othmane bourakkadi idrissi: The worst customer service in the planet, I kept calling for a month sending emails no one responding and this happened 2 seperate times. Coming to the US I thought boFa might be at least average, but it is mediocre you can find better in each part of the world even in developping countries the service is much much better. Run away from these guys they only care about you a little the first day when you're opening an account and they disappear after.
Mark Harlan: a bank that doesn't keep foreign currency for customers is a bank that gets a 1-star review.

Chels Errante: Awful service! I’ve been with this bank for years and things have been fine until I came to this location. They gave me false information and put me in further debt when I was trying to pay things off. I had to ask 8 different times before I was allowed to speak to a manager. Never going back and switching banks after this experience.

James Walkingstick: Stopped in to ask about switching over to BOA from my previous bank and was directed to Shiva. Was handed a wrinkled up paper and rushed out, with none of my questions answered and no assistance with opening an account. He, however, had time to hang out with everyone in the lobby. Guess it’s not a place to visit if you’re looking to switch banks 🤷🏻‍♂️
Fan: They used me to train their new employee. It took me 30 mins to get a cashier's check...They should have trained their employees much better before putting them in front of a customer.Very disappointed...
Carmen Chan: My husband and I came to join our accounts together. The account manager successfully added him to my account. But butchered it by accidentally changing my ATM card's PIN number to my husband's PIN number AND they forgot to issue an separate ATM card for my husband AND they didn't set him up with an online account. Should I mention that the manager was also 15min late to a 30min appointment? Truly unprofessional. All in all, it caused a huge issue 2 days later when I tried to use my card at the Central Square branch. The Central Square branch caught all these errors and fixed it for us, and was horrified at how careless the Harvard Square manager was.Harvard Square branch was also much more interested in signing us up for credit cards/upgraded checking and savings account, than to help us with what we had scheduled the appointment. This together with his botched attempt at joining our accounts, convinced me this branch was more interested in selling products, than to help an existing customer and retain our business. Little do they know, if they had helped me with my concerns first, I would be more open to their offers.
Digna Rambu Bita Emu: I would like to recommend Yuanyi Chin for her excellent services. I had to make a rush reference letter today (Saturday - weekend!), and she tried her best to help me getting the letter within the same day in a short time. I could not thank her enough!

Kate: I’m writing this review from the lobby of Citizen’s bank next door. I’ve been a BoA customer for almost a decade but due to the awful service of this location there was no point in having the convenience of it and I stopped being a BoA customer.
RV: It's a bank of america, so you know what you're getting. This branch is particularly bad because of the crowd that hangs out by the front entrance. Feels unsafe. If you have to bank with BoA would recommend trying another branch.

S M: After being sucked in for 28 years by greedy bank of America, I finally closed my business and tenant escrow accounts with them. For small business owners out there, Chase is coming to MA next month. They have the best rates for Merchant processings and offer unlimited trades (for IRA and brokerage accounts) to their private clients. How does it feel BAC when one of your best clients pull out 1.5 M dollar out of the accounts?

Nancy Naam: I went to the other branch down the street to open an account, I had to wait for an hour. I left and came to this branch, they helped me within 10 min. They were very professional and knowledge.
Joanna Chung: People were friendly but frustratingly slow... two-finger typing, asking for my SSN 5 times (I counted, and they had me write it down on a post-it note the last time), system going offline in the middle leading to them asking for all of my information a second time, etc. A process they said would take 15 minutes took me over 50, and I couldn't even complete it. Facilities are nice but go in there with a very cool head.
Mike Waite: I needed to cancel my wife's debit card because she lost it, however the associate cancelled mine. Now I let my wife borrow my card for today (the day before thanksgiving) so she could go grocery shopping, but when she went to pay for a carriage full of groceries the card did not work and was the only card she had on her. So thank you Phillip for the embarrassment and now I have to leave work early and make my 40 mile commute back home to the south shore.
David Dai: @2pm, only one cashier who is obviously not capable. Took 25 minutes for one customer. Had to wait for 40 minutes to get serviced. Over staffed on the loan section. Complained to the floor coordinator and he said sorry we have only one cashier. You don't see there is a long line and not moving?

Patrick McCue: The teller was abrupt, rude and dismissive virtually immediately when I went in today and asked to get quarters as part of a withdrawal. She was okay with the withdrawal until I asked for quarters to be part of it, being quick to bark at me that they haven’t got quarters in three weeks. Somebody needs to tell the Asian girl working to chill, all she had to say was she didn’t have any because of a nation wide shortage or something pc of that nature but she was outright aggressive about it. I left without making my withdrawal and went to another boa location ten min away where they helped me without any issue and what do you know .... they had quarters 😂😂😂

Brad: What a horrible bank, i came in because after 15 years and a currently approved mortgage, I started getting fees to my bank account. They said the types of accounts had changed and I needed to be moved to a non interest account to avoid fees. I said if you're only going to reverse the fees you charged me that's not really making it up to me what are you going to do for that the answer was nothing so I decided to close my account and even that came with a $15 fee. Just avoid this bank.

If I’m dealing with one teller there should be no reason to automatically ask the next worker a question if I haven’t even asked one. Not once did she speak to me and at this BOA I will never return. They need to work on their services!!!!

Markus Mobius: Worst bank in the world. I have a platinum honors account. My wife transferred money from her BOA to our joint BOA account and this bank is unable to verify this and issue a time sensitive check. Will close my account and move to a real bank.

When you get here be sure to go upstairs for all the services which was slightly odd because there is no signage at all.Anyway, I went here for an appointment to open Merrill Edge investment account as well as a checking account with BoA. I had a pleasure to meet Nikki who provided me outstanding service throughout the process, explaining all the products they have to offer, and offered me with her personal recommendations without trying to push or upsell any products at any time. I got the checking account and the investment account that I was looking for, and I even signed up for a Roth IRA. Hooray, maybe one day I can retire!
