Franziska Hoene: I missed breakfast this morning, so I decided to support the bagel shop at UML instead of going to Dunkin Donuts like I normally would. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. What I like was how there was more than just a few sprinkles of bacon. It is a little more expensive than Dunkin Donuts, but you get more out of it. I would recommend, if your looking for a good bagel.
Esther Mbiwan: My first bagel was good. All the others times I've been, they've messed up my order. Some servers take tickets without checking them messing up order.
Vrushti Trivedi: Worst bagel shop ever. None of their items taste good. Long wait times, and do not go after noon because the bagels aren’t even fresh. Always ask for extra cream cheese on bagels and shots of espresso on coffee but seem to never get it. They do not care about customer service. Such a rip off for students especially!
Kristina: About a year ago I wrote a review regarding the rudeness of staff but have since had the complete opposite experience with different (I think new) staff members. Haven't seen the rude ones in a long time so I don't think they work there anymore. The current staff couldn't be nicer, even when they're getting slammed with customers. Highly recommend, especially if you're on North Campus. They have almond milk for those who can't or don't want to consume dairy.

Andrew stanwicks: It's good, they have a couple different types of hot coffee. They are usually pretty efficient and can get through a line pretty quick as well. I still wouldn't go there when classes just get out though.
Mackenzie Baker: The bagels here are so good. Sometimes later in the day they run out of certain types of bagels so make sure you get there earlier if you have a preference. The smoothes are very good too.
thomas cavanaugh: the food is adequate, when it comes out correctly. ive had back to back days where my order has been wrong. how does one forget to put an egg, in an EGG sandwich. theres maybe one employee who actually cares about the quality of the food being put out. if my order is going to take 15 minutes to come out, it better come out correctly.
Lenae Fiora: These ladies deal with some of the highest customer volumes I’ve ever seen. Every hour there is a line down the hall, and they consistently rock it. I was in a line of 50+ people and I still got my bagel in 15 mins (even though the bagels were on the way out of the oven). Management and employees are incredible.

Michael Richard: Amazing staff(greatest crew), good prices, and great coffee. Stop using those hockey puck, dunkin donuts wanna-be garbage eggs and you'll get your 5 stars. Change your eggs back to the real stuff guys. If I wanted a thin and flat disk of egg I'd walk to dunkin down the road. You're better than this, clean it up and I'll but food from you again...
Steven Moura: Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this place. The employees made me pay first, took their sweet time making my order, and then messed up. This is my third poor experience with Einstein Bros. I've decided to never go again.

Rachel Rivera: I can’t even say “convenient” because sometimes they don’t open, are always short staffed, never prepared, and today no lids.. It’s literally always something, and it’s not even surprising anymore. They need to get it together or something. Worst Starbucks ever. Ashley Adair: I'm giving 5 stars because I absolutely love this location and they work so hard. That being said, I refuse to let one bad experience ruin the rating I give. I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap(my absolute favorite) but this time around there's no flavor to it. It basically tastes like water. I did notice that the girl who made it was clearly still learning so I won't sit here and bash her. I'm actually hoping she learns everything and only gets better because was so sweet.

Rachel Yu: The absolute worst. Some associates are nice but many make you feel like you're bothering them when you order. And literally every single time I order something they don't have it. Last time I went they just didn't have Frappuccinos... of any kind. And they seemed to be so irritated that I even attempted to order one in the first place. I'm not sure who manages this location, but the staff might want to be less rude and maybe fire whoever is in charge of ordering supplies.

Joey Nguyen: This location is so stupid. This early morning, I went to drive through to order a coffee and donut. At the cashier window, I want to add 2 more donuts. The young lady told me that, I can't make an order here, she said I have to drive around to order another two additional donuts to my order. You need to train your employees. There was no one behind me at that time. Stupid can't be fixed!!!

Tammie Pelosi: Though this location is extremely convenient it is often out of popular items such as the most commonly bought glazed doughnut 🍩 among many other items. This is where convience becomes very inconvenient especially for mobile app orders as they allow you to order the items only to find out they are out of stock when you get there and there lies the problem. Wish I could give them a higher rating but this has happened multiple times. So be cautious especially when ordering through the mobile app.

Henry Cay: Woman working here was very rude. Ignored my existence for 5 minutes while I waited in line directly in front of the counter. Didn't say anything while she did something with the cash register and repeatedly went to the back room. She didn't make eye contact and smirked when I tried to make it with her, as if she knew she was wasting my time. I decided to leave after 5 minutes of waiting, and the second I did, she asked the other person waiting behind me, who had just gotten there, what they wanted. I felt insulted and I think that was the point. Don't know what her deal is, but I wont be coming back.
