B K: The management of this Burlington Somerville establishment needs to change. Spent over an hour waiting in line because they had only two cashiers working. The cashiers need to be given pay raises for extra work. Plus hire more workers to clean the place up, clothes and shoes are all over the floor.

To add i go to pick up an item on the bottom shelf and there’s 3 mice laying under it. Then I head over to the blankets and a mouse comes jumping off the shelf out of the blankets I’m looking at!? Store employees do not care.

Emily Honeycutt: Horrible experience! The store was a disaster. Like many of the other comments said. Clothes all over the floor ruined merchandise so Im not sure how that helps you. Then onto the food that was even worse your going to have a rodent problem very soon. And the staff doesn't have a clue as too what their doing too busy on their phones instead of working. Because it was definitely interfering with getting the job done. This location should be temporally🚫 closed until the store is organized cleaned 🤮😷 and properly staffed. Unexpectedly And Burlington is well aware. But has done nothing to solve the problem. All Burlington can be bothered too is send out an automatic response of were sorry, and will do better next time. Well it clearly hasn't gotten better🙄 Your Somerville location is horrible. Wich says a lot about the company.

Anita Moore: In line now for 12 minutes there are 35 people in line and two cashiers. Not acceptable, my first time in the store and will be my last. Not sure how this treatment exists and why these customers are being treated this way. Spoke to the manager who told me other workers were doing inventory but what good is taking inventory if you can’t move your Inventory out of the store.

nital patel: Really poor customer service overall at this branch. Bedford was much, much better, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will make the effort to not use this branch, even though it's a more convenient location. The VP Senior Branch Manager was extremely rude at this Burlington branch location. Overall I don't want to go into banks anyway, especially when the experience is unfriendly and awkward like it has been here.

THE EMPLOYER FROM THAT BRANCH CLOSE THE DOOR on my face this last Friday and told me If I’m a customer from that bank I should use my card to open the door and use the atm because his already closing the bank,but it was only 4:55pm. I been going to that branch for years now and they always close the door and the bank exactly AT 5 pm. I’m very disappointed with the customer service that I had this past Friday and on Monday going to close my account for sure.

Dennis Paul: I would like to say that the Burlington branch of Cambridge Savings Bank, they deserved a 5 STARS!I have been with CSB for over 10 years, when I moved to North Andover this branch was the closest location for my banking needs. I Would like to say that I had the best experience at this branch with all the employees. They were very helpful with my situation being they I had fraud on my accounts. Also, with the help from Rick in Customer Service, who worked with me the fraud! While I was on my cell phone and on my computer with the scammer I used my land line to contact Customer Service spoke to Rick. He advised me to have my accounts frozen, and then he advised me to go to the nearest branch to get new accounts.When I went to the Burlington branch at 214 Cambridge Street. I would like to give KUDOS to the team from this branch: Fatima Mendonca, Sabina Lalave, Anita Maharjan, and Husain Alsayed Ali. They all pitched in to help me solve this major issue with my accounts.The corporate office should be very proud of this great team they have working at this branch. I am glad I had this opportunity, meeting this great team of employees. Which they ALL showed their work ethics's on how to treat their customers like family. Which you don’t hear about this, these days.You should be very proud of this team taken care of Cambridge Saving Bank customers.Thank you for having a great institution, you have given towards all your customers.Dennis C Paul

Brooke goes the extra mile and always welcoming. Service was great even during Covid. Have referred others to this branch.

Sravani G: I have been to this bank multiple times and mostly disappointed with my visits. Went there to get a new debit card , I see all of the staff in a single room and the doors are closed. There are no signs anywhere saying they were closed. Went there after 4 days around same time, there are 2-3 people who are so busy chit chatting among them and again the doors were closed. A man from the center counter shows me hand signals ( I guess he is trying to say we are closed) while he is so busy talking to his colleague. Why cant they put a board outside the door saying we are closed early today? Why cant you even walk and tell your customer we are closed rather than moving your hand from 500ft far. I didnt like the way they treat customers and I wont recommend this branch to anyone.

Owner Mo is a bit hard of hearing and has a Persian accent, which doesn't facilitate communication; his young helper (from Nepal?) isn't a rug expert, which doesn't help. The selection on site is somewhat limited, all the more since there are apparently many client rugs in for cleaning and repair (not for sale). Also, although the sign (and Maps) give hours 7 days a week, Mo is only presnet 2 or 3 days and not always at fixed hours.You will always be offered a warm cup of tea upon entering, which completes the above description of what you find in bazaars typical of Central Asia (my limited experience anyway).I saw several rugs that I really liked, and I was told that they are all old or "ancient"; whatever the reason, the prices were very high (twice those of Yayla for a similar "feel"). Another drawback is that Noor does not offer to "loan" a rug to see how the buyer likes it (or not) in his space - which based on my personal (admittedly limited) experience, is pretty standard (Yayla, for instance).I did very much like a couple of rugs I saw there, so if "the stars line up" properly, I may yet end up buying from Noor.Of course I'll update this review if that happens.Thanks for the tea! 🙏
