Anthropologie: what do users think?
Marie Josee Lamothe: Spacious, well merchandised, friendly staff
paula gaete: Great clothes
Tekie Anday: Very welcoming customer service.
Mon Liu: Its a nice store but location was kinda unexpectedly hard to find.. away from the regular streets of Harvard, in a place I never recall to have walked on. I had confusion when in the store and asked directions within, the attendant there gave me so much confusion 😐 I got stuck on the ground level didnt know where to go, theres was no elevator as instructed. I had to wait for someone to find me and give me some hands on help to guide me out of this maze.
Ajinkya Parwekar: Very polite and helpful staff. The lady at the counter went extra mile to wrap a gift for me.
Mafalda Gomes: Very cool 😎 and charming.
J W: pretty cool store with split level floors. expensive but good sale selections. other than clothing they have household items and interesting stationery. good place to get a gift
Socheata Huy: Absolutely horrid service. Someone working there had the audacity to tell me they were closing soon; I was aware & in fact in a hurry to buy a gift. They have multiple people working yet only one person at check out. One woman was taking so long returning multiple orders. I didn’t have time to wait for all of that and will no longer spend money here.
Lise Simons: Ok
J O: Lovely store and location at harvard square. Great pieces. Store is mutilevel with beautiful things and small seating area. Pleasant shopping experience
Tammy Martin: The sales lady was nice. It was too expensive
Dipesh Nepal: Here's a catch, if you bought an item that is 50% off you can't return it. We recently purchased a bunch of stuff online during black Friday week, all online and we kept some and wanted to return some. So we went to store and return bunch of items and there was one that we could not. The lady on counter said it was the final sale. I said well okay, I wasn't aware of that at the time. So I came back and checked my order, and I can actually make a return receipt for exchange, but now I have to pay the shipping fee. I completely get it and it fine but "You have to tell us on our cart items that are final sale" and also on receipts", for me it's felt it wasn't ethical for Anthropologie to hide things with their customers.
Michael Powers: Too snobby attitude. Too bad, it is great looking store.
Marie-B CDA: My daughters who are in their 30' loved it. I do not fancy the material of most clothes. I do not find it elegant or refined: too thick, looks cheap...Oh, well...different folks for different strokes!
Stephen G: Ok if you like expensive clothing designed for young women.
Pizzles Tech Time: Whoever does the design of the window displays needs a raise! When I walked by it was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen... I was thinking the person who does these displays must be a genius. It really made me feel something.
Chris Bozer: Wonderful store with a great selection. My wife was able to get some hair accessories that she loved!Fair warning though, this place is quite expensive. A set of hair scrunches will cost you about $20. Be prepared when you come in for this.
JEAN YVES RIVOIRE: De beaux vêtements, chers !

Susanna: what do users think?
robin graves: super clothes. lovely service
Maurice Karpman: Small women's clothing shop with a nicely curated collection of clothes cut and sized for real people.
Kathleen O'Connell: Come to Susanna if you’re looking for the best women’s clothing store in Cambridge. It’s about a half-mile from Harvard Square and even closer to Porter Square. This charming boutique offers a great selection of contemporary/stylish/comfortable-but-casually-elegant tops, jackets, sweaters, skirts, pants dresses and accessories, including terrific jewelry. The service, both in-person and online, is superb. Owner Amy and everyone else are always helpful and give you whatever level of attention you need--they’ll shop with you or you can look around without any pressure to buy. There’s even a compact collection of adorable baby clothes—very convenient for moms, grandmothers, and anyone heading to a baby shower!FYI: Susanna’s is an easy walk from the Red Line’s Porter Square stop. And there’s metered parking on Mass Ave.
Carolyn Fuller: For the first time, I ordered all my clothes online. I was so nervous but the items came and were perfect! They look GREAT and they brought my new clothes to my door - no charge!
Randye Friedrichs: Love this store. Whenever I am up on Cambridge this is always on my list. Love the people, love the clothing, love the jewelry. Love it all
gabrielle stapleton roach: Susanna Cambridge is a great little boutique on Mass Ave with lots of style. There is always something new to try, the vibe is fun, functional and creative. The owner is very helpful and respectful, generally gives me space to make my choices. Whether you wander in or shop online the service is always great.
Sylvia Hammerman: always have found great clothes here, and now, during the closure for the pandemic, the scarves at rock bottom prices were a nice way to support this shop and add a little flare to my zoom sessions
Lisa Marino-Molchanova: Clothing is exclusively for the tiniest of the tiny. A family member regularly buys her clothes here and I often tag along, but the employees act like I'm completely invisible the entire time. They'll say hello, but immediately rush to her to "assist" and completely ignore me. Once it's a mistake, repeatedly it's intentional. Mind you, I'm dressed well, always well groomed, and my jewelry probably costs more than their entire inventory, but the judgmental attitude and behavior will keep me away and will definitely keep me from referring anyone to the store. Also, their clothes aren't unique. Boring and overpriced? Yes.
Susan Doll: Great stuff at fat prices. I go anyway.
Jo Keith: Unique finds. Great customer service. Good quality.
Susan Silberman: Coming here for decades, one of the best independent shops in Cambridge for interesting off-mainstream stuff
Elizabeth Stapleton Hill: So much fun. Helpful staff is not in your face with upsales but will help you find what you want. Great place for basics or that special gift for a loved one.
Stephen Bauer-Balel: I came by recently looking for some birthday gift clothing for my wife, and once again I was able to find some things that she loved, as did all you notice! She often gets lots of compliments. So, thank you so much! I’ve been coming to Susanna’s for a good while now, and have never been disappointed. My wife enjoys nice clothing but hates shopping for some reason, so it’s come to be my doing clothing shopping for her and Susanna's is my number one place. We’ve never been disappointed, and have never had to return anything..
Catherine Luther: Lovely store. Fabulous staff. Good place to find something special!!
Esther's Daughter: A marvelous boutique located on Mass Ave between Harvard and Porter Squares. Lots of clothing--especially pretty tops-- mostly of the bohemian career / casual style. You'll also find plenty of accessories and even a nice display case of jewelry. Staff is friendly and helpful and more than willing to help you find the right look. Prices are fair but generally not cheap.
Robin Miller: Great staff is alwasy very helpful. Wonderful variety of merchandise. Convenient location

Mint Julep: what do users think?
Leah Klein: Such a cute shop with carefully curated fun and fabulous clothes. I love seeing what they get in season by season.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Great little Harvard Square Boutique. Located on Church Street
Niloofar Ojani: Such a pretty store with lots of accessory options. I was able to find fashionable scarves here. Friendly staff, and quaint setting.💛
Anto Catanzaro: I found the most wonderful corset top here and the staff were nice. Definitely pricey (think $100 - $300 for clothing, $30 - $60 for accessories, at full price), but there’s stuff on sale for quite cheap. And hey, if you have a couple hundred bucks to spend, you can definitely get adorable, high quality clothes here.
Purvi Patel: The owners are incredibly helpful. Lovely dresses fairly priced and so unique. So happy with my gorgeous yellow dress!!! Thank you Stephanie and Brooke!!!
Esther Ye: This boutique shop is located within Harvard Square and has a great selection of cute fashionable merchandise, including jewelry, clothing, bags, and more.
Dan Janerico: ~ Marvelous Clothing Store , More So For Females ~
Joseph Nickerson: Cute place. Nice and friendly staff
Diane Beck: This shop has clothes on trend for very good prices. Each of their shop people are helpful and give great suggestions. They have a selection which is good for a wide range of ages. Always a fun place to shop.
carter vincent: Wonderful selection and staff.
Alessandro V.: Cute women's boutique with unique offerings. My wife loves the place.
Justin Aronstein: Great dresses! Very expensive though, this is a good place to go for a fancy event, wedding, prom, etc. Almost all short dresses, has lots of good accessories that are not too expensive. The people who work there are very helpful and supportive for the shopping experience.
Lexie Koss: Everything in here is adorable and will make you feel happy that you are a girl while sad that you are not super rich. It can be a little pricey, but with some careful browsing, you can usually uncover a few outfit options under $100. Visit for all of your wedding guest/holiday party/aren't-you-sad-you-dumped-me? fashion needs.
caitlin: This is a great dress shop. You are sure to find something beautiful and unique i.e. insure someone else dosent have the same dress at wedding, dance, etc. The people that work here are super nice and helpful. They usually have some good sales going on which helps since some of their stuff is a little pricey. The only problem I have found is limited sizes. I have been disappointed a number of times finding the perfect dress not in my size. They do have their brookline location which helps but sad for sale items.

Tess: what do users think?
Mary-Kate McGeary: not only is this store overpriced and outdated but the owner tess is one of the most vile people i’ve ever met. she is a regular at my job in harvard sq and she harasses the staff every time she comes in. she is rude, vicious and has lied to get her way on multiple occasions. i can attest to her mistreatment that many people have left reviews for. she claims not to be fatphobic and then continues to be fatphobic in her review replies. she is not someone i would ever want to support, and you shouldn’t either!
Siri Caya: Love this store 😻
Lara Druyan: Tess was lovely and incredibly helpful. She has a fabulous eye both for unknown (to me, anyway) designers and for what works on her customers. Thank you!!
Rebecca Curran: Edit #2: I want my reply to the store to be at the top of my review. Because I've spent the entire evening trying to figure out why I would make up a story about being publicly humiliated and have come up short. "Family owned and operated" doesn't get you a free pass for being terrible. A simple "We're so sorry you had that experience! We will be looking into this" -- even if you had NO intention of following through -- would have sufficed. Businesses that respond the way Tess did only make stories like mine -- and the MANY other bad reviews over on Yelp -- even more believable. Bye 3My apologies to Mint Julep! I walked by this way for the first time since the worker at Tess told me I was too fat for their clothes in March and realized my review was for the wrong store. I’ve been avoiding it because, you know, 14 years of an eating disorder. I went in hoping to redeem both, with my bag from Anthropologie which I thought indicated I wanted to spend money on cute clothes. Was entirely ignored, which I guess was better than when I was here in the spring and the woman loudly repeated how fat I was. I’m not tiny but I wear a 0 at Anthropologie so I can only imagine what other people are treated in this store. Thanks for confirming that everyone who works here sucks ✌🏻Edit: Thanks for confirming that you're horribly rude. What would I get from lying about this?
Kellie Hawks: Cute clothes, was able to find what I wanted.
Samantha: I went in to briefly browse some dresses. At first the woman seemed nice and helpful, but she kept insisting I try on smalls when I know I am a bigger size and I had to awkwardly tell her that they won’t fit me. She picked out several dresses that weren’t my style and she didn’t really listen when I told her this. The “dressing room” is a small bathroom in the back and there is no full length mirror. I literally stood in a water jug to see my full body in the bathroom mirror. If you’re selling $600+ dresses, people are going to expect an actual dressing area. It was also super hot in the bathroom and no a/c in the store, so the try-on process was unpleasant. I asked if she could hold a few dresses because I was in a rush and needed to come back. She rudely said no, seemed to get angry and said “I have 3 stores” blah blah. I don’t understand what having 3 stores has to do with holding a dress. Again, if you have super expensive clothing, having a temporary hold policy is pretty normal. After I left the store I read the reviews of her rude and racist behavior and it seems like this woman has issues. And she clearly doesn’t care to address the many reviews calling her out. I won’t be back.
Denise Patnod Lic. Ac.: I found a beautiful pair of pants, 100% cotton, made in Italy. The material feels fabulous. I will tell my colleagues to shop at TESS’s.
Lydia: If you want to look chic and unique this is the place to go!
Devon Vrana: If I could give a store a negative 0, I would. The old hag that works in there is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She was so hateful, I thought she was kidding. Stay far away from this store. The clothes are ugly and way overpriced. The woman who works there is clinically unwell. Better yet, go in the store and harass her. It is like nothing you will ever experience.
Ethan Forrest: Had a rather uncomfortable and quite shocking experience in Tess this past week. Casually looking around with my girlfriend ,the sales associate asked my her to try on the Sweater she was looking at; to which we said we had just worked out and would be back later when we weren't so sweaty. We engaged in friendly conversation and the sales associate abruptly said to my fit and skinny girlfriend, "and now you're expecting a baby?" I have never once encountered someone who made an assumption about someones weight or body appearance let alone comments about being pregnant (or not) ESPECIALLY in a sales setting. We were speechless.
siobhan farina: I’ve never had a real movie moment til today when I got to live out my own Selena/Pretty Woman fantasy- except I’d never give this woman my money. I walked in with a friend of mine who asked to try on a dress and was met with “That’s $850”….. ok and?!? She insisted that yes, she was aware of the price point and would like to try it on….. to which she was met with “it won’t fit you”..I gave the woman a not so nice glance- but hey, don’t talk to people like that! She asked me if I had a problem like we were going to square up in the alley behind. Also the clothes are all made in China, all in the 100s of dollars for chintzy, unlined, low thread count feeling garbage.
Judith Fabian: Tess carries exquisite women’s clothing from Italian and US designers. Her boutique in Harvard Square has a minimalist aesthetic. Tess’s long time career in high end investment clothing allows her to curate the perfect pieces for her customers.Tess is my main source to add a few pieces to my wardrobe each season. I am still proudly wearing pieces that I purchased from Tess decades ago.
Sofia Ivanka: I liked a piece, but the attitude of the saleswoman there was DEPLORABLE. Asking me if the dress I had chosen was “actually my size” and demanding I tell her my size to try it on was such a shocking experience for me. Please DO NOT GO unless you want to leave in bad mood.
Katya Luke: They were not open on time!! We came 10:30,, doors were shut😡😡😡
Gary Mitchiner: Everything we ever bought here for my wife was the utmost in timeless style and quality. Love this store and shopping experience. Can't wait to go back! Gary & Ellen, Chicago
ym k: When I read the reviews, I noticed that there was a stark contrast of 4s, 5s, and 1s. Since I have an experience in shopping in Tess myself, I decided to contribute. Many of these high-rated reviews are written by Caucasians, and unfortunately, this experience is often not the same for people of color. My mother and I, who are Asians, have really enjoyed the quality and uniqueness of Tess clothing and have purchased their high-priced items. However, it is very clear to us that, every time we enter the store, that we are racially profiled. When we first visited the store, the clerk looked us up and down and practically followed us around the store, monitoring our every move—although she treated a white lady in a completely different and cordial manner. She treats us nicely now that she sees us as regular customers, but before our frequent visits, she acted very rude and passive aggressive. My mother really likes the store, but we both agree that its staff completely lacks respect and effort at equal treatment. Even out of the prospect of selling, the shop attendant should treating everyone equally. "Tess" clearly doesn't realize that customer service is essential to selling any item. We will be shopping in another Tess store where we can't see the shop attendant.
Karen Gardner: Hovering salespeople with a lot of attitude. Owner is obviously catering to the wrong audience, price point wise. If you want to sell to the one percent, it's best if you can identify them and understand their shopping preferences.
Maureen Brosnan: All my favorite clothes are from Tess. Love the sweaters, slacks, shirts, dresses. Tess is great at offering suggestions on what will look good. Great service.
Xiaolin Zhuo: Today (11/24/2015) at Tess I had the most horrifying shopping experience in my entire life. There was only one salesperson at the store (and based on the reviews posted on Yelp, she must be Tess, the owner). With her assistance, I tried on two coats. I didn't buy them, put them down, and continued looking around in the store. Suddenly the salesperson came over and asked me where one of the coats I tried on was. I didn't need a change room to try the coats on, and I just put them on while standing in the shopping area in the store. I didn't remember exactly where the coats were after I put them down, and I suggested that maybe the coat was on the chair, or she put one coat back on the model. She immediately became very impatient and rude and basically was accusing me of stealing the coat. After a few intense minutes, I said, you can search my bag, I didn't take it. Suddenly she said I can go. There was another male customer in the store, and he intervened and asked if anything is missing. I said to the salesperson, I want to be helpful here, is everything okay, are you sure I can go. She said again that I can go, as if nothing has happened. The coat I tried on was labeled $800-900, and I can understand the salesperson must be worried if she can't find it. I'm willing to help her locate the coat, but she simply accused me of stealing in a rude way, and a moment later she let me go. If she let me go because she eventually found the clothes and realized she had mistakenly accused me, at least she should have apologized to me (and she didn't).I am an Asian female under age 30. Reading another Yelp review, it seems that other young Asian women had also had disturbing experience at this store.
Judy Morrison: Fabulous designer clothing primarily Italian. Certainly on the pricey side. the folks who work there are attentive and cna help you put togheter the right outfit.if you hit it right you can get a great deal at their salesbottomline - you will walk out looking great!
Nancy Turner: The clothing is lovely and such fine quality. However, the overall atmosphereis intimidating and the prices are outrageous. Snooty attitude.

The Garment District: what do users think?
Simon Gorelkin: Best emotions!
Sammie Annie: So the first floor is absolutely disgusting. the 2 dollar per pound genuinely left my mouth wide open. the clothes are all over the floor and people are just stepping all over them? and then deciding they want to buy them? so gross and dirty my skin started crawling.the second floor however was a lot more acceptable. things were actually on racks. i found a cool vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price. it was missing a button though so ? but it’s from the 80s so whatever. i guess i’ll just find someone who knows how to sew. i would return for the second floor but god NOT the first floor.
Sarah Daigle: This place is amazing, nough said.
Jean Roman: Good place to bargain hunt for clothes or thrift shop!
Monica Renaud: This place is vintage, thrift, costume and one of a kind pieces all at once. It is well organized. Am sure I'll find a new treasure the next time I visit!
Wynter Aiguier: Love walking around and looking at the different stuff
Holly Buehlmann: Great Spot to thrift if you are looking for higher end stuff. It's definitely a lot more expensive than a goodwill or savers.
Ann Thomson: Love ❤️ this place!!!!!! A must go all bargain shoppers!!!
Richard Cadet: Great staff
Bryn Weiler: Wide selection of fairly priced and high quality vintage/used clothing. By the pound is the best as well!
Robin Beaulieu: Second time I visited here, & always leave myself short on time to really go through the 'pick a pile' section. It takes a semi-work out to really 'dig-out' a gem but they ARE to be had, you just have to scout them out. Special shout out to Charlotte at the checkout, she was so kool in sharing some additional info. regarding thrift salvage in the area, & a unique spirit :) Wow to the vintage offerings, & the costume departments too. I walked away w/ two tailored pants, a lrg tee-shirt, & a sports bra all for $4. What a deal!
Claire Navis: best thrift store in Boston, also was recommended from a local
Edward Mostone: Friendly staff
Colleen Childs: Lots of wonderful stuff
Michael and Steve: Great variety of clothing to choose from. Reasonably priced.
bianca bello: I had high hopes and remember it being nicer and more affordable when I lived here years ago, but the prices now (fast fashion tops for $14-$20) and the…sewage?…smell made me never want to return :(
ulises palafox: Me encanta este lugar, nunca sabes lo que puedes encontrar
Anna Woods: I wanted to like this place and I tried really hard it’s just a little overpriced for what it is I recommend goodwill unless you want to dig through the hellacious clothing mound
Andrew Schmitz: Amazing Inventory...Fabulous customer service!! They are wonderful!!
Noelia G.: Beautiful & elegant vintage pieces. I loved my purchase here.
Nick Belsten: Fun shopping experience! Love the selection and the funky pink decor

Queenia: what do users think?
Jade Beausoleil: Great customer service!
Guannan Chen: I bought my wedding dress there a year ago. Tumble into this place and found a perfect dress below my budget!
Lindsay G: I love this exquisite place I stumbled upon this summer. It is a princess store built on elegance, very prestige and my every childhood dream come true! The last time I visited- the lady was very nice (sadly I can't remember her name). She was personable in a genuine way- not forced and fake like some sales people. She told me the history of the owners and I loved our connection with the show Emily in Paris. They have their own designer who does a remarkable job. Their shirts are one size fits all which works for me but I wonder how it would be for plus size ladies or really any woman that's above a size large... Anyways if you're a girly girl princess like I am- you have to check out this store! Their online website never seems to have anything stocked but it's a beautiful experience so definitely worth going in person! I hope they bring back their princess Diana choker necklaces. I adore mine and want more!!!
Connie Coneja: I really like the clothes that they sell and also the sellers are really friendly and nice…im so happy with my dresses 👗 and i will come back soon!!!
SwiftJack123: Great place to let the wife and kid shop. I would highly recommend this place. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Rachel Sexton: I stumbled upon this store while in Boston on a business trip. The dresses in the window were a deterrant - lots of sparkle and not my style at all (I thought it was going to be a prom-dress store like the old Cache) - but most of the mall's other stores were closed and I had time to kill, so I went in. I couldn't believe my eyes as I got further into the store: some of the most beautiful pieces with incredible details! They're feminine but on trend; structured but form flattering. Even better when I tried them on - of 4 dresses, 2 fit like they had been made for me and had the same feel of dresses I've paid many times more for (reminds me very much of the Maje label in quality and uniqueness). I hope they stick around - really excited about this place.
Yana Osmecki: I bought a sweater dress from Queenia (CambridgeSide Galleria) that was a bit big in the straps (All their clothes are one size fits all). When Queenia learned that I brought it to a tailor and they said it can't be altered, they offered to tailor it in the store for free. The staff were super friendly, and Frida did a great job on the straps. Thanks!Just keep in mind that they don't do exchanges or returns!
Maedeh: I really love the design, their dresses are really pretty, I hope they grow and start their online shopping
MOUNIKA T: Please dont visit this store. There is no way to return/exchange dresses once its bought. I bought a dress just a week ago, didn’t even remove the tags but they didnt accept the return, neither they allowed me to exchange it. Came to know that each item in the store is on final sale. Think twice before buying anything here!
Kexin Chen: Great store! I feel like a princess!!

Chhabra Bridal Wear: what do users think?
Natalie Eisner: As someone who doesn’t know much about Indian wedding culture, I found them extremely helpful in picking out outfits for the wedding I was going to attend and great with alterations!
Kim Ziolkowski: I needed a dress last minute for a friend's wedding. After explaining my situation, I was given a review of outfits on hand that could be tailored in time. We choose a lehenga, and it was brought in to my size in less than 2 days (there was still excess fabric, but that's to be expected when bringing in so much material in the skirt on such a tight timetable). I was given fantastic service, speed, and care, and highly recommend this store!
Gina DeStefano: This was the rudest encounter I've ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door we were barely acknowledged. Instead of a greeting, the women owner walked away and refused to assist us. I let them know I was looking for a wedding lehenga and they quickly pointed to the wall without offering up any more details. I am white and my fiancé is Indian, so I made it clear I could use the guidance but they did not care to help. After I on my own selected a few outfits to try on, the younger woman made it clear she was annoyed and hurriedly had me try on only 2 lenghas. Even then they continued to remain dismissive and acted as if they could care less whether we would even make a purchase. I truly loved one of the ones I had picked and wanted to purchase it, but because of their outrageously overt rude behavior I left without buying it. I will make sure to let everyone I know to never go here.To be clear my fiancé even called before we went to see if we needed to make an appointment first and they said it was not a problem and we could come by. So there is absolutely not excuse for the lack of attention and rudeness.
Kang-Chun Cheng: Came with an appointment, treated with total disrespect—could barely try on two outfits, as if they’re doing me a huge favor. “We’ll give you one more thing,” they said “but don’t ask for another because we won’t give it to you.” Poor quality clothing, poor fits. Please realize there are other Indian bridal shops out there.
Vithika Nag: Had a lovely experience with the store and staff - they altered my purchased items to fit me perfectly. When I came to pick up, the tailor also made slight adjustments in *minutes* to my pieces to make sure I had no issue putting them on and the staff was super sweet in helping me with zips/hooks out of reach. They have some really pretty pieces in store for wedding-guest shopping and a parking lot in the back which saved me trouble finding parking in this part of Cambridge.
arvind rajan: Excellent selection of womens’ salwars and Lehengas. However, unhelpful and apathetic employee at the store was a turn off. High prices for simple alterations.
Joy Franco: Chhabra Bridal Wear is a fantastic business and I am so grateful for them. I am attending my first Indian wedding and the recommended attire is Indian formal. Having no idea of the work that goes into adjusting women's garments, I went to the shop the day before leaving for the wedding. From the minute I entered the store I received the greatest customer service. The staff introduced me to garment choices and wedding customs. They taught me how tThe store went above and beyond helping me choose garments AND they very graciously made the adjustments immediately. The clothing is so beautiful and there were so many beautiful jewelry sets to choose from. I'm in love with the garments they helped me choose and have never been so excited about going to a wedding. Hopefully this is not the last time I get to visit the shop.A suggestion to others: I could tell that normally this store likes to give it's customer's a very in depth shopping experience. They have tailors in house, couches for sitting, and a great ambiance. If you do need clothes, I would plan ahead to spend some time in the store and giving the store time to do the perfect adjustments.
Prasim Simpra: very rude staffs. didn't let us try clothes. would not recommend this place unless you are filthy rich, they will not do you right. very biased staffs
Autumn Mendonca: The costumer service was poor, the interaction was discriminatory. I asked about sizing, and where to find my size, I had a dress in my hand and she looked at me looked at the dress and immediately told me I couldn’t fit the dress. She didn’t ask for my size took my measurements or nothing. I was wearing baggy clothes and it hid my shape, she couldnt know my size. Then she gave a few vague other options and walked away. I had brought my sisters who are younger and she’s had told my sisters to sit down when my mother had already told them and it was most definitely wasn’t her place. She also said my sisters were running when they were walking around, I would also like to mention that there where white customers who received much better support than I did. There were also women in the store who were bigger than me and didn’t not face the discrimination I faced,
Sarita Kap: I have been to many stores, but I have not received such courteous and impeccable service from thestaff and the owners as I did at Chhabra Bridal. It was very fulfilling for me to find some trendy outfits for a family wedding! I highly recommend this store!
Revathy Mahendra-Rajah: Vijayanti is wonderful to work with. They have a wonderful selection of outfits, shoes & jewelry.
Tammy Lafreniere: I can't say enough good things about this shop!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they have the most beautiful choices of clothing!! The owner is quick to answer emails and was very helpful letting me know what was available in the size I needed in ready to wear. There were so many gorgeous Sarees available it was hard to choose!! The prices were very reasonable! I found exactly what I needed and they had all the accessories and shoes to match! Chhabra Bridal Wear is the best store I have found for Indian wedding wear!!!
Casserine Toussaint: I was here a while ago and had a great experience. I love the sari I got; in fact it is my favorite. The staff treated me like a long-lost favorite cousin. Definitely recommend.
Ashley Houtsma: Highly recommend Chhabra Bridal! I needed several traditional Indian outfits for a destination wedding. They were so helpful guiding me in selecting the perfect lehengas, as well as taking me through the different wedding events and advising what to expect and what to wear! The selection was incredible. The tailoring was perfect, and I felt so beautiful at the wedding! Excellent customer service and experience all around.
Vipin Kaul: They don’t deserve even a single star. The staff and management is very arrogant and don’t care about customer service. The clothes and dresses are way expensive and the staff clearly show discrimination to asians. They misbehaved without being apologetic while we were in the shop 30-40 mins prior to closing time and they said they misbehaved because it was approaching closing time. As a fellow Asian I felt humiliated today seeing how the whole staff was overly helpful to a white couple and were mean to us. Would never go there again and would suggest all my fellow Asians to avoid this store.
Jennifer Connolly: An amazing store! Pratiki went above and beyond to help me find an outfit for my cousin’s wedding. She understood my budget and walked me through the traditions of a Seik wedding.
Susan Murray-Blake: I have very mixed feelings about this place, so it took me some time to gather my thoughts...I thought the family that runs the shop seemed very friendly and helped me try on many different items, helped me try to maximize my budget and educated me about their clothing options. That said, a few things perturbed me greatly. First, I got a $30 parking ticket while there... which is 100% my own fault. However, the response I got was, "why? We have free parking! A large lot in back, we even have a sign!" Now, the "sign" is painted on a door which is to the far right of what looked like the entrance door. On what looked like the entrance door is a sign stating to enter the store using a door to the far left. No where on either of those doors did it mention the free parking. I'm talking there is at least 20'-30' between doors. Ok, my fault.Second, the clothing there is exorbitantly expensive. Similar items online are at least 50%-75% cheaper. Why did I go to this store, you ask, if that is the case? Because I waited too long to safely order for an upcoming wedding and I had NO IDEA how to dress myself in Indian clothing. I ended up spending way too much for an outfit that I only marginally liked. When I tried to return them THE VERY NEXT DAY I was told that all sales are final. No exceptions. tags still on, still in the bag. Please keep in mind that this store is 1-2 hours from my home (depending on traffic) so I felt compelled to come home with something... and then thought better of it.Third, some of the clothes in the front of the store had sun damage, leading me to think they had been there for many years. Weird, yet they were still VERY expensive. So, I guess, if you have a short deadline and money to burn feel free to shop here. But please know there is free parking in the back!
Ariel Heather: The woman who was in charge was incredibly rude and disrespectful, pulling items out of our hands and putting them back on the rack. Very inhospitable and did not make us feel like buying anything there. Horrible service.
Robert Tompkins: Beautiful store with a huge selection
Mishka Murad: I went here to get clothes & i had a budget and time deadline & everyone here was polite & great. The whole process was smooth for me and my partner, they have lots of options, for lots of budgets. A wonderful experience. Not sure why there are negative reviews! Finished altering my clothes before they said they would!
Beth Forrest: Excellent experience shopping for a bridal outfit for a friend. The owner and her daughter were fabulous and they took considerable time in helping us find the perfect outfit. I would highly recommend!

Keezer's Classic Clothing: what do users think?
Kelita Cear: very pretty
Scott Warner: An amazing clothing selection of all sorts. Wild, classic, classy and unique. Whatever you’re looking for. The employees are super attentive, professional, nice and knowledgeable. They will help you find whatever you’re looking for and give amazing advice. Not only that-there is an insane team of tailors on staff for all your fitting and alteration needs.
Paul Donahue: Been coming here since getting a used tuxedo in high school 50 years agojust brought two bags of clothes and did a marvelous swap for a Blazer and a Tweed coat --- always pleased with my visits
Kaiser Soze: This review is for the 618 Cambridge Street location. Terrible experience and disappointing as I’m a neighborhood local. The young woman who helped me for a tux rental for a special occasion had zero experience and it showed. Didn’t measure me, wasn’t sure the difference between short or regular, couldn’t tell me if the fit/look was good. Zero motivation to assist me in looking my best for a special day. And to top it off the tux shirt she had me try on was off-white as it was so old/stained. I left and the salesperson could not have cared less. Avoid this place.
Jonathan Henke: Had a great experience selecting jacket, shirt and shoes for a young man. Excellent service and knowledgeable staff.
isloveinme God: Dave or David is really rude. He said he can't help to find a suit for mi 2 son. Was very racist amd he told us to go to other store without looking. Really really bad experience. The Spanish woman is really good.
Peter Squires: Excellent location selection and prices
Beth: Thirty years ago, my husband bought a tuxedo at Keezers for a formal event we were attending (yup, in 1992). We were newly married and in grad school, so he was grateful to find the tux was very reasonably priced. My husband thinks he paid $199, but my recollection is that it was only $99. Either way, it was unbeatable. Husband has worn it many times over the years. He just put it on and it still fits and still looks perfect, and he’ll be wearing to our daughter’s wedding! Thank you, Keezer’s. Your selection of quality items and expert tailoring have definitely stood the test of time!
James Oneal: Finally visited, few years ago . Amazing place,Always a great selection , alton has a passion& Sincere appreciation for vintage clothingJust like myself. Also a decent human beingKnowledgeable talior will definitely go backAgain soon
Samuel Tommy: Rented 2 tuxes for good price, 125 each. Tailoring the rental fast and cheap. Great people here
Tommy Liang: Great experience! Purchased and tailored a used, fairly high-end suit. Friendly and helpful staff, and outrageously low prices for the quality. Always worth a visit on any suit-shopping journey.
hwh hwh: Salesman is arrogant. Doesn’t listen to you and tries to get you to buy things that are overpriced. Be aware!
Chris Burns: High pressure sales, very mediocre (and expensive) alterations. They assume you know nothing about suits and jackets and will condescend to you. Don’t beleive a word they say in the show room. Look up the brand on eBay before overpaying here. Suits are generally very low quality. Tailoring style is stuck in 2004. To quote another review, they Use busyness as an excuse and never know where your clothes are / if they are done… don’t bother calling. When you factor in alterations and fitting, it’s probably just as affordable to go to Bonobos or SuitSupply.
Bridger: This is now the only place I'll buy suits. Absolutely amazing service and prices. It was my first time having someone walk around and talk style with me. I learned a lot and got something better than what I had walked in looking for. For waaay less than I expected to pay.
Mark Egan: TL;DR - rude service, they don't listen to what you actually want, sloppy quick measurements on the tailoring, bad communication, use busyness as an excuse for an unprofessional lack of attention.More details: They refused to listen to customer, pushing toward a different size than the one I wanted, lecturing me about "style" and how it's supposed to look (like an old man in a baggy suit apparently). I relented bc hey this place has great reviews. After tailoring it looked terrible, too baggy and didn't fit right. Got angry at me for suggesting we switch out the jacket to the size I originally wanted. I was willing to pay more for this, mind you. Still very rude. Offered to do a second round of tailoring (which I paid for). Still looked like an old man in an oversized suit.Oh, and their communication is terrible - called several times simply to ask if the suit was ready for pickup and they ALWAYS said I don't know, we'll call you back and NEVER did. $600 wasted, I will never wear this suit.Life lesson learned - don't trust online reviews, refuse to pay until goods are in hand and you're satisfied, and don't try to save money by going secondhand if you want a suit to look great.
Andres de Loera-Brust: Good selection for old formal mens styles. Rude service experience.
Alexandra Wainwright: My fiancé needed a budget suit on short notice. As a very tall, slender man, it's usually hard to find anything that fits him (not to mention we weren't event sure of his size). We walked into Keezer's, explained what we needed, and one of the employees immediately brought us a suit in the correct size. Then they tailored the suit to fit his exact body type. They also helped us choose a shirt and cufflinks to go with the tie we had picked out. Overall, I am VERY satisfied with my experience and will definitely be coming back. If you need an affordable suit, this is THE place to go!
Mariana Sánchez: So thankful to have found this gem! I needed to get some alterations done to my wedding dress asap (had a bad experience with a previous tailor). Measurements were taken professionally and Maria, who told me had been sewing for 20+ years gave me suggestions on how to fix a problem I eventually encountered with my dress. Everyone was very friendly and the owner gave me a resonance price. After two weeks, my dress was done and it really seemed to have been made for me.
Michael C: Went in to get fitted for a tux. Professional measurements, I was in and out in 10min. The staff approached me right when I walked in and were very helpful.
Paul Craven Craven: Was told a price and came back in a timely manner and they did not honor it .Was told no over the phone when the manager called in and I happen to be there and i explained the whole situation .
Leo O: I’ve been here for several years to tailor my uniform clothes for work (previously le couturier house of alterations in central sq). Excellent customer service with a personable touch. The owner has class and knows how to read style, from timeless to trendy, and tailors accordingly. You won’t be disappointed!
