Steven Salzwedel: The ring buying process was easy, nice options and easy to work with. I was told about the 0% financing option however I was not told this was infact signing up for a credit card...now I have a credit card being sent to an address on my I.D. which is not the address I currently live as I just moved here.

Rashed Alananzeh: I dropped off my watch for a battery change and glass shine. I was told that it would only take 4-6 weeks. They said they would have to send it out and I would hear back soon. Weeks went by and I had to call on multiple occasions, they always informed me that we were still waiting to get a quote. They finally called me with a quote in 7 weeks and I approved. I informed that I needed it by a specific date and was told that it would be done by then. As the date approached, I would call and ask if it was done, I was told they haven't received it, but that they would call and get BACK to me. On numerous occasions, no one would answer the phone. I was told so by THREE different employees and a manager they would call to check on it and get back to me. I never received a call back. I had called after the date passed and they said it was ready where they stated "we just received it." I asked if someone is able to pick it up for me because it took longer than 10 weeks and I was out of state at that point, they refused. I also complained of the time it took and they said they could offer a 10% discount. I personally think that I should get more off as their time line was completely off and they NEVER called back when they said they would. This was a disappointment, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time and money to never get called back or have your watch fixed on time.

I was told that I would have a Custom necklace made for my wife deliver by Valentine’s Day. Well Valentine’s Day has come and gone and I have no necklace and no one can tell me when it will arrive. Robert Greenwood: I had bought my girlfriend a necklace the day before Xmas eve. After I left Kay I did some more shopping. At some point my purchase was either lost or stolen. After retracing my steps I gave up hope and returned to Kay to buy another necklace. I got there right before they closed and told them what had happened and was helped by an employee named Amanda. Now I work in the service industry and I’m amazed at how helpful she was. Not only was she EXTREMELY knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new necklace, She took down all my info so she could have mall security check the cameras to see if my original purchase could be found. She also got me the best price possible on a new necklace. She was so helpful that I can’t even list every way she came up in the clutch.The thing I appreciate the most is that they were in the process of closing so I expected everyone to be annoyed I was there but everyone (especially Amanda) went above and beyond. I never write reviews but Amanda went above and beyond to help me out when she could of just told me to come back tomorrow .Thank you Amanda! If I could give more stars I would. You definitely saved my Christmas!!

Ming Yang: I wanted to get a gold necklace repaired (just soldering a tiiiiiiiiiiiny opening that got ripped back together, like so tiny that you can’t even see unless you squint) and I was quoted $20 by the woman. I thought it was high at first but I had already made the trip there. Later when I picked it up, the man charged me $15. I didn’t say anything, that means that there was no set price on it and they charge you however much they felt they could. And that means that the women thought she could charge me $20 (and she was right) so she did. I’m a young looking girl and I’ve gotten ripped off A LOT because of how I look. (And I called the store before hand so they know I was aiming to go there and wasn’t going to say no and go somewhere else) I placed my trust because of the good review, and they took advantage of that. If she overcharged me by a whooping 25% when she feel like she can for something this small, I think she will over charge me for my engagement ring. So, NO, I will not be buying my engagement ring here.

Specifically, about 8 years ago was my first visit- my husband and I came here to pick wedding bands, and even though I had to try on almost every single band in the store to try to find one that worked with my engagement ring, I eventually found the perfect ring. They also appraised my engagement ring for a very reasonable cost, and have been excellent for anything I’ve needed them for. Plus, as a bonus, S&S is downstairs and you can swing by for some delicious brunch afterwards!

He and the woman working there (sorry, didn't get her name!) were so friendly and helpful, my partner and I really felt looked after. Sean even cleaned and polished my engagement ring while I took ages deciding on a band. We picked up our bands today and couldn't be happier with them (and he cleaned and polished my engagement ring again for me!). The selection is great and the prices are very reasonable, and we love that it's a local, family-run business.
