Sara Rivera: Box finally broke after 15yr.(yes it was old).Got a ? New one, as soon as I got home I installed it and the new box didn't work eather so I tried calling tec support; for 4hr and couldn't get through, brought the box back to be told there were no tecs if I need help schedule an appointment for someone to come out and fix it(of course at my expense.)And This is supposed to be excellent customer service.
N M: It's called Xfintity because THEIR SERVICE IS REALLY FINITE. Not only are the employees very RUDE AND ININTERESTED. They are don't know anything about their products. Contracts change after agreement. We only went to their store because with our lease can't have any other provider.AVOID IF YOU CAN!

Wenchee Hua: We switched out Xfinity plan 2 days ago and had our old internet modem converted onto the new plan but yesterday after we came home we couldn’t use our internet cause it wasn’t activated because we didn’t know we were logging on to the old account so it wasn’t giving us to activate our modem. We came on again to the store to ask them about what happened to our internet and One of the employees who helped us again was being very rude and acted like he didn’t want to help us finally helped us log on to our new Xfinity account to activate. Alyssa Callahan: Friday afternoon I dropped off my flex streaming box that I don’t use at this store, and for some reason somebody shut down all of my devices, turning off my modem that I own. I called customer service and was told it would take 2 hours to turn back on. Fast forward to Saturday morning, I still have no internet and now I’m being told that because it’s the weekend the customer solutions team is closed and they can’t help me until Monday. This is unacceptable service and I can’t wait until I cancel this company at the end of the month. Will never use xfinity again and will make sure none of my friends or family do either

I had an issue with one sim and it was returned and I was given a reciept of the money getting refunded. However it has been one month and I have still not got any info regarding it. I talked to the company, the company says I should go to the store and the store people are not at all helpful. I recieved very cold behavior from all of the executives. They were not at all easy to talk to and were very reluctant to even listen to my issue and help. God knows when will I get back my money. Such a big brand and this kind of attitude when I have all valid documents of the initiated return and payment. Let me see how far it gets stretched.
Julia Dias: Horrible customer service!!!I was there last night after calling the store and confirming they had the size of iphone I needed.I arrived and explained I needed to return the model I had purchased (at another T-Mobile) because it was not the size I wanted. So the girl at the counter looks at me like I was bothering her and tells me to go back to the store where I had purchased the phone. I explained I drove 50 miles. I also knew the Apple store right across had it in the color I wanted, so was trying to do the return first at T-Mobile, but the 3 young associates there were being super difficult. I am a long T-Mobile customer and I was never mistreated like this. I insisted I could do the return at any store, they asked for a receipt, I said everything was posted on my account, but still they needed a physical receipt. I got the receipt, and they had to call some boss to confirm that could be done.After all that wait, my husband comes to tell me Apple ran out of the color I wanted.So I asked them if I could just buy the 256 size i had called about (at this point, I didn’t care about the color anymore) I explained I had called earlier and a nice lady on the phone offered to hold it for me for the rest of the night and would even put my name on it (but she was no longer there). It was getting close to closing time and they seemed annoyed and just kept repeating they didn’t have anything. I explained once again I had called and someone confirmed and offered to hold for the night, I even showed the call history to that store at around 4:30pm, but they didn’t seem to care to even check!!! They were really rude. I am a very disappointed T-Mobile customer.

Matt S: The 5 stars is more for the specialist, Levar, than for t-mobile, which I have no real issues with, but Levar was fantastic. After poking around at many stores, Levar was super helpful, knowledgeable and is an overall great guy. I went in not expecting to walk out with a new phone, but he made me feel confident and happy with my new phone. Kudos to him and I'm enjoying my new phone!To Levar's boss, give this guy a raise. Good customer service is hard to find. You are lucky to have him.

Gavin Schumer: The person that was helping me was disrespectful and unprofessional. I could not get his name. Before I asked for help, he looked and made it clear to the customer that he did not want to assist them. The ladies working were nice, but they were busy helping other people, so I did not have the chance to be helped by them.
Anthony Magnole: David Romero and Persia were fantastic at transferring my service from another company and providing me the most suitable plan. They informed me of where I could save money and which promotions/add ons the most sense for what I was looking for. The service each time I went in and telephonically were very friendly, timely and efficient. They really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

Charlie O'Neill: One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in the US. The new lady who had just started working three days ago was incredibly nice and apologetic about my issue. The manager was incredibly rude, patronising and condescending. She kept insisting there was nothing she could do after I'd been charged twice for a prepaid service that didn't even work. She insisted it was a problem with my bank, and when she eventually realised it wasn't, there wasn't so much as a sorry. Awfully rude and incompetent manager. However, the other staff were nice - hope they get promoted up the ladder soon.

Esha Meher: I have been a T mobile customer for 2 years now. This morning I walked into the store asking if I could charge my phone for a minute as it had suddenly died. Lady infront with curly hair and an extremely rude disposition rolls her eyes and says, we only have chargers for sale. In fact we have no power outlets. I couldn’t help but ask where staff and employees charge their devices to which she replied. “We being them charged”. So here is a store where no one’s device is allowed to die and here are folks who have never had a device die on them. I don’t think it would have costed her a pay check to say something slightly more polite like it’s store policy to not help others etc. I wondered how they ran a store with that attitude. Now that I see google reviews, I can see how. At least learn to lie better.

B: The store manager was weirdly rude when I was there to do a phone swap this weekend. I had questions and the manager kept swooping in and out of the process with the sales associate that was actually supposed to be helping me, raising his voice and citing rules (that were wrong) about the process, and then stomping away when he couldn’t find the rules on the website. Spend the extra time to go to the apple store, these guys are rude and unhelpful.
Qi Chen: I rarely write reviews, but the customer service I received from Kimberly Romero at this store was truly exceptional. I made a request to upgrade my pre-paid plan on at the beginning of June. Since then, I encountered one frustrating issue after another. Despite multiple phone calls with several customer service representatives and visits to three physical stores no one from t-mobile was able to address my issue, until I spoke to Kim today. She listened to the challenges I faced over the past few weeks over my attempts to upgrade my plan, spoke to the necessary people to find helpful information, and made sure any additional fees incurred during this process would be credited back to my account. As a customer, I felt valued and frankly moved by Kim’s determination to make sure my problem is resolved. If not for Kim, I would have considered switching my mobile carrier. Going forward, if I ever have any issue with my t-mobile account Kim is the first person I would see.
Christopher Foy: I went to this store this morning to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 12 Pro. I paid for the phone and then after my payment the employees told me they don't have it in stock and it wont be in until December. Would have been great to know that ahead of time. Eager, I just decide to get the iPhone 12. After an hour of them trying to figure out how to set up this phone and transfer my information I finally leave. I get home to find out I have no network. So I had to go all the way back to the store to have them fix this problem. Very slow staff, with very little knowledge of what they are doing. Not to mention, unapologetic for putting me through the most painful phone purchase of my life. They kept making up excuses to why it was taking so long and to why "this isn't workin" or "that isn't working" "lets try this". Absolutely avoid this store to save your sanity.

Federico Stoppato: Extremely expensive telephone company. Not referred to Verizon Cambridge Shop in particular, where instead we were treated very nicely. Verizon Company is charging my 98 years old mother in law over $ 200 (two hundred!) a month for telephon and cable tv. And we found no way to rearrange the contract under more favorable conditions.

Irene Zerman: Awful customer service. They fixed my problem but the guy who assisted me was rude and careless. I am sure not all the employees in the store are like that but I was very disappointed.
Daniel Thorpe: Only 2 associates on a Saturday, hour long line out the door. Just needed to make a 1 minute exchange that I was previously told would be quick, but in person they said first come first serve, no matter how quick your issue is you will wait behind a bunch of people getting tutorials on their iPads etc. Watched potential customers wander in and eventually leave after being ignored. Do not go without an appt, and try to avoid going altogether, just resolve your issues via website or phone support - they clearly don’t want to provide a good in store experience anymore.
Mary-Helen Black: This Verizon store asked me if I wanted the all inclusive data plan. I did not agree to it or sign anything and they went ahead and switched my device and my family’s devices (5 in total!) to it. It was a extra $175 a month and took 2 months to untangle. I do NOT recommend this Verizon store.

Mountrell Sharpe: Verizon on Mount Auburn Street in Cambridge closes early like a hour or so. This is second time I come to Verizon and the store has closed early for whatever reason. They need to update the closing time. This is a waste of trip 30 minutes in traffic.
Callie Macdonald: This is my first negative review. Worst customer service I have experienced. My phone is totally broken and the man at customer service at 10am on this Friday refused to help me. Said I was not on the account (even though I just confirmed I am). He cut me off every time I asked a question to say he can't help me. I tried explaining that I already tried the solution he provided but kept running into a wall, but he cut me off so many times, I left more confused than when I walked in.

While at the Cambridge location today, The representative, Ronnie, was able to provide validation and guidance and ultimately helped me resolve my issue. He was very professional and empathetic throughout the process. Overall, I am very grateful for his help today and would definitely return to this location.
Michael Shohl: Not a good experience. I came in asking to buy a Gizmo watch for my son. The salesman immediately tried to upsell me, saying his son was mercilessly teased for being a baby until he got a more expensive smartphone. I insisted I wanted the watch, though the salesman would not stop upselling and NEVER showed me a watch. He twice messed up getting my information and so I left after 15 minutes of just getting nowhere. Very unprofessional.

Martin Scheuring: I already have Verizon and I walked in intending to upgrade my phone (very straightforward ordeal) and I was turned away because the employee said I needed “a sales” appointment even though there were 2 employees sitting there and zero customers. He also refused to even answer some questions while he was in between appointments. I booked an appointment for the following day and 1 hr later I got an email saying that my appointment was canceled and that there was nothing else available until the following day. Honestly, for someone who wants to throw almost $1K at you, you make it very damn difficult. Conclusion: I went and bought my new iPhone elsewhere :)
A Ferguson: The person who helped me, Sheden, was AMAZING and so helpful with an annoying and difficult problwm. She made sure I was taken care of until it was all finished and I was so grateful. All associates should be like Sheden.

Grant Ellis: I was not having the best day after my older phone suddenly stopped working. Fearing the worst, I found my way to this T-Mobile store in Fresh Pond. Although I wasn't in the best state, or able to really explain what had happened to my phone, the staff were overly kind and managed to fix the issue within minutes. I didn't know T-Mobile staff could fix panic attacks, and the team working this morning/afternoon (4/12/23) deserve some kind of commendation for their efforts.With appreciation,Grant

Alexandra Ruban: Unfortunately, not a good experience for us. My child's watch/phone/trekker stopped working within 6 months, and as it was under warranty, one would think it should be an easy exchange. Wrong. Came in on Friday and took a while to figure out about the warranty (the first rep knew nothing about it), then were told that they need to order a replacement (has inventory in the store, but due to policy?? had to order one) and we should have it by Tuesday, as Monday was a holiday. On Tuesday, were told that the replacement watch was deflective and they need to order a new one. Called in T-mobile on Wednesday to figure out the order status and what are our options, as we were without contact with the child for 4 days already with no timely solution. They apologized for the mix up, said according to the system the new replacement is already at the store and we should pick up Thursday. However, once we drove the next day, we were told that yes, it is there, but they will not give it to us, because 1) the manager has to sign in and he is not in 2) they don't care what the T-mobile said or has in the system 3) they can't guarantee that we can get it Friday either 4) nor can they give us the one from the inventory and keep the warrantied replacement. And all of this with --- we don't care you have a problem attitude. So far 3 trips to the store, 2 phone calls to customer service, and now we were told to ignore the store and T-mobile will ship it to us directly!!!! That was an option it turns out.... so we could have had it in the beginning of the week, without all the wasted time. And T-mobile charges $20 for handling the warranty claims.

T-Mobile needs to make it easier to upgrade phones with trade in. Again no complaints to the person that helped me, kept me informed and apologized profusely for the long wait. This is directed at T-Mobile system folks to upgrade their tools and infrastructure.

Julie M.: I had a very bad experience at this T-Mobile unfortunately. About 3 weekends ago, I went to get a new cell phone for the first time in about 7 years. I asked if there were any deals for trading in a phone. The employee who helped me said yes there is! You can trade in ANY phone for $400 as long as 1) the screen is intact (no scratches/cracks) and 2) the phone turns on. Since my current phone had cracks she suggested I 1) ask friends and family if they have an extra old phone or 2) I go to a place that repairs screens, mine would probably cost about $100 to repair, and then I'll still get $300 off my new phone purchase. I was happy to hear all that, so she convinced me to wait to get a new phone, so I left. The following weekend, I drove 2 hours to my hometown (no longer live there), to pick up my former phone, which was intact and turned on. Unfortunately, I asked around and didn't know anyone in the city who had an old phone, so the long drive was necessary.On that Sunday, I went to the same Fresh Pond store where I chose a phone to order and explained to the employee what his colleague had told me. He said wow, she must have not explained it all the way/thoroughly, as that is not the case. Then he proceeded to show me a detailed list of phones I could trade in and how much money I would get. Of course all the phones listed were new "ish" - way newer than the one I was going to trade in! I insisted this is what I was told, but he told me I'd get no money for the one I could trade in (so I couldn't even trade it in).I was so upset when I left because I tend to trust people, but I should have gotten the 1st employee's statement in writing. My friend said it was too good to be true, but I know I heard it correctly the first time. I honestly hope the employee made an honest mistake, rather than trying to pass something by me. I already made so much effort to get the old phone in my hometown, I would have been even more upset if I actually paid to get my current phone screen fixed.In summary, I hope others can learn from my mistake and get information in writing based on their conversations at this T-Mobile.
Call me Nehemiah: The reps here are always under educated and do their past to make you leave with out making a sale. I went in to buy a new iPhone cash upfront unfortunately the rep knew nothing about the phone and directed to order it offline myself ! Sir! That’s not acceptable I came here to spen an excessive amount of money on a phone you should be eager to help but not Tony ! T-Mobile just close down but don’t fill a space with space savers that don’t care

They need it because their products are faulty and they must spend inordinate amounts of time fixing them.I bought prepaid sim card, and for some reason it didn't activate. Then we spent 15 min on hold calling the wrong division. Then we eventually called the right person, who barely spoke English and could only fix the problem, no explanation was given. I spent one hour getting the most expensive pre-paid card on the market. No compensation, no explanation-- business as usual. (I would have gone to T Mobile, but they didn't service my phone.) Service is only as good as the product you sell and the company you work for.

George Stepaniants: If I could give zero stars to this store I would. Please please do not go here, find another store if possible! Sales reps scammed me and "bundled" several additional items onto my iPhone purchase. Turns out these "bundled" items were all charged at full price to my account. A week later I get a random iPad shipped to me, which turns out to have been also "bundled" with my iPhone purchase, also was charged full price for this. Best part is that sales reps did not mention anything about an iPad when I was in the store.To put the icing on the cake, salses reps even managed to switch me from my standard AT&T plan to an even more expensive plan which blocked my access to HBO and other services. Truly opened my eyes to the kinds of scams that can happen in established, trusted AT&T stores.

They said the accessories were free if I upgrade iPhone.(I paid tax) But ATT charged these items as an installment ($12.50 per month for one year. total $150) - they didn't say anything about this and I didn't agree. First month, it didn't show in first bill, but next month, ATT charged $150 as installment. To solve this issue , I called ATT but ATT said only store can refund. But when I called this store, they said only ATT can refund. I have to pay this one without no refund.2. They offer 2 apple watches only $5 per month for 36months. $5 include plan, equipment fee. but that was wrong, one is $10(Plan) + $15(Equipment installment fee for 36month), the another one is $10(plan). To cancel, these I have to call ATT many times, and can return.Additionally, store employee added 2 new number for apple watches that was not mine. I called ATT again and removed it.3. They added new numbers in my account surreptitiously. In the first bill, ATT charged $45 for these numbers. I solved this issue after call ATT.Don't buy anything in this store or upgrade your phone.They are swindler.
