Peter Lakov: Refused a return for a jacket and a sweater ($600 total) because the labels were not attached to the items. Of course they won't be, as I bought them for presents, and I didn't want the price tags to show - even though they could check and find them in their system. I've shopped many times there in the past, but this experience leaves me wondering if I should continue. If you're going to shop there, proceed with caution, and read very (VERY) carefully their small print - don't expect the common courtesy of typical stores.

Karissa Parker: They are supposed to fix the corners of your bag for you if it starts to show signs of wear. I brought my bag to the Newbury location and the girl working literally chuckled and said they only do that for very minor wear. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. The damage to my bag was very minor (just small holes at the corners.) I took it to another location and they fixed my bag without issue. Would not go to this location again.
Sasha Khan: I unfortunately didn’t get the name of the young woman that helped me, but she was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. Definitely will be stopping in again the next time in town. They had a great selection and I found the size and color bag I had been looking for and was having a hard time finding!

I love Longchamp, and was excited that one of my favorite brands was so close by.When I walked in I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked a question (blonde woman, appears to be the manager), she seemed annoyed by my presence. Or that I was even asking her a question. The other staff member was very pleasant, so perhaps I may return. But it is very disheartening to go into a store that you love, and be treated that way. I shop at Longchamp frequently but I’m not sure I will be returning to this store. It is not hard to be kind to people. Everyone should feel welcome but I guess someone didn’t get the memo.
Wellesley GM: I frequently shop on Newbury Street but recently had the pleasure of visiting Longchamp Boston. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an authentic welcome from the associate. The space was clean, organized, and inviting. I had the pleasure of chatting with the store manager, Scarlet, who helped me find the perfect bag for my Mother who is planning a trip to Italy next month. I never felt pressured to purchase and actually had a lovely conversation about the history of Longchamp (which is fascinating)! Needless to say, I had a wonderful experience in the store from start to finish and ended up purchasing the La Voyageuse Crossbody Bag in Black (which I know my Mother will love) and highly recommend Longchamp to anyone looking for a personalized shopping experience. Bravo!
Beth Chabot-Crick: Arrives in Monday October 14, 2019 at 11am, website indicated shop should have been opened at 10. Several customers waited outside. A woman arrived shortly after 11, let herself in and locked the door behind her. She did not acknowledge anyone waiting to get into the shop. I finally left after 30 minutes and went to Tory Burch . Tried calling the shop telephone number, no answer. The women in Tory Burch were very helpful and I purchased a beautiful bag. By the time I left Longchamp, none of the 4 people waiting had stayed . Poor service
Linda Dotolo: I have had my Tote Bag for a year, I never use it, I'm not a fan. It's one of the large totes and it's so stiff, it's really not comfortable against my body. All the money I paid for this tote one you think that you would get more than one tiny zipper compartment. Nothing for small items like my license, eye glasses or important items that you need to get to easily??? I wanted it most for traveling and everything just gets lost on the bottom and all you do is dig. A few pockets and zippers would be helpful for a tote that costs $150.00.... Really, who designed this tote? Not a women on the go. Not worth the $$$

Every one I had spoken to either hung up on me or never transferred the call. Once I finally got a hold of someone, they seemed reluctant to even check and see if the item i wanted was in stock. After telling me what was in stock, they abruptly said ‘bye bye’ and hung up with out any thing else being said.

Sabej Tahan: This isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience here, first was the Chanel Beauty inside the Saks store, I went to see what foundation I wanted but I wanted to try a sample of it to make sure it’s my shade but the lady said they couldn’t do samples so i bought the shade she colour matched me. Tried it at home, it wasn’t my colour so I went back to return it and it was the same lady that sold me the foundation, she seemed very upset and just grabbed the receipt out of my hand and then just shooed me away, Now the second time I went to buy a twilly at the Dior store, was greeted nicely but once i went back to return it they told me to go away and couldn’t return it because it was “used” even though the sales associate wrapped it in around my bag. Don’t know but I think this store is very racist because i kept getting looks up and down and judged because i was struggling with my english pronunciation. Very disappointed. Won’t ever be coming in again

The associate claimed it would take 3-5 days to recieve and even 6 days later, I heard nothing from thr store regard my order. Sak’s online system does not connect to the store purchase which I could not track my order because there is no order number on the store receipt! Too much complications to chase cat tails, manager to manager that we have called 3 time and no one resposible for my order, even the lady on fragrance section who sold it to me shave it off. I was really upset. The assc also forced me to open a credit card to receive 10% off instea of just sign up for my email online.

I ended up putting a claimed for my money and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund. For a big company like this, they need to revisit their service because they have none. Yimeng Wang: purchased a YSL Nikki from Saks last year and found out that the YSL head quarter weren't able to authenticate that, resulting in me not able to receive any warranty or other after service. This is very bad and disappointing plus surprising situation, but Saks continue to refuse to provide ANY solution, not a refund, nothing. They just kept telling me they are authorized retailer regardless my email from YSL saying they were not able to authenticate that. Makes me question the quality of all other items they sell.

Anastasia Yefremova: Absolutely fell in love with the clothes here, and this is a great location. The staff is super helpful, especially in the denim section. And I love their program that allows you to recycle old jeans for $30 off a pair of their own jeans. Their summer dresses are easy/breezy, and their fall/winter sweaters are some of the warmest and comfiest I own. I also got a pair of high top leather/velour sneakers that were worth every penny I paid. By far the most comfortable pair I currently own, though I had to break them in a bit first. Pricy, but a great treat from time to time. It's all just really good quality.

I went to the back , mind you I currently use a medium sized caramel blush Longchamp crossbody.I walk to the section and see Anna a full figured woman who was checking Inventory with her male Asian “American” colleague and asked “ by chance do you guys have a trashcan as I’ve been looking for one, Anna responded “ they didn’t have one in the Mall? I said “ no they didn’t have one and she said they should have one.. “ I said “ well they didn’t, I looked and do you really think I’d be walking around with trash if I could have thrown it away”?She did not offer to toss it.. not that she had to but hey…. It was the “accusatory side eye”Anyway with trash in hand andAgainst my better judgment, I stayed in the store looking at the bag IWanted to purchase, brought it over to Anna who gave me the price but I decided Not to purchase it, the bag costs over $200.I didn’t splurge because I didn’t want her to get commission on the sale.I went to Saks where I was treated with sincere dignity and respect and Purchased the bag that made my whole shopping experience worth it after such a long work week.I’m truly tired of the shenanigans of Customer Service.Either you are sincere and professional or you are not on the first shot..I love it when people show you Who they are… Respectfully..Strive to do better.. I brought the unworn shoes back with receipt in hand looking to return them and purchase a pair of louboutins however the woman was almost immediately put off that I would even approach her. Once I said I was in need of exchanging the shoes she took my receipt and immediately handed it back stating it was outside of the window and I should have read the text “right in front of me” on the receipt. I began to try and explain I was looking to exchange and purchase a shoe of greater value but she cut me off and told me to refer to my receipt. I still plan on purchasing another pair of shoes but will look to purchase elsewhere as this woman didn’t have an ounce of customer service or willingness to work on the solution.

Lee Estabrook: There's no doubt NM is a high-end shop with really nice things. That said, Neiman Marcus Boston must be the absolute worst shopping experience. Not only is the selection not so great, not even close, but the level of customer service in the mens department today was bleak and just plain rude. Bought a tie to wear to work and while looking at several suits the supposed customer service rep walked away, and went to the register around the other end of the mens area and stood staring at us as it we were an terrible inconvenience to him. It literally made no sense. So we paid and when asked why we were being rushed his response was he had other customer to attend. Ok no problem just explain that and we would have gladly waited. Upon checking out and paying, he then announced he did not have a bag for the item and we would need to get one up-stairs. This has to be the most crazy experience particularly at such a high-end shop, known for service. With service like this, It's no wonder NM is nearly out of business and companies like Chanel have removed their product lines from the stores. This type of treatment and lack of customer service to match its supposed exclusivity truly explains everything.

Adham Youssef: I had the most uncomfortable experience of my life here. Do not come in if you aren’t white. I had read the other reviews that mentioned the same thing and didn’t understand until I went in. I was followed for 45 minutes by a bald sales rep, bob who stood 2 feet away watching me the whole time. When I asked him for help he asked a question about cotton out of nowhere and refused to help me my rest of the time there. This store is explicitly racist, and even though management knows, nothing is going to be done.

What's more, she introduced us to the membership program, vanity labels and the personalization platform with pendants. We are eager to put our sense of design at the service of our new camo courier. 20 years back, our first briefcase was a Coach. On that particular day, we flew a Tailwind Air floatplane from NYC to B-Town. Had it not been for bad weather, we would have stayed longer and bought another beloved piece. At last, the security guard opened the door, "Thanks for coming, good day, good bye!" We could all take a page out of the new Coach's playbook.

Sintia Trinidad: Yesterday I had the worst experience that I have ever had in a clothing store. I went to Zara to return 1 item. After spending more than 20 minutes in line the girl at the register told me that returns are in the second floor (mind you there’s no sign whatsoever that returns are on the second floor). I go to the second floor, there’s is maybe10 people if front of me. There are two girls at the register taking forever. I was in line for more than 45 minutes. I approach one of the employees that is working on the floor ( all he was doing was standing in one spot and talking to two other employees), I asked if there is anyway that he can call for backup. (My parking sticker that I purchase for an hour and 28 minutes was going to expire, all in the process of return an item). His answer was “ no there’s nothing we can do, if you want to you can go to the Natick location.”This is beyond unacceptable, rude, and unprofessional!

Martha Schick: I usually don't shop at Zara for environmental reasons, but I had to pick something up there. The store was disorganized with boxes everywhere and clothing on the ground. I think they must have been understaffed, because it was hard to find anyone on the floor to ask for help, and the pick up sign was just in a corner next to an elevator with no one around. The employees themselves were pleasant, but it still took a long time to get my order after finding someone to check in with.
Deborah Jordan: Stood in line for about 15 minutes just to be told returns are on the second floor so I join the line upstairs and another 20 minutes went by and I finally got the front and I told her customer service said I could bring in my return and immediately she said I had to prove I talked to customer service in order to do the return! Sounds like she just picked any lie so she wouldn’t help me as she turned away the person before me for some other bogus reason. Last time I checked you scan the barcode on the receipt and the product barcode to do a return but she was playing gatekeeper. I went back downstairs and luckily the lovely people downstairs helped and did my return no issues :) overall if you have to do a return follow the policy online and just ship it back. Don’t. Go. In. They need support there or just shut it down!

She and others made great suggestions, hunted for different options and styles, and even called a nearby store to reserve an item in my behalf. What a welcoming group, I can’t recommend them enough!!

The saleswoman (who opened the store) was really snotty right off the bat. I guess we interrupted her breakfast as she was eating Dunkin’ Donuts and drinking coffee at the counter right out in the open. Pretty unprofessional, if you ask me.My daughter approached her a couple times to ask questions, but again she seemed very put off by our mere existence in her store. I guess she needed time to finish her breakfast and process that coffee before interacting socially with other people.We will continue to shop the store in Scottsdale, where customers are treated very well. In hindsight, it never occurred to me that the sales person is probably unhappy because she can’t afford the clothing that she sells. Still, Anthropologie could probably do a better job of selecting their employees.
