CHA Obstetrics and Gynecology Center at Cambridge: what do users think?
TOBY BUTLER: Horrible staff, what’s the point in going to a hospital if they are going to treat you like a child and make fun of you for something you cannot control. it’s like the staff got their certificates from a cereal box.
Syd RL: I had an IUD placed by PP a few years ago and had a terrible experience- I had a lot of pain and the provider cut the strings too short. I went to CHA to get it removed and replaced, and it was much better than I had hoped. The provider talked me through the steps that would happen if she couldn’t find the strings. She used enough anesthetic and had great technique and repeatedly checked in about my pain level. I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute and they fit me in for the same day and didn’t act like they were in a rush or I was inconveniencing them.
Jane Maksimik: Terrible service, terrible waiting time to get an appointment even when you have an urgent case. They still offer you only a Televisit which can be scheduled only in a month and which doesn't make sense at all. I will immediately be changing the organization.
Rachel: Not sure why others have given such poor ratings. I think they are making judgements based on one time interactions. I have been a CHA patient since 2005, and most recently entrusted my pregnancy care here. Not only have I received excellent medical care, my entire experience from admins to nurses, to labs, to Doctors and communications has been friendly, warm, and supportive, not just in the past 9 months, but over the last 15 years. I love the easy access to my Doctors and Nurses through the online portal, and get a lot of my questions answered there quickly.Through out this Covid pandemic, I have continued to receive excellent, excellent, care despite my long time OBGYN being temporarily re-assigned to cover Covid patients instead. Many hospitals in the area had to pull surgeons and other Nurses and Doctors as all-hands-on-deck was needed to tackle the Covid pandemic surge, including mine and reallocate them to Covid front. Despite all this I have so received excellent care! Thank you CHA!
Julia Hayden: DO NOT GO HERE. If you want professionalism, medical results relayed to you in realistic time frames, and a facility that respects you as a patient, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The staff here has owed me information from my procedure for over a week now and despite multiple phone calls made, I have yet to hear from them. They have been giving me the work around since last week and refuse to provide me with any information, only taking messages and saying “they’ll follow up”. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They are not worth your time or money and shouldn’t be practicing medicine due to their lack of respect. Women’s health should not be an area of neglect!!
Fabina DEMEDEIROS: If you are pregnant and care about your baby's health and your !!AVOID that hospital ,I had the worst experience with Dr Jackson a obstetrician, we could notice she has no much experience!!Just repeated everything rhat the nurse had said. She just focus in how bad things can turn when u pregnancy. She really shouldn't work as a obstetrician. And the woman at the lab were taking a NapWhile one Girl was working on answer the phone, printing labels and collecting Material. She got mad because the poor girl had to interrupt her NAP time.I couldn't believe what I saw
Wendy Chacon: It's been a great And outstanding patient care. I'm truly grateful for everything. 🙏🏼

Planned Parenthood - Greater Boston Health Center: what do users think?
Claerbout Hanna: Extremely kind staff and proper attention and attitude towards healthcare.
Nicole Conlin: Super professional and caring staff. Seamless check in process and was even called in earlier then my appointment time.
Ava Anton: Terrible service, got here an hour early, only person in the clinic and still had to wait
Ana Galarza: My appointment was canceled 2 days in advance and was given no reason as to why. Terrible service
Nikolas Maillis: horid
Stephanie Joseph: Mesha- i truly hope i spelled her name right. I’ll call to make sure. She is an absolute saint!! Her patience, support and compassion is truly indescribable. She’s such an incredible person and addition to the team. Jess, Yaz and Rebecca are some of the kindest care professionals i’ve met. It’s refreshing to meet folks who actually really enjoy their jobs and are truly kind humans. They’re truly a dream team. It out weights the amount of time waiting. My only reservation and something i’m looking forward to is the day they become more kid friendly. I think it’ll truly be helpful to allow children to learn about the resources that the world has to offer for women. This can normalize women having autonomy over the decisions they make for themselves. Our world carries such a negative stigma towards this facility when they’re one of many who actually provides women with resources and options. However, i personally don’t believe you can truly support women without supporting children. That’s my own opinion:)
Abbe Neumann: I've had an appointment booked for weeks with this clinic and only received a phone call today stating that they don't have enough time for the appointment and have canceled it. I tried calling but was hung up on, called back only to sit in a queue. Online booking is booking starting next month.
Reagan DeSantis: I came yesterday for a follow up appointment thinking I was getting the IUD birth control, and even though it wasn’t in their system and they had no idea I was supposed to get it until I said something, they still did it for me! I also arrived 40 minutes late to my appointment.. I had thought my appointment was for 130, but it was actually for 1pm. Regardless I was still 10 minutes late to the appointment time I thought I had but everyone was extremely accommodating to me. I was waiting 2 or so hours to get the IUD placed but regardless I’m super grateful they took me and got it done. Everyone I’ve met at this location are some of the sweetest people I’ve met!! I highly recommend coming here. Wait time is a little iffy, but just remember everywhere is so short staffed since the pandemic and they’re just doing their best.Thanks.
Michelle Lee: Génesis P. is the supervisor here but she struggled remembering the financial department's extension number and was so quick to push rescheduling as soon as we encountered an issue. The front desk people were far more patient and far less redundant. Génesis seems to have broken HIPAA when providing first and last names, a member id and group number of an individual who was incorrectly linked to my medical records. I came earlier this Nov saying that their insurance information's inaccurate and they failed to resolve the problem multiple times and had me who is sick call three different numbers in order to fix their blunder. She nonstop said that there's no way she could help call or help fix this glitch that she should have apologized for; instead, she ingenuinely said she understands. She mumbles when she talks and gave off the coldest demeanor. I truly recommend a new supervisor as soon as possible. She's the reason I wish I could give 0 as opposed to 1 star.
xing lin: This place produces huge noise every morning at 6:30am for one hour, awakening me from sleep. It's such a trash building that is a huge noise producer in the city.
Dokyun Kim: Worst experience. There was no patient ahead of me waiting. The nurse told me to wait for a bit.. I waited for an hour and the nurse came to check me again and told me the doc will be with me in about 5-10 minutes.. The doc didn't show up for another half an hour so I decided to get refunded and leave.
brady hunter: Dr. Michelle Forcier is mentally unfit to be a doctor, she should not be near children AT ALL, horrible place since they hire people like her
Karen Kenyon: Great services with friendly staff, security and escorts. Thank you for treating all of your patients with the compassion and respect they deserve. Boston is very lucky to have such a nice and safe Planned Parenthood Facility.
kate rose: Everyone should go here. Escorts and security made me feel safe! I went for a routine exam/testing and was so impressed. The whole practice was SO clean and the women were so accommodating. Asked all of the right questions with no judgment. Quick and easy! highly recommend.
E Rowland: I had a lovely experience with two very kind PA’s. Planned parenthood was able to help provide me with birth control when all other primary care and gynecologists weren’t able to schedule me an appointment for another 2 months out. My appointment was via phone/video call and was quick and painless. Thank you very much for everything!
Kahunde Nessa-Akiiki: I had the best experience right from the security guy, the lady that worked on me at the reception(Ms.Yanira), the medical assistant and the doctor, everyone was so sweet and kind,I was treated very well and they made my visit so easyI highly recommend
Al Spruill: Poor communication
Tara Monteiro: I am never coming back to this location. I can appreciate schedules run behind as I work in healthcare but this was beyond. I scheduled an appointment for 420p assuming I’ll be here at most an hour, an hour and a half. 45 minutes and I’m still waiting to be called. I’m getting an IUD and I don’t understand how multiple ppl have checked in after me and are being called ahead of me. I checked in with the desk and they say 5 minutes. That was 10 minutes ago. I only came cause my OB was booked through the end of the year. This was not worth the frustration.
Athenais LaMontespan: The only medical organization that I trust with my reproductive organs.
Emilie Hardel: I'm so, so happy that there's a place for womxn to receive healthcare from other womxn. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly, my IUD insertion was fast and efficient, and they show obvious care for the experience of their patients. I'll be donating and voting to keep them open for decades to come.
Julia McElroy: I had an amazing experience here. I’m so thankful there’s such professional care for womxn. Thank you, PP, for making me at ease while also being extremely informative.

Boris I. Orkin, MD - Private Abortion Clinic: what do users think?
Helen Gold: I am pleased to convey my admiration for Dr. Orkin! His bedside manner, compassion, and expertise in the literature have exceeded my expectations every time I have visited him. I have intended to write this review for the past 6 months, and my recent appointment has underscored the importance of sharing positive experiences. The staff is also fantastic, particularly as they recently relocated offices, and I struggled with navigating Los Angeles and went to the incorrect location. Despite being 30 minutes tardy for my appointment, they were kind and accommodating, squeezing me in without issue. If it were possible, I would give Dr. Orkin and his team 100 stars! Thank you!
Judith Berrouet: I called and hang up on me when I was giving me name smh
Alex Light: Dr. Orkin and his staff is the best. I have been with him for 26 years. He was my doctor during my two pregnancies and successfully delivered my two children. Two years ago I had problems with my period and my PCP sent me to US and they recommended to go through painful and expensive procedure to get further diagnostic. I decided to get a second opinion and came to dr Orkin again. He didn't believe the results and sent me to his US specialist. She took at the account the date of my cycle and my age and the results were totally different.
Rebecca Charles (Becky): This place is terrible.i wouldn't reccomend to anybody. He yelled at me and was talking about my private issues in front of other patients. Right in the waiting room. The office is very small. Theres like 6 chairs all crammed in a little tiny room.the receptionist was rude and the lady that did my ultrasound was a complete see you next Tuesday. I felt very uncomfortable but due to circumstances I had to go thru with my procedure. I would never tell anybody to go here. If you have the option go else where.
bill gates: They are very unprofessional .... They don't explain anything about any of procedure They very hungry money also they should definitely give better advice and make people feel more welcome it felt like I was in a scary movie and the lady that does the ultrasound is very rough and very ignorant she should get a new profession or retire ... WORST PLACE EVERDONT GO IF YOUR UNDER 18 BECAUSE THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANNA HEAR SIMPLE.... IF YOU UNDER 18 GO TO ANOTHER PLACE NOT THIS ONE!!!!!!! ORKIN NEEDS TO GET TO KNOW HIS PATIENTS NOT JUST GIVE THEM TWO OPTIONS AND THAT IT LIKE NO EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT & EVERYONE BODY IS DIFFERENT LIKE WORST PLACE ... DONT LET THE RATING FOOL YOU PLEASE ... ESPECIALLY IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME WORST PLACE TO GO TO .....
Vicky Migos: If I can give a zero star, I would 100%. Not only is the office not following covid guidelines. The doctor had the audacity to expose my business in front of other patients. Instead of being sincere with what was happening he was looking for the next dollar. He would lie if he said he wouldn't because I walked out and he charged my insurance card and not only that then sends me a bill. The office is small, dirty, and the doctor and staff is rude. Save yourself the trouble and seek another doctor. This doctor is all about the money! He should be reported for what his office looks like and the fact the office is sooo small and he had like five people standing around not six feet apart (this was months ago) and should be reported for not having an area where he can talk privately with the patient instead of discussing it in front of others and then yelling at you as well.
T H: Did not have a good experience. Both Dr. Orkin and his receptionist were rude, discussing the details of my visit in the lobby in an unkind way. I felt embarrassed.
Berta Margo: Best experience i have had since i don't know how many years. Very positive. The staff is very nice and they smile with you which is very important, the manager took her time to explain everything and then Dr.Orkin was the typical cherry on top of a cake. He took his time for me, listened to me and was very gentle. Dr Orkin and his team deserve 10 stars not just 5!
Cristi Capat: This was my first time visiting this Gynecological & AbortionClinic in Brookline, and I felt extremely welcome and supported by all of the staff and doctors that I interacted with. They were extremely informative and kind and I could tell that they genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I highly recommend coming here.
Aleksandra Itk: Another doctor discovered I had a fibroid but I decided to go to Dr Orkin to get a second opinion. I brought test results and an ultrasound pic with me to the appointment. Dr Orkin almost laughed at my face and dismissed everything I brought saying that me being 29 y/o and healthy female it is impossible to have fibroids and this was probably just a muscle twist at the time of the ultrasound, he made me feel stupid and turned me away without even looking. (I actually indeed had 2 fibroids).

Mount Auburn Hospital - Center For Women: what do users think?
Trina Dinnar: My journey with this facility began in June of 2021. From day one, the office staff was mediocre at best. Scheduling was time-consuming and response time was slow or non-existent. However, Dr. Mackenzie has an impeccable reputation as an endometriosis excision specialist and it is only for that reason that I dealt with the terrible staff there and remained persistent in order to receive his care. I would rate the office staff one star if I could. Dr. M, on the other hand, is the best specialist in the field in New England. It was worth a 15 month wait to have surgery with him. For anyone looking to have surgery with him, be prepared to call the office repeatedly to get anything done. Much patience is needed, but in the end, Dr. M's care is worth it!!!
Elio Maggini: Once seen the care is acceptable. However, we have never been seen even close to on-time. Which is understandable but they should AT LEAST give feedback on how long the backlog is.....waiting an hour past our appointment with 6 other couples shoulder-to-shoulder is just not acceptable at any time and definitely not during The Apocalypse Part II.
Renée Ọmọladé: I’ve had three children with the midwives who are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.
Katherine Harrison: Do not come here. I had an IUD put in at this office and about a year and a half later, had some unexpected bleeding (like a murder scene amount of blood) so they sent me to get an ultrasound in the hospital. The ultrasound revealed that the IUD had embedded in my uterus which I had been warned was an uncommon but very serious condition. It wasn’t yet fully puncturing through, but if that were to happen it could be an emergency situation. The office staff and nurses I spoke to were EXTREMELY blasé about it. When I called to make the appointment to have it removed I couldn’t even get through to a receptionist until the next day when they finally called me back. The receptionist acted like I was having a routine removal and said nothing was available for a month. I had to repeatedly insist that this was just shy of an emergency and that this was noted in my chart. She made it very clear that she had no idea the severity of my situation and hadn't opened the notes the nurse left. Essentially I was left in a situation where I had to wait for them to get organized and get me an appointment or wait for the IUD to fully pierced through my uterus causing significant damage and bleeding so I could go to the hospital.
Maureen Curreri Collier: In reply to the woman, who stated the front desk crew were unhelpful and rude. This couldn't be more far from the truth! Nicole and all the ladies knock themselves out for patients, no matter how busy or stressful their day may be.....they are GREAT! Thank you ladies!
L: Horrible customer service!
Hannah Joyce: I am a patient of Dr. M and have had surgery with him for endometriosis. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough! They have given me the best care and significantly increased my quality of life. Kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional are a few ways to describe Dr. M and his entire team!
Elena m: They had me reschedule a couple of times due to lack of availability of the NP. I had a quick and easy Telehealth call with Carol, but the day before I was scheduled for my procedure, my appointment changed time and provider. When I arrived for my actual appointment, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Dr. Cruickshanks performed the IUD insertion and was very quick and gentle. Overall good experience, but be prepared to change appointment date or time. While inconvenient at times, the office is good with communication and I was able to get in on time every visit.
James Stockwell: Exalent
Leslie Wang: The midwives are fantastic and make you feel cared for and heard. I don’t think that people should rate this practice based on the front desk staff. I totally trust the midwives to deliver my baby in the safest way possible.
Akilah Stith: Friendly staff.
Jennifer Rykerson: Try to book an appointment called 4 times, the 4 times put me on hold. I said I am having a terrible pain and say she did not care she still did not have an appointment. Very bad customer service .
Mapenzi Raha: The front desk representatives are very unprofessional, rude and useless . No point of making appointment because of how busy they are especially after noon appointments. . . 2:00pm - 4pm one hour or two in the waiting area... Saturday appointment just don’t do it. They ask you to come 15 minutes early for no reason don’t do it. This place will give y’all the worst experience ever be prepared bring snacks and anything to keep you calm. I hope this helps you
Krystin Rines: Love my midwife!
Bob: They wont call or email you an appointment confirmation - really a ridiculous policy.
Melissa Barros: SUPER RUDE STAFF...They’re the first people you speak to as you approach the front desk and I just can’t believe how rude they are. It’s a shame because the midwives and medical assistants are extremely polite and helpful.
Weiqi Yang: I recently visited Mount Auburn Hospital- center for women for my routine OB visit. I was scheduled to have my 5 month ultrasound test. I showed my health insurance information to the front desk staff before the test and the nurse helped me order the ultrasound test. However, I was charged with an out-of-network lab test bill. I have contacted the office manager six times so far. Finally she responded me that she didn't know my insurance information. She said that there were over 800 different insurance companies and she indicated that it was my insurance's fault that it didn't cover this lab test. She also said that she couldn't submit an appeal for me because this was not her bill. However, I gave my insurance information the first time I visited the center and they should figure out which lab was in-network or out-of-network before sending the test. They should not send a patient test a random lab without checking the insurance coverage and let the patients suffer additional bills. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. The only good thing is that OB is nice.
Daisy Opanga: Love this hospital quick and get information you need right away very clean and nice hospital!!!

Women's Health Services: what do users think?
Karina Orlova: Highly recommend this place, had one-day surgery at 16 weeks 5 days (due to fetus genetic abnormalities), while all other places offered only two-day procedure, all staff very compassionate and professional
Ashlee Galary: I drove 1.5 to come here and worth it. The staff are so comforting. They even have a counselor to talk to before hand. It was a very emotional experience for me and the staff was SO kind which I really needed. Thank you.
Lacie Ladieu: I had a very positive experience at womens health services and I’m so glad that I took the drive and chose to go with them. They were very supportive and educated me on the whole procedure, I opted to go for the procedure without sedation since I already have kids and it is far less painful than giving birth if that gives anyone any help. In the procedure room they held my hand and made sure I was very comfortable and calmed my anxiety the whole time. I never once felt judged and I felt very safe in their hands. I suggest that anyone looking to terminate a pregnancy goes to Womens Health Services because I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else.
Jodi Smalls: I received safe, wonderful, care at this facility. It is an incredible and important part of our community
Jenny Levine: I received safe, wonderful, care at this facility. It is an incredible and important part of our community. I highly recommend Women's Health Services.
Damaris Rivera: Very unprofessional waited 6 hours before getting my procedure done. I suggest you go somewhere!
D K: Highly recommend this place! Everything I read online made me so anxious, but the actual procedure and post op were incredibly easy. Personally, it was less painful than my regular period with no cramping or bleeding after. I was 7 weeks and chose the surgical abortion with IV sedation which I was very happy with. Got an ultrasound, counseling, changed into a hospital gown, got an IV, fell asleep and woke up sitting in a chair with a heating pad on my lap. Very easy, quick, and painless!
Nadyne D: Wasn’t given any antibiotics or pain meds that actually helped. Called the next day with a terrible pain but it was dismissed. I managed to call an Uber to go to the ER. I ended up hospitalized for 4 days and had surgery performed for a blood clot. It was the most traumatic experience I’ve had and never got a call back from them.
Yvonne Goncalves: everyone was so nice and made me feel safe and comfortable!! :) 10/10 would recommend
000: From the moment you arrive and speak with security until the moment you are ready to head out everyone is professional, helpful, and pleasant. Staff makes you feel right at home. For a better experience in regards to other reviews I’d recommend having someone drive you to and back. Also, bring a pair of headphones in case there’s protesters you’d like to tune out.
Yvonne Nayiga: I had a great experience with the team here. I was well taken care of. Dr John and the team made me so comfortable. Thank God for that knowledge, patience and kindness on being able to put me at ease during this difficult time. I recommend this place 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Carolyn Maloney: This was my first ever medical procedure with anesthesia, I was an anxious wreck coming into WHS. After being greeted by the warm receptionist and speaking with the counselor I was put at ease. I received excellent care from every staff member that I came in contact with. I'm leaving with a sense of relief and empowerment. Thank you so much for making me feel safe, supported and comfortable during one of the most distressing times of my life. I am so grateful for all that you do.
J: Terrible Terrible experience. Quite traumatizing to say the least.Everything was going smoothly until the time for the actual abortion came. After waiting almost 4 hours, my turn finally came. I had no choice but to do the local anesthesia because no one could come with me. I have a very high drug tolerance so it literally did NOTHING for me. I felt EVERYTHING. it was excruciating. I vividly remember being shushed instead of comforted in a moment of such intensity. My body was trembling uncontrollably and I could not stop crying. It was like my body was in shock. After not having been able to drink or eat anything for 12 hours, I asked for water and was denied it. Only to ask another doctor how long I would have to wait and was told immediately.. Horrible Communication.I was in the recovery room for less than 20 minutes because I just wanted to get the hell out of there.Never ever ever again.A RIDE WAS NEVER OFFERED TO BE ARRANGED FOR ME.& THE PAIN WAS NOT THE ONLY FACTOR OF MY BAD EXPERIENCE HERE. LET THAT BE KNOWN.THE STAFF WAS UNPROFESSIONAL POST PROCEDURE.
I S: Procedure went way better than expected. Great team of staff here, everyone was welcoming, open to questions, and very informative. Continues to provide great services. Thanks so much for all your help.
A P: From the moment I called this facility, I was treated with respect and comforted when talking about such a tough topic. I highly recommend this facility for those of you looking to be treated with redpect, dignity and amazing medical care.
Be Bop (TMM): I highly recommend this facility if you are seeking to terminate your pregnancy. The place is easy to find, there is a parking lot which is rare in and around Boston. There is security when you first walk in, the security officers are very nice and professional. When you walk in you are greeted by the receptionist who was so nice. Everyone on the staff seems friendly. After the horrible experience my daughter had at another place my daughter literally ran out of the other facility where she was seeking a termination. She was deathly afraid to seek further treatment, there was nothing I could do to reassure her that not all clinics are the same. Everyone at Women's Health was very nice and patient with her, my daughter was afraid when she walked in the clinic they were able to calm her fears and she walked out of there after her treatment thankful she went there.
Kayla Chandler: I almost did not post this review due to not being able to post anonymously but this review is not for me, it’s for women like me or like you (assuming if you are reading this) struggling to make an incredibly important yet difficult decision. I would simply like to give you information and guidance based on my recent experience at Women’s Health Center. I will start by sharing that for the past 15 years, I have considered myself “pro life”, I have 3 children (two of which were conceived while I was on birth control), 1 miscarriage and 1 termination when I was at the age of 16 and I promised myself I would never give myself that choice again. Some may call me lucky, others may say unfortunate, fertility wise. My youngest is a 7 months old. A few months later, after taking every precaution; birth control (the Nuvaring), and having consistent monthly periods, I found out I was pregnant and further along then I could have ever possibly anticipated. This decision weighed on me heavily but I knew having another child was not in the best decision for me. Therefore, I would like to give my sincerest apologies for ever passing any judgment on anyone that has ever found themselves in this difficult position. Judgment is ugly, and you never truly know what another woman is going through or what her particular circumstances are, every situation is unique. Most imortantly, I would like to applaud you for whatever choice you make in this situation, as long as it’s YOUR choice and you’re staying true to you. So if you’re reading this and are in the same dilemma that I found myself in, It’s true, you need to make the right decision for yourself, there will always be judgment on both sides. The staff here at Women’s Health Center are nothing short of incredible, the best even! I felt no judgment or pressure, the staff was both kind and supportive and carefully went over all my options to be certain I was making the best choice for myself. Of course adoption is always a great selfless option, but I knew I could not carry a child full term and explain to my family and children that their sibling, nephew/niece, grandchild would not be joining our family. No matter what your reasoning is, you don’t owe anyone an explanation for doing what’s right for you, your life, career, family, etc. I suppose to some, that would make me selfish but I am at peace with my decision and I would not change it. I want to especially recognize my nurse that I had for the days I was a patient at their facility, she was my procedure nurse the day of my final procedure. I will refer to her as “L”, she was calm, collected, compassionate, funny and kind, which was exactly what I needed while I was experiencing a roller coaster of emotions. When I was anxious, scared or emotional, she comforted me and assured me everything would be fine but she also didn’t lie to me, she informed me of all the additional risks, because my procedure was slightly more complicated due to the placement of my placenta. She made my experience at Women’s Health Center much more comfortable, which gave me the utmost confident in my care. Even the receptionist was amazing, she always greeted me with a smile, was cheerful, helpful and one of the most kind hearted people I have had the pleasure of meeting. Literally, every staff member I encountered during my visits were pleasant, compassionate and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing about my care.I just want to give my sincerist appreciation for the excellent care that each staff member provided me with, it was certainly not an easy choice but I value your staff’s support, help and guidance during the most difficult time in my life. You gave me the emotional support, sincerity and compassion that I so desperately needed to get through my choice. They have a great team here at Women’s Health Center, their team work is empeccible and their providers are phenomenal. I hope I never have to make this choice again but if I do, without a doubt, I will be returning to their facility. Regardless of the 5 hour round trip!Thank you WHC! ❤️
Simone GRANT: This was an uncomfortable situation turned into one that made me feel so at home, at peace with my choice! From intake to leaving I was treated with the utmost respect and care! I would recommend Womens Health Services to anyone in need of a choiced decision! They all get a double thumbs upSerene atmosphere, superb staffing and customer care
Jessamyn Edwards: I had a positive, friendly visit. Took me a few minutes to find the office because there are no signs out front. Offices were cozy and clean. I spent the majority of my appointment chatting with my doctor in her office, as opposed to in the exam room. It helped put me at ease. Nice location in the neighborhood. Recommended!

CHA Obstetrics and Gynecology Center at Somerville: what do users think?
paula miranda: I want to thank the entire women's health team at the Hospital de somerville, I have been treated here for some years now. I am very happy and grateful for all the care they always took with me and my health. Thank you very much.
Renan Miranda: My wife and my 2 sons was always very good taken care of every time, every pregnancy, every appointment. Thank you.
B: Been trying to make an appointment for the past 3 days; rarely answers phones, when they do they're dropped. Jazilla took my info; put me on hold for 20 minutes just to forget my info. She then refused to make an appointment after seeing the referral from my PCP at CHA. Switching to MGH.
Rahana Popy: Dr Franco is best doctor.
stephanie estevao: I love all the girls who work at the clinic. I have always been well attended, they are great! my two pregnancies I did prenatal care here and loved it
John Santuosso: Worse hospital ever... My wife keep complaining about it till today. Why? WHYYY?
F Taylor: Don't ever go there. They value their parking revenue more than they value your health.
Nerlande Sannon: I love them I was I have a big problem the help me ...also I was doing my internship there for Medical Billing
P S: I love the CHA institution. The offices and facilities aren't the fanciest, but the medical staff is wonderful. They provide excellent healthcare. The building is very confusing to navigate but people are always willing to help. Beware of the scary elevator though!

Mount Auburn Practice For Women: what do users think?
Marin Bergman: If there was an option for no stars that would be a more appropriate rating. I miscarried and their level of care was nonexistent. In no way did they prepare me for the amount of physical pain I would experience, they didn’t check in on me once and they weren’t even capable of sending orders for my labs. I would never wish an experience with a practice such as this on my worst enemy.

Brigham & Women's Ob/Gyn: what do users think?
Alejandro Martinez: Horrible! I’ve never had a worse experience with a doctor like I did here!
P Smith: The “care” here has gone way down hill. They are all stressed out and could careless about you, your illness, pain or whatever you have wrong with you. It’s really sad because years ago this was a great hospital. You are better off trying your grandmothers remedy or say a prayer for good health. This place will take your money ( unexplained co-pays) and you will leave with the same problem you came in with and another appointment to frustrate you further. Seriously find another place that will actually care about you.
