robert wallace: Fast confident service. Elisabeth was awesome. Whole staff was friendly and helpful!! Willl definitely buy another bike from them.
Dom Alaimo: Put a deposit on a bike. When I called the next for the vin # to set up insurance, they said someone else came in and paid cash and took the bike that I literally just put a deposit on. I confronted them when I went in and they basically said “yeah deposits are only good for a week” or whatever the timeline is. So I told them it had only been a day and the girl basically said “yeah idk what happened then”. The unprofessionalism was almost impressive. Left 2 stars because they were friendly at the very least :)
T Rowe: Just brought my husband his CF Moto 1000. Thank you for all your helpJim, Alexis and Eric.
Tom Henry: Very good with help looking up the right hifax
Jesus Roriguez: Muy buena atención los recomiendo
JOHN P DOMENICIS: Just purchased a 2022 can am spyder Rt ltd sea to sky edition at Moms in Chelmsford from Alexis and crew. What an amazing experience with no pressure felt from this woman raised on a farm with strong values who also spent her life at the dealership with her dad. The decision was simple now feeling a part of mom’s family with this purchase
Mek Bossni: Absolutely professional and one of the best dealerships I ever bought a vehicle from
Daniel Whitman: Often difficult to find honest customer service recently. Not the case in North Chelmsford. Alexis, Jim, and Eric were straight forward and helpful all the way. Snowchecked a Polaris at a different dealer last year and never heard anything about it until it showed up after the snow had melted. Even with all the service work Polaris dealers are swamped with, these guys made time to keep me updated on the delivery of my new sled over the last 10 months. They did everything they could and more, except make it snow!
Rob Bernier: Ryan Nault in the parts department is a real nice guy. He genuinely knows what he is doing and takes care of his customers.
Dan Fitzpatrick: Had a recall on my polaris snowmobile, and the guys at mom's north Chelmsford got me right in and out. Pointed out what I didn't see wrong with the sled and saved me a cold day waiting for a tow.
Brad Sykes: Barry not Brad…I love moms for the service and people
Lynn Lutz: Super helpful, very friendly-a fun shopping experience

Seacoast Sport Cycle: what do users think?
Kyle Eden: These guys are a joke. Do not take your bike here
Robert Lee: Bought my 2022 Aprilia Tuono 660 Factory from Joe at Seacoast, phenomenal experience. Traded in 2 bikes and the whole deal was easy as possible, took all of 30 minutes. Professional, friendly, no bickering about prices. Modern way of doing business. Highly recommend this dealership.Had my first service and install of an exhaust. Great work, reasonable prices and they matched online prices. In store shopping of accessories and also sales of riding gear.
Wayne Moore Jr: Outstanding selection of Italian motorcycles. Amazing people and service and a great selection of riding gear from top brands. I love this place!
Ronny Dekel: The Service Team, Jeff and Charles, are very friendly and knowledgeable. The Technical service is very professional , one of the few places that can tune my X-Diavel as it should. The price of parts and labor is very resemble.Overall very happy with the service. highly recommendedRony
Heidi Hobbs: Come here every year to get our Aprillia scooter serviced. Jeff is the BEST
Angel Rivera: Can't even install simple chain adjusters properly. After trusting them to install them I never thought to look at the adjusters. After 300 miles I felt a wobble. I looked. Oneside was at 11 the other side at 16. Wow !Paying attention to detail does not exist at this shop. Also installed wrong part without asking me and never informed me even after verbally and by email informing them the proper part . I've never experienced anything like this before. I've been buying bikes since 1986 all over the east coast and this takes the cake for incompetent.
Rick Cherne: We went in to see a new Aprilia 660 today and much of the team was at the race track for the last race day of the season. This was our first visit to this shop ever. Jim, the sales team leader, we were told was out sick for the day. DESPITE ALL OF THAT we were treated promptly and professionally by a young man and 3 young ladies that answered most of our questions. One young lady was very understanding of our challenge to see if a bike my wife is very interested can be fit to suit her needs. She was so positive and confident that it validated my instincts that this shop is filled with "can do" spirited people that work as a team to help their customers enjoy the sport. She took detailed notes on everything that was important to my wife in this new bike. She understood, as a fellow experienced female rider, the importance of each thing my wife requested. I'm so impressed by all the notes she took and her confidence that she will get back to us quickly with solutions. We look forward to hearing back from the technical experts and continuing our relationship with this professional team. We're optimistic that we WILL become part of your family and we WILL be riding a couple of bikes from you in the very near future. THANK YOU for your time and attention today.
William Martin: Excellent shop with very knowledgeable staff, ready to show a new rider what they need to know and go over the various cycles and scooters in detail. Their pricing is competitive and they give you direct clear answers.
John Femino: The Moto Guzzi shop was well run and the staff including Jim was very helpful on all my inquiries a nice place to shop Thanks JohnMy satisfaction continues at Seacoast Sport Cycle; purchased 2022 V85 TT Centenario E5 today; excited to receive it; again Jim was knowledgeable and helpful to make adjustments to make it fit me and add some accessories to complete the purchase; The whole facility is top self; including Cory in parts Lynn in financial and I will continue to do business in the future! John
Seth Wonkka: Purchased two 2022 Vespa GTS 300 scooters from here and a bunch of gear. Jim the owner is wonderful to work with, Lynn in finance is friendly and accommodating and Adam in the gear section is a legend! Only place to buy Italian bikes in New England and certainly the best place to purchase and get fitted for high quality protective gear. Keep up the great work!
Ian Hicks: I recently bought a 2022 Aprilia Tuareg from Seacoast Sport Cycle, and the process was easy! I dealt with Jim, he was honest and down to earth, no dealer fees or mark-ups, just the vehicle MSRP and freight cost. This was the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had when buying from a dealer. A great place to buy gear as well, they have a good selection and competitive prices. It's hard to find dealers nowadays who treat you like Seacoast Sport Cycle does.
linda zaffini: went in today to look at a Piaggio Liberty 50. was told that they don't have any 50cc scooters and that I couldn't even sit on one in the showroom because it was sold. No hi how are you, no smile, just we sold eight today and we don't even want to talk to you. Well guess what, you won't have to talk or even see me ever again. Paul Zaffini
Daniel Cooper: I recently bought a 2022 Ducati Hypermotard SP from Seacoast Sport Cycle and dealt exclusively with Jim Smith (business owner) throughout the experience. The purchase process was a complex one, given the lovely combination of Covid-era supply issues and $9K worth of upgrades to be installed before delivery. There were many “moving parts” to the transaction as the bike was still nearly a month out from Ducati and as we awaited various parts from different suppliers.I should begin by saying that I am an extremely meticulous person who tends to get a bit anxious and high-strung about the details. OK, fine, what I mean is that I can be a totally OCD nutcase who could drive many sales professionals nuts. Having said that, I am extremely loyal, my money is green and I have purchased over 30, high-end European motorcycles (Ducati, Aprilia, KTM). If you take care of me, I’ll go to war for you.Throughout the entire experience, Jim’s demeanor and handling of my purchase (and my personality) was the epitome of patience and professionalism. His verbal and written communication over a 6-week period (as we awaited first the motorcycle and subsequently all of the parts/accessories to arrive) was always prompt and detailed. He never let his feathers become ruffled in the face of my occasional bouts of impatience and was always calm and respectful. In my 35 years of buying premium motorcycles and cars, I have never encountered a superior communication experience. The delivery experience was flawless and efficient. Jim personally guided me through the Hypermotard’s functionalities with just the right amount of information to avoid overload. Lyn Morin (Finance Director) was also great (warm personality, buttoned-up in her presentation of documents and low-pressure in her offering of “back-end” menu options).Immediately after taking delivery of the motorcycle, I encountered a technical problem relating to the design of the Ducabike (aftermarket supplier) rearsets which was not in any way the fault of Seacoast Sport Cycle. Despite my, er, prickly initial reaction to the problem, Jim remained placid and imperturbable. He jumped on the problem with admirable sense-of-urgency, had some custom spacers fabricated by his local machine shop and air-express overnighted them to me, along with new swingarm pivot bolts. He didn’t charge me a dime for any of this. Bravos & a standing ovation!I thank Jim Smith for his superlative client service approach and would unequivocally recommend Seacoast Sport Cycle to anyone hoping for a level of motorcycle purchase experience that all motorcycle dealerships should strive to emulate.
Matthew Vigue: Came here to get fitted for a new helmet, as well as an airbag vest and an Ohlins damper repair. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, easily the best experience I’ve ever had in a dealership. Truly top notch service, 100% would recommend.
Gian Carlo: Everytime I order parts, they promise it's in stock and will be in my hands in a week. Then a month goes by and nada! Be upfront, yo. As a customer, I gotta be able to count on your word. Inexperienced reps are no good.
Jorshua Nunez: Awsome motorcycles great gear. They where booked for months but where able to squeeze me in thanks to Jeff. Love this place!
Anthony DiCecca: Adam's a great big help at Seacoast Cycles with apparel, footwear and anything else you're looking for.Stopped in today to pick up a pair of REV'IT riding boots and he helped me with correct fit and styling.Great service! Go see Adam and his staff for all your apparel needs.
Desmo God: I'd give a ZERO if I could.Bikes almost always returned half assembled or not working.Done business with Seacoast for several years. I'm done.Jeff especially, doesn't seem to care.
Mike: Seacoast Sport Cycle has delivered beyond my expectations on multiple occasions. From getting a competitive price on my Ducati, to setting me up with gear and apparel. Jim runs a great environment and his team is professional and friendly.
Chris Powers: Outstanding experience here. My wife and I bought two bikes here last weekend. The staff were excellent to deal with, knowledgeable, and negotiated fairly for the bikes and helmets we bought. I'd happily go back in the future.
ho niko: Very good customer service, Got Jim response every questions quickly.

Riverside Motorsports - Ducati Boston: what do users think?
amreiss: This place is the real deal. Keith really knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers. I wouldn’t trust my Ducati anyplace else.
Tyler Carretta: Was very happy to see they are appointment only even for the showroom and parts, also no matter how many times you call to ask for an appointment they dont answer!! Definitely helped me save a bunch of money from not being able to impulse buy parts and accessories for my hyper!
Levi Goldfarb: Tried to reach them via phone, email, voicemails etc. for months just to do basic maintenance. Never got a callback/reply. This place is an absolute waste of time, just go private for ANY/ALL of your motorcycle needs.
Sean Guyette: Didn't feel at all like they wanted to business with me, was looking at a 899. But Chris the salesman said they dont really do used bikes and wouldn't take my 2015 R1 as trade. It's to bad, they have pretty good deals, but lousy customer service.
Canaan Hourani: Underpromising and overdelivering, this dealership set the bar high from the first visit. Working with Keith has been nothing but a true pleasure, after completing a service request online, him and I immediately connected and spoke about the issue with my Hypermotard that I picked up from the West Coast before moving back. He was the first dealer I met here on the Northeast and will likely remain the only mechanic I work with. Highly recommend this spot, flawless job with the whole bike, came back to me faster than the anticipated date, fresh, clean, and ready to go. 10 stars.
Jose Carballo: This place is open to appointments only. It’s listed on their website. They don’t pick up the phone so it’s impossible to learn this otherwise. Don’t waste your time driving there (good luck finding parking).
Marah Mohamed: Don’t waste your time here
John Smith: Really disappointing, such a bad attitude toward customers and confrontational behavior from a staff member named Keith. I've previously had perfectly fine experiences with this shop. Bought a bike here, had service and tires installed. All good. But something has changed unfortunately. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
Dra Man: The new owner is extremely rude and dishonest. Stay away! New ownership and this place went down into the gutter - customer service, their turnaround times, etc.
Shazaib Maqsood: Dealing with the dealership was the worst experience ever.
Brian Gagnon: Extremely reliable team that offers only the best service. They are the only ones I trust with my bike. Sean, the mechanic, has never let me down. My bike runs better every time I bring it there.
Valentin Ngo: Service people were very knowledgeable but seemed like in a hurry to serve me and do something else it looked like they didn't want to be bothered im giving a 4 star cause they were knowledgeable and answered every question.
Dan A: They got me in quickly for brake service on short notice. They squeezed in the chain cleaning service too while I waited. Very quick and did a great job. I bought my Triumph Tiger from them back when they sold Triumphs and bring it in for recommended service intervals. They've always done a good job within a reasonable or quick amount of time. Good staff too. Thanks guys.
Derrick Jackson: Today I swung by Riverside Ducati to check out some Dainese jackets. The Parts Manager Keith helped me out and found me a jacket that fit me really good. Thank youIt’s nice to have a shop in Greater Boston and New England that has a huge inventory of Dainese riding gear for all types of riding.I also checked out some of the bikes and was impressed with the new sales floor layout. Impressive
Bryan w: Awful customer service, will never return!!
J R: The guys here were all great. I appreciate very much being able to see the tech working on my bike. They have complete transparency.
Konrad Adalmundsson: Highly recomended for Ducatistas😎
Mike D: Just joined the Ducati family this week with a Scrambler. Keith went out of his way on multiple occasions to help me finalize what I want. No pressure shop, great showroom, good communication. Very happy. Thanks.
Charles Yee: I have been a happy customer of Riverside for over 3 years. This afternoon I stopped in, and Keith noticed that my tires looked greasy from the auto-detailing I did couple days ago. He noted that it's dangerous, and I realized just how slippery it is. He was very kind and took it to the garage, hosed it down with water, soaped it, air dried, and sprayed some brake fluid to make it stick. It took him 20 minutes, and he didn't even ask for money. I had a safe ride home, and I am very much in appreciation of Riverside's care for safe riders, and just how they take care of their customers. Thanks again!
Michael Efimov: It is only Ducati now. :(
Contractor Service Advisors: Friendly people

North Reading Motorsports: what do users think?
ManDeer Deer: Lied to me. Very dishonest.
Christopher B: Nice selection of motorcycles.
tyler leeds: Fred is a very honest sincere guy, he helped me order a Honda navi and updated me the whole time through the waiting process. He is very fair pricing and doesn’t play any games. Him and company are great people. Highly recommend!
lakerunnr94: You can count on their service team to locate and fix the problem on pretty much anything(the first time) from waverunners to street bikes. Been bringing both here and I always leave confident. I’ve had problems at other shops with repairs, which is now why I only go to Kawasaki North Reading Motorsports.Used to. No sympathy for anyone but themselves. Tried to patch with them, with no luck. Got rid of the short nasty dude but still ran an operated by a dying business. For sure. Honest people, honest review.
JEREMY SALERNO: Here are FOUR excellent alternatives to this deteriorating business:1. Bay 4 in Tewksbury2. Breaklites in Peabody3. Power Performance Customs in North Reading4. Cycle Gear in WoburnBefore I begin, I need everyone considering using this business for repairs to know: This shop has an interior repair area as well as an EXTERIOR UNCOVERED repair area exposed to weather, elements, and THEFT. They keep many bikes outside in this fenced in area (visible from the street). This is where my bike was when vandals easily hopped their fence and stole my keys (the keys were kept in the gas tank lock, very smart guys) and cracked the plastic on my bike in the process (picture attached). For over a month, no one from North Reading Motorsports called to tell me that my keys had been stolen, bike vandalized, and that they were installing a new ignition switch, gas tank lock, and helmet lock on it because of this. It was only when I CALLED multiple times after OVER A MONTH of the bike being worked on that the truth came out. After Jon had told me the story (and before he rushed me off the phone), he said "I'm just being honest with you". That's not how honesty works, Jon. If the customer is the one who has to call to find this out, that's not being honest. There was a prior break-in through the front door in July-2022, where customers were not notified either (I sure wasn't). This shop has a history of security issues, negligence, and a total lack of customer respect.P.S. For almost all of the negative reviews NRMS responds with a "we would not have been in business this long if this were true blah blah". Sure, the BUSINESS has been around since late 1970s, but it is not the same daily managers. It is clear that the newest generation here is mismanaging this once good business. You can tell they are scrambling, even before the break-ins. Basic respect and intelligence must skip a generation. The smell of the fish starts at the head. Shame.
L Relerford: I wanted lights and lots of them on my Goldwing. Guy told me it would look cheesy. Plus, Goldie came back dirtier than she was when I dropped her off. The other work performed was class A. Brakes etc.
Marco Soares: Amazing
bob murray: Don't waste your time here.....Naults in Windham has far better service
Google User: I call a few days a head and they have a new bike I was very interested in! But the bikes on showroom floor are not prepped, the salesman said if I had to get all these bikes "maybe 20" running I'd be here all day and with no buyer lined up it makes no sense, so if your planning on coming down to buy a bike cash and want to here it running and buy it forget it. These guys lost out on a sale that day. Also add roughly $1200 for dealer fees to the tag price shown. I'd recommend they check oil levels and hook up the battery and leave no gas in it until you have a serious buyer, I get it if someone doesn't buy it and now you have gas sitting in the tank going bad, but you need to make the process more convenient for the customer. Also the shownroom floor is tiny and cant see the bikes fully without something else in the way.
phil cuoco: Stopped in for some info on a side by side. Very helpful and friendly.
Ashley Chu: Just bought my 2022 Kawasaki Ninja 400 minutes ago and Fred took such good care of me. He explained things so well and clear to me, a new female rider. Prices were tagged and not marked up, was in and out within 25 minutes with papers and everything. Don't go anywhere else for Honda and Kawasaki other than here, you'll be treated well!
Robert Marvin Jr: North Reading Motorsports is great!!The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.I am a novice when it comes to motorcycles and I was indecisive on what I should get since I was upgrading from a ADV150 Scooter. Freddy was very professional, He listened to all my concerns and answered tons of questions. Not once did he push just to sell me a bike and get me out the door. We found the perfect bike for me and I couldn't be happier !!I will be doing business again with them. I have been to 4 other dealerships before North Reading Motor Sports and the service I received here wasn't even close to these other guys I dealt with. I wish I bought my Honda ADV150 here instead of the other guy I would have saved about $500This should be your first stop when buying a motorcycle. Prices are great and they don't scam you with made-up fees or charge a $600 Doc Fee!!
Jack Sadowski: I bought my first motorcycle, a dual sport, here in April and I couldn't be happier. The guys that work the front desk, the mechanics, and the owner all know what they're doing and provide excellent customer service. They were able to listen to the problems and concerns I had with my bike and fixed them. Even with covid issues, backorders, the shop being busy, etc, they were able to help me out and get me back on the road. The shop guys also have provided me with some good tips on riding and where to ride. North Reading Motorsports knows how to sell fun. They've been doing this for a long time which made me feel even more comfortable buying my bike, getting it serviced, and repaired here. Especially these days, it's nice to have a shop with good people you can trust.I saw a couple guys picking up a side by side today, owner helped them load it up on their trailer, when are you going to get yours? Also, some pretty looking groms in the store right now...
k vanSchalkwijk: I went Saturday at 3:29 pm. Sign says open until 4 pm and also says in big letters "closed". Wasted my time. Don't waste yours.
Jason Arsenault: What a amazing experience great prices staff is amazing couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for the new toy can’t be happier.
jeremy larson: Thank you for all your help Could not get me the part butHelp me in a way to get themVery helpful
Mason H.: Very helpful and friendly, the man who did my inspection sticker helped me replace a brake sensor on the spot so it would pass. Highly recommend.
glenn picone: Great service!!
Paul Macmullin: Knowledgeable staff.
Michael MacDonald: My go to bike shop
steven p: I got a great deal on a snowblower. The owner was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He gave me a complete overview of the machine's workings, filled it with oil and gasoline. I would recommend doing business here.

Cycles 128: what do users think?
Michael K: Used bike offers are a joke here. They want to make 40% profit on your used bike. Friendly but not reasonable. Even their parts are over msrp prices. Bought a filter and wanted to charge me $25 when msrp is $15.99. I asked what's up with the price. Oh sorry must of rang up wrong. Then it was $18.99. All liars, becareful.
Brian Muello: Very clean place and well-organized
Charlie Huynh: Great communication and customer service!
Dave Salto: Awesome buying experience for my Yamaha MT-03. Ellen is an excellent sales rep. They treat you like family when you walk in and they know the product very well to help you through the decisions. Great experience!
Mike P: Ellen and the sales staff took great care of us. We always bring our machines here for service as well. Thank you all for the 5 star treatment. Looking forward to making some new memories on the machines.
OD Says: Very impressed with the level of service there. They took it all to heart. I bought a new 2022 Rebel 500 SE ABS and added a ton of extras they put on. All came out perfectly. I even thought I was having a check engine issue, called them and they came up with the trailer in approx an hour. Very impressive. Turned out no issue. I def recommend them.
Mike Masella: My buying experience from cycles 128 was absolutely incredible, from the sales department getting me the sled and trailer of my dreams, the parts departments knowledge of getting all the accessories needed, to the service department getting the machine right where it needs to be I couldn’t be more happier with cycles 128 and their whole team!
Johnny Boudreau: Another Great buying experience at Cycles 128.
erik hatfield: Took care of every detail on my schedule from start to finish.
Jabier mendez: Awesome place and employee in and out no overnight parking available. Thanks Eric for your help.
Ken Davis 2: Been waiting since December 17th, 2021 when i left a $500 deposit on a 2022 Yamaha Tenere 700. It's now October 15 2022. Still no bike and I've been contacted once without me prevoking a response. It was to tell me one Yamaha Tenere 700 had come in but it wasn't mine. As the new calendar year approaches I wonder how this plays out. Maybe if the shop actually communicated with their customers I'd know. If I could leave half a star I would
Shawn McLaughlin: Service departmentNo good Michael the manager is a liar kept my Jet Ski for two months charged me $600 and still can’t fix tell me they can’t diagnose it but they charge me a diagnose fee please be aware they’ll tell you 2 to 3 week turnaround in it’s months before you’ll see your machineJust want everybody to be aware
Russell Burns: Over price for bikes great people
Elizabeth Cousins: Top notch in every Department
Lij T: Mike, Dave and Tasha are great! Extremely helpful and always friendly. Would definitely tell others to come by.
Stephen Knowles: just bought a 2022 Suzuki. Jacob is a great sales person. knowledgeable about the bike, but admitted when he was not sure or didn't know the answer. there was no additional profit added on to the deal, and the fees were in line with what I paid there five years ago for another bike. the entire rest of the crew (parts, finance/office, delivery, service) were polite, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
WhoopiePirate: So I bought my 2021 Benelli TNT135 from this dealership, and even though they don’t specialize in my make, they’re able to take good care of her.One of the bolts broke off and f’ed up my shifting lever, so the service department was able to order the replacement part within days. Really good customer service!Overall, I trust that these guys know what they’re doing; they’ll fix my bike, she’s in good hands, and I’ll be back on the road in no time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Terrence Cullinane: I had some newbie problems. Mike H fixed my minor problems and got me on the way. Its people like him and the staff that make a difference. Thank you.
MotoJay: Service department sucks I wanted to get my bike inspected but wanted to talk to a state inspector before hand, one of the service advisors wouldn’t let me and walked away mid conversation. Never giving them my money ever again.
mauricio londono: Great customer service.
Gozzie Usher: Great place to shop

MOMS Boston: what do users think?
Jeff Cook: Traveled from Maine had a great experience and very nice and clean store. Dennis was a great help and extremely personable now driving a dark horse !!
charlie tran: Very nice people. Dennis guided me and made sure I was comfortable with my first bike purchase. He was less worried about the sale and much more worried about how I felt about the bike.
Peter Severson: While on a trip from Wisconsin, we unexpectedly had an issue and had to stop in. These guys got us in and took great care of us. By far the best and friendliest dealership we have been to. Thanks Bob for all you help. It was greatly appreciated!!
Ceol Miguel Soto: Very helpful staff
khaled kerouani: I went to do my motorcycle inspection, Mike helped me fix some minor issues with my bike, I was stunned by the service, I wish I can give them more than 5 stars, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, prices were reasonable, highly recommended.
Korbin Ludington: Never in my life have I had such a terrible customer experience, was ready to make a purchase the day I came in and was met with judgement, attitude, and inexperience. Wouldn't let me test drive a bike that I was ready to purchase and their team ignored me after I started asking questions.Take your business elsewhere if you are shopping for a motorcycle. This ain't it.
Jacob Pinn: Literally walked in, was ignored for roughly an hour besides one older gentleman who half heartedly helped me. It wasn't until I literally had to interrupt someone after an HOUR to tell them I was serious about making a purchase and wasn't just looking around that I got help. Even still, it seems like if your not buying a brand new 18,000+ bike they don't care about you.
Alex laurence: Staff wasn't really rude....just kinda dull. Really a disappointing location compared to foxboro not because of size or inventory but because of the people working there. Went up there to look at a bike and it's like they had just been looking for an easy Saturday and we walked in and messed it up for them. I would just suggest going to foxboro.
aa aa: Lazy, unenthusiastic customer service team who reached out with dull uninterested responses. Honestly just didn't seem like they wanted to help. Had cash and I just get lazy generic responses. Almost felt like I was judged before I even spoke face to face.
B: I had a problem with the bike they sold me. Called them even though it was out of warranty and Dennis told me they would take care of the bike so I'm changing the review.
Tony Fabreezeo: Great experience dealing with The GM, Finance, and the tech during my purchase. Traveled from Maine and wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Top Notch business!
Karl Johnson: The team at Mom's are great! Made purchasing my bike so easy and seamless!
Cloud Ninja: Went in to check out some motorcycles, and an employee came over and told us all about some of them, very knowledgeable.
Jose A (costa4178): Just got my scout bobber, couldn't be happier
Frank Cates: Looking for a bike w/ nostalgia written all over it. Which one? Oh, I have one in mind one of these days.
george m: Bought a brand new indian from these guys. A+ treatment all around. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a bike. No pressure sales
Jason Kibilko: I recently bought an Indian Challenger from Dennis @ Mom's Boston. He was very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. And was able, after a few test rides, to get me on the road. They gave a very fair trade-in value for my 2015 HD Ultra Limited, and were not a typical high pressure dealer. Overall, I'm very pleased that I chose Mom's Boston.
Sean Adams: Perfect
None Yourbusiness: Just had my 500 mile tune-up yesterday on my Slingshot. Service technician was amazing. Went over and above on the service. Now I have had a great sales and service experience. If you're in the market for a Slingshot or Indian motorcycle you have to check out MOMS BOSTON!!!!Dennis made the buying process simple. Very professional operation. No high pressure sales tactics. Well worth the trip if you're in the market for an Indian or Slingshot motorcycle.B&BMiddleton, MA.
Ryan Spellman: These guys were awesome. The opposite of annoying sales guys. Super nice, super knowledgeable, gave me a great deal on a trade in and I will 100% be going back when I level up my bike. 11/10 recommend!
Ryan Greene: Jason and Chris were super knowledgeable and helpful. Easiest buying experience I’ve had with a major purchase like this.

Greater Boston Motorsports: what do users think?
Brian Robinson: My go-to place for bike maintenance. I live 30 minutes away and they will come and get my bike for free if it's not ride able. Prices medium. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
Bella Tuki: One thing that keeps happening at this place is that you make an appointment, and when you get there, there's no appointment .This happened on more than one occasion. We have 4 bikes, and none of them will ever be taken into this place ever again. The lack of professionalism in this place is evident. They make the error and do nothing to fix the problem. Their inability to honor the appointment that was made two to three weeks prior proves how incapable this place is to conduct business in a professional manner.Good thing they're not the only bike shop in the state. They sure do act like they're the only option.
Donato DiCicco: Greater Boston Motorsports is an exceptional motorcycle dealership that I’ve trusted to service my motorcycles for the past dozen or so years and counting. The service department is top-notch, and Frank is an absolute gem to work with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. Whether you're bringing your bike in for routine maintenance or a major repair, Frank will take the time to explain everything to you in plain English, and he'll make sure you understand exactly what's going on every step of the way.The service department is staffed by some of the most knowledgeable and experienced technicians you're likely to find and I’ve never had a bad experience with any annual service or emergency repairs done at this shop. They take great pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their service.Overall, I can't recommend Greater Boston Motorsports highly enough. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, or just need some service or accessories for your current ride, this is the place to go in the Boston area.
Dragon RI: I didn't personally buy anything from this place. But from what I saw took place with someone I know that did buy a used bike from them, I will never recommend or buy from this place. My friend is new to the biker world and knows very very little about bikes. He traded a bike in to them (which they gave peanuts for) toward another bike that, in my opinion, is a "project" bike and the make and model would be, by several pricing guides, worth 3000. in pristine/excellent condition. The bike that he got has been nothing but headaches right from the start. It has electrical issues causing lights to work sometimes but most time not working. The battery keeps going dead. It needs a stator, rectifier and possibly a starter...it is gonna be checked again to confirm the things it needs. There is rot on some of the components and I am surprised they didn't fall off. Many of the wiring is without the sleeves/wirecovering. It looks like a bike that sat outside for a few years evidenced by the corrosion on much of the chrome parts. It definitely will not pass a state inspection as my dad is a licensed inspector and said it will not pass with faulty lights and wiring. Stay away from these shysters!
Shawn Jordan: Came into the store to look for a part for a scooter. The people at the service desk were really welcoming and one person walked me around to show me where everything was and what floors they were on. It looks small on the outside, but there's much more space on the inside. It's 3 floors, with parts and gear on the 2nd floor and scooters on the 3rd. Unfortunately, parts didn't have what I needed in stock, which were valve stems, but the service counter went back into the shop to look for something that might work for me and I ended up leaving with what I came for in the end. I'll definitely be back again! Next time I'll try and remember names.
scott HARRISON: Great experience, I would suggest if your looking for a motorcycle, go see Brian..
GNIC107: This is for the Service department. I was in the area on a yearly road trip on the bikes with family and friends. I picked up a drywall screw while i was in Bedford. Jimmy (i believe) at Greater Boston was able to squeeze this traveler in for a new tube in my motorcycle tire same day. Chris the tech was awesome. And also if anyone who reads this knows Ernie, please tell him Greg made it home safe. Absolutely check these guys out for your service needs.
Gozzie Usher: Frank & co the best service manager for your motorcycle needs I normally go to the cycles 128 as I live in the North Shore but since Frank moved to GBM Arlington I moved my motorcycle needs there. Great job thank you Frank
Morgan Woods: Took my bike in for an issue I couldn’t diagnose. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a day! They also took care of a few minor issues that they totally could have charged me for but didn’t.I asked about storing my bike during an upcoming deployment, and they offered to store the bike for as long as I am away for just the standard winter storage fee. These people care about you and your bikes, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for good mechanics and good service!
Henry Waters: Great sales, business office and the service team had everything ready.
Matt Brennan: I wish I could rate -1 star but that's not possible. We've been looking for a particular used bike for several months now, they seem not to last long and when I found one here that wasn't listed an hour earlier I jumped on the "contact us" link. Quickly they responded with an email (from the sales manager, John) and shortly after with a phone call (from a sales person, Bob). They immediately took my $100 refundable deposit and I was ensured that I was THE ONLY INTERESTED party YET.I was willing to pay for the bike upfront in cash and was told that it just came in and they hadn't even looked it over yet so only a deposit was needed and I had FIRST REFUSAL.I called the next day inquiring about the bike and was instructed by Bob that the whole department was out with COVID so they haven't received the bike yet. They were closed for normal business hours the following 2 days, NOT THEIR FAULT, just normal days off. I called the following business day and emailed and never got any information.LONG STORY SHORT...they sold the bike to someone else without telling me...JUST INGORING ME. Took 13 days to get my deposit back...it's only $100 but they didn't hesitate to TAKE IT IMMEDIATLEY.The Attorney General and Better Business Bureau have been contacted.DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORTS or MONEY with any of the FIVE dealerships here!
Seth Wonkka: Just purchased a 2022 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT from Brian in sales and everything was smooth and easy! Great experience. If you haven't been here in a few years, they have expanded and have tons of accessories in their second floor space.
Nimrod Sheffer: good experience with the team
Sam Moustafa: Great service department. Frank was fantastic he addressed my needs without having an appointment and I appreciate that very much. He saved me time and they did a great installation
Gb O: 5/5 for the service department.
Jerry Villegas: Called about applying for financing. I was told I'd have to order the bike as they were out of stock. Not an issue for me. I know that demand has been exceeding supply lately. I was then asked how much I was willing to put down. I replied 10%, thinking that was pretty standard. Obviously he didn't like that, because immediately after, this piece of work (I believe his name was Bob O'Brien) hangs up on me. Real classy. Next time, how about you show a prospective customer some respect. If you can't help with a request, do them the courtesy of saying that, instead of just rudely ending the call. Unbelievable. I recommend those of you reading this to do yourselves a favor and get your motorcycle at a shop where the staff genuinely cares and wants to help.
Don Nolin: Been bringing my Moto for a few years now. Happy with the service, perfect location right on the 77.
lucho5557: A1 service
Alexandre Lima: Clean shop area , good customer service.
Lanna Krik: Got recommended to come to this shop, haven’t gone to any other store since. ☺️ It is always busy so please be patient with the sales people!
Christian Delatour: They said they'd get me on a bike by my birthday, they got me on a bike by my birthday!!! Great experience, great guys.
