The event was posted on eventbrite, and sounded amazing. However, when we arrived on site, they said they wouldn't give out cameras (something about not receiving the cameras, and that the store won't give out their own cameras). The staff didn't apologize and in the end we left. Quite a disappointing experience, so check this before you book any tours here!

If you are at all interested in photography , this needs to be a stop in for you, even just to see what “can” be. There is also a gallery in the store.

Leica camera are well out of my price range but they do carry some film stock and also they pointed me in the direction of some great places to get film developed close by.

Jenae Lien: Impressive Leica store and Gallery space. Located on such a hot corner spot in town.I am a huge advocator of the Leica brand, and this store is a must see if you are a Leica fan. They have an excellent selection of cameras available, from classics to the latest and new releases. I love their display section and how they showcase what glass looks like before it turns into a beautiful piece of the lens.Their gallery is supremely run and curated. Highly recommend you leave your email and get on their list for announcements like when the next gallery exhibits. They feature only the best of the best photographers in the game.Their staff are extremely knowledgeable, it’s so fun to pick their brain about cameras and photography.

Alexander James L: The pros:Staff are open and honest about their pricing for second hand, so you know what kind of deal you're getting.Lots of film available, though the mark up is a little pricy.Staff are generally friendly when selling you something, but this is to be expected.The cons :Film development here is really expensive given how slow it is, even if you don't get scans. Also, it took four weeks for my rolls to come back which is somewhat absurd. I was told this was because they're sent off to another lab when pushed, but I was given a timeline of one to two weeks at the store.Worst of all, one of the rolls I got back was completely blacked out, even the coding along the sides. Store staff first said it was due to camera not exposing, but this would produce the opposite effect of clear negatives with the side coding visible. The only conclusion I can come to (this was a roll of hp5 I had bought from here) is that the lab they sent the rolls too had messed up this particular one. If it had been the fault of the camera I'd expect each frame to be black respectively but the coding should be easily readable if developed properly. Given that the entire roll was black this indicates the film has been exposed to light out of the canister prior to development and the lab is likely at fault. I was just told by staff it's probably my cameras fault and that was that. Wasn't offered any other sort of compensation.... Wouldnt come back for film related items, there are other local labs that are cheaper with better service.

Chris Ferry: Great local store for your photography and videography needs! The staff is excellent and they transferred a product from a different store to my local location for pickup. They sell both new and used gear and have a good selection of products that you really want to see and handle before buying. For example, holding and trying on a backpack is a better experience than trying to gauge from just measurements and photos.Overall, I highly recommend this shop for any photography needs your might have!

When they couldn’t find an immediate solution they gave me multiple options on what my next steps could be. I am currently working on my capstone and I needed a camera ASAP. They were able to order me a camera that is better than my current one for a cheaper price than what I paid for my previous camera. I went to pick it up after a few days once it came in and it was amazing quality. They are the kindest people I have ever met and made the stressful task of getting a new camera simple and pleasurable. They went above and beyond. I am extremely impressed by and thankful for them. They now have another loyal customer, I will be going back to them anytime I need anything else.
Nicole: The staff at Hunt’s was exceptionally professional and patient with me as I struggled to download printable copies of photos to print. In addition, upon picking up my prints, I realized that I mistakenly sent the wrong photo. Alex quickly responded very graciously and had my new prints ready within an hour. The service is above and beyond, and the prints are of high quality. I will continue to use Hunt’s for all my printing and camera meds.

I specifically decided to get my photos taken here because I‘m a relatively regular customer and have always been very happy with their services, products, recommendations and especially friendly and efficient customer service- so was very confident that i would get good quality photos here. Initially I wasn’t very happy with the resolution of the photos and lighting and left a review here. A day later I received a call from them apologizing, offering a refund and outlining changes that were made to the setup.I really appreciated the follow up from them and that they immediately worked on improving the service. Would go back to get photos taken there and reliably always my go to for all things camera related in Boston.

Two pictures (half size than A4 paper )( just print) (they are identical) were charged two times of 30 dollars ( They tried to fool you and said they are different to charge you higher price to ripe you off. They charged you service fee although you are not taking pictures there( just printing). Horrible experience!
Muhieddine Labban: The worst passport photo I have ever gotten! They have no light set up and terrible resolution. Your photo will have shadows, and the colors will be pale. Do not go there! Use your iPhone instead and save your money. Also, it did not fit the requirements. The digital picture they sent us was also a scanned image of the poorly printed photos

I love how they put customers in a queue in the computer and it sends you to the spot that you need to go and the salesperson meet you there! I took many photographs because I was so impressed I want to show all of you and the best part is there is a lot of room in all of the areas of the store as well as the entrance so people with mobility issues can easily go in and out of the store, and the salesperson would push you in a wheelchair or help you.the only thing I have to say besides items not being in stock ... AND LASERS NOT HAVE ME IN THE COMPUTER SO IF I WAS GOING TO USE INSURANCE HAD I PURCHASED IT, THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HELP ME. LILIANA TRIED SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO PULL UP MY ACCOUNT. Manager comes out and quoted”we can only service/repair, no replacement. And you have to go back to the place of purchase to get your money back” Be aware of the protection plan you are buying. You might risk of no replacement and only serving/repair. Which means you are going to live without w/e the item you have purchased for 2 weeks+.Would highly recommend shopping over at Best Buy Braintree, they took care of me with in 10min. And not too far from this location.

Gb O: They absolutely saved my butt after Borrowlenses completely screwed me over on the day of my rental. These guys are professional. They're also personable and treat you like a human being. It's my favorite rental house in Boston.P.s. do not use borrowlenses. Don't take my word for it, look up their reviews. There's a reason Rule Boston is a staple in town.
Ray Cruz: Had another rental company cancel my order the day before a wedding I had to film. Rule had everything I needed and ready within an hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to get me out of the worst situation a videographer can be in. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

They put up with me, which says A LOT, time and time again. Also, when i left the store I forgot to collect all the stuff i ordered and they called me while I was on my way back to le tme know that i forgot some of my stuff but I already came a long way by then, but BRyan stayed back AFTER HOURS for me untill I come back to Rule and get all the stuff I need. He is just awesome. As long as BRyan is working for Rule they have my business.

Garrett Hacking: This place is amazing! I wish we had the likes of this in Denver! This summer I was shooting a conference in Boston. I had my first on site disaster resulting in a broken lens. I texted my assistant in Denver to line up a replacement rental ASAP. Rule was super helpful and accomodating and had exactly what I needed at a very reasonable rental price. They made the pick up and drop off super seamless. Service was friendly and empathetic. AND they didn't nickel and dime me over an extra hour or two which was super helpful and stress-reducing, as when I dropped it off, I was trying to check out of my hotel, arrange a ride to Rule and then the airport. I called and they said don't sweat bringing it a couple hours "late". That helped a ton! Can't recommend this shop enough. Please come to Denver :)

The other was not. After much searching the team member found the second one.I asked if he could open it for me so I could compare it to the one on display.He refused. He said I had to buy it first. If I wanted to buy it first I could order it online for $60 less.The reason we bother to go to a store is so we can see and experience the product BEFORE we buy.It seems they have forgotten this. No wonder retail is suffering.
John Thibodeaux: They had what I wanted. With the exception of the big fella working the front door, the most unenthusiastic staff possible.
Zachary Marcou: The majority of employees at this location, including the assistant store manager(s), need some serious coaching. It seems like there is no supervision by upper management, or some kind of disconnect from leadership, to folks on the floor. All of the outstanding employees last a few weeks at this location, and are never seen again. Most (not all) of the existing staff lacks the knowledge to do their jobs, which is on leadership to correct. I've witnessed three separate occasions where the support desk in the center of the store treated folks so poorly that it devolved into a shouting match. Their attitudes are just putrid, and they wander around in packs to perform basic tasks; it's a massive waste of payroll. A lot these behaviors are correctable, but without a concerted effort, this location will continue to lose out on revenue that would otherwise be secured by outstanding customer service. It's a shame that performance isn't audited seemingly at all. I'm not interested in costing anybody their jobs, but am happy to provide additional detail so that staff may be retrained and coached up properly.

DC: Location is smaller than most Best Buy locations I have been in. Inventory was also lower. After being in the computer area for several minutes I left. I had some questions for a store associate but no one was available.

Hello Google: The store looks modern after store layouts are redesigned. Waiting for customer services may take longer since there are not enough staff on the floor for all departments and less merchandise displayed on the displays. Viewing or looking up produts on line are not always helful. Overall, staff are helpful.

At this location, in-store pickup is ALWAYS the most torture-filled experience that will make you walk out the door.Go to Braintree.

They dismissively told me that the website was incorrect. Would not have been so bad EXCEPT they only had one store rep helping customers find items for the entire store.

We told her we would signal if we needed assistance.When we did, the sales agent was prompt and knowledgeable.We were able to complete our purchase of two appliances within 1 hour.
