So I have to hire another company to be able to come and open a box to take two Chairs out. because I live off town I couldn't get to her if not I will do it myself.These have been the worst experience ever and I will never buy from lowes again. So this day I still waiting for somebody to call me and say sorry but I know that never going to happen. Your customer service is the worst in the store.

He even made sure I had the correct special light bulb. Lowe’s should look into cloning Deandre as an employee. By far the most helpful Lowe’s employee I’ve ever come in contact.
E H: One star is too many. Charged me twice for the same $1300 order and when the second charge (on a debit account) was declined they cancelled the order. Calling them was zero help as well. A whole day of selecting appliances and parts wasted. I’ll never do business with (B)Lowe’s again.

Yang Sun: I tried to return a bag of soil because there are a lot of flies inside. The staff told me I can only return if it’s unopened full bag. I don’t really understand how I know there are fly inside until I open it? I just throw it in the trash can in the store front.

Eutaw Street: Outrageously incompletent. I went to this store because the app told me it had the item I needed (quantityt 5) The item showed as in stock, but no one could find it. The guy actually spent time showing me the manifest to defend his predisposition that they didn't have it. Finally, I spotted it on the top rack (not where it was supposed to be). Another 20 min later they brought it down. I told the guy that I only need two not the wholesale pack, to which he wrongfully and without any basis said that they "will charge me for the whole pack (of 6) anyway". What I thought was going to be a quik pick up, took me 1.5 hours.The punch line is that my online order for the same item was cancelled. (No apologies, just a casual occurence). Mind you, I know for a fact that they had 4 more items left (unless someone bought 4 pairs of custom decorative widow shutters in 9 minutes since I saw them). Haha 😄

There's no membership discount but you can create po references at the terminal in self checkout. They run out of highly popular brass plumbing for fittings, and sometimes are more expensive than specialty stores with restrictive hours like e.w.webb.

Nancy Maldonado: Hi, EVERYONE working on Home Depot Everett is being so NICE with us EXCEPT the overweight MAN with glasses that works in the kitchen COUNTERTOPS/APPLIANCES section, the guy is INCREDIBLY RUDE we are struggling to get our house done and went to ask for a countertop estimate FIRST OF ALL he is trying to sell us the MOST expensive one and every time we asked for another one he was just bashing our options, I gave him my phone so he could check the measurements and first thing he said: “THAT IS A WEIRD LAYOUT “ after using my phone he just threw it like if it was a piece of trash, it took me so many years to finally decide to buy a new phone and this guy just throw it like if it’s nothing. We also bought a fridge and we were talking to another woman who was really sweet about a delivery issue and this guy came to interrupt to say there is nothing to do about our fridge delivered in the wrong place even if we left instructions, the fridge is blocking our front entrance because there is a chimney in the middle of living-kitchen area that doesn’t let us to place the kitchen where it should be, we are struggling a lot because our house is not done and this guy is just trying to block other employees from helping us with this issue, he even said when we arrived “Now what?!” He really needs a Customer Service Training where someone tells him to be nice and not throwing people belongings. Also I was looking for samples of countertops and he just talk to me like I am a child saying “What are you doing? What are you taking? Don’t take more than 3 samples” It’s extremely frustrated that you are trying to finish your house to have a decent place where to live and he is not helping even if you are not talking to him, he is just “NO NO NO THATS COMPLEX”

Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy.The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign.In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.

This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time.The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity.The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.

Xianming Sang: Terrible customer service. I was here to return a baby high chair with the return label printed out. A mid aged white man, who is probably the manager, was very rude. He interrupted my conversation with the other staff, and directly rejected my return. The reason he gave was that according to "BB&B return policy", this product cannot be returned once used, even though it's just been tried once or twice by my baby. I asked where I can read the "return policy", he googled it from his phone and showed me his phone, and refused to print out any official page for me. I'm astonished. I didn't see any of such return policy when I pirnted out the return label, and I'm only told that there's such policy after I wasted a weekend afternoon, to get here. and more ironically, the return policy can only be found from Google. I'm OK with such policy if it's real. But without letting customers know its existence, it's overbearing their customers. It's especially unprofessional when a manager show his Google result to a customer and claim that's official. I'll no longer buy anything from BB&B again, just in case I cannot return something in the future because of these hidden policy and rude staff. Anyway I was buying this high chair here only because of their coupons. And it's no surprise that BB&B is closing half of their stores nationwide. Everything has a reason.

Joan Luya: Loved it! It’s a huge store. If you are looking for groceries, it is in the back of the right side. I just wish they had a bigger fresh produce section. Everybody was nice and polite, shoppers were happy, prices were reasonable. Lower than local grocery stores and lower than my local CVS store. Starbucks is great. Pizza Hut guy was super polite and accommodating. Thanks everybody at Target today, you guys are awesome!

James Gagne: This target security is way out of line , I had a carriage with two vacuums a roomba and a Dyson. Which both still had the security wrap on them , I forgot my wallet and I left them with the customer service representative. If I was going to shoplift the items I would have done it at that moment. Out of nowhere I was approached by the security officer yelling at me to drop the items and get the F out because she saw me take them off the shelf …….. isn’t that what you do when shopping ?? You take items off the shelf and go to the register with them. I didn’t exit the store , I didn’t take any security wrap off , I was peacefully shopping for vaccums for my new condo . The fact I chose high end vaccums made me a target ? The fact that I could afford them made me a target , I respectfully left the items at customer service counter while I ran outside to grab my wallet. If I was going to steal them , I would have then and there easily !!!This is straight discrimination, and it made me feel like I was a thief infront or everybody , she was yelling !!! DROP THEM !!! Drop them !!!!! And I said mam I wanted to buy these items !! . I was nowhere close to an exit … my lawyer will be contacting your store very soon for this type of treatment !! She said to me “ I saw you take them off the shelf. !! “ okay yea I took them off the shelf to purchase them !!!! Very unprofessional , accusing me of something I didn’t even do , both items still had the spider wrap on them… this female security officer should be fired and I’ll be pressing charges as well.

Beau Cote: We live local so this is our local hardware store. We used to go to the Watertown location and between the two this one is better. Register staff is generally always helpful. Staff around the store are generally not. I came to buy a Makita saw recently when the Milwaukee rep was there and literally nobody would help unlock the cage so I could buy the saw and they were all talking behind my back to the Milwaukee rep about how I didn’t know what I was doing. If you’re going to keep things behind lock and key, then have staff appropriately around the store to help. It’ll probably do the job if you need to come here but don’t expect much help. Plan ahead.
Bob Schoenberg: The store had various strong chemical smells that I had to leave. Two items I wanted they didn't have. Never found the 3rd one because I had to leave the store to get some fresh air. I like shopping at Home Depot, but not this one. I was with a friend who also had to leave because the fumes were stinging her eyes.

He got his license in 1971 and was a wealth of knowledge as he tried to help us with connectors for a portable dishwasher. Unfortunately, we couldn’t solve the problem as HD did not have the part but we were appreciative of this gentleman’s patience and help. Thank you.

G O: If you have to go to a target, this might be the worst one in Cambridge/somerville/Boston. Not because the employees are unhelpful, they’re all pleasant people, but because the location is so small that you will not find what you need. Usually when I visit this location; there are no mirrors stocked; the hair care station never has any of the items that I bought on the last visit (one to two months prior); the protein powder section only has two whey options and two vegan options, and there are no protein bars, only ketogenic high fat bars. Interestingly, the grocery here is one of the best groceries in the square. You can find a pound of tomato for under two dollars, a good variety of dairy products and a decent amount of baking items. Probably the best grocery I’ve ever seen in any target.
Bailey Waldorf: This Target is always a challenge, but it's generally a good store. It's limited in staff and space. It doesn't carry many of the items larger Target stores have in stock. I've often come in for something specific (like ice cream or kombucha) that this location does carry, but find the shelf is empty. It helps to use you Target app to see if they carry an item you're looking for and if it's currently in stock.

britney connors: I am 67 years old and this store made me wish I was in my grave already. I came into this store in search of a gift for my mother because she is on her death bed but her birthday is coming up soon. When I was looking in the makeup section on the second floor, I noticed an employee staring at me for a while. I went into a different isle and this employee followed me. You won’t believe what she said to me!! She told me I need to wear more makeup to cover my wrinkles!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! I CANNOT believe Target allows people like this to work for them. I HOPE YOU HANDLE THIS!!!

Cashier Ken threw my item at me at checkout, when asked if this was how he gave all his customers their items back after ringing them in he said “no its just been a long day.” Offered no apology or anything after. All in all, one stop shop for essentials but they may not have it and you will almost definitely not get decent customer/guest service.

Min: It’s always nice. The workers are all nice. Sometimes there are some stuffs that are out of stock but I had a great experience today. I left my laptop at the cashier and the guy kept it for me. It freaked me out leaving my almost everything. But, thanks to the worker I got my laptop back.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Good selection for an in-city Target, they have some grocery and then a little bit of everything you might need. Very handy if you live in Central Square or are a few stops away on the Red Line. Pretty much dead center between Harvard and MIT. There’s not a ton of parking in Central Square though if you are thinking about driving.
Ashley Landreneau: A mediocre CVS. Doesn’t deserve to be called Target. Always out of stock. Truly makes me want to unalive myself.
Angie Polakowski: This target is a city target with two floors with stairs, so be aware of this when coming. The food items are on the main floor and electronics, home, etc all downstairs. The annoying part is there is no easy way to use a cart in the store because of the two floor situation. The workers were all nice and I do appreciate the security personnel by the door. However this target was SUPER under stocked on so many things and part of their cooler section wasn’t even being used. I pretty much got the last one of every item I bought. It’s okay but obviously much better big box stores exist.

The staff act like you’re in their way if you happen to be going down an isle they’re coming up on. With the exception of a few employees who actually are really amazing this store has gone way downhill over the last 2yrs.
Cornell Bentley: Every time I walk into this store, they treat me like I am a theft but I have never stolen anything from the store or even plan too ... considering not shopping with this company anymore, I've already cut CVS off due to there lack of empathy towards their employees. Over 20 staff members have caught Covid & I think one died but nobody cares

It wasn't any of the ones we wanted but it was all they had in stock at the location and we were constrained by time.Nope, they "couldn't reach it." We ask "when then?" Time given. This time, we call. Nope, not yet, it's behind too many things. Wait shopping. Go home. Come back.This totally messed us up as we were selling the property and ended up installing it, but no time left to do other things.No apologies, just "business as usual" I repeat they were supposed to have it in stock [inventory] but why give a time The Following Day if you can't actually sell it?!One star for a bad experience? That bad experience cost us money. And my renovators had to be paid for going back and forth.There are only a few people who can actually help. Older guys and they're great. But when you finally find the one of two max you that you need they're swarmed with customers.It's hard to find wood that isn't cracked. In general they are stocked though unless it's a sale & I get that.Check out: cashier allowed a customer to "oops I forgot something. Then the shopper was gone for 5 minutes. There wasn't much & nothing heavy that had already been checked through. I wasn't the only one in line there were two more behind me. I got uncharacteristically angry. I got glared at.Returns are efficient. FYI if you're a casual shopper, check the contractor area. Things are cheaper but the same. The garden center has good sales. Be ready to haul your own Christmas tree and mulch. Oddly, they will help you to your car. There's room to pull up.It's very frustrating in there. Go for the circular items.Oh and they block the disabled aids.

dEDa Deda: I go to home depot because they offer 10% off for veterans. Now they require that you download an app to get the discount. I let them know I don't have a phone capable and they say you can't get the discount. Before all that was required was showing a military/veteran ID card.The staff have very little to know knowledge about trades, building, construction, etc. I often end up explaining to them how things work. Also had to explain to two different cashiers how to do a transaction (I'm a former employer from over 10 years ago) because they didn't know how to use their own computer.

Tristan Leeds: This store may be a large building but the strangely shocking thing for me was seeing lazy employees glued to their phones or roaming around, security was lax, undesirables scattered in between aisles looking like theft was committed, and plus, too much of the merchandise appeared empty or poorly inventoried! Quite sad to see!
Kevin Nieves: Beware of this location if you’re using a debit or EBT Card. At the self-checkout, someone is putting something that steals your money. It has happened twice. They record your pin and card number so that they can drain your accounts.
Joseph Chow: Perfect for waiting the 16 bus to Andrew or Forest Hills station. They sell UNO Ultimate card game.
Margarita Pineda: This is for the South Bay Target. This is by far the cleanest, nicest, most Organized store I have been to. Any chance I get to go there(I live in north shore) I do!! BEST SELECTION OF everything. Some unique finds as well not found in other targets. Staff is cordial and constantly paying attention to detail!

And super convenient for me but I will drive to another store because I definatley felt unsafe at that one. Also the two stupid managers were discussing that I STOLE an item. Instead of asking me.
