Joseph Chow: The line was short and fast when you wait for your order. No bag is for eat-in only. I used the foot long sandwich and 20 oz drink for the coupon. When you wait for the order everyone pick and choose a bread and then protein if toasted or not. Pick and choose toppings and sauce. Have a drink and an optional snack.

Vahe Yacoubian: A pretty good subway. No problems, hard workers, and the sandwich tastes good. While subway isn't the best sandwich in the world, its consistent, cheap, and customizable and I like that.
Bill Foody: Most Subways have gone downhill of late, which is why so many of them are closing, but this one is one of the worst of the bunch. Ordered via the app for pickup, the clerks don't speak English, they forgot to give me some of my items and also served me the wrong bread without mentioning the fact that they were out of it, you know, only the most popular. How does a Subway run out of Italian Bread??? Only after I sat down to eat did I discover this. Wrote in feedback to Subway and the owner didn't even bother to respond. Will not be back

Skylar Lalonde: Most of the negative reviews stem from a refusal to let customer service people be people. The employees show more humanity than at a lot of places; if you want to be served with an unquestioning smile, this isn't the place for you. Good service, enjoyable conversation (imagine that), standard Subway food.

Exceptionally slow and reluctant service, especially when you're unfortunate enough to get "that woman" that everyone else has mentioned. Your sandwich will be cold again by the time you get it.2. They ask for your whole order at once, even though they will invariably forget and have to ask you again.3. Extremely careless and haphazard sandwiches are produced here. If you want half of your ingredients in the bag rather than between the bread, this is the place for you.4. The staff are rude and all seem to hate eachother. One will prepare your messy sandwich, then begrudgingly tell the guy taking payment what it is, while exchanging dirty looks. There's no teamwork here.5. The tables are always messy.If you are the manager or franchise owner, you need to address all of this. There's no reason a subway should have such negative feedback. This branch is an embarrassment.
M Salem: Please do not go here. They only had one lady who worked there during the very busy lunch time. And if that was not enough, the lady is RUDE and so SLOW. It took me like half an hour just to put my order in and even when I ask questions, she barely answers. And by the way, the ingredients are not fresh and the seating is not clean
sohail Akhtar: I have a very bad experience with this subway. A lady employee first in the row when you enter is very very rude. No respect for customers. I was watching her when she was making sandwich for the person just before me. It appeared to me unhygienic. So I wanted that the girl next to her make the sandwich for me. In this attempt I moved a little further. The lady started charging me that I cut through the line with raised voice. I told her that I didn’t cut through, and just wanted a veggie sandwich. But she didn’t stop there and tried to draw me in argument which I avoided and left the place. This is the responsibility of the store manager to watch how the customers are treated by employees. I will never go to this place again.

I wanted to get the juice from the fountain, but they said it is not possible because they're closing soon and they threw all the juice away in front of me, and the closing time was not even near at all. After that, I came here several times and they were closed all these times, even though the closing time says 10 pm for mondays to fridays. Today, I came again just to check for the last time and the time was 8pm, they were stupidly closed again! Never again!!!!!!

Cin Labbe: If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have HORRIBLE customer service skills. I ordered a salad and realized I didn't get any dressing. I walked back in and it was a different gentleman up front on his phone I asked if I could have some dressing. He was so engaged on his phone he didn't hear me ask for 2 dressings so I had to ask for a second one. Then I asked if they had crackers and he walked to the back which I saw him getting something I assumed crackers then I noticed he was taking a while to come back. So I asked if he was getting the crackers he said very rudely I said no we didn't have any. I told him I didn't hear him obviously, because I was still standing at the counter waiting and you saw me waiting. He then said well I said no rudely again and another lady intervened by saying no ma'am we do not have crackers. If he had not been so focused on his phone and focused on the customer he would have known I did not hear him answer me. This was my first and last visit to this store. And employees should know if you are going to be on your cellphone, standing up front is not the place to be if you don't want to assist any customers.

Jordan Valliere: It's Sunday at 5:39pm. Lights on, staff talking rudely. Other people walking in to eat. Employee says they are closed. No sign with hours. Online shows they close at 9:00pm. Can't rate the food or quality of service because they were closed. Guests should not be allowed in when store is closed. It's hot, children are hungry and I was looking forward to some old brown fixings. Pearl vision is right next door and they are terrific.

M A N I A T I C: This place, subway is good but they never have anything to add sándwich. Always out of everything like toppings.

Pretty clean interiors , pleasant atmosphere and music. Friendly staff, good service, good food, fair prices.Yet the problem is the restrooms. They closed them a long time ago and refuse to make them available for customers, with the ridiculous excuse of Covid... the pandemic is over, the world has fully reopened a long time ago. If people can enter restaurants with no masks and dine-in, they should also be allowed to use the restroom and wash their hands. It makes a big difference!It seems the real issue is that random people from the street would use the restrooms. The solution in many other restaurants is a keypad lock, the code is written on the receipts so only patrons get it.Vegetarian options: Like any other Subway, they offer veggie sandwiches.Kid-friendliness: Like all Subway restaurants.

Nathan Oldakowski: I really love Subway, and I will admit that I frequent this particular one at least once a week. It can be very inconsistent-- I come around 7pm and sometimes the vegetables are starting to wilt, and other times they are just fine. I always get a veggie delight and sometimes it's the most delicious sandwich of all time and sometimes it's just sad. The staff are generally friendly, and I enjoy that they have the TV set to CNN because I don't have cable. Would not recommend that you come here if you are looking for a good sandwich every time, but it is in a convenient place.

Chizoba Gatlin: This place clearly states that it is open until 6pm.It is currently 3:21pm on a Tuesday and they are closed-still inside but will not allow me in and are staying they’re closed. Unprofessional. There’s no sign on the door stating they have revised hours either.

David Rollins: We showed up a little after 4pm on a Saturday and they were already closed. We could see someone behind the counter, but the doors were locked and they were supposed to be open until 5. We went to the Subway in City Hall Square instead. It's not that much more to walk there, would recommend going there instead and just skipping this one.
