Holiday Inn Express Boston, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
walid madhoun: Good hotel, good service. Great car wash next door. I recommend this location but only if you have a car (4 stars with cars, 3 without), it is not really a walking neighborhood.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Dylan O'Neill: I had a great stay here! Great location relative to downtown Boston. The room was very clean and well kept. The hotel attendant, Rick, was very friendly. He was able to cater to all of our needs. Will definitely stay here in the future
Pam Eschner: The rooms are compact but nice. No problem for us. Comfy bed, good shower, not a lot of counter space. But a really good breakfast, with eggs, meat, even a pancake maker machine! (which is nice for others.) I'm GF, so most places with breakfast only have yogurt that I can eat.Safety: You need the key card to enter the hotel, so that's nice to know for the middle is the night safety
Troy Hardiman: My girlfriend and I had stopped in to see a friend and the gentleman behind the counter began to ask what we were doing and with a well mannerd reply. I stated that we were there to visit a family member. As we went to sit in the waiting area we were told we could not be there cause we were a liability and we had to leave and could not wait in the building. So we did and had a talk with the Maine office. so its fair to say ill never go there again.
Anthony De Coteau: The was ok , loved the fact that they provided bath soap, shampoos etc and the breakfast was goodRooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
AMILCAR ZELAYA: Es el mismo desayuno. No variedad.
Aaron Burros: My friends and I stayed here for the 127th Boston Marathon, and yes, we were very surprised. They had the hotel marathoned out. Not only were we being welcomed and celebrated, but the runners who stayed there years before us were being celebrated.Noteworthy details: There's an entire mall area, just a stone throw away. Yes, even Starbucks.
D J: Rooms: Clean modern room and bathroomNearby activities: Mall with restaurantsSafety: No problem
Chelsea Chudej: Rick was so friendly and helpful. He allowed us to store our bags all day while we were in between our lodging locations - even remembered that we were from Wisconsin the next morning. Nice to have that personal touch. :)Rooms were clean, beds cozy - recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

Dave Champman: Make sure to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.Nice hotel in a good location - easy drive to all the tourist spots. Staff was friendly, room was really nice, hotel was clean. Free breakfast everyday as well. Stayed here for 4 days/3 nights, no complaints at all.
Randy Brooker: One of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in! Beds were very comfortable. I don't like being gouged for parking after spending $400 on a room but I guess that's kind of standard practice now.Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Chris K: Clean room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is also a coffee maker in the room with small bottles of water. The breakfast area was clean and there were many selections. A great affordable place to stay when in the area
James Winnett: Guest Services is absolutely rude.I grabbed a drink from the cooler and proceeded to the counter. The guy looks as me and says with a ridiculous attitude there is a $10 minimum for the card or you need to change it to your room. I guess cash doesn't work Holiday Inn.Holiday Inn you're in the hospitality business. Not the watch how rude I can be business.Check the attitude of your front desk staff. He is not very welcoming.
Priya Prakash: Very courteous staff. The rooms are pretty basic and serve the purpose. Breakfast can definitely be improved to include healthier or less packaged options.
Salomy Petit-frere: Good place for vacation

Nick Dramis: Great stay at a great hotel. Staff was informative, super friendly and incredibly helpful. T: Two rooms for our group and heating / AC broken in both... Beds only mediocre, rooms do appear to be well sound proofed though in terms of the neighbors. Traffic noise with the windows as well as pedestrians are plenty noticable still.Staff wasn't exactly the most helpful when checking in and had to rearrange our booking for some reason.Walking distance to the science museum though is it's saving grace. The cost absolutely was not worth it though... I'd recommend staying 20-30 minutes away at a nicer hotel for half the price and then just paying parking.Rooms: Average room. Uncomfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Ok pillows.Nearby activities: Boston Science Museum is fantastic.Walkability: Close enough to the Boston Science Museum and not too far from the mall...Food & drinks: Included breakfast was pretty decent.
Shannon Wentworth: We only stayed 1 night and I am glad it wasn’t more. The staff was very friendly, but the hotel is in DESPERATE need of repair and renovations. The window in our room would not close completely. Maintenance came to look. They slammed the window to close it more but the cold air still made it into the room.
IVAN DIAZ GOMEZ: Great Hotel, affordable prices, good location, good breakfast, great staff and also great breakfast. The bed coach wasn’t too confortable but the rest was perfect.
TJ Lacalamita: Spacious rooms and food serviceRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Kyler Alvord: The price was not worth the experience, mostly because the front desk will give you things then quietly charge you for them, dramatically hiking your bill. The management will not get back to you about your concerns either - even after 4 attempts. Don't waste your time (and trust me, you won't save money in the end)Rooms: 3/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More

tiffany mukundi: This hotel has the BEST location for the price. It’s a 5 min walk to the train station where you can go anywhere in Boston so we didn’t need a car. On top of that, the room was spacious and CLEAN! Housekeeping did a great job with our room, we really appreciated it. The breakfast was probably the best I’ve had for continental breakfast in the past few years. Lots of variety and snacks to go! The front desk people both nights were so helpful and kind. They held our bags because our flight was late. When I came back for my bags, I noticed I left my AirPods in the room. Within 5 minutes, they brought them to me. I was so thankful and blessed. Imagine if I forgot them and I live in Georgia 😭. If I had to return to Boston, I’d stay here again.
Julian Samaroo: Clean, well stocked rooms. Slightly noisy mini fridge, but not a big deal. Location was a bit far from the action near MIT, but there was a nice little park and a strip with restaurants and such just down the road. Would stay here again!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Vinicio Rios: Food & drinks: Breakfast is the best. Bed and shower are great.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More

Anderson Nance: Rooms: Room was nice. The heater didn't work but besides that a good room.Nearby activities: Great location to stay to go to TD garden or downtown Boston or the science museumSafety: Felt relatively safe at this location
Roger Beaujard: This location is perfect. Super clean. Absolutely friendly staff that helped us out with more than one thing. Parking was perfect. Our proximity to what we were doing in town was awesome. Only about an 8 minute drive. Warm breakfast was nice with turkey, sausage, egg, omelets, breads, etc. Couldn't have been a better experience.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
bigdave1331: My wife and I stayed at this Holiday Inn for a weekend getaway. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Edith, the receptionist at the front desk is absolutely amazing! If I were her boss, I would certainly be giving her a raise. The beds are comfortable. The hotel and rooms are very clean and appealing. The hotel is located in a safe location that is only a couple minutes walk to the Boston subway system. There is a grocery store right around the corner from the hotel that is within walking distance.
Ivan Capan: Location close to industrial zone, but ok. Close to a shopping areas. Metro is fairly close. Rooms a bit aged, but clean and cosy. Staff is very helpful.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Zhe Li: Charges fees without any warning, bad location, bad elevator1. I booked the room with my free night provided by my credit card, and throughout the booking process there is no mention of "fees" with specific numbers anywhere. In the confirmation email it also says "Total estimated price: Free". At check-in I was also NOT notified of any fees. Guess what? The day after my stay I got a $55.5 charge. I checked again and there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING that is mentioned anywhere. They could have charged me $10,000 and say it's "fees". I talked to IHG and they told me about $47 is for fees -- no explanation of what they are for -- and cannot explain where the rest $8 comes from.2. The hotel is located next to a highway in an area that is under development, and the surrouding does not make me feel comfortable walking at night.3. One elevator was out of service, while the other was slow, small and had sudden starts/stops. I was on the 8th floor and once it took me several minutes to go to the lobby because of the stops.I am going to ask my credit card company to give my money back, and I will NOT renew my IHG card next year.

Holiday Inn Express Boston - Quincy, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Wu Lingjie: If there is a negative star I wants to give -5! I got really bad experience in Holiday Inn Quincy, MA. At the morning around 8am, I just left my room for half hour and came back, and I’ve been told that they already check me out and got my wallet and phone. Housekeeper already clean the room I cannot go back to the room. Important thing I haven’t check out! Seem like they kick Customers out of the hotel. Later, when I check my wallet, I lost my 100 dollar bill the housekeeper stole it. Attention guys when you stay in the hotel watch your personal important things and money, or something expensive. Someone will just sneaky in. There’s a thief in the hotel. The front desk discriminates against my race. Never ever go back the hotel.Safety: Unsafe! I books another room for next day. When I still sleeping in the morning 7am. I heard someone just opened the door softly and later saw me still sleeping closed the door. Act like the a thief. Always watched the news about someone who’s been kill in the hotel. It’s really unsafe! Service is really really bad!

Matheus Pannebecker: Terrible experience. I didn't receive the refund of my security deposit and I was told that it was because of damages made to a TV I didn't even turn it on. I've been repeatdely asking for some clarification on this damage matter and the hotel simply ignored me via e-mail after mentioning the damages. Worse: almost six months after my stay, Holiday Inn Express tried to charge an amount of more than 200 USD on my credit card without any explanation. Once again, John Ionta, Asst. General Mgr., didn't even bother to answer my complain e-mail. Very dissapointing and deeply unsatisfying.
Katrina Curran: Didn't have breakfast no wheat or dairy free options 😕Rooms: Rooms were big and had everything you would need, cleaning staff didn't speak English so didn't hover when I asked (I'm allergic to dust)Food & drinks: Had to buy own food so the complementary didn't apply to me or anyone on a wheat or diary free diet,
johanna hinkley: They over booked, but still took out money..had one person working desk and abwaitingnroom full of ppl that had all been over booked as well.Service: 1/5 …More
Ann Aylward: Very, very, very disappointed that I was charged an additional $100 per night for a 15lb pet, that did not add any service or maintenance to your staff. As well as an added $15 per day for outside parking. This did not dissuade me from tipping the cleaning staff or leaving the room in a clean and orderly condition as if it were my own home. I love this hotel and have used it often. However, the cost of this hotel and the incidentals that come along with every day life are making it impossible for me to continue to make this hotel my one of choice.
Noor Abubakar: Rooms: Very clean and spacious and comfortableSafety: Good security you have to use the key
Isabella Sthefany Donato De Souza: My family and I have been going here for years and we love it! There's something for everyone.
Robert Fox: Excellent, rooms and the breakfast was great.Quincy station just a strones trow away....Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
D D: I read some negative reviews and my experience was quite the opposite. The room was nice, clean, and spacious. They have both firm and soft hypoallergenic pillows. I personally prefer a soft down pillow, so these were a bit too firm for me, but their choices are great for many others. The bathroom was super clean with good water pressure and plenty of body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer. I needed an iron, and it was certainly there with the board. We stayed during the winter storm and the AC/heating unit was quiet and efficient heating up the room to the set on thermostat temperature.I forgot toothpaste and got several small single-use packets of Colgate at the front desk, and saw that they had many other items available, even including a sewing kit.Breakfast was standard with waffles, toast, yogurt, fruits, potatoes, eggs, and sausages. Apple, orange, and cranberry juices in the machine, coffee, regular and flavored creamers, hot water, and tea. Large breakfast room with many tables.Did not use the gym as we stayed for one night only, but really nothing to complain about.
Nicol Katarousky: For the most part the staff was great ! Everyone was friendly and professional except Nicole the manager, she gossips about customers , and extremely unprofessional. we ran out of soap second day in our stay. But I brought my own things to wipe down counters since the hotel doesn’t clean the room or replenish.
sanket joshi: Hotel is good. But they charge customers temporary deposit fee which they forget to refund. They charged us $300 for two rooms but we had call them to request refund which is unfortunateRooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5 …More

Holiday Inn Express Boston Logan Airport - Revere, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
DANIEL MACDONALD: Thank goodness....an IHG hotel that works for a change for its customers.A tongue wagging...and bagged room 501/503...based at the back of the hotel.A newly furnished hotel with a good front counter staff with a complimentary transfer bus to and from the airport and an included breakfast to a good standard. Now here is the best bit...I was expecting a run of the mill hotel as part of my airport overnight. This area is AMAZING with the Beach and it's boardwalk maybe 6 to 7 minutes on foot with a plethora of restaurants...it's maybe 2 to 3 miles long.. We ate twice in Dryft twice..pricey but good. The following morning we left our luggage in a secure hotel room tagged and walked to an amazing nature reserve... Belle Isle Marsh which was beautiful, 15 minutes away.We both decided that the hotel's spec and location meant that this could make an excellent out of town base for Boston with a regular train into town. We will be back when next in BOS.

Nicole Bigelow: No soap or towels in the first room along with dirty tissues in the bathroom. Moved to another room which also didn’t have soap or towels. Was told the hotel had a soap shortage and didn’t have any. I said so nobody in this hotel is washing their hands after using the restrooms? The lady just walked away. They charge $15 a night for parking but have limited spaces. I could never find a spot and was told to double park or park illegally. I said no, I would prefer not to have my car get hit or ticketed. Hotel had many guest complaining about parking and the front desk didn’t care. The entire hotel smelled of weed.
Gina Sisk: My car was hit due to the lack of parking staff is hit or miss and it smells like weed and there was blood on the back boardNoteworthy details: Rooms are not cleaned the right way

Carrie Lee: My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was fantastic. The hotel appears to be newer and well kept. Check in was a breeze. We were greeted with a warm smile and given clear instructions on where to park and how to access our room. The elevators require your room key to access any floor which I LOVE! We have grandchildren and knowing that just anybody can't access the hotel floors is great. Our room was perfect. Sheets smelled clean and crisp and were bright white, no yellowing which is common sometimes. Shower was a stand up, huge affair and the soaps provided were a great brand. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with 2 fire bars and an attached full bar. We enjoyed wine by the fire and it made for a great wind down to our evening. The bartender was so friendly and gave us some great tips for our short stay. Full breakfast was served promptly at 6:30 and the area was very clean. There was always someone buzzing around cleaning. The pool area was clean and not overly chlorinated. The only "bad" thing I can note was that our trash didn't get emptied and towels were not replenished which is not a huge deal to us. We just asked for more and took our trash down. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Boston from Indiana. Great hotel.

Hotel Indigo Boston Garden, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
b c: Valet parking though Spot Hero for B’s game was a total rip off. $90 and then I had to pick up my car at a different garage where I could have parked for about half the price.
Shailja Somani: Great hotel in a wonderful location with a ton of sights, food & bars around. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great service as well. The only downside is it can get loud on game days, etc due to its location, but I’d definitely still recommend it.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More

Cindy Quick (Cindy Lu Who?): price is reasonable ... would definitely stay here again.Rooms: clean and modern motif - rooms have a white noise machine that is customizable to desired intensityNearby activities: great local restaurants, bars, and shoppingWalkability: One block from TD Garden (2 min walk)
Matthew Harvey: The staff were nice, but mostly it's the problems that stand out. We arrived after hours. We'd gotten an email that said, "if you arrive after 11PM the front desk will be able to assist you with your vehicle." But there was no place near the hotel to park, and when I called the help desk they were absolutely no help at all; we were on our own. Found a spot basically by a miracle after half an hour of searching.Other than that first night arriving, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However: I had other issues: the toilet kept stopping up, the shower dripped, the light switches were inscrutable. Most importantly for anyone traveling on business, the "desk" in the room was preposterously small, the desk chair was uncomforable (and broken to boot), and the alternative of trying to use the "business center" was even worse in terms of comfortable seating. How could anyone sit and use a computer while seated on a stool whose seat is as high as the table the keyboard is on? Fortunately the restaurant staff was willing to let me sit at a table and get some work done, and I found a table with an outlet nearby. Not comfortable, really, but somewhat workable. The restaurant is nice, if unremarkable; the only meal we had there was breakfast, twice, and it was a perfectly serviceable traditional American breakfast. The gym was a high point; small, but the functional trained alone makes it better-equipped than 95% of hotel gyms. Only issue with the gym was the light. It was bizarrely dark in there; the only light comes from a few "candle-holder" lights on the walls. Weird for a gym to be so dark. It's not really a BAD hotel, but definitely not worth the price if you don't really want/need to stay in that specific area.
Suzanne Dudzinski: Right across from TD Garden. 1/2 hr. walk from train station. Room was very clean and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Matthew Monson: We loved staying here. Saw an event at TD Garden and the location can't be better! You are literally across the street from the arena. If you are coming into Boston from the train this place is also right across the street. We had a king suite and couldn't be happier with our stay. The front desk was very polite and helpful with any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we are going to events at the garden! Highly recommend.
Karen F: This hotel is right across the street from The Garden. The front desk staff and valet were great. We had fun in Blake's Restaurant before and after the show. We will stay here again for our next Garden event.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Becky Baltimore: Great staff and location!!!

AlyKat76: We attended a Celtics game and this was located right across the street. The staff was friendly and there was a bar/kitchen in the lobby.

Brittab88: Location is great, valet was very busy due to game but they made sure to get us in and take care of us. Also they allow you to keep bags at front desk if its before check in. Our room was actually ready 3 hours early and we were allowed to …Read more on IHG

Liv117: Coming down on the train for a day in Boston and was looking for a place near north station. In terms of location this was perfect.

Mimwatson: The front lobby staff is great! Always greeted you and answered all of our questions. Rooms were spacious and clean.

EricP1947: It was a bit slow at check in. Everything else was very good. Staff was very helpful and willing to share knowledge of the area. They were especially helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area with the best food.

tihud456: Good location for TD garden and nice staff. Breakfast was complementary and also was very good; everything was made to order. Location is also close to bars and other cool spots in the city. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Terka: Perfect location, quiet room, excellent service by professional staff. We had studio room and it was super comfortable for our stay. For high prices in Boston generally, we got great value.

ZandJeff: Staff was friendly upon arrival and helped with anything we needed throughout the entirety of our stay.
