ralargova: The exam started right on time. The doctor walked me through each exam procedure very nicely by telling me what to expect . The exam was very thorough and professional. She took the time to explain to me all pictures and scans taken during the exam . Purchasing the two pairs of glasses was also a breeze. I had a wonderful experience with both technicians who were helping me. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions in detail to make sure my preferences are well understood and addressed. Overall It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and will highly recommend the doctor and Lenscrafters (Cambridge Galleria) to any of my friends or family looking into purchasing or upgrading their glasses.

Beth Calnen: Great experience from the eye exam to picking out new frames, explained everything clearly and they were super friendly. Jasmine and Anne were both rockstars when I visited. I will definitely go back and keep them as my regular provider as long as I can. I can’t tell you the last time I left an eye exam even after having eyes dilated more comfortable just at ease.

Jennifer Lounsbury: I always have a good experience here from start to finish. They get you in and out quickly with exactly what you need, and everyone is very friendly. Even though we’ve moved many times since I selected this location, I continue to come back because I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Bob Jamison: I have been coming to General Optical for 15+ years. My eye exams by Dr. Klausen are thorough and informative and my glasses prescription is always perfect. The staff, especially Diane, are experts at helping me choose a frame for my glasses, as well as sunglasses. There are many choices and Diane always helps me narrow them from "maybe, nice, to The One".Can't say enough about the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service. Go here for your optical needs! You will not be disappointed.

Vineet Yalaka: It's hard to get an appointment with Dr. Klaahsen as all her patients like her. And new patients definitely will need to wait in line. Her staff always follow up with you after and they make you feel like family. There is a family owned store opening to her office. The store has new collection of glasses everytime I go. I always get my contact lenses from them and they are the best at suggestions on anything eye care and they even give you samples so you can try which ones suit you best and place your order.

Dianne O always listens carefully to my preferences and picks out frames that fit my criteria and compliment my face and lifestyle. She could be a personal stylist! After coming here for at least 15 years, I highly recommend all services at General Optical!
