Brianna Lynne: Don’t go to geek squad!Listen, I get I have an older laptop (2017), and I expressed to the worker that the laptop itself turns on with no issue but the screen is black, he told me he doesn’t have screens to replace my laptop since the brand I have doesn’t make laptops anymore, he didn’t even bother taking it to the back and opening it up to see if there’s cables lose or whatever, just shushed us off, didn’t recommend trying anything other than plugging it in to a monitor. Cut me off, didn’t listen to me. Won’t be coming back.
Akshay Vidwans: Sold me a open box tv and tech support membership for $4,000. It turned out to be defective upon delivery. Did not follow up on the issue on the issue. Did not provide a replacement under terms of the warranty or the tech support membership. Cancelled my order on their own behalf without sending me a refund. Just horrible.
sean p.: They could not take care of an online order that was guaranteed ready within an hour, for an entire day. I had to drive here twice after being reassured by customer service that it was ready. Completely unreliable service

Carmen Ilardi: I was at Best Buy with a friend looking for a laptop..it was for him...not me. He went and looked and left. If I wanted a new laptop, I would electronics review sites to see which current laptops were best, then I would go to Amazon or eBay and buy one. I have bought quite a few laptops this way. Best Buy didn't even carry the models I ended up buying in store. It's a good store to go look around. The prices are very close to MSRP, so if you want a discount on your preferred laptop, try eBay or maybe Amazon. Brick and Mortar stores are okay for some things.

Red: They're the nicest people out there, way better than the people from microcenter. The people here would ask for all the problems first and what you need while the people in microcenter would tell you how much you're going to need to pay first. They also solve your problem fast and easy and microcenter would take weeks.

S F: Istore is Such a scam of a business no easy return policy. There only airport locations are pass security so returning product to the physical store is impossible with an airline ticket. Massachusetts consumer protection law is being violated and Massport who leases the property to them is aware of the fraudulent activity.
A.A. McDaniel Hamilton: Sept2022: 3⭐: I stopped by this location to check out the item on the "must have" sign. I didn't think it was a good quality item, so stopped to pull up reviews online. I felt there were more negative ones than positive ones, so I glanced at the Google reviews too. I thought it would be best if I passed on this particular wanted item. The store was orderly and clean. There were customers in the store at the time I visited this location.
Douglas Bray: Bought noise-canceling headphones which worked very well. Salesperson was helpful although a little distracted.
Andy Saks: When I bought my item, the register rang up a price $15 higher than the sticker price on the item. When I asked the sales clerk to honor the sticker price, he said he was new and didn't know how, so I either had to pay the inflated price or not buy the item. When I tried to return the item a few days later, I was told by another sales clerk that the item wasn't returnable, even though the first sales clerk explicitly told me it was when I bought it. I won't shop here again.
Aaron Jacobs: Complete scam. I forgot my computer charger last week, so I bought one at #Logan. The employee at #InMotion took it out of the case and had me test it. It worked in the store. He kept the packaging. But it wouldn’t work on the plane at all. When I tried to return it the next week, I was told that since it worked ON THE GROUND, I couldn’t return the device I had bought at the airport. Also, I didn’t have the packaging, so I couldn’t return it for that reason as well.
