She doesn't have great customer service skills the way she talk to me, you would think that she thought I was stealing. I am way too educated to be taking things that does not belong to me. A person should never look at someone because of context of their skin.

V: I have been shopping at this specific location for 10+ years. They have a wide variety of shoes for both men and women. It’s always organized & the staff are friendly. FIRST FLOOR: Men & Women sneakers. SECOND FLOOR: womens heels, boots & Clarence section. If the escalator going down to first floor isn’t working. There is an elevator & stairs to lead you back down. I ordered a pair of boots online for pickup at this location for the first time and wanted to ask a few questions regarding the pickup. I made three different phone calls. The first one was put on hold forever (10 mins+) and never heard back. The next two calls got picked up and hung up immediately without saying anything. This is super rude. I totally understand that they are busy. They can just leave ignore the calls in the first place. So, I didn't have to wait for them.Anyhow, due to its prime location, I will probably shop here again.

I was in town for the weekend, bought a pair of shoes, had them for one day and I couldn’t exchange them because I wore them out of the store and walked 50 feet to the hotel in them. I wanted to exchange - not return - and was still denied. This is the first time I bought shoes from a retail store in years. I mostly buy online but wanted to support the local economy. It’s too bad stores adopt these antiquated policies when online shops are much easier for returns. I will not shop at a physical Clarke’s again. Much easier to get it through Zappos and not have some sales lady give you a hard time when you want to upgrade your boots.

It turned into a scene and that's why I'm writing this review - completely mismanaged and unprofessional staff. Uncomfortable for everyone around.Do NOT shop here. Sadiyah Archibald: I’ve called this store numerous times to try to get a hold of someone, and no one could direct me to the department I needed. Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again
Nhung Nguyen: Do not recommend this department store! Terrible service! I bought a bottle of perfume and got it shipped to my house in NH. The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. You can get better service from Dots then them. Don’t waste your time and money shopping there. Horrible experience.

Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.

I let them know that the item I ordered was different and is now out of stock- the staff scoffed at me saying it looks “almost” the same.Well clearly it was different belt (w/different code number) from what I ordered which I explained. Peter Lakov: Refused a return for a jacket and a sweater ($600 total) because the labels were not attached to the items. Of course they won't be, as I bought them for presents, and I didn't want the price tags to show - even though they could check and find them in their system. If you're going to shop there, proceed with caution, and read very (VERY) carefully their small print - don't expect the common courtesy of typical stores.

Tina Cozzolino: Did not carry sneakers that my daughter was looking to get and don't really like the choice they have for a selection of shoes and they do have a section in the back of the store where they have shoes marked down with different percentage taken off depending on the color of the sticker on the box. Can also donate a pair of shoes for points added to your rewards card.

Andy Au: Besides buying boots (not sure why) I always buy my shoes here. I walk about 10,000 steps a day so I'm in constant need of new shoes every couple months. Out of all the DSWs I been to this is the one with the largest selection so if they don't have a pair of shoes to my liking I can say with confidence that the other DSWs won't be any better. My girlfriend loves buying her boots and socks here as well, and when she needs to go to a DSW this is the one I will always bring her to.

God's Good Grief: Its a small, clean, very organized store. Not much selection maybe because its an outlet. At the time of my visit they were having a 2 for $99 sale. Wish I had grabbed 2 pairs of these shoes, maybe if they were available in another color. They are very comfortable for lots of walking 😁

Nick Giacobbe: At my job I take a lot of steps I usually average 15,000 a day. I need shoes with great support. There's a model of Clark's that works very well for me at the time I could not find any they're all out of stock and out of season. I have been to the Burlington Mall store and they were unable to help me. I went to the Clarks Outlet Store and there were none to be found Molly stops me and asked if she could help, she was a big help she found two pairs of the shoes that I like she called different stores across the East Coast till she found them. Fantastic customer service !!!She has seen me walking my dog in front of the store and given my dog a treat unbelievably personable.
