CHA Cambridge Birth Center: what do users think?
Cadieja Joseph: Any women that are pregnant or even if you become pregnant in the future, I strongly suggest Cambridge Birth Center. Especially****WOMEN OF COLOR***I chose a water birth and it was the best experience ever. While pregnant they were so down to earth and attentive, my midwife didn't treat me like "just another appointment for the day" she really took the time to get to know me and let me call her all the time with my new mom questions. They give you a doula during labor and one for after birth to help and support your transition. While in labor it was the most supportive, calm environment (besides my screaming) lol and after they listened when ever I was concerned with a pain and acknowledged it with genuine care to make sure I didn't have any after labor issues. Which is an important issue for women of color and labor. They call to check in and sometimes just to say hi and see how we're doing. I had a visiting nurse that came to my house checked on the baby and sat and listened to all my "is this normal?!" Questions. They also provided a lactation specialist that will check in with you to help you with breastfeeding!Honestly best experience ever.Every doubt I had and all my nervousness they reassured me that I was a strong woman that was beyond capable and my body was beyond prepared for natures path. What was also beautiful to me is how they'd ask "But how are YOU doing? Are you ok? How do you feel"A lot of us aren't aware we have these affordable options in the state.
Lisa Liang Philpotts: Compassionate, LGBTQ friendly nurse midwives and staff who really take the time to listen to you. I received my prenatal care here and although I was not able to deliver in the birth center because I became higher risk when I went into labor, the transition to birth in Cambridge Hospital across the street was seamless.

CHA Cambridge Hospital: what do users think?
Deborah Dolinger: Today I called to speak with the scheduling office for psychiatry. The secretary was very unpleasant and need to be fired. She didn't have any people skills.
Rita flores da silva leite: Thank you for the excellent care I received today from Beth Murray, Dr.Mularella's assistant. Very attentive, loving and patient. Thank you very much for your attention and care.
Kristina G: I think I'd rather suffer in pain with whatever illness or injury I have going forward rather than put myself through the misery of dealing with CHA - between scheduling appointments, not getting extremely useful or timely care (average late time for doctors via telehealth & in person appointments is 20-30 minutes), getting overcharged for the care I'm getting, and then having the billing department hang up on me midway through trying to dispute charges. Too many headaches throughout the entire process that deter me from every wanting to see a doctor.
Fawaz Alhenaki: The garage was completely full and I was late to my appointment because of that.
paula miranda: Every time I go to this hospital I am very well received. My two children were born in this hospital and I am very grateful for the care everyone always takes with me and my family. Earlier this week I had surgery with Dr Davina Franco, I have no words to thank how well I was treated by everyone from the reception team, the gynecology team, the anesthesia team, the nursing team, the translator Isabel who helped me and made me comfortable and everyone who somehow contributed to making me feel good. Certainly a work of excellence. Thank you all so much.
Charlotte T: I was in the behavioural united and omg I’d pay literal money to say hi to the staff again my therapist up there was Courtney love you babe my favourite staff was tiara literally bestie 10/10 loved it there
Rigoberto Valdon: Nos atendieron super bien muchas gracias por sus servicios consejos Dios los bendiga las hemfermeras traductores doctores y servicios de comida Moy amables todos 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Renan Miranda: Great place, great Doctors and nurses, great staff.Every time we needed, they were able to treat us.My family and I are grateful to be treated here,Thank you.
Pauline Kearney: Avoid this hospital
Manu P: This review is for my Primary Care Physician Dr. Ambika Srivastava. I've been seeing her for a few years now and she's literally the best doctor ever. I'm always impressed with her diagnosis. She's also patient and kind.

Anthony Puzyn: This is the healthcare you get when you vote for socialists. In this country we went from the best to worst in about a decades time. Now get your cookie cutter treatment with no individual care assessment. Wait 6 month or a year for an appointment. Be shuffled to the back of the line because of your skin color in the name of equity!Force people to wear useless masks that literally stop nothing. Nurses use shaming language due to vaccine status. All care & common sense is gone, the first priority is political correctness not your health.
Jarrod Pappalardo: From the staff to security to the nurses and Doctors this place is very well run.
Xiomara Melara: Called to make an appointment the the lady that i got transferred to was very rude, i get that maybe she couldn’t help but she could’ve at least be nicer, it really doesn’t take much to be nice!!
Harshali P: I've been with CHA for a while now and I have mostly always had a warm and welcoming experience, both at the main hospital and at the Windsor Street Primary Care clinic.I had surgery at the CHA hospital yesterday and I was apprehensive and anxious as it was my first surgery ever. I could not have had a better experience.Although I had to wait a little bit at the third floor surgical office, after I was taken in, it was a smooth and safe experience. The nurses were super kind, caring and sweet to me. Shout out to all the nurses - Janice, Dana, Germaine and some more whose names I don't remember, who took great care of me and made me feel looked after. The anesthesiologists Dr Kimberly and another one whose name I can't remember unfortunately were both very calm and sweet. They came and said hi, explained everything and did their best to calm my nerves.A special shout out to Dr. Tyler, an obgyn who was meant to assist in my surgery. He noticed my hesitation when he introduced himself and probed me further. Upon hearing that I prefer female doctors and providers due to trauma, he ensured me that it is my right to ask for what makes me comfortable. Went ahead to say thank you for letting him know. He then made sure to talk to my doctor Dr Beatty about this so that I could feel safe.Thank you to Dr Catherine Beatty as well as her entire staff and every single person who attended to me yesterday. It made my first surgical experience less scary and for that I'm grateful.
Tio James Noc: Nice people
Jamie Jendrzin: So far I haven't had any issues worth remembering from starting to go here in 2018 to now. I know everyone's experiences are different, but so far I didn't mind every time
Sr. Helena Burns, fsp: I'm not someone who complains unless it's REALLY bad. In August 2022, a young intern was given what seemed like complete authority over my perfectly healthy elderly half-sister who was sent by her nursing home for a psych exam (depression). She spent hours and hours in ER before getting a room. She then tested positive for Covid in the hospital & died 2 weeks later. I complained to the good doctors about her (there were good docs & good nurses), but she remained assigned to my sister. I think she wrote her off & did a "death protocol" on her (I wasn't told all the meds they were giving her, even when I asked for a list). My sister was very spry & would try to go to the bathroom herself (not allowed! even with my help)--everything was: bedpan, lay in bed and languish, get pneumonia. The 1st thing they did was stop giving her all her regular old ppl meds. When my elderly mum goes to her great hospital (Mt Auburn in Cambridge), the 1st thing they do is make sure she gets her regular meds. I was told "we're thinking long term, not short term with your sister." (What the heck does that mean?) As the days dragged on, I was told "you just want her to be comfortable, right?" I said, "No, I want her to get well & go home." It was truly awful and I feel so guilty to this day that I didn't drag her out of there when I still could. The young intern (& another doc that seemed to be "in collusion" with her) was cold as ice toward both myself & my sister (even when my sister was so sweet, joking, thanking & complimenting them). I forgive them because I'm a Christian (& so was my sister)--but this disgraceful kind of "treatment" has to stop.
Izzy Maxwell: Came in seeking help with mental health. Was traumatized by the staff then forcibly hospitalized. This is not what care looks like.
Kristen Cutone: This is supposed to ba an urgent care / emergency hospital I checked in at 2:30 got called for X-ray at 6pm and NOW still waiting at 8:00pm for a radiologist to come tell me the X-ray results this hospital literally makesu wait like a Hurd if animals in a rm of pl coughing up Lunda during covid and RSV season for 6-8 even 10 hours hoping plp will just leave and go to another emergency rm and that’s wuts happening the only reason there no longer is 35 people (I counted) is not Bcuz of medical help but Bcuz the people have left for other ER’s I have recorded and questioned pretty much ALL SINCE I HAVE ARIVED AND WILL BE DOCUMENTING THIS FOR IG, YouTube and local news

Mount Auburn Hospital: what do users think?
Jayonia: Ive lived in Cambridge all my life & as a black woman i know amongst my community NOT TO GO THERE. Heed this warning sistas.
James U: The providers I saw at Mt Auburn were all great. The billing office here, though is a total nightmare and why I will avoid this place from now on. I have had two separate issues, including one related to how a visit was coded that I went back and forth with the billing office about for 9 months. Part of the problem is that the people you talk to on the phone are not the people who actually review the coding issues, so I have never been able to get a clear answer about why my coding issue was not being resolved. Last I heard, my bill was being sent back to be reviewed by the coding people yet again, and I was told not to pay the bill in the meantime. Then today I got a letter from a collections agency for the bill, which to my knowledge was still under review! I’m so frustrated by this whole thing, I'll probably pay the bill which wasn’t that much anyway just so that I don’t have to deal with this hospital's billing office ever again.
Aly Eve Remmos: I've had both good and bad experiences here. I've always been treated very well for physical illness and delivering my son was great. However on the flip side I've gone to the emergency department for psychiatric reasons multiple times and that hasn't been as great. Understandable during covid when already stretched thin AND having to deal with me having a meltdown. Luckily it was only that one time a nurse was horrible to me (she was shockingly mean). Otherwise psych there is psych and it's never a pleasant experience.
Italo Brilhante: The wonderful place where my son was born , all employees were amazing 🤩 very professional. 1st world in quality and professionalism. Say hi to Bryan Brilhante 😍
Areeba Saeed: Pathetic service. I came to the ER with Covid distress, and they had no system to let the patient know about service time/delays etc. I sat there by the front door for hours, without any update on my status. If you go to the ER, expect to be in the waiting room for a min 3-4 hours, if not more.
Thomas Wheeler: Recently my youngest son was admitted to the ICU at Mt Auburn Hospital. I can only speak to that unit and the staff working there as it was the only part of the hospital I dealt with. Being from out of state, we were guided every step of the way by a social worker, the doctors, nurses and the organ transplant coordinators. Although it was a terrible personal loss for our family, everyone we dealt with could not have been nicer or more considerate during a time when we could barely think for ourselves we had so much support keeping us informed and truly felt they each cared for my son and our entire family.
Rosa Lopez: I gave birth to my son here and it was an absolute nightmare. Trying to recover from a C-section was near to impossible. Construction work was happening in the room near ours. Heavy pounding throughout my stay startled not only me but my little one. It was impossible to sleep or recover. We kindly requested a different room and had to deal with retaliatory nurses. The nurses were horrible. Rough with my baby and inconsiderate.Educate yourself and get an doula or an advocate of some sort to accompany you during your birthing experience. Nurses are nothing less than bullies who want insurance money.
Scooter McGavin: Despite the work they do, a lot of the nurses are rude except for the very few who are actually nice and helpful. Otherwise I don't approve of the practice that they use. They give horrible attitudes they don't give you all the information you need. We had our mother in there and they couldn't even tell us where she went. Even though I was a proxy. They lie and they don't treat their patients with care.
debra lister: Mount Auburn Hospital is a training hospital for HARVARD Medical and hold the highest standards for all staff. They are the most pleasant and compassionate staff I have experienced with high standards thru my cancer treatments. They make my Oncology and Radiation sessions bearable.🤗
jonas Patrolia: They took such good care of me when I came in, genuinely a great experience in a bad spot
Winifred Gardner: The nurses were angels from God but they played around a lot didn’t want to do any tricks to me but most of it is in the van I guess but I love it at Mt.Aburn hospital I’ll be back soon
Weiwei Zhang: I just came back home today and really wanted to show my deep gratitude to all of the nurses and doctors in MAH who have helped us welcome our baby girl! Particularly the nurse in postpartum center Kelly whose kindness and meticulous care made us feel at home! Thank you guys so so so much!
Robert White: Wonderful
Maya Townsend: We had a horrible experience this morning. We both have covid. There was no one doing triage or intake. We were asked to sit in the waiting room, where we stayed coughing and sneezing for over 2 hours. Finally someone walking by asked if I had covid and, when I said yes, told me that I couldn't be there. It would have been safer for all involved (patients, staff, etc.) if we had been quarantined. I can't believe a hospital would handle contagion this way. I also can't believe someone with covid would be asked to wait over 2 hours without talking to a nurse. (It wasn't a busy morning. There were only 2 others waiting.)
Vincent Bonasso: This was an enjoyable experience for me and my family. Dr. Connelly was a joy and the new CEO personally made sure our time was great! I will definitely be back!
Belmont Mom: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐FIVE big stars for DR. DANIEL BOURQUE for saving a life.Everyone else around him is a primitive, they gambled for almost a week up until Dr. BOURQUE showed up.
aaron M: I have been to this hospital multiple times in the ER. Everysingle time, you will be waiting for atleast 2 to 3 hours just to get the treatment you need for your EMERGENCY!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, worst hospital i have ever been to .
James D Caldeira: Very nice hospital and staff, courtesy of the upmost! 👍
Daisy Hernandez: Rudest people to answer the phone, I was not finished talking and I was getting attitude from her and hung up the phone worst experience ever.
Mary fields: If I could give zero stars I would. I went into the ER at Mount Auburn at the recommendation of my pcp who thought I was having an issue with my gallbladder on Monday. They did tests on me and nothing came up. I was in severe pain and they basically pushed me out of the emergency room and told me to go home. As they read the discharge notes saying when to come back to the ER, I said to the nurse "but I'm feeling all of those" she told me they couldn't do anything about it and made me sign the release and leave. As I was leaving, hunched over in pain, the same nurse says very rudely "you missed the left turn" . I went to my pcp the next day, who told me I needed to go back to the emergency room. I went to newton Wellesley hospital. They told me they were very surprised they didn't see anything from the imaging on my gallbladder because it was very apparent. I had surgery Tuesday to remove my gallbladder. Mount Auburn gave horrible treatment, horrible staff: this place should be closed down. The worst experience I have ever had in a hospital.
R S: Second time here for a colonoscopy and had the worst experience ever. Only the anesthesiologist was pleasant. Was practically kicked out after being woken from anesthesia in less than five minutes. Love my primary who is associated with this hospital, but would warn others from this department. Never again.

CHA Somerville Campus: what do users think?
paula miranda: I was very well attended in the radiology sector. Thank you very much for the good work.
Nora E. Tague: The opening of the adolescent psych unit here makes a huge difference for all the kiddos that were boarding for weeks in the er while they waited for programs to open up. Big deal.
Rakhshandeh Nouriandehkodi: In the GI surgery I had a injection in my vein it was very painful and after Colonoscopy in the ricavery all the nurses come to me very fast and put my clothes on and didn't speak and put me out of bed to the car no water I was confused after anesthesia. I came home and thinking may be there was fair alarm but was not why they was so harry they think I am a doll very bad painful for me.
Roman Madaus: Wait times are 3-4 months out for most specialties. It's lovely to experience the wait times typical of a country with socialized medicine paired with the costs of an extractive capitalist dystopia.
Casey Brennan: I went to the urgent care (thought they had an actual emergency room) about a week and a half ago for a deep cut in the middle of my hand from cooking- the doctor there gave me a few stitches, I came back a week later to get the stitches out and explained I had numbness in my finger. He said that was normal and to not do anything and the feeling would come back in a month or so. Luckily ran into a surgeon over the weekend and he told me that the numbness is NOT normal. I saw a hand surgeon today and have to get surgery TOMORROW and thank god I came into get it looked at because it could cause even more damage if I didn’t have surgery soon. DO NOT GO HERE.
Brittany Spinks: Giving this location one star only because all of the CHA physicians I have seen, including the ones at this location, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility was very clean. Unfortunately, CHA's billing practices are highly unethical and predatory. Long story short: do not go to this location or use CHA at all if you want to be charged thousands of dollars (even if you have private insurance).I was referred to go to this urgent care for post-exposure rabies shots because my PCP told me they didn’t have appointment availability for over a month due to staffing issues. I was told by both front desk staff and the physicians I saw in my initial visit that it would be cheaper to receive shots at that location as it would be classified as an urgent care rather than an ER. That turned out to be the opposite of the truth. All of the bills I am receiving (because I had to visit this location four times for all the shots in the series) are labeled as hospital services by CHA despite this location being labeled by an urgent care. My total out of pocket looks like it will amount to over $3k after insurance (once I finish receiving all of the bills). Going to an ER would have been cheaper, and the CHA billing department has been less than helpful. Save yourself from a huge financial burden and headaches of trying to unsuccessfully negotiate with billing departments by not even going near CHA.
Nick B: They won't let me accompany my patient. I'm sitting in the waiting room while they administer pain killers and care. I'm sitting here worried and not knowing what's happening. Don't come here.I'm editing a 1 star review. I was let in and the care is fantastic. My patient says 5 stars.
Meagan Crapse: I was in the waiting room with pain of 6 at first it got so bad I cried and told the lady up front that I have seen 20 people come after me go ahead of me. Her answer to that was oh well I don’t know why the person for the ultrasound didn’t show up and you are free to go anywhere else. I waited some more and more people went ahead of me and I decided to leave and as I was walking I almost fell and no one asked to help or come running just dirty looks from everyone.
Nora Amir: If you had a test done there, forget about getting your results back, they let me wait 3 months after I have done my test to let me know the device was defective and I had to do the test again, 3 months where I am anxiously waiting for a response with very low quality of life, I am waiting again for the results and hoping the device isn't defective again, am I going to wait another 3 months in agony? no one responds to the phone either.
Mary Louise Smith: My mother was taken to this hospital to the emergency center. Due to the pandemic they told us only one person would be admitted. They had me wait in a chair by the doors not letting me in at all. The security person gave me a number to call the emergency nursing station to get an update. Waiting three hours and have called three times with still no information. Meanwhile my aging mother is alone with no one by her side. I think this is a terrible way to handle emergencies. I feel like the pandemic has been here long enough for this hospital to figure out how to handle themselves better.
milton desousa: the chances of continuing to have medical assistance in this place are over.telephone medical consultations are a joke.you cannot do the simplest laboratory exam in this place.
Andrew Raftery: Ok. So I had a doctor's appointment here and the parking policy up front is FREE for 0 to 30 minutes. 31 minutes to an hour is $5. I was in my appointment for a few extra minutes and parked there for a few minutes extra and the attendant was ready to collect my $5, chasing me down. Maybe some manners? He felt like the parking police. Or maybe there could be a better system with a gate.I really don't see the point of such a stringent patient parking policy when there is open parking. I'm already paying for my visit.
MiMi Sanon: Did I tell you it about to be urgent care no more emergency room....🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ but still act like an ER. What the point of changing it.
Theresa Boyden: Very good clean, quick was treated nice no waiting in and out :)
Carolina Mertes: I did an endoscopy today, people was so professional and dedicated. I received an excellent treatment from nurses and doctors.
Michele (Shelly): The parking situation. My mom drove me to my appointment due to the fact I was getting my eyes checked. So she sat in her car the parking attendant made her pay the $5 because she sat in her car waiting for me. Like really your going to charge a elderly woman for #1 being safe by staying in the car #2 charge her to wait I could see if the parking lot was busy but it wasn’t, the attendant was rude. Very rude.
Yanina Vargas: Two days in a row trying to reach the dermatology office. "please remain on the line" message has been playing for more than an hour with no one picking up. One time it went to the voicemail, left the message with no one calling me back. Try to speak to the operator and a person in medical specialty, no one can help and it punches you through to the same line where you stay for multiple hours with no response. Operator's response to an issue "They should be there. Probably too many people are calling" I understand that happening with the PCP office due to COVID 19, but dermatology office???? A person will die before getting any service at this hospital.
Michael Fenn: This is NOT a hospital. They no longer have an Emergency Room. They can't do any emergency medical procedures. It is an urgent care facility, a poor one at that. I went for a possible burst appendix, they had me wait after checking me in for over a half hour, then told me they can't do anything, and I'd need to go to the "real hospital". I'm now in an uber heading to Cambridge Hospital while in serious pain with a potentially burst appendix experiencing symptoms. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR REAL MEDICAL CARE. It should not be called "hospital", this needs to be labelled as an urgent care clinic in both physical signage and online. Hopefully the 2 hours I've now wasted in waiting in travel time and in the waiting room hasn't pushed me further towards sepsis.
Colleen R. Riley: Shopped around for a Doctor who cares and I finally found one.
Christine Kolsky: Stuck with a $1700 bill for an ER visit due to chest pains. I got an IV drip and now getting charged $1700 and the billing department won’t pick up my calls. This hospital takes part in predatory practice
John Santuosso: Worse emergency ever... they just do painkiller and do not do any exam... just that and you are free to go.

Obstetrics at Boston Medical Center: what do users think?
Romil Patel: The front staff should know how to talk to the patients equally with respect.
Stephanie Joseph: dr noel is my absolute favorite! she’s super informative, knowledgeable, friend , sweet and she looks like me. representation does matter.! she’s assisted me through such trying and painful times. while also continuing to support me in finding relief. her assistants and the staff are the icing on the cake as they match her bright energy. thank you jarissa for always answering the phone in great spirits and assisting me in navigating what’s needed. i wish i remembered dr noel’s assistant who literally held my hand through my uncomfort. they’re truly a great team.
Michele Ramos: Most people know, that when you go to a specialist you have to wait. I 100% agree it’s annoying but it’s the name of the game. I wouldn’t want a doc to come in and not spend quality time with me to go over an issue I’m having. The issue is visits should be timed longer for patients, 15 min slots don’t work anymore. But for now, Pop in your earbuds and some Netflix. And as far as the doctor looking up symptoms on WebMD, I would call that a stretch.
NANI143 DEPINA: Amen Amen....Amen...To God and To All the Doctor's and Nurses Who helped make my Blessing of a Daughter a Proud Mother. 3 pounds and 13 ounces her baby boy was born on 6/28/2022. Hana Yahyaoui: This place is a joke,I’ve been calling and waiting to get a response for hours, also had a horrible delivery at this hospital.wouldn’t recommend
Maha El-khazen: This place is a joke. I have literally been on the phone for hours everytime I call to make an appointment and the few times I’ve been here it’s been so unprofessional.
Steve C: I just sat in for my friend's appointment and I am in utter disbelief. Her gynecologist scrolled through WebMD and matched her symptoms up with some bs obscure kidney diagnosis that she absolutely does NOT have. He continues reading from WebMD and says the only treatment plan for this obscure kidney condition was dietary restrictions.. but the website didnt have a list. So he searched google, grabbed a dietary restriction list and told us to avoid eating chocolate, tomato sauce and tofu..Are you kidding? This girl is 26, she has had these issues since puberty including ovarian cancer, she lost an ovary at 22, has a family history of hysterectomies and the best this BMC doc could tell her was to avoid chocolate? Ffs.I feel bad for all the poor people stuck with awful healthcare at BMC. I highly recommend you go get second opinions and never look back.
Anas Peralta: Estuve aquí y también tuve mi primer hijo aquí y agradezco a cada una de las enfermeras por que a diferencia de otros hospitales ellas son amables y cariñosas con la gente y con los niños..
Gosia Graniczka: I had my surgery on February this year, and what I wanted to say is that I have never meet such wonderful people as in this unit. Being a part of healthcare in other two countries I can truly say that assistance I have received was one of the best in my life ! I am not speaking only about being professional byt at the same time human ! All stuff ; Doctors, nurses , assistants were amazing , they took care of me in the best way they could , and as sometimes happened we patient ( the character in my case)don't alway say what we are scary about because the fear really paralyzed us, they were able understand everything !!! which was unique .I want to say Thank you all! and from te deep of my fart Thank you Dtt. St. Margaret's Center: what do users think?
Brenda Noriega: Best medical services. We feel loved and well cared. The Catholic value of the sacredness of live is evident. Thank you St. Margaret's!
devin perry: Both my kids were born there without a hitch and my fiance was comfortable. Respectful staff. Heard a lotta negativity that didnt occur with us-my mother overheard someone saying how bad hospital was in elevator. Writing this to stymie that—@ least in regard to labor and delivery. Dr. Mata rocks!

The Birthplace: what do users think?
Kate Sheetz: Three Natural Births here…Amazing midwives!!!Amazing experiences!!!!
Brittany Mahoney-Rafferty: I delivered twins at the Birthplace this past July and a cannot say enough great things about my experience!! Starting with being a patient at NSPG OBGYN I felt well taken care of during my pregnancy and was given time at each appointment to have all of my questions answered so I felt well prepared for labor. The office staff was so kind and accommodating. My labor and postpartum experience at the birthplace was excellent! I felt like an active participant in my care which was very important to me. I was explained every option in detail and able to make my own decisions. The nurses were unbelievably kind and knowledgeable! They gave me the tools and support to help my labor and then postpartum care go smoothly. During labor my wife felt apart of the whole experience and not just an observer. Everyone we encountered during our stay from doctors, nurses, anesthesiologist, lactation, food services, cleaning staff etc. were all incredibly kind. My family is looking forward to our next pregnancy and being able to deliver at the birthplace again!
Kimberly Gomez: I just wanna say thank you for all, I had the best experience having my baby in this hospital 💖💖💖
Kate Hanson: This is by far the best care I've ever received. Amazing nurses, doctors, even the front desk staff... absolutely amazing. This was my second baby but first time at The Birthplace. I can't say enough about how great it was. I consider myself quite lucky to have been so well taken care of.Don't go anywhere else if you have the choice.
SJ PI: I just gave birth here in February and was very happy with my experience. I ended up having an unplanned emergency c-section and felt very cared for by the staff. From Shandi to Brett to Sue and all the countless other nurses that were there during my stay - thank you! Everyone was so kind and treated both me and my husband so well. I would gladly give birth here again (hopefully under different circumstances - both medically and not during a pandemic) but regardless of that I truly couldn’t have asked for a better team to care for me during the birth of my first child.
Danilo Correa: We had a great time and the service provided was excelent, friendly and proffesional staff.
Marsela Repa: I give deliver to that place with my both babies. I love that place. The doctors and nurses are amazing. Wonderful job and professional. I was so scared when I delivered the first baby but those people makes me happy, full of courage and gives me power with their service.
Amanda Doyle: You couldn’t ask for a better team.
jill Thurman: I had my baby here got induced and all the nurses and staff was awesome and felt comfortable they made sure i had everything i needed very caring
Sara Pelczar: NSMC Birthplace and Salem Hospital was amazing! All the nurses and staff were welcoming and kind. This was my first child and the labor was very long and tough but the nurses and doctors helped me feel confident in their abilities and that I could make it through the whole difficult situation. After the delivery many of the labor nurses stopped into the recovery room to check in on me and our new little treasure(even those that met me in the beginning of my labor the day before). Overall I felt very confident and comfortable with our choice in going to Salem Hospital for the birth of our child. I would recommend this hospital and medical group to others and I will use them again for our next child. I would like to give a special thanks to a few nurses that worked directly with me and who went above and beyond during our stay, including but not limited to Judy, Amelia, Sarah and many others!!
Nathalie Hernandez: Since We arrived it has been a warm and pleasant experience. Every nurse and physician was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. However there are two nurses that really stood out. Jeanine and Sujely were warm, and felt like close friends, supplying us with advice and service each time they entered our rooms. We will highly recommend The Birthplace to anyone whom treasures the experience of childbirth. Once again thanks to everyone whom shared our experience in welcoming our beautiful baby Mason to the world!
