susan jones: The yacht itself was beautiful. There were two key issues that really through myself and my guest for a loop. For one we rented the Timeless yacht. The yacht is advertised in full. The bedrooms and all. But unfortunately we were not allowed below deck at all for anything other than using the bathroom. One woman on the boat told us that we had no choice but to remain upstairs because “it’s a family boat” so the the rooms were 100% off limits. Which is fine if someone would have told us this from the beginning. I just thought that the fact that I paid $4,000 for three hours gave me unlimited access to the boat. Lastly we paid for premium open bar, but the bar wasn’t well equipped enough to sustain my party of 12. They actually ran out of tequila after one round of shots. This was very disappointing.

S Griffin: I give this place high stars because honestly you can’t find a place close by to have a birthday party where you can invite the whole class from school. We had like 22 classmates for my son’s birthday and some brought siblings. You really don’t want more than 25 anyway. The price is very reasonable for that many kids. The biggest problem is that the party room is too small for parents to hang out in so if some could wait in the lobby or drop off it’s better. As the host you should try to keep an eye on the kids even though I know that is hard but some of my parent friends were very helpful. People don’t like the short time but it’s ok. Always get cupcakes because it’s faster and less messy. The two parties I’ve had there the staff were fine for me. I don’t need anything special so what they provided was sufficient. I like that they kind of leave you alone unless you need something. I want to control most things when I’m the host anyway. Thanks to the staff for a nice easy party.

R Buckley: We had our twins birthday party here and it was a real hit! I like the fact that there are two rooms for playing and then a final party room. The party room has all the things you need to set up, which is great. Kids loved it. Our party manager kept us on time and was very cordial. Easy and no fuss, which is my priority when it's a kids party!

Krizia Nilani: All this place is, is a cash cow. As a host and parent I did not appreciate the constant feeling of being rushed. $500 the function room was dirty! The walls were filthy. They didn’t even bother taking the tape off from previous parties. The birthday chair was filthy it looked like it had never been washed down properly if, at all. The kids are also NOT allowed to go back into the bouncy s. 30 mins is all we got in the function room. That’s 30 mins to bring the kids in calm the kids down sit eat and sing happy birthday that’s ridiculous!!! As a working adult a 30 min lunch break isn’t nearly enough for oneself. There’s no time to settle in. This is NOT a great place to enjoy a birthday. Maybe good for a small gathering but not made for a birthday celebration.

Frank Ajosa: I attended my niece's birthday party the second week of November at Jump On In. It usually takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but unfortunately I'm left without much choice. Besides being filthy, run down and in need of major renovations, my son almost suffered a tragic accident. While waiting patiently on top of a platform, (which was about 4ft high) to jump into the pit of styrofoam blocks, he fell off the platform backwards through a dislodged net held on by tape....Yes tape....luckily he suffered only minor bruising and scratches. We filled out an incident report, took pictures and the owner called us and was extremely apologetic. Something like this should never happen in a place that is suppose to put safety above all.

Chizz “CHIZZO” Magnificent: Nice plàce for the kids.

Krista Gaucher: Spent $700 for this place in between the overly expensive dominos (you should really disclose you use the grossest place as your food source let alone the grossest of the locations I’ve never had grosser food) and play area for a private party. The kids had not finished eating during the allotted time and instead of being a little more accommodating and giving another 10 minutes for them to eat I got told to pack up everyone and the kids can finish eating in the hallway or outside and that if I wanted extra time I should of paid for it. They were 4-6 years old!!! I understand that there was other parties behind me but those kids were playing and I’m sure the families would be ok with getting a few minutes extra play time for the crazy price you have to pay to come here for 1.5 hours. Turn off your sense for strict money wheel and turn on your sense for customer satisfaction. Me and all of the other parents that attended will not be returning.

The party time was over and pizza was not still there. I had to go and follow up with director multiple times. Guests started leaving without cake and pizza. So I decided to go with cake first. I needed knife and to light the candle but the party helper was no where to be found. The director finally came to help. We were in Woburn before and they were very organized. Woburn location would make sure to sanitize kids hands. He even with COVID they didn’t do it. It was such a stressful experience for me. They did not charge pizza cost to make up.

If you try to dance for the last song of the night, staff will come and tell you to stop because they don’t have a “license” for that. After you eat, they’ll remove half your table area to give to others. Also, as others have noted, I saw a mouse run right past a nearby patron’s feet. Our waiter was great. I'm sitting in full view of the kitchen and suddenly I see mice running all around and I'm like, whoa, ok. They seem to be having party of sorts. I had paid for my drink at this point and I call to the waitress who helped us to tell her what I was seeing. Apparently this was common and she said the manager would come over. The manager never showed up, but two young men dressed in all black did and at this point I am now pointing out the mice running up and down the curtains and the ones in plain view of us while we were talking. And he's like, yea, we've called an exterminator, etc... and I was like, sir! I've seen like 10 mice prancing about, this is just not ok! I couldn't believe how casually ok they were about what was clearly an infestation. Not ok!!!

Wacky Alpacas: Let me first say- prior to tonight Beehive was my absolute favorite restaurant in Boston that I always recommended every out of town visitor to visit. After tonight that is no longer the case.Long story short- our waiter brought us the check before our dinner even arrived at the table. We were very confused but he said it was something about him being “cut”? I asked if I could get another drink before we paid our very early check and he said no, but he told us another waiter would be with us for the rest of the night. Fast forward 30 minutes and no new waiter came and I still didn’t have a drink. My partner got up and asked another staff member for a waiter y they said someone would be right over. Definitely overpriced for what we got, but can’t speak to other drinks as that’s all we got. And then they told us they’d be closing early because it was cold… however, good thing was there was plenty of seating and different types of seating. Sadly, we won’t be returning but it does have potential to be a cool spot and probably worth stopping by if you are staying at the hotel!

When we arrived they sat us at these patio chairs with a small glass table, barely big enough for the two of us. We had waited 30 almost 40 minutes for service before we left. The staff had made eye contact and walked by us multiple times, honestly very upset about our experience! Probably wouldn’t recommend, wish I had gotten better service to provide a better review.

We were forced to make a reservation 2 months ago since we couldn't be seated thenThere was not a single redeeming part of our experiance. Had to wait in line for directions to the 'roof' (patio). Was sent up the elevator to the check in/host area on arrival which was empty for the 10 minutes we waited. Finally waited in line to ask the bar staff about the reservation and they laughed and told us to take any table and "for faster service, order at the bar". Proceeded to find a table that was the least soiled however very sticky with drink rings, crumbs and paper bits. Went to the bar for 'faster' service and the 3 drink order attempts were unable to be made since the premade batch blends ran out the night before. There were bees everywhere on the bar, which whatever, but if you wiped the bar occasionally you could at least clean off the dead ones. Finally settled on a couple drinks (batch made) which were jarringly sweet. Ordered apps as well as our main meal since the drink process was taking so long. Waiting... no bottled water available... second round of drinks, 1 beer and a gin&tonic (safe bet). G&T seemed heavy poured but was very obviously watered down gin. Beer that I ordered was not available but found one my husband liked which was not of the listed options. Still waiting for food... finally checked in on the food and the staff seemed shocked we hadn't received any yet, said they would ask the kitchen. Eventually got to the manager that 'called the kitchen' and walked away. Another large group that arrived 30-40 mins after us received food and we were still left waiting. Finally tracked down the manager again and they said they called it in personally. Still waiting for food... we finally closed our or tab without the food which was removed from another bartender since an hour+ had passed and we still had not received and app, never mind the entree. Finally as we were packing to leave almost 75 mins after ordering, food showed up but was somehow still messed up. The expensive (mkt price) lobster was prepared opposite to the option we ordered. We were comped this but at this point were laughing at the farce we were going through. Every person that works here needs to assess their career at this point. Complete fail on all levels. Never again. Avoid at all costs. We had ran into friends that had also rented the cabana option this same day and they had a worse experience than us and paid obscene amounts for wait staff that didn't show up for 2 hours after their reservation as well as all of the issues we went through. This place holds true to the Revere name. Gross.

Alsu Traveler: The place itself was nicely planned and decorated, but the whole experience did not match the experience. Food, security and hospitality services requires management’s attention. We came there to grab a few drinks with appetizers, and we were surprised they let a party of more than 10 people to crowd our table (the guests from other party literally stopped at our table a few times, putting their drinks on our table). We shared that info with our server but it was more like sharing our thoughts with him, no actions were taken.

Christine Rubeiz: I love living at the Bon, it’s a great place for someone new to the city. The short walk to the T and proximity to great restaurants and entertainment make it super convenient. They also offer every amenity you could think of - there’s a great lounge area that’s perfect for studying, the laundry and storage areas are super convenient, and the gym is top notch. All the staff are so friendly, especially Pierre, the on-site wellness coach. The gym offers so many cool things like a state of the art yoga studio with infrared lights in the ceiling, access to specialized fitness classes, and personalized fitness training. Overall an amazing place to live.

Al: I have had an excellent experience with The Bon. In particular, I have been very impressed with their staff. I was given multiple tours with Alex. He was tremendously patient with me and has been extremely supportive throughout the process. The concierges and maintenance team have been very helpful and they respond quickly.

Teddy Tao: The bon is very good, there is a large lobby for study and entertainment, a good gym, with printers and other equipment.The best is the fitness trainer is very nice, you can consult a lot of sports problems.

Daqian Fang: The location of the appartment is so good. Near the Target, Star Market, Wholefoods Market, and Newbury St. The equipment of the apartment is new and sufficient. The resident serving is also fast.

Tia S: A quick and easy move in process. Alex was wonderful all throughout the leasing process! Leasing answers emails quickly, they’re very friendly along with the concierge and others I’ve seen around! When I moved in, they left snacks and little necessities which was super sweet, and everything is super clean and quiet! Such a great location too!

Kim Yang: I love the concept of care free living! No bills to pay, electricity, cable tv and wifi are included in my furnished apartment. I have a gorgeous view of Fenway park that cannot be beat! The staff here are top notch! Viktor and Sheena helped me when I lost my key and they were both so nice. I’m really looking forward to the residents cafe opening as well. I really enjoy the residents lounge area as well and the outdoor patio is beautiful. It’s so nice everytime I come home to be greeted by a warm and welcoming smile and hello.

Sijin Chen: The bon is the best place to live in. It is pretty beautiful and convenient. I've had the best service in this apartment. It has the most comprehensive study space, rest space and gym. Studying here is the best choice for me to study in the United States. I can enjoy quiet study every day and work hard to become a big guy.

Michaela Dema: Living at the bon makes life more comfortable. Not only does it have a modern aesthetic but also many facilities to use on site with friendly personnel like Pierre, who is also a great personal trainer adaptive to your needs. So, if you are in search of a new place to live have a look at the bon as it has a welcoming atmosphere which, is what makes it a home.

Dana Grandoni: The pre dinner rolls were amazing. The bacon app (more like pork belly) was amazing. But unexpectedly the steak dishes were a little disappointing. I had the wagyu meatballs which were good but could have been any moist meatballs. My $65 ribeye was well seasoned but over cooked. I wasn't the only one in the party who got an overcooked steak, which is a steakhouse sin. The wait staff did their job adequately but they were not overly friendly.Tl;dr you're going to get good food but it's probably not worth the price.

Diana Maksymiuk: This place was beyond our expectations.We had group of 11 and our server Melissa was the best server, we had 6 months old with us and Melissa held him while the mother ate her dinner. I have never had a server that cared so much for guest experience. We will be coming back to this place every time we’re in town.
