Syd RL: I had an IUD placed by PP a few years ago and had a terrible experience- I had a lot of pain and the provider cut the strings too short. I went to CHA to get it removed and replaced, and it was much better than I had hoped. The provider talked me through the steps that would happen if she couldn’t find the strings. She used enough anesthetic and had great technique and repeatedly checked in about my pain level. I had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute and they fit me in for the same day and didn’t act like they were in a rush or I was inconveniencing them.

Jane Maksimik: Terrible service, terrible waiting time to get an appointment even when you have an urgent case. They still offer you only a Televisit which can be scheduled only in a month and which doesn't make sense at all. I will immediately be changing the organization.

Rachel: Not sure why others have given such poor ratings. I think they are making judgements based on one time interactions. I have been a CHA patient since 2005, and most recently entrusted my pregnancy care here. Not only have I received excellent medical care, my entire experience from admins to nurses, to labs, to Doctors and communications has been friendly, warm, and supportive, not just in the past 9 months, but over the last 15 years. I love the easy access to my Doctors and Nurses through the online portal, and get a lot of my questions answered there quickly.Through out this Covid pandemic, I have continued to receive excellent, excellent, care despite my long time OBGYN being temporarily re-assigned to cover Covid patients instead. Many hospitals in the area had to pull surgeons and other Nurses and Doctors as all-hands-on-deck was needed to tackle the Covid pandemic surge, including mine and reallocate them to Covid front. Despite all this I have so received excellent care! Thank you CHA!

Julia Hayden: DO NOT GO HERE. If you want professionalism, medical results relayed to you in realistic time frames, and a facility that respects you as a patient, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. The staff here has owed me information from my procedure for over a week now and despite multiple phone calls made, I have yet to hear from them. They have been giving me the work around since last week and refuse to provide me with any information, only taking messages and saying “they’ll follow up”. LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. They are not worth your time or money and shouldn’t be practicing medicine due to their lack of respect. Women’s health should not be an area of neglect!!

Fabina DEMEDEIROS: If you are pregnant and care about your baby's health and your !!AVOID that hospital ,I had the worst experience with Dr Jackson a obstetrician, we could notice she has no much experience!!Just repeated everything rhat the nurse had said. She just focus in how bad things can turn when u pregnancy. She really shouldn't work as a obstetrician.And the woman at the lab were taking a NapWhile one Girl was working on answer the phone, printing labels and collecting Material.She got mad because the poor girl had to interrupt her NAP time.I couldn't believe what I saw

Joseph Sharkey: My wife just had her baby and the OBGYN nurses at Mt. Auburn were absolutely AWFUL! 6 weeks of calling them, trying to get help, and being told every time "Just call back in 2 weeks" by them. For 6 weeks they wouldnt give her the time of day. Absolutely just rushing to get her off the phone.She finally goes in for her 6 week appointment and they tell her "After 6 weeks its not our problem, go call your Primary Care." They actually stalled and stalled for 6 weeks just so they could pass the buck and wash their hands of her. My wife broke down in tears in their office, and they told her to get a babysitter and sent her away.They may have to deal with this every single day, and so feel comfortable just giving people the same rote responses, but we've never dealt with this before. Instead of being treated as patients, we were treated as an inconvenience that would resolve itself in 6 weeks.You people are trash at your jobs and should be ashamed of yourselves!

Jeannette Tuden: Trying to schedule an exam with Mt. Auburn is a nightmare, any specialty or GP but especially ob/gyn. All receptionist staff work for remote call centers; they do not work at the practice you are trying to visit or with anyone at the practice you are trying to visit. I tried to move forward a pelvic exam as a new patient with the Fresh Pond location because I found a breast lump. Reception immediately transferred me to some sort of "breast center" (I guess instead of listening to me all they heard was "breast lump") who then transferred me to radiology when I said I thought I had been transferred incorrectly from ob/gyn. After a few more holds I explained to radiology I needed to reschedule a pelvic exam. That receptionist told me I didn't have a "pelvic ultrasound" scheduled...of course not! I haven't even been evaluated yet! When I asked her her name she literally hung up on me! Still not totally sure which radiology dept. I was speaking with or where! When I attempted to call again I ended up on the phone with an "office manager" named Deirdre. As mentioned, the staff are all totally remote therefore completely useless. I finally just rescheduled online via the portal. Save yourself the hassle and find providers outside Mt. Auburn whenever possible!

Mee Ok: Had an exam here and she was by far the creepiest gynecologist I've ever seen. i left feeling really violated and reported her to my doctor who referred me.

ana michelle felipe: Dr. Green showed very little interest on my case when I last saw her. I brought to her attention the fact that I’ve been having regular periods every two weeks for the past few months to which she responded was normal. I told her that my mother had the same issue and she was menopausal by the age of 39 but she really didn’t care. She told me to only contact her again if I stopped having periods all together. Since I didn’t belive my issue was normal as she stated, I contacted another doctor who put me under birth control. Everything is back to normal now. Also,the front desk person was very unfriendly, very rude and not welcoming at all. With that being said, If you’re looking just for an anual exam she’ll do the job but if you have concerns or problems she won’t be able to help.

Lynn: Dr Green is hands down the best OBGYN I've ever had. I've been seeing her for over 25yrs now. I actually travel a distance and leave my regular medical practice in order to just see her :)She is professional, with an excellent bed side manner, knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond for her patient's!I highly recommend Dr Green! :)

Maria Simbirsky: Dr. Green has been wonderful in treating vulvodynia for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to her patients. She discusses treatment options in a realistic way that is appropriate for such a complex condition. This is also one of the only practices where the doctor takes the time to speak to you both before and after the exam in a comfortable office setting, which is much appreciated.

Jane Werner: Dr Green has helped me through a lot! She gave me advice and treatment for vulvadynia (which took YEARS to diagnose, but she and her old partner Dr. Goldbaum finally figured me out). She also bailed me out of an emotional crisis when my old Psychologist cut me off of my anti-depressants. She refilled my prescription when I had nowhere else to go and was in a very bad place.

Trish Flynn: Complete waste of time. Told me I can expect to gain 25 or more pounds during perimenopause. Gave no medical advice. 95% of my questions were answered with "I don't know". Didn't offer any lab work despite having symptoms of a severe hormone imbalance. I finally saw a general NP and got the lab work and treatment I needed.
