Krystyna Colburn: I have been banking with Cambridge Savings Bank for over 20 years and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Some have been fairly complicated such as doing my banking from abroad for 5 months including bill paying, transferring money to a foreign bank and other types of transactions. They helped me when I wanted to do the transfers myself as well. Their guidance with fairly substantial deposits when I sold my condo was easy, again from abroad. I heartily recommend the bank and this branch in particular for easy and accurate service.

Izzy Maxwell: CSB bankers have lied to me, multiple times. Their managers don't know what they're doing. Their ATMs have software bugs that they know about but have no plans on fixing. This is a terrible, terrible bank. Avoid at all costs!!

Dede White: Don't use this bank... Used to be meh, but now just awful. I get you need to reduce your hours, fine. But keep it consistent and keep it posted! Especially if you're gonna change it all willy nilly... I spoke to a bank rep at a different branch who insisted all branches now close at 4:00, despite this one behind closed before 4 and having a paper sign in the door stating they temporary close at 3. Also, the app still started you choose at ,5 out refer 6 at some lifetime... Get your stuff together! I now have an account in the neg because I've tried numerous times to deposit a check and can't get in there! Now I'd like to just close my account, but who knows how long that's gonna take with these guys...

Mutaz Mousa: Rude people and the manager told me flat out I should open an account in another bank because I live 40 minutes away! Also my account gets hacked few times a month which was painful because you won’t be able to purchase anything until you get a new debit card from them IF the debit card machine is working. I closed my account and went with another credit union bank.

Account Holder: I have had a checking account at CSB for over 3 years now and I have never had any problems. I love my bank. Only $10 to open a checking account and your new CSB debit card is issued to you on the spot with no fee whatsoever, you can't beat that.

One of these reviews suggested an employee rudely “slapped” money on the counter and refused to make change for someone; I can envision a scenario where they refused to make change for a non-account holder, but I visit this branch 2-4 times a month, have for years, and I know their employees wouldn’t behave rudely. I interact with their employees all the time, and they’re great.Just the opinion of a long-time account holder.

Supriya Dey: Wrost branch of citizens.I opened an account on april with 225 USD as bonus. The banker told me any direct deposit can give u that bonus. I made a 400 USD direct deposit.I never got the bonus .after 6 months I contacted the branch they told it must be 500 USD minimum deposit. They charged me 3 USD for statement. The banker never explained me this. I enrolled later as paperless.stay away. Dnt open ur account here.

Lisa Tay: Went into the bank to ask for change for some hundred dollar bills today. It’s not my first time going to this bank. Even though I do not have an account with them, I have an account at another bank that’s further down the street, they usually would still do it for me. Seeing that I work next door, it’s more convenient to make change sometimes. I was on my lunch break at around 2:50 pm, was late going back to work because I needed some large bills for a money gift. And I couldn’t even get any! This gentleman first took my money, then decided he won’t do it because I don’t have an account with them. Then proceeds to slap my money on the counter in a rude manner to give it back to me. Worst costumer service. I understand it can be under their discretion to make change, but they should figure out how to be more friendly to the customers and explain the situation in a nicer way. I would not open an account with them if I have to deal with people like this.

Andres Townes: I said I work at Chipotle and wanted change they decided they didn't want to deal with me. Even though I was willing to open a personal account and make the change. Could very easily made a hefty deposit. No it's not the grandest amount but I will need another bank soon anyway, but they didn't want to do business so forget them. Bank of America never gave me this amount of anguish.

She make $30 extra I correct it, but instead of appreciate or apologize, she showed her attitude to me. Thats not the good coustomer service. She have not smile a single time on her face.......

Andrea Scripa: This took place a while ago, but I'm still pretty angry it happened.My husband and I went to this branch to open a joint checking and savings account. When we sat down with the clerk, he directed questions only at my husband and completely ignored me. As we were finalizing our information, the clerk turned to my husband and asked him if he was sure he wanted me to have full access to the account. He told my husband that if he preferred, he could set up the account so that I would have only limited access to our money. My husband was shocked and confused, and confirmed that no, we want a *joint account* with full access for both of us.I find it unbelievable that a bank clerk would go into this line of questions RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, without including me in the conversation at all OR knowing where the funds were coming from. In fact, the money belonged to both of us, and I brought exactly 50% of it into the marriage with me. I was both furious and humiliated that a banker would make such sexist assumptions about the nature of our relationship and treat me in such a disrespectful manner. It was one of the most openly discriminatory acts I have ever experienced.More generally, it is also highly annoying that TD does not have a banking system that allows for multiple parties to gain online access to an account with their own credentials. This means I have to use my husband's login (and know the answer to all my husband's security questions) anytime I want to cash a check online, or simply look at what's going on in the account. None of these practices are conducive to a relationship built on financial equality, and that is a real slap in the face to hardworking women like me.

Joe Viviano: Incompetent workers, 0 stars. When depositing cash the teller undercounts my deposit by more than $350 dollars! It took her 3 attempts of counting (after I had to recount multiple times in front of her) for her to get the correct amount. After her third attempt she correctly counts the money, she then proceeds to write down the incorrect amount on the deposit slip which I needed to point out.
