That guy Tai, especially, he should be running the place! Seems like I always see him darting around from table to table, answering everyone's questions. And another one there, Ahmed, is it? He is always offering to do a bill review and get me something half off, and such! And they're always saying, thanks for your loyalty to T-Mobile!If you asked one of them, "do you know who Karen Spinetti is, she was raving about you?" They probably couldn't answer. Because they treat every customer with the same amazing service no matter who they happen to be. If you are reading this, Janeen, you ought to be letting these folks run some stores, get them trained, I think they're ready!

I want my fee transferred to my next billI called 611 salesperson stated and it took 2 days to turn on then they put the wrong device info on my paperwork. I am not please with customer service he was quick when I supplied info.from utube this device states No Contract means item should not charge me a lot to activate it.i was charged for price of hotspot not a cool pad which I never got.reciept shipping was to Kansas city not too me.that was a RIP off price I should be reimbursed.

Tim Irwin: If I could give this store zero stars I would. Traded in phones with Adrian back in July. He gave us the incorrect box and incorrect trade in slips. This has resulted in 6 months of back and forth, incorrect bills, over 30 hours on the phone with Verizon representatives. Best thing to do is not get Verizon for cell phone service, if you must, avoid this store and Adrian. They don’t know what they are doing.

Riva Pearson: Garbage experience from start to finish. The customer service from the corporate phone (over 2 hrs) had 'technical difficulties' and the replacement phone they supposedly set aside wasn't communicated to the store. The rude associate kept saying I can't get a free phone. The reality is all the errors were Verizon's and the phone was supposed to alleviate all the additional stress they caused. They accidentally deactivated my phone. More than 1 hour there and I didn't get what I was told. The trains are down and the commute was over 1 hr. After hours with corporate before arriving, the commute, talking to corporate and awful associates who chose not to help during the visit..that's not what paying customers want. By the end of it all, I didn't wan't to entertain the nonsense anymore. They wouldn't process my return. I gave too much time to people who were not interested in providing good service. Too many inconsistencies with different associates on Boylston and on the phone. They wasted my day. I was told to come back tomorrow. They couldn't even properly process the order and everytime I spoke with someone they kept changing the fees. Hopeless.

Some Body: I live across the street from this store. On multiple occasions I entered the store in my home attire and staff either went out of their way to be rude, or did not want to assist me. I remember one helpful staff in the remote past, which is why the location is getting 1 star. I wear formal clothing at work, but on my days off at home I wear comfortable clothes, do not always shave, and do not style my hair. I always approached Verizon's staff respectfully, and I expect the same. I will return to this store more dressed up and see if I am taken seriously as a customer. But, I will give my business to another location.
Luis Reyes: I am the account owner. but my mother and sister went in to pick up a sim card for a temporary number as i live in a different state and wanted to make sure she had a working sim card before i ported her phone number over. This shouldve been a painless process. I made sure the phone was unlocked. Made sure my mom was an authorized user and that she knew the temporary phone number we were working with. I was on the phone in case there were any issues or questions. The store employee Cindy was difficult. She even walked away from them and refused to serve them. She stated i was being rude on the phone but i simply needed her to do things as i wanted them. She refused to work with them. When we asked for a store manager they did not get one. She then assisted with an attitude. Cindy knew that i was an employee and was still rude towards my family. I am embarrassed to work for verizon. Do not go to this store. If you do, dont work with cindy.

JM Phillips: Store manager Daniel was really really expert. He juggled multiple customers and was able to solve our issue, despite the awful phone customer support from Verizon corporate. Daniel proactively took matters into his own hands and really showed customer care. Activating a new phone shouldn’t be as difficult as Verizon made it, but Daniel is an all star, it’s the only reason there are three stars here.
Monaka: Verizon charges an “activation” fee of 35 dollars for all phone purchases. All they do is take the phone outside of the box and turn it on. It is like going to a restaurant on your birthday with a cake, only to be charged for additional “cake-cutting” fee.It feels like Verizon takes the cake out, puts a candle, lights it, and brings it to your table without even cutting it.And what you get is some stranger’s oily fingerprints on your fresh iPhone.
Sienna Kim: Hose was extremely helpful with helping me out on switching from prepaid to a plan. I had several calls with customer service, credit team, etc. that lasted hours and was not getting anywhere. I’m so thankful that Hose helped me out and resolved this issue. Thank you!

They truly make you feel that they are genuinely interested to resolve any issue you are having with your phone.Most recently I was so appreciative to Ella for assisting me in transferring some voice messages that I had on my old phone to my new phone of my dear Aunt who died......and Ella expertly did the process and I am so happy to have those treasured messages.You can be assured to receive professional, expert, and welcoming customer service from the associates at the Verizon store on Washington Street in Boston.......and if you are very lucky, you will be assisted by Ella and Morgan.

Ali Ronca: Really annoying experience here last week. Popped in on my lunch break to sign up for a plan and get a new phone. Unfortunately, the 'sign-up' program on the agent's tablet kept crashing, which added a lot of unnecessary time to the visit. I had to keep entering all of my details again and again. I chose a phone number four different times (each time the previous number I had picked was the 'unavailable' after the system crashed) and in the end I went home with some totally random number I did not pick and had never seen prior. After all of this hassle, I then got flagged by security, and the agent had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with security to verify my details. Only giving two stars instead of one as the agent helping me was patient and kind throughout the process, although not apologetic. In summary - should not take 2.5 hours to sign up for a phone plan - literally, this is what you do, day in and day out, so I expect you to do it a bit better.

While I was talking to the executive my wife who was looking at mobile accessories saw the restroom sign and went to use it.... so this executive stopped talking to me midway and ran behind my wife and started knocking on the door saying it’s employee only and outsiders are not allowed to use it.Apparently there was a sign which read employee only but not on the ladies section.I get it they do not want anyone other than employees to use the restrooms, but if a customer uses the service- would you make them come out of the toilets that too to a woman? Is this how you treat your customers ? Why not lock the doors and keep the keys with you if you don’t want customers to use the restrooms!We apologized to the employee and we didn’t say much, but it’s extremely difficult to process and forget the way we were treated.Won’t be visiting this disrespectful place ever again.

Dimitrios Chlorokostas: Terrible customer service! I enter the shop at 66 Lincoln St. and all 3 employees are with the heads down scrolling on their instagram. One of them turns to greet me and after I explain shortly that I would like to activate my Tourist Plan, she replies "We 're a corporate store here, we don't do these things". After being shocked by her response I try to tell her what she can do to help me. She said "I can give you a chair and you can call customer service". After sitting there and having spoken to 5 employees at customer care for 45 minutes (literally!) until I solve the problem, the only thing that these 3 employees at the store did was accept a payment from a guy. Nothing else. And for this they are getting paid. Shout out to the Management of T-mobile out there!
R Lee (MochiFM): Abysmal customer service was what stuck in my mind after my last visit. I accompanied my mom to try and help her pay a T-mobile bill after cutting ties with T-mobile. The young and visibly un-enthused employee there asked for my mother's phone number, tapped it onto her tablet, and the account didn't come up. The employee then proceeded to give up entirely and say there's nothing else she can do to help us.I know she can look up my mother's account through other methods. T-mobile account number, social security, and etc. But nope, she didn't bother with those options. Instead she just pushed the both of us out of the store. That is not customer service, not by a long shot.

Paola Animator: Great customer service and fast email responses. The repair is completed quickly as well. My Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra suddenly stopped working, I was charging it at 45% and left to be in the kitchen, when I returned nothing seemed to work. Black screen, no sound, no vibration, and when I tried to force a reset by pressing the down and power button, no logo appeared. I paid a small fee for the repair and I left my phone in the weekend. I found out there was an issue with the battery connector but it got fixed quickly. I am able to pick up my phone Tuesday afternoon, pay the rest and I am thrilled to see my phone turn on and my data is there. I am able to backup my phone right away when I arrived home. Thank you to the amazing staff for doing a quick repair and keeping me updated.

T-mobile prices are good but if you want a reliable mobile service with extra perks like a functional mobile app, easily accessible and helpful customer support, then reconsider other options. Otherwise, a very poorly run store - it's a shame they are one of the most convenient locations.Ive had two experiences trying to replace a damaged phone through warranty with them, and both times required 3-5 visits because the staff would not be able to help me ("come back when so and so is in") or because they incorrectly filed my case in their system and needed to start it all over. Both times!I get the sense the staff are overworked and undertrained, they seem to do everything they can to do the least to help you they can possibly get away with, pushing tasks off to others or telling you to come back later.I finally got a replacement phone today, after 3-4 weeks and way too many visits - and it didn't have a SIM card in it! I'm not a person who usually posts reviews, but this really did it for me. How do you send someone off with a new phone and forget to give them a SIM card? The level of disorganization is amazing.

William Harris: Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Everything they did was wrong. They started a trade in then supposedly their computers crashed right as the process was finalized. They then told us to come back the next day, when we came back the next day, when we got there they said they gave the phone away which was the last one they had. They then sent us to a different store, when we go to that store, they said they couldn’t do the trade in with the old phone. We then had to go back to the Boylston St store. When we arrived to the store again, they claimed that the promo they originally offered was wrong. They seriously need to train their employees better, we got a credit off of the account but that doesn’t help too much when you spent 3 separate days dealing with this. Never again will I go to this store.I will say once being there for the 3rd time I finally dealt with 2 people Javier and May that were finally able to get things squared away. It was still a rough experience but I will say they were both professional and helpful.

Chris Obrien: Horrible experience. Went there yesterday to fix my phone that had a black screen was told by customer service they could open the back and connect wire. They did not do anything except try to hard reset which I already tried. I was going to get a replacement phone with my warranty which was under a year and was told it expired which wasn't true. I bought the phone in January 2021 and its November 2021 which leaves 2 months left on my phone. Left the store very angry it was a waste of a trip. Thank God I called T mobile back as again customer service helped told me it was still under warranty and is sending a new phone to the store near my house. I was going to buy a new phone online thank God I didn't. Will never go back to this store again no wonder I order everything online.
