Josh Shih: Angel (the store manager) was incredible at his job and gave excellent customer service. I had been to several stores to get my SIM activated without success and he was able diagnose/resolve it for me in just a few minutes on a Sunday evening close to closing. He genuinely took care of me and feels like the kind of person who really looks after his customers and his team. Thank you again and I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

I came in with what felt like an insurmountable expense, needing to replace a recently purchased lost phone, and Emily really helped minimize that impact by also helping me understand some intricacies of cell service & storage vs cloud storage that I never had grasped before someone took the time to explain it in informative, not condescending ways. I unfortunately went home and grappled with setting up my phone for hours to return to the mall to find that the sim card (in a new phone!) was fried and that's why I couldn't start my set up. That is a ridiculous apple defect, not Emily's fault, and Emily got me sorted out when I got there and sent me on my way with personal contact info if I needed assistance remotely. Thanks for your help, folks!Edit: my phone had another issue, I called Emily, Emily told me to come in. Emily had me leave my phone at the store while they worked to restore it, and then came and found me in the mall getting a beverage. ABOVE AND BEYOND. Emily rocks!

They were also super nice, and Alex tried to help me out even though he was multi tasking with four other customers. Usually time at the wireless store is painful, so they were such a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Lauri Jäntti: Tried to ask help because 5g unlimited network speed has been down to 1mbit or below on 3rd st cambridge for 2 days.Service was very rude, they asked "do you think I control the network speed". Told him that you are the at&t network.They just basically asked me to leave the shop without helping or explaining why network doesn't work.

George Stepaniants: If I could give zero stars to this store I would. Please please do not go here, find another store if possible! Sales reps scammed me and "bundled" several additional items onto my iPhone purchase. Turns out these "bundled" items were all charged at full price to my account. A week later I get a random iPad shipped to me, which turns out to have been also "bundled" with my iPhone purchase, also was charged full price for this. Best part is that sales reps did not mention anything about an iPad when I was in the store.To put the icing on the cake, salses reps even managed to switch me from my standard AT&T plan to an even more expensive plan which blocked my access to HBO and other services. Truly opened my eyes to the kinds of scams that can happen in established, trusted AT&T stores.

Nicholas Lim: Attempted to buy a prepaid phone SIM card from them. They charged $65 on top of the cost of the SIM card. Popped over to the next AT&T nearby and was able to get one with no problem at all.
Jocelyn Ting: As everyone else here is already posting, I was also scammed by the employee and given "free" additions that showed not on my first bill after I got the phone, but the second so it was too late to return the items. I've been on the phone with ATT for probably 10 hours cumulatively fixing all add-ons that this employee put on my bills. Do not go here.
Jinsuk Jun: Don't buy or upgrade any phone in this store.They lied to me.1. They said the accessories were free if I upgrade iPhone.(I paid tax) But ATT charged these items as an installment ($12.50 per month for one year. total $150) - they didn't say anything about this and I didn't agree. First month, it didn't show in first bill, but next month, ATT charged $150 as installment. To solve this issue , I called ATT but ATT said only store can refund. But when I called this store, they said only ATT can refund. I have to pay this one without no refund.2. They offer 2 apple watches only $5 per month for 36months. $5 include plan, equipment fee. but that was wrong, one is $10(Plan) + $15(Equipment installment fee for 36month), the another one is $10(plan). To cancel, these I have to call ATT many times, and can return.Additionally, store employee added 2 new number for apple watches that was not mine. I called ATT again and removed it.3. They added new numbers in my account surreptitiously. In the first bill, ATT charged $45 for these numbers. I solved this issue after call ATT.Don't buy anything in this store or upgrade your phone.They are swindler.

They need it because their products are faulty and they must spend inordinate amounts of time fixing them.I bought prepaid sim card, and for some reason it didn't activate. Then we spent 15 min on hold calling the wrong division. Then we eventually called the right person, who barely spoke English and could only fix the problem, no explanation was given. I spent one hour getting the most expensive pre-paid card on the market. No compensation, no explanation-- business as usual. (I would have gone to T Mobile, but they didn't service my phone.) Service is only as good as the product you sell and the company you work for.

jody barr: Getting a phone can be a bit daunting. Joe really helped me out and explained how I had to much coverage on my plan which was great information. I have a family and friends plan which is totally worth it. Easy to get to in Harvard Square and they usually have 3 staff on hand which makes waiting non existent. Really important “I didn’t feel rushed”

They're professional scammers.They took advantage of us having disabilities and not understanding the contract. We trusted them because they acted like they really cared.This ruined my birthday so now I can't have anything special for my birthday because we have to pay off that bill.I'm so tired of my brain making people like this able to scam.Don't make the same mistake as us. Don't use an authorized retailer. They're just authorized scam artists.

Joe Rosansky: The "store manager" at this location used some shockingly predatory sales tactics. First, I was misled about the cost of a device I received. I was told, "We have a promo going on right now where you can get a **free** Apple Watch SE," and then I was signed up for a 36-month payment plan in addition to wireless charges without my knowledge, consent, or review. In addition, this manager signed me up for a $15/month device protection plan without my knowledge or consent.

Javier Guerrero: BEWARE!!! Went in to get a SIM replacement and Eisley, one of the agents that works there. Ended up adding a new phone line and adding insurance to that new line. All this was done without my permission. I just wanted in to get a replacement SIM.

First of all, he would not open the door (although I called prior to check if it was open). After we got in, he would talk to us while crunching on chips and drinking, unable to reply cause his mouth was so full of his chips. Then, when we asked if he can help us, he kept on redirecting us to the call center. We tried to explain that we came all the way in the store because we could not complete our request on the call center, but he did not budge. Although he said he CAN actually process our request in store, but insisted if its also doable though the call center, we should just do it through there. Horrible customer service!

Sabrina Rodriguez: I work at Mass General and tried on three separate occasions to go in and ask about the employee discount they offer. The first two times I went in, I stood and waited while the employee was helping another customer. After about 10 min, I still didn’t get an acknowledgment that I was there or a “hi I’ll be right with you.” so I left. Today I tried again for the third time and the employee told me she was just about to go on a break for an hour. I totally understand when businesses are short staffed. It happens. And everyone deserves a break. I just wish I got acknowledged the first two times so I had an idea of how long I’d be waiting.
