Sebastien Magloire: What a great place this hole in a wall mom and pops site packs quite the flavor punch. The location is small colorful, and unique. The arroz camaron was an extraordinary dish! I will definitely be a back very soon. The drinks were excellent and robust, left me stumbling! Everyone working in there was friendly and attentive to my needs!

It tastes a bit bland and could use more flavor (esp if it's suppose to be "authentic").Comes with chips on the side. The food is okay, but I'm not wow'd by the food alone. Kind of pricy for the dish for what I was expecting.

Lillian Gonzalez: Have been ordering from this place for about a year and initially it was pretty good, would say 4 stars but the last few times have been pretty dismal. Not sure if they have new ownership? If you order pupusas with cheese & loroco they only give you plain cheese (happened twice). The filling of the bean and cheese pupusas has changed it’s more beans than cheese. The most recent issue was receiving my gorditas with no meat! And they weren’t even made correctly. They used two tortillas instead of opening one and stuffing it. I’ve never dined in because it’s extremely small in there but I hope they execute their dishes better than they do for takeout.
Natalie Santos: I just went in there to pick up a few papusas I ordered online. I asked for extra Curtido and was told flat out “no.” Is it just me, or is that weird? I would have payed for it if that’s what they wanted, but I was just told “no.” It reminded me of the soup Natzi episode of Seinfeld. LolThe kicker is too, is that I ordered 3 pupusas and only got two Curtidos…even though I asked for extra in the online order as well. And I had tipped them when I ordered online too!! Regretting that decision.
Sabrina Dormer: Really mediocre. Enchiladas were dry and lacking sauce. Our waiter never checked on us, never brought more drinks, or even asked how our food was. There’s only 4 tables in the restaurant and we were the only ones there the whole time.

Olivia Marciano: Really great food here, and good prices. I have heard that they treat their staff well, which makes me want to support them even more! The vegetarian burrito is very good, and the location is convenient if you're visiting the Gardner Museum, the MFA, going to Target, or are visiting any of the several colleges in the area.

MyLovedWildAnimals: On November 28, 2022, I ordered a rice and bean burrito with lettuce only. This was one of the nastiest foods I have ever eaten: the black beans were extremely salty, impossible to swallow. I was charged $8 for that garbage. I'd not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. The people who cook at this restaurant are bringing it down

Rebekah Barker: I got the birria taco box and horchata for lunch and it was a perfect portion and so delicious. Cheesy and fried with a good crunch on the tortillas, a good portion of jus for dipping, and diced onions, cilantro, and lovely pickled onions as an accompaniment. Would definitely return.

Took 40 minutes for us to get our food. A customer that came in 20 minutes after me got their Birria tacos before they brought out my order.I don't mind if service is slow but the Birria tacos were nothing to rave home about. Consomme was lukewarm and the tacos were cold with the cheese being dried out. First and last time I'll be visiting this establishment. There are much better alternatives in the Greater Boston area.

Titciana Barros: Located in East Boston. I had tried several birria tacos and these are my favorite. Each order comes with three birria tacos tons of consume which is so flavorful. Each bite was crunchy and the birria was so tender. They also provide additional toppings to garnish each taco but I don’t use them. Their service is great. They are lovely people and food is made quickly. I ordered over the food and picked up.

Alice: AWFUL service and management. My friend was harassed by one of the workers here, and after bringing it up to the manager (Ronnie), absolutely no repercussions were given. He began telling my friends and I that he would conduct an "internal investigation", but then turned around and said this was a matter to be handled by corporate. There was ZERO followup and ZERO accountability. Ronnie did not perform his managerial duties by failing to protect a young girl from one of his own employees. Not a single apology was issued, no refunds or partial refunds. Just a referral to corporate. The way Ronnie handled this matter was abhorrent and unacceptable.

Now coming to the more important things, I have only had chips, salsa and Nachos in this place. I thought they were average. However, I have seen the plates on other tables and they all looked very appetizing. The mock tails and tequilas offered here are amazing. We have found ourselves sitting here for 5 hours ordering margaritas over margaritas and not even realizing it.The staff here is super friendly and will entertain you with their hospitality.

I think it might be a better place as a bar (if you want a place to chill out), but definitely not a place to get food. The food was overpriced (probably due to the small portion) and it was mid (does not really tasted "special" or "different"). The place was pretty, that was the only nice side about it (especially if you wanna take pictures). Furthermore, I somehow felt that this place was understaffed as we had to wait for 20 mins just to look for a waiter to ask for the bill.

I want to mention that it wasn’t a busy night or anything. The worst customer service ever. They don’t care about their customers AT ALL!My friend and I got two coconut marg and chips&guacamole. We couldn’t finish any of our orders because the bartender took it from us without asking if we still working on it. First he took our chips while I was eating. He was rude with it for no reason. When I asked another bartender to talk to a manager he didn’t pay attention. I went to ask another worker for a manager.When the manager came, the bartender took our drink in front of us and the manager. We were very disappointed. Erica C: Unfortunately, Lolita was another disappointing dining experience in the Boston area. Lolita's only good qualities are the ambiance, queso, and cocktails. If you are looking for great drinks, I would recommend Lolita, but the food is questionable.The location of Lolita is perfect, within walking distance to most areas of Back Bay and in an unassuming basement of a brownstone. The dark atmosphere is cozy and the decor matches the look they are going for. Our server was polite but rarely checked on our table.The best part of our experience was the free green apple cotton candy and the creamy queso. The tacos we ordered came with "questionable" meat. Avoid the pork carnitas and blackened mahi mahi like the plague. Vegetarians may have a better experience.My tip is to avoid or at least read reviews of restaurants you discover on Instagram. The atmosphere may be beautiful but the food quality falls by the wayside.

We were seated and we waited at least 15-17 minutes on receiving water. Then another 10 min on our server to arrive. She was very nice however I only saw her twice during our visit, the first to take our order and the last when we asked for the check (after 20 min when we were done eating). My boyfriend and I are both servers so we were trying to figure out what the servers and support staff were doing this whole time. To include, our food definitely came out quick, and again, delicious.We observed other tables around us also becoming impatient as they waited for water and service as well. Do the servers have to prepare the free sweet ice and cotton candy? We also observed that all the drinks are completely filled with small nugget ice. Cindy Shaddox: I went to Rosa Mexicana for my birthday dinner and I so disgusted in the food. The drinks sucked too. This is the absolute worst Mexican food Ii have ever had in my 56 years! I will never ever go there again. We all had the pork carnitas which had no flavor it was not tender as it should be, the rice was mush ball, severely overcooked and my daughter had black beans which looked like black refried beans, another mush ball with no flavor. Oh let's not forget the tortilla soup which consisted of diced chicken, should be shredded, a little avocado, one cilantro leaf and the broth in a separate tin and looked like beef broth, also with no flavor should be chicken broth folks! Undoubtedly the worst food in my life!!! Do NOT recommend.Parking: At Burlington mall plenty of space unless the mall is busy
patricia nacu: This place was very good. The food was very tasty, with great experience of tableside made guacamole. The drinks were amazing too. The only thing is that everything took a while to be prepared, we waited 45 minutes for 2 entrees and 10 minutes for the drinks. But we will definitely go back there for the food.

Daniel Rivera: Was in the area for PAX East and needed a cheap spot to eat. Had the carnitas taco plate and was blown away by the delicious flavor and nice chunks of pork. Came back the next evening and had the burrito bowl and again enjoyed the heck out of it. Definitely a great spot for quick eats that won't kill your wallet. Delicious flavors all around.

Ben Gorman: Great! Burritos were not enormous but definitely reasonable. Great for the price. Very flavorful, especially the carnitas. The quesadilla was gorgeous. Was trying to choose between this place and el jefe's - went here and was definitely not disappointed. They're the same price by the way - both around $10 for a burrito.
