Steven Salzwedel: The ring buying process was easy, nice options and easy to work with. I was told about the 0% financing option however I was not told this was infact signing up for a credit card...now I have a credit card being sent to an address on my I.D. which is not the address I currently live as I just moved here.

Rashed Alananzeh: I dropped off my watch for a battery change and glass shine. I was told that it would only take 4-6 weeks. They said they would have to send it out and I would hear back soon. Weeks went by and I had to call on multiple occasions, they always informed me that we were still waiting to get a quote. They finally called me with a quote in 7 weeks and I approved. I informed that I needed it by a specific date and was told that it would be done by then. As the date approached, I would call and ask if it was done, I was told they haven't received it, but that they would call and get BACK to me. On numerous occasions, no one would answer the phone. I was told so by THREE different employees and a manager they would call to check on it and get back to me. I never received a call back. I had called after the date passed and they said it was ready where they stated "we just received it." I asked if someone is able to pick it up for me because it took longer than 10 weeks and I was out of state at that point, they refused. I also complained of the time it took and they said they could offer a 10% discount. I personally think that I should get more off as their time line was completely off and they NEVER called back when they said they would. This was a disappointment, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your time and money to never get called back or have your watch fixed on time.

Robert Greenwood: I had bought my girlfriend a necklace the day before Xmas eve. After I left Kay I did some more shopping. At some point my purchase was either lost or stolen. After retracing my steps I gave up hope and returned to Kay to buy another necklace. I got there right before they closed and told them what had happened and was helped by an employee named Amanda. Now I work in the service industry and I’m amazed at how helpful she was. Not only was she EXTREMELY knowledgeable in helping me pick out a new necklace, She took down all my info so she could have mall security check the cameras to see if my original purchase could be found. She also got me the best price possible on a new necklace. She was so helpful that I can’t even list every way she came up in the clutch.The thing I appreciate the most is that they were in the process of closing so I expected everyone to be annoyed I was there but everyone (especially Amanda) went above and beyond. I never write reviews but Amanda went above and beyond to help me out when she could of just told me to come back tomorrow .Thank you Amanda! If I could give more stars I would. I thought I had washed my hands enough after handling some acetone, unfortunately going from washing hands in bathroom sink to picking up my earring...there definitely was some acetone residue on my fingers because they immediately became damaged. If they were real amber that would never have happened. Acetone would have evaporated on real amber. They are some kind of resin maybe entirely plastic, maybe copal, but definitely not real amber. Buy your jewelry somewhere else, save yourself from fraud.

Geoffrey Batstone: I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. First of all, I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. The service was excellent and Brahim worked with me to design the perfect ring that was exactly what my wife wanted! I couldn't have been happier, he is work is professional, unique, and fast!Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didn't quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize of the ring and he didn't even charge us anything! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later! Awesome service! These guys are as good as it gets between customer service and standing behind their product! A pleasure to work with! Don't hesitate to give these guys a shot!
