Why I would waste my time on going to PO, gasoline, which is extremely expensive here in LA and we don't even have currently transportation, plus leaving to go out of town for month, we got to do that? Are you serious? And before we even make time for pictures, tell us how you help us without all the return hassle, because obviously we cant wear this dress!They stated that they will replace!We took pictures, but now they are asking us to return again.We will be appealing charges on CC, filing BBB report and go further.Do not buy from this company!

Jennilee: -Wednesday late afternoon review-There was two associates and one manager today at LIT boutique. They were very helpful with tips and styles without being pushy. If you give them a general idea of what you're looking for, you'll get some great pieces from this store. They receive new shipments daily from various trade shows. Each design usually comes with limited amount of sizes. There's also a small section of sale items, but I didn't find any goodies.Go and take a look at LIT if you're in the North End, you'll probably find a great top out of there! Prices average from $50--$100 for tops.
Castle Bravo: Fantastic service and very nice staff. They even gave my wife and I recommendations for local places to eat in the area. My wife found lots of great clothes as well.

The staff were so unhelpful and snappy, they had a long line for the dressing rooms downstairs and didn’t let me use the dressing rooms upstairs (closed), they wouldn’t grab different sizes while I was trying on, and did I mention they were just plain rude? Based off their average rating, seems like management just doesn’t care.

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!
Robert Barnard: Ridiculous long lines staffed by only 1 or 2 employees (despite multiple tills available)- you get the privilege of queuing for 20/30 minutes downstairs before being sent upstairs to queue for 20/30 minutes in the actual returns queue (there is no clear sign postage that returns are upstairs and purchases downstairs )- if you like excessive queues then this is the place for you

Anne Fitzgerald: It is harder and harder to find unique items in boutiques because of the internet. The Holiday is just a gem so that you do not see yourself coming and going. Prices for a Charles Street boutique are reasonable. The staff is lovely and oh so nice. I will be bringing everyone here that visits me in Boston and sending my husband my wish list. ;)
Min-Min Liang: I love the store and am very loyal to them. The store owner and the staff are helpful and friendly. I always find something unique there. The store carries the brands that you cannot find in the department stores. They work very hard to keep it that way.
Kristen Dority: You can always find something unique and flattering here. (And you don't have to be size 0). I love especially their vintage or Pretty Little sister line.
caitlin: I really love the idea of the store Holliday. They have some amazing girly stuff. I have gotten some great things here. Most recently a fantastic party dress. The main downsides here are their return policy, store credit only and they often have stuff marked up quite a bit. Key example I bought some JBrand jeans here and then saw the exact same pair at Neiman Marcus for 40 dollars cheaper the next day and I couldn't return them because the store credit thing :( I still love Holliday but will now only buy their more exclusive hard to find brands and will try to stick more to their sale section. This place is still great, I get great style inspiration and if my budget was unlimited, I would love to support them more. The owner is great and the people who work here are so nice and friendly. They also have a fantastic blog check it out!

aaron annette: Ruth is very helpful in finding the dresses I love and is very patient during the whole appointment. Because this is my first stop so I had no idea what types of dresses I like. But Ruth helped narrow down my selections based on a veriety of criteria like fabric, pattern, silhouette, etc. and excelled at finding dresses that have similar characteristics that I like but slightly different design. I would highly recommend everyone to spend some time browsing the website and saving dresses to favorites so that the consultant can see what you like and prepare those that are in store or have similar design for you to try on ahead of your appointment. I was able to try on 11 dresses during my 1.5 hr appointment, and found two dresses I love.
Madison: I felt so special today. I didn’t know exactly what I liked and Ruth was patient and helped talk me through different styles to figure out what fit me best. Overall I felt comfortable and not rushed at all. Ruth brought me so many different styles and was so informative and helpful. They were so nice. Thank you Pronovias!!

Jane Tsuang: Had a fantastic bridal experience with my daughter at Copley location. We were able to browse the bridal collections, try on many dresses. It was a very relaxed appointment without pushy sales or rushing us through the appointment. The appointment was restricted to 2 guests, however, we were able to go back after dinner for other members of the family to see her favorite dress. We did end up saying 'YES' to the dress and also 'YES' to the mother of the bride gown! It was so much fun. I did asked about the negative reviews regarding alterations and previous customer complaints - Lindsay and Marelen were both very frank and honest about the challenges they had with resources, shipping, and scheduling through out the pandemic resulting in backlogs in dresses and alteration scheduling. I am confident that having ordered a dress more than a year in advance that we hope to minimize scheduling issues. Thanks for the team at Pronovias for making it a fun experience!
Angelo Rutigliano: The 1 star is for the Customer Service team based in Barcelona (Valentina). Long story short they do not allow returns/store credit after purchases, even if you realize 5mins after the purchase that Saks Fifth Avenue) sells the same product 50% less. BEWARE and take your time to verify prices somewhere else (even internet).
Katja Hall: I had a great experience at Pronovias both picking out my dress and with alterations. I had to reschedule a fitting and they were very accommodating. My dress was done on time and they helped me shoot a video of how to bustle it which made the wedding day a lot easier! I’m really looking forward to seeing what my dress looks like after the Second Life alteration!

I had already fallen in love with a particular Pronovias gown, and wanted to make sure it was 'the one' alongside my family members. Ruth showed us the original dress that inspired our visit, as well as several other dresses in a complete range of styles. She was patient, friendly, and well-informed about the gowns in the store. It was a wonderful experience all around for myself and my family. Would highly recommend as part of anyone's bridal journey!

My personal assistant (whose name I can't remember as it's been a few months) was fantastic in listening to what I wanted and providing styles which I asked to try on as well as other ones I might like. She also didn't stop the appointment at 90 minutes and really wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. I walked away with a stunning gown suggested by her but one that I would have never tried on myself. The staff also treated my mom with such kindness. It was such a win and I can't wait to rock my bridal look!

Julianne Bliss: I am set to get married in October and bought my dress in January. Both times I have had a scheduled fitting they called and asked me to move my appointment backwards to accommodate other people (today included and my second fitting was supposed to be Monday). I find this both completely nerve wracking and also very unprofessional. They mentioned they are moving me to accommodate a bride who is getting married this week and her dress isn’t even done yet! I also was told by one rep that she did not know why I was charged a fee by another rep. It seems like total chaos here. Not a fault of the reps but of management.If I knew this was going to be the case I would have gotten my dress somewhere else and I would recommend others do the same.I just hope to god my dress is ready for my wedding the way I want it to be! Not at all what I expected from Pronovias or how I wanted this experience to be.Update: I am getting married in one week and needed to go and take my dress from them and bring it to a new tailor to make sure that it gets done on time. I will be paying a rush fee and the condition of the dress when I picked it up was such that the new tailor needs to undo a lot of sloppy work and redo it. There were stains on the dress as well which now need to be cleaned. I am appalled at the customer service and overall management at this store. Appalled.Notice how the owner has commented on many of the five star reviews here but has actively avoided the negative ones of the ladies who had a bad experience with alterations ? This is how they treat clients when they mess up- by avoiding them. Shop somewhere else.
