm getting in another 7 days. 14 days to get a stove and wait 35 minutes everytime you call to check status. I ended cancelled and buy one from lowes. In overall case don't expect to much from their delivery

Yang Sun: I tried to return a bag of soil because there are a lot of flies inside. The staff told me I can only return if it’s unopened full bag. I don’t really understand how I know there are fly inside until I open it? I just throw it in the trash can in the store front.

Eutaw Street: Outrageously incompletent. I went to this store because the app told me it had the item I needed (quantityt 5) The item showed as in stock, but no one could find it. The guy actually spent time showing me the manifest to defend his predisposition that they didn't have it. Finally, I spotted it on the top rack (not where it was supposed to be). Another 20 min later they brought it down. I told the guy that I only need two not the wholesale pack, to which he wrongfully and without any basis said that they "will charge me for the whole pack (of 6) anyway". What I thought was going to be a quik pick up, took me 1.5 hours.The punch line is that my online order for the same item was cancelled. (No apologies, just a casual occurence). Mind you, I know for a fact that they had 4 more items left (unless someone bought 4 pairs of custom decorative widow shutters in 9 minutes since I saw them). Haha 😄

There's no membership discount but you can create po references at the terminal in self checkout. They run out of highly popular brass plumbing for fittings, and sometimes are more expensive than specialty stores with restrictive hours like e.w.webb.

Nancy Maldonado: Hi, EVERYONE working on Home Depot Everett is being so NICE with us EXCEPT the overweight MAN with glasses that works in the kitchen COUNTERTOPS/APPLIANCES section, the guy is INCREDIBLY RUDE we are struggling to get our house done and went to ask for a countertop estimate FIRST OF ALL he is trying to sell us the MOST expensive one and every time we asked for another one he was just bashing our options, I gave him my phone so he could check the measurements and first thing he said: “THAT IS A WEIRD LAYOUT “ after using my phone he just threw it like if it was a piece of trash, it took me so many years to finally decide to buy a new phone and this guy just throw it like if it’s nothing. We also bought a fridge and we were talking to another woman who was really sweet about a delivery issue and this guy came to interrupt to say there is nothing to do about our fridge delivered in the wrong place even if we left instructions, the fridge is blocking our front entrance because there is a chimney in the middle of living-kitchen area that doesn’t let us to place the kitchen where it should be, we are struggling a lot because our house is not done and this guy is just trying to block other employees from helping us with this issue, he even said when we arrived “Now what?!” He really needs a Customer Service Training where someone tells him to be nice and not throwing people belongings. Also I was looking for samples of countertops and he just talk to me like I am a child saying “What are you doing? What are you taking? Don’t take more than 3 samples” It’s extremely frustrated that you are trying to finish your house to have a decent place where to live and he is not helping even if you are not talking to him, he is just “NO NO NO THATS COMPLEX”

Anais Alvarez: This is the second time going to the Lynn Walmart and it was actually worse than the first time.There weren't any more shoppers than what you usually find in a large store in the North Shore but the lines to pay stretched down the length of the store. Walmart prefers to have employees stand around the entrance and exit to watch the shoppers than to have more cashiers. We waited to pay only to be held up at the exit again so an employee could check our receipt line by line. Even more fascinating is that the Walmart in Salem does not police shoppers to this extent. I was looking at numerous items in the electronics department. I asked two associates to assist me as I had been looking in that department for almost ten minutes without any acknowledgement on their part. They actually said they were busy. I'm in my mid 40s and am not electronic savvy by any stretch of the imagination. I needed a USB thingamajig and they ranged from five to over fifty in price. I had no clue which to purchase. Also I was interested in buying either a notepad, laptop, or a personal computer. I didn't know which I actually needed, don't know if I even said the correct terms!Walmart lost out on a decent sized sale.I usually don't mention sale associates ethnicity but I also had an issue communicating with an employee, she couldn't speak or understand English. I needed to know where the plastic bins were and I received no help.Was really a horrible experience.In the food section I only purchased half the items I intended as your prices were higher than every other store I know.Also the cashier was extremely slow. There was only one other register open, he took care of six customers to her one customer.I would have given even less stars but the other cashier was nice enough to take me after he started closing.This was not my first time negative experience at the store. The only reason I'd ever return would be for an item that was on sale for an unbelievably great price.

This time, we call. Nope, not yet, it's behind too many things. Wait shopping. Go home. Come back.This totally messed us up as we were selling the property and ended up installing it, but no time left to do other things.No apologies, just "business as usual" I repeat they were supposed to have it in stock [inventory] but why give a time The Following Day if you can't actually sell it?!One star for a bad experience? That bad experience cost us money. And my renovators had to be paid for going back and forth.There are only a few people who can actually help. Older guys and they're great. But when you finally find the one of two max you that you need they're swarmed with customers.It's hard to find wood that isn't cracked. In general they are stocked though unless it's a sale & I get that.Check out: cashier allowed a customer to "oops I forgot something. Then the shopper was gone for 5 minutes. There wasn't much & nothing heavy that had already been checked through. I wasn't the only one in line there were two more behind me. I got uncharacteristically angry. I got glared at.Returns are efficient. FYI if you're a casual shopper, check the contractor area. Things are cheaper but the same. The garden center has good sales. Be ready to haul your own Christmas tree and mulch. Oddly, they will help you to your car. There's room to pull up.It's very frustrating in there. Go for the circular items.Oh and they block the disabled aids.

I let them know I don't have a phone capable and they say you can't get the discount. Before all that was required was showing a military/veteran ID card.The staff have very little to know knowledge about trades, building, construction, etc. I often end up explaining to them how things work. Also had to explain to two different cashiers how to do a transaction (I'm a former employer from over 10 years ago) because they didn't know how to use their own computer.

Approachable to those who live along the Western-Highland route of the 450 MBTA busline like me.If you know PRECISELY what to shop for and where it is in the store, you can take the bus, get to the store, shop quickly (depending on lines), and be out in time to catch the returning bus (Get a tracking app is my suggestion).The only drawback is that this location NEEDS a self checkout station like the Lynn Walmart. One plus is that there is a Gamestop next door and this Walmart ia fairly well-stocked with some rare surprises like cool boots or RARE DVD's or portable storage batteries for your mobile devices.However, one of the posted pictures is false - this Walmart has NO deli or produce section! The one in Saugus (ON THE HIGHWAY) does and has a SERIOUSLY WELL-STOCKED food section!Now, most WalMarts have self-checkout isles! VERY SMART MOVE considering the lines!

From the greeting smiles as I walked in, to the super leadership of managers Dina, Ellen and Amara, I feel like this Walmart has SO MUCH GOOD going for it! Way to go Walmart Salem. My only complaint is the type of folks who litter disgusting items in the store’s parking lot including used-needles, empty pill bottles, cigarette butts, plastic litter, and furthermore it seems as tho the local city officials do not care enough to prevent troublesome persons from spending the night or daytime there parked while using illegal drugs. This is an issue that is beyond Walmart’s scope of responsibility. That being said, well done Walmart! I hope and pray that the city of Salem, MA gets on the ball and prevents troublemakers from making trouble on the public premises. There are children walking amongst this litter, and I can’t even walk my service dog into the store without fear that he’ll step on someone’s disgusting needle. It’s not about preventing innocent people from staying there (especially overnight passersby) it’s about protecting the integrity of the community and keeping EVERYONE safe. Thanks again Walmart Salem, you’re all All-Stars in my book. It's more "whoever can run to it first" open concept.The new layout of the store has some getting used to. I'm still not sure where everything is anymore. The aisles seem a little smaller than they used to be. Only one carriage can get down at a time (especially in the toys).

Maryann Cullinane: Horrible customer service. Promise of call backs. Order not on scheduled delivery. Put on hold each time. No one picks up and you keep getting redirected when the call does go through

donny y: Jerome the assistant manager likes to yell at people in the parking lot instead of being polite about his request. A little more professionalism would be appreciated.

Shivi Datta: Service here sucks. No one wants to work or help do anything. Needed an item which was on the top shelf and after asking 4 different men for help (who all disappeared and never came back) a kind Jamaican woman came over to help and finally got the job done.

Dee Yktv: Everytime I shop here a short black lady follow me around every isle I go in. She makes it so obvious she works for lost prevention. It makes me uncomfortable she only follows the black people. I will never go back here
Anna Soskina: It's impossible to reach them over the phone for an ongoing installation project. They keep you on hold for half an hour and then drop the call. Happened multiple times.

wa li: Home Depot is the WORST. Lowe's is MUCH cheaper and better managed. HD doesn't return sales tax?! Inventory low, low quality, and expensive. Employees clearly not treated well and it makes them sour over time. I really hate the Home Depot company.

Mary Furber: Almost everything i order online arrives broken (two vanity tops, marble tile backsplash). The packaging they arrived in was ridiculous and it was no wonder they arrived broken. Spent weeks waiting for these items very frustrating. Nothing seems to be in stock anymore.

David: This home depot is a joke every time I come here to make a delivery they're short staffed no one in receiving, and when you call they put you on hold and never gets back to you very disappointed with this particular home depot, either hire people to work or close receiving, you'll wait at least 40 minutes just so they can get someone to assist you in receiving

Kit Lee: Willard St, QuincyThe service at checkout just bad.when I use the self checkout, the screen pop up a message say "need assit come over" after I scan an item , it happen couple times, so I ask the closest staff for help, but after the second time, the lady who helps me start talking, said "Now I do everything for you already, hope you got your credit card with you, cuz I'm not gonna pay for you", I was like...wow really? The machine pop up the message is my fault? Thx for letting me know not to come to this Home Depot again.

I do have a hard time getting the hair products for my daughters hair at this location (she is biracial and needs certain stuff) oh and a big bummer is the grocery section every time I come this location is out of any cereal, or snacks I need.
