David Lyon & Patricia Harris: Banking here is easy and friendly. The staff treat everyone with the utmost respect and interest. Moreover, the banking products are tops--earning more interest and costing less in fees than at its competitors. We especially recommend Wilfredy Orellana and Lisa Boyle for their diligent helpfulness.
Pietro Schena: I went to ask to exchange cash for quarters and they refused to give service unless I opened an account with them.

Latoya L.: Where do I start? Michael Reid is the branch manager for the Kendall and central sq branch, with little to NO follow thru of customer service. As a business owner this was a NIGHTMARE! Every accuse in the book as to why he setup my acct wrong then tried to tell me that (Eastern) does not accept ACH payments..impossible smh. Does not follow up with calls and emails. Gave me invalid bank checks, vendors could not cash the checks...nightmare. LESS then 6 mos and closed my accts. The excuses were enough. Several internal complaints about Michael Reid. Inaddition, he was promoted to trainer only to have various complaints about his performance and numerous errors with other customer accts. From a management stand point, I recommend follwing up with customers cpmplaints about this guy...listen to your Customers! All the stories are the same, not quintessential.
Huy Le: I went to change for $100 bills today at this location. The black associate named Marlene is not that friendly. She should train to be better CS oriented teller.

Kimmy Curcuru-henry: If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in today because I wanted to open a simple checking account. Immediately I was greeted by one of their workers that “ helped assist me with the process”. The whole entire time he was listening to a Youtube video, which was completely unprofessional. He proceeded to question my citizen status which I for one am and why I wanted to open a checking account in the first place. When I called originally on the phone they had said how I was able to get my card the same, which was the main reason why I opened an account because who likes to wait 2 weeks for their physical card in the mail. He continued to rudely ask questions why I wanted the card in the first place and questioned why I would need it, and asked if I even had enough money to open up the account. Extremely unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not go to CSB!
Account Holder: I have had a checking account at CSB for over 3 years now and I have never had any problems. I love my bank. Only $10 to open a checking account and your new CSB debit card is issued to you on the spot with no fee whatsoever, you can't beat that.

Glynda Falk: Unfortunately, staff is always turning around because I wanted to rate a manager at the bank about eight years ago who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable as well as a person of integrity. However, still whenever I go into the bank in recent years, the staff are very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I rate it as a bank you can trust.
Mark Nahabedian: A solid local bank with very good customer service.
Nicola Ferralis: I need a local bank. Yet, you get a mediocre service. Online banking is a hit and miss, they still are figuring out why I cannot transfer funds. Apparently a software glitch. Still very paper based. Interests are Ok. Only good thing I can use the atm of any bank for free.

Chris Hendrix: I tried to walk in at 11am on a Wednesday and they were closed. If you're not going to be open during non-business hours, at least be open during business hours!Staff there was very helpful on my previous visits however.

S M: After being sucked in for 28 years by greedy bank of America, I finally closed my business and tenant escrow accounts with them. For small business owners out there, Chase is coming to MA next month. They have the best rates for Merchant processings and offer unlimited trades (for IRA and brokerage accounts) to their private clients. How does it feel BAC when one of your best clients pull out 1.5 M dollar out of the accounts?

Nancy Naam: I went to the other branch down the street to open an account, I had to wait for an hour. I left and came to this branch, they helped me within 10 min. They were very professional and knowledge.
Joanna Chung: People were friendly but frustratingly slow... two-finger typing, asking for my SSN 5 times (I counted, and they had me write it down on a post-it note the last time), system going offline in the middle leading to them asking for all of my information a second time, etc. A process they said would take 15 minutes took me over 50, and I couldn't even complete it. Facilities are nice but go in there with a very cool head.
Mike Waite: I needed to cancel my wife's debit card because she lost it, however the associate cancelled mine. Now I let my wife borrow my card for today (the day before thanksgiving) so she could go grocery shopping, but when she went to pay for a carriage full of groceries the card did not work and was the only card she had on her. So thank you Phillip for the embarrassment and now I have to leave work early and make my 40 mile commute back home to the south shore.
David Dai: @2pm, only one cashier who is obviously not capable. Took 25 minutes for one customer. Had to wait for 40 minutes to get serviced. Over staffed on the loan section. Complained to the floor coordinator and he said sorry we have only one cashier. You don't see there is a long line and not moving?

Cole Crawford: Terrible bank. Happy to take your money and charge high fees for a .01% checking account, but if you try to transfer money out, they flag it as fraud. Opened my account online but will need to go in person to close it. Incompetent customer service reps. Don't make the mistake of banking with this institution.
E Marshall: I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. People's United alerted me to the fact that my debit card had been potentially compromised. Was able to get assistance immediately, and my issue was resolved promptly.

zhao liu: If I can give them 0 star I would have. I was at the bank to deposit cash, but the door would not open. I saw 3 employees inside talking with each other and they saw me too. But none of them would even come to the door to direct me. So they posted instructions to call first to make an appointment. But was it so hard to talk to your customers?? There were several posted instructions on the door and I did not see the particular one at first. So I did call but when I finally got to talk to someone inside they hung up on me. Never had a worse experience with a bank than this one!
Barbara Fernandez: I have not been able to transfer money from my savings to my checking for two weeks! The branch ar Stop And Shop in Tarrytown didnot open for two weeks but did not advise anyone. I made an appt with 14 Mamaroneck Ave at 11:00 a m on Saturday White Plains, NY bank. On Sat. A m Apr I 11. They walked out and locked the bank while I was standing there at 10:40. I held on for over 2 hours with your call center this afternoon. No one ever picked her up. She sent E mails to 2 White Plains branches and one Scarsdale, NY branch. I will find who to report this to. April 17. 2020.
Radu Corcodel: The service is appalling at this branch. I was a customer for 8 or so years and I just had it. Closed all accounts and moved to another bank.
